After a few kilometers ride, even when i release the throttle and pull the clutch my bike is still running at high rpm. It feel worse at high traffic that my bike roaring like a ktm when i pull the clutch liver. I am getting slightly less milage because of this problem. Can you please give me a possible answer for why my bike is not idling even at zero throttle and disengaged.

    Visited tajshree honda service centre nagpur for obtaining spare part for x blade. The staff told that spare part is not available. They were not guiding me how to go forward if i need damaged spare instead they were blaming me for my driving skills. They even were not ready to register my request for new spare part on future availability. Poor communication skill and unprofessional customer service.
    Kindly help me out how to get the broken spare part whose image is attached.

      Sir,

      My brother booked an honda activa from doshi honda, vijay nagar branch on 10th april 2019 on my behalf. He made the complete advance payment (Including insurance) on the same day.
      As agreed upon, i was suppose to take the delivery of honda activa on 17th april 2019. When i reached the showroom, i was asked to pay the difference amount of inr 156. On enquiring what the difference amount was for, the executive named ajay said it was the change in the insurance rates effective 16th april 2019.

      Based on my understanding and experience of previous vehicle purchases i suppose the insurance rates effective 10th april 2019 should be considered for my billing as full payment was done in advance. Also, executives from doshi honda mentioned in written on the invoice that vehicle insurance will be done effective 10th april 2019. Then on what basis i was being asked to pay the difference amount? To both o[censored]s the amount may seem meagre compared to the cost price of vehicle but here i am hinting on poor work ethics being followed by doshi honda employees under the name of honda brand.

      Also, i confirmed with icici lombard, the insurance provider for the vehicle about change in insurance rates, but they denied any such changes being made recently.

      Please help me understand, is this a new way to fool your customers? I am also an employee, but i was never asked by my organization to be unethical just to get more business.
      I expect a detailed explaination on what was being miscommunicated.

      Sir. my Honda SP shine 125 /gear transmission is not OK. It stuck up between 3, 4, 5, gears.Local Honda showroom technicIan replaced a spring in gearbox. But the problem still exists.

        Pathetic service i have been received ever in my whole life. As per the company promise bike should be delivered within 7 days of booking but still i have not received the bike after one and half months. And till when im trying to reach with them im getting pathetic response.
        Don't promise any product wich you are not able to deliver on time.
        I will request to take a very strong action against the showroom.

        Today, 1/3/2019 I Serviced my Scooty Activa 5g DL4SCV8936 at noon time, they misplace my scooty mat, and when i called them they said there was no mat on my scooty. There was a mat they miss place it and now are denying of having any mat. please take action on it

          I have recently taken a delivery of hornet 2017 model which was given a discount of 13800 for being old model
          Bike was having alot of problems like the meter is not working (This is the major problem) and there are alot of scratches (This can be ignorable) however the showroom executive asked me to take the delivery and come on another day to get my meter changed but ever since i have taken the delivery i have been constantly trying to contact them but they are not replying to my calls and even if i go the showroom they are asking me to come on next day and this continues on next day as well
          So the showroom facility is really poor
          No one is educated
          No one is interested in customer satisfaction

            I mansi dwivedi bought a honda scooty model activa i dated[protected] in the name of vimlesh dwivedi from dealer swastik honda agencies akrampur unnao uttar pradesh. Till date i am facing issues in my scooty.. Every time i visit their service centre they fix that problem temporarily nd again that prblm arises from the very next day..in these 5 yrs i have chnged my battery 2 times.. D last tym i chnged was on march 2019.. As i was nt able to self start my scooty.. Dey chnged dat battery bt it didn't work out.. And i visited their service centre again last week.. Den dey chnged some plug inside their.. And told me that now there will be no prblm.. Bt again on next day i could'nt start my scooty from self and after that battery change.. I m facing some other problems also..
            These guys are so irresponsible that they they don't even check scooty properly on servicing.. They just fix issues temporarily.

            I have filed a complaint on 2019 march 27 regarding my two wheeler (reference activa 4g KL-08-BP-5560).It was regarding the poor service of one of the dealers Srivari Honda, Thrissur.I got an Email reply that day itself quoting that the complaint will be rectified as soon as possible.But still the problems are not cleared.

              In honda dio dlx model, black colour, very inferior quality plastic has been used. Scratch is being created in front or back of the foot keeping place when it comes contact with shoe or anything. My registration no. Wb10 8593.in spite of being careful scratch can not be avoided which is not being created in other honda model.

                This is regards to the service of my bike Dream Yoga MH 02 DY 6274. I had given for service on 19/04/2019 at Jogeshwari (w), Sadhana Compound and that time I mention that self start is not working due to battery charging.
                A day later i got a call from Supervisor Mr. Dhiraj & he informed me that they have charged the battery 100% and still its not working so I have to replace a new one for Rs. 1300/-. I rejected the proposal.
                In billing they have charged me for battery charging as well Rs. 118/-
                On 22/04/2019 I had done the battery charging from local shop for 1.5 hours & my self start get in proper working condition for just Rs. 50/-
                I visited the service center & informed the same, so that staff boy is saying it may be possible that person had given a high voltage current due to which battery get life again. I didn't get the valid reason & paid the bill for no service.

                  From the date of purchase i. E. 21st dec, 2018 till today i. E. 23rd april, 2019, i am unable to start my scooty through left break and self start button. I complained it on first day only and i got the reason by the showroom staff that it is due to new scooty and new scooty takes time to start as its battery is not charged. I again complained the same issue on my first free servicing i. E. On 19th jan, 2019 to the showroom and one of the staff member noted the issue and from the next day only i got the same issue. They just temporarily fixed the issue and it continued again. Today i went for second free servicing of the scooty and complained the same issue. But the manager refused to fix and rather asked me to buy some part of the break to make it work again. I mentioned him about the issue and told him that it is from day 1 only. But he ignored my issue and asked me for the money to buy that equipment.
                  This is so irresponsible behaviour by the manager and the staff of the showroom. I want justice on this issue.

                    मैंने अंशदीप मोटर्स राजनांदगांव से 15/04/2019 को एक्टिवा i स्कूटी खरीदा है जिसका निर्माण तिथि 09/05/2018 था जिसे बताने पर निर्माण तिथि से कुछ नहीं होता कहकर मुझे बेच दिया गया । जिसमें एक दिन बाद इंजन में बहुत ज्यादा खीट खिट की आवाज और वाइब्रेशन होने लगा जिसे आज 22/04/2019 को शोरूम मालिक से शिकायत करने पर टाई पेड सेटिंग व कार्बोरेटर साफ कर ठीक हो गया है करके दे दिया गया लेकिन अभी भी इंजन में बहुत ज्यादा आवाज व वाइब्रेशन है ।
                    कृपया समस्या समाधान किया जाय । या नया गाड़ी उपलब्ध कराया जाय अन्यथा मुझे मजबूरन उपभोक्ता फोरम की मदद लेनी होगी ।

                      I have some issues with your Annual Maintenance Contract System.
                      When I have taken AMC Policy, then why I'm paying labour charges on my 2nd free Service.
                      Today on 22nd April 2019 I have got servicing done of my Honda Stunner CBF bike UP-34, Z-6297 by your Service provider Envision Motors, Adil Nagar, Ring Road Lucknow.
                      Please find in Attachment on Serial No-3,
                      In column of Price, there is Zero Price is mentioned for Labour Charge. Then How I'm charged ₹159.30 for labour charge.
                      Is your simple calculation system of your system is not ok ??
                      In other hand, when I'm benefited from your AMC Service, then I should not be charged for the Same.
                      Please take it seriously and do the needful at the earliest.

                        Maul shree referred you where past month you also told that we have another option if you wish to do service near by your honda service centre then you go i (Alok pandey) will tell them they (Honda globus service centre, gt karnal road, delhi) will do according to amc service book where also i have visited and mr deepak, manager, honda globus service centre, gt karnal road, delhi, also denied for doing service according to your amc book, after more then one hrs waiting mr deepak, manager, offer me we will take one time service with half percentage of labour charge. Where i and you also consider its going totally loss of my amount.

                        Now this is my last humbly request if you give my money back (Amc book amount) then its think better for both o[censored]s either you doing fraud with me as you have been doing from last one year or more then year

                          This is to bring to your attention that i, biswajit saha, resident of vivekananda pally, asansol, 713301, dist: paschim bardhaman, west bengal bought a honda activa 5g std., from janee motors pvt ltd. (79 gt road, murgasol, asansol) at a price of 71, 986, receipt no: 41771 on 8-feb -2019. But but just after two months (On 3-april-2019) the vehicle started burning from the rear portion on its own (It was not used for hours before that happened).
                          So, i called the service centre and they picked up the vehicle the very next day (On 4-april-2019), they even sent a team a week later to our residence to inspect and take photographs from surrounding areas too look for external signs that might have started the fire but there was none (As the burns were internal).
                          But even after the delayed thorough inspection and continuous requests from our side they keep on delaying response. I even called the honda customer care ([protected]) but they kept replying the same old message since the day we first registered the complaint (8-april-2019).
                          Ticket no 1-[protected]. But it has been about two weeks (14 days) but no further steps has been taken so far.

                              I was buying a honda live motorcycle before a year.in one year it can run up to only 11000 killo mitres in city. Though shockup of my honda live is fully unusual.
                              It can not work properly.

                                I purchase a honda activa 5g on 31/07/2018 from your dealer ashidrbad motors which is locate at ntpc kaniha, angul, odisha. My scooters battery (Exide) damage on 5/4/19, i went to the dealer they sent me to the battery distributer after 6 days the battery distributer tell me this battery cann't cover the replace because of old manufacture and now today after 09 days of the battery distributer return me your dealer replace a non branded battery which name is copro, why not your dealer replace the exide battery.

                                  Subject:- regarding a very bad repairing service of my bike.

                                  Dear sir, myself Surendra singh from Jaipur Rajasthan, My bike HONDA CBR 250R (red colour) Model 2014 who’s Registration no. is RJ14DQ8517, Chassis no. is ME4MC421GD8015278 and ENGINE no. is MC42E80027150, JOB CARD no. is 24622 had gone through an Accident on date 04/03/2019 which I sent for repairing at DEALER CODE RJ01000 Workshop Advent Automobiles”216, Mission Compound, Ajmer road, Jaipur, whome they delivered on 13/04/2019 at 11:46AM(Bill invoice number RJ[protected] after 40 days of worst repairing.

                                  I had E-mail you on 01/04/2019 and after letting those workers know(by visiting at workshop and by call) that please kindly do everything properly still they did the worst work and they didn’t even care about my any word they said ok for everything but still they did the bad, I had clearly told them that I want my every damage parts to get replaced by new parts but still they didn’t replace they repaired and fitted those damaged parts only, and it’s not like I told them at once I had told them everytime like in every week I use to call them and tell and they were like ok ok we will do what you are saying but still they did their own and fitted the damaged repaired parts only, they ignored my every word and repaired my bike very bad and carelessly.

                                  And it’s not that they fitted the damaged part but those damaged parts also they didn’t fit correctly, they changed the original nut bolts to temporary or local bolts, even they didn’t fit the Rubber cover of the Headlamp which is a very irresponsible thing, and front wheel’s disk rim’s bolts are also not proper and it has a missing bolt they didn’t even fit the whole required bolts also(which you can clearly see in my attached photos). This kind of thing can get me forward to another Accident, Bike is loosing controls when I use breaks which can cause a serious accident.

                                  I am a very old customer of Honda and I always prefer Honda as my first priority but these kind of service changed my mind because there’s no such good mechanic in this service center/workshop who can do proper kind of work for these kind of expensive and premium bikes, and those who are present they don’t know the proper work for these kind of bikes and these mechanics don’t even listen to customer they just do what they want to, they doesn’t give a priority to a customer’s satisfaction which really let my thoughts down about Honda, I attached the photos also about this worst kind of service.

                                  And Because of This Honda workshop’s service I faced lots of problems even financially and mentally and as a customer I have the right to get a better service, So I kindly request to the company that please take required action against this issue and kindly provide me a better service in next 7 days, either as a customer I would have to take serious action against it which will let me go to the Consumer Court.

                                    Hi sir/madam,
                                    Have purchased honda activa 5g with the full payment at parekhwings honda showroom in santacruze west, mumbai on 6th april 19. Every day the sales person is telling me your vehicle number will come tomorrow. Today is the 19th april'19. But still not received any massage and any confirmation. Sales person name is ravi and ankit from the showroom.
                                    Could you please help to check and confirm on an urgent basis. This is the very worse experiance i m having with the showroom. How could we suggest anyone to buy your products. When having this kind of responses.

                                        My sister purchased a honda dio (Dx) from the authorized dealer of honda (Arya bhangy motors, angamaly kerala). On 22.12.2018. From the day i purcased this scooter is giving lot of compaints. 1- petrol over flow, 2- slow speed variation, 3- engine is getting off when the petrol level reaches one point.4- the biggest complaint is engine is giving big sound after driving for 15 to 20kms. Many times the sevice people tried to rectify it but they could not solve this big complaint. But this angamaly service centre technician says there is no complaint for this scooter this scooter gives this sound. After few days the service centre people from aluva arya bhangy motors called me to get the feedback of the service. I told them that i am 100% not satisfied with the service. They passed this compaint to the (Cro). And also gave me the cro mobile number. I send a whats app video to cro showing him the sound of the engine. Then the cro called me back and asked the problems and also told me to come with the scooter to aluva authorized service centre and meet the senior technician mr (Shylesh). Because though whats app video he cannot judge the complaint so i took the scooter and met mr shylesh on[protected] he approved that the scooter is giving big sound even the other customers in the sevice centre were shocked to hear the sound. Then i called the cro (Mr jinu) and jinu spoke to shylesh and confirmed the complaint. They said that i have to leave the vehichle there for two days. But as iam depending on the vehicle to reach the office every day i asked for a spare vehichle. Then jinu (Cro) said he shall see to this and call me back. He also told me to go back with the vehicle and when the spare vehichle is ready shall call me at the earliest. I waited for one week for his call but he never called so again i called him yesterday (16-04.2019). Then he immediately said i shall call you back and cut the line. Still now there is no response from jinu (Cro). So iam forced to dodge this complaint to you. I hope that you will consider this complint as a most serious matter and do the needful at the earliest to my entire satisfaction. Iam also attaching the video of the engine sound for your reference. My office time is 9.30am to 8.30pm so i need a spare vehicle to reach home, if iam leaving the vehicle for two days at your service centre. There is no transportation service after 8pm
