I had serviced my bike at sterling honda chinchwad pune on 11/05/19. I had following issues in my bike (Cb hornet).
1) it's breaks were not working properly.
2) issue in bikes pickup.
3) clutch were tight.
4) bikes break liver was hard.
5) suspension was bouncy.
6) gears were hard

Now during my last servicing which was done 5months earlier they had changed following parts in the bike. Costing me bill of 3500.
1) they changed filter.
2) they changed break pads.

1) in this servicing they again asked me to change break pads and break disk as the issue of breaks was not solved last time.
2) they say my suspension is too bouncy so i will need to change it. I asked them to change it into warranty but they are not ready to do so saying if it leaks than only it is covered in warranty. Let me know if honda has any written terms in their warranty shield.
3) now the technician has changed the bikes filter saying it was affecting my bikes pickup. I said ok knowing that he had changed it last time. After changing filter also my bike doesn't take pickup at speed lower than 40.
4) they took almost 3 days to service my bike and when i got my bike i experienced that my bikes clutch were tight as usual, my breaks liver was too tight to press, bike was not taking pickup at low speed. Even spraying for swiches and key was not done.
5) i have shared you photos of how they washed my bike after servicing. Please have its glimpse.
6) after this issue on 15/05/19 i returned to service center asking them to solve the issues. The person who serviced my bike was totally illiterate. He had no knowledge of how to service a bike. He just loosed the clutch wire and tighten the chain. I asked this fellow to check about my vehicle pickup. He started quarelling with with me saying should i service your whole bike? He started saying you need to change clutch plates if you want to pickup. Now let me know if filter was the issue or clutch.

Now bill i had payed for your worst service is 2600. None of my problems are solved. Wasted my 3 days for servicing and 1 day to take bike to them back and even after so much efforts landing on same place.

I will never service my bike in your service centers and also will not buy honda products in my life.

    I have purchased one honda activa 125 in the name of siji w/o manoj. Krithika, t s parameshwaran road, chettupuzha 680012 during april 2019. I have already paid the necessary registration charges and submitted the documents to your office at the time of purchase itself. As per your office direction, i brought my vehicle to your showroom on 3rd may 2019 for registration.in the evening, your office informed me that the registration was over and i have taken my vehicle on the same day itself. But till now, i have not received my rc book or my registration number. When contacted your office, i have not received a satisfactory reply. Several times i contacted your office, two or three times, i have gone there. Each time i am getting the same reply like "pending with the agent. Call you back". I am not getting a responsible reply. One week back, police personnel warned my daughter regarding driving an unregistered vehicle. I am very sorry to say that your customer relation may please be enhanced. I do not know whether i will get a suitable reply. Looking forward to hear from you

      Hello there,

      I am subha sankar, have a complaint with the subjected matter as follows below.

      I purchased a grazia on 16th may 2019 in name of sachi sankar panda (Brother) from kusum honda bajkul. From the very day of buying i got an engine problem and i informed the same issue to the showroom authority. The engine was giving a clanging sound. I visited showroom for 4 times till now and the engine was opened for repairing for three times (18th may, 25th, 29th may). There was an issue of mobil overflow issue as well.

      On 29th may an engineer who was assigned from honda, visited to the showroom to repair the scooter. The mobil overflowing issue was resolved though, the engine noise is still persists. After rechecked primarily it seemed that the engine issue was resolved but not in real it was. So i want to open a complaint to get the better service

      I demanded a replacement / refund from the beginning, till now i demand for the same as i think this issue cannot be resolved by the technicians of honda. I hope i will get the better service this time.

      Case details :
      18th may - i was said that it is not an issue at all. All the scooters have the same issue. I was in hurry so i left the showrrom.

      25th may - i was said that the issue is not major and it can be resolved. Technician opened the engine and changed a part. Technician promised that the mobil overflow issue is resolved and he also assured me that the engine noise will not come again. After coming back to home i found the two issues were still there (Mobil overflow and engine noise)

      29th may - technician sent by honda. Technician opened the engine and replaced a part inside the engine. After fitting he assured me that the problems are resolved. After coming back to home, i found that the mobil overflowing issue was resolved but the engine clanging sound was still then. The issue of engine clanging sound is still persisting.

        It is my 4th service it was very poor experience.in the job card sit lock was some time not function. But the technical
        Person is not bother to check. Nither
        He is clean air filter not clean spark pluck.
        Maximum time he was gossiping with
        Other. Manager was very nice as well as
        Supervisor. Tecnical person was not follow the instruction. It was not good for
        Any service center in this way you will loose the customer. If they give this type of service why's people comes to u.

I having a problems of averages, they don't giving as well averages, i had two serviced as due on time and in the last serviced, i was done the two times services from your registered service center, but they didn't fix my problems.

            I had purchased honda activa 5g from haryana. My 2nd service was due on 26th of may.. For that i contacted honda service centre peoples automobile, sikandara, agra beacuase i am currently working in agra. Their service is so poor. They are making fool of customers. They are not doing proper washing, nd i[censored] have told them about working conditions they will be least bothered about that.in my case i have already told them that my horn was not working, my indicator light was not working and my activa need a wash. But when i recollected my activa nothing was changed. They have charged rs. 398 for servicing. When i used my active for 2 days i got to realize that my activa is consuming more petrol as compared to earlier.. This is the worst service ever of honda.. I have done mistake by purchasing a honda product. Atleast honda should focus on their customer service also.

              Activa 5G starting problem nd bubbling more time talk to u service centre employ but he is ignore me he says Activa start without any chowk plz solution this problem
              Don't know how to talk bad services and extra charges didn't wash my bike

                Yesterday i visited to yug honda to get ledger account statement for purchased honda activa scooter regd number mh14 ha 7840. I talked to staff of yug honda they have provide me cell number of mr nikhil (Account manger) i called him on his cell number [protected] for the requisition of ledger account statement but he refused me to give the statement & talked ero gently with me. He talked very rudely & in abuse language. I very disappointed on yug honda staff. Very unethical & poor service by yug honda.

                    I have purchased Honda CB Shine from 21 June 2018 but I have faced lot of problems.
                    1) Engine oil leakage due to neutral switch damaged
                    2) bike speed above 55 km/hr to bike vibration is more
                    3)bike average is low 53 km per litre.

                    Please resolve my bike problem
                    His no complete 1 year till date and lot problem started please resolve it.

                      I am sandeep maurya. I have purchase a bike yesterday. Honda cb shine from your authorized dealer smooth honda daryaganj delhi. After payment bike handover to me without bill and without temporary number plate. Sales person mr. Pawan told me bill generate after 2 days. You can collect after 3-4 days. I asked you when i purchase something gst bill generate hand to hand. But what is the procedure of smooth honda. Its very filthy service about that still we have not received any bill. Now if he give me bill. Then what is the guarantee that he has given me the correct bill. I am send a copy of this mail to gst cell india. Against smooth honda.

                      Once again temporary number plate not given at the time of dispatch bike. After that today i complained mr. Rahul (Cashier) about number plate. He tell me the number plate is only for you to take bike home once. You cannot ride bike on road without permanent number.
                      So my question from honda is what is the exactly definition of temporary number plate.
                      I not run bike on road using temporary number plate.

                      Its is very serious offence. If the police catch me. Then what number will i show them.

                      So kindly take matter seriously and resolve as soon as possible.

                      I give you written complaint against smooth honda. I want reply in written with definition of temporary number plate.

                        I have bought a new honda cb shine bike 8 months before and now the battery stopped working i. E. It's not getting start by its self button. Actually i have got it changed one time after a few months when i had bought it and they replaced the battery with the duplicate one therefore now it's giving the same problem. So now i want my bike's battery replaced again with the original one.

                          Pathetic experience had an issue with gear shift and breaking they have charged me for other things stating its gone bad which has costed me total 5000 and the gear shift has become worst now and they have changed cone set which now making a sound that is again a horrible thing my bike was good before service and its become worst after service.

                            I was purchase my "honda cb shine sp-125cc" bike at 16 july 2018. I did my bike service thrice at rohini honda service center, rithala delhi. Every time i complain regarding bubbling, fifth gear problem, engine sound, milage, etc.
                            But the problem occurs again and again. At service center staff did service 2-3 bikes at a time. Also not listen properly. Please do the needful.

                              I am facing activa 5g vibration issue since first day. It happens between 20 -40 km/hr speed. When i told this issue at the time of every service so they simply replied this is functional issue with activa 5g. Now starting problem is happening per day. None of things are good in active 5g. Problem is not done. So please what the solution? I request you to advise the dealer and not to force the unnecessary things to customers.

                                Dhruvdesh honda gokulam service person's and advisers are very worst behavior and responses.i was paid 17000 rs for last service but repeat the same problem now. This service center work is waste of money. Honda service better than local garage.i not satisfied the service.
                                My bike Honda CB Shine 125 cc giving the problem of starting, when the issue observed it was with self & kick start also, also with choke & without choke also, still free service also not completed...

                                Bike is not getting started, kick also will be loose during the issue.
                                Kindly help fixing the issue

                                  Today morning and i am submit my honda shine sp for 2ed service at ganesh honda manjalpur service centre and evening when i received my bike, found front right side and front left side sticker or damage, also big scratches on top.

                                    I have two honda scooter, 1 activa 125 and 1 activa 5g. I am facing a serious issue of engine stalling on both scooter. Activa125 engine stalled 3 times and 5 g engine stalled 2 times without any reason.
                                    1. For the first time in activa 125 (Bought
                                    On february 2018) i pulled activa 125 for more than 5 km to bring it to ess ell honda patel nagar. Mechanic open the hood and put some lube oil in spark plug hole and then it started but he said there is some compression issue. It's a brand new scooter with only 3500 km running. After this i faced the same issue two more times but honda guys have no clue why this is happening.

                                    2. The same issue i faced with my honda activa 5g bought in 30 september 2018. It stalled twice after i got it serviced. A week ago after it's 3rd free service on the way back home it stalled without no clue. I pulled it 1 km back to service centre but again same issue as with my 125. Honda is now making fool of people with their faulty vehicle. Now i am so scared even to take out scooter for few km ride because no one knows when will it stall.

                                                  my bike had met with an accident on 04/03/2019 then i sent my bike to “advent automobiles pvt. Ltd 216, mission compound ajmer road jaipur 302006” to get repair. Then your company’s surveyor came to survey my bike and after seeing the parts damaged he still didn’t pass the claim of all parts he didn’t add all damaged parts in his claim file, and the behavior was very bad and till now he didn’t pay the claim everytime whenever i call they are like come and give us that document come and provide us this everytime they give me the same excuse whenever i visit or call after i provid every single document still they didn’t pay and whenever i call for enquiry about my claim they always ask me for different different documents just always use to give me excuses though i provided every single required document and after providing all needed document they are not paying the claim money.
                                              on 16/05/2019 also i sent an e-mail to your executive p. Maheshwari about my this issue but they also didn’t gave me any sufficient response and today (Date - 24/05/2019, time – 12:16 pm) i got a call from [protected] this number and they said that you have to come and do a sign. This is how they are bothering me.
                                                now, if i didn’t get my claim in next 7 days then i am gonna take a serious action against this i will go to the consumer court and will post reviews about your so bad service on every social media platform and every other website where i can.

                                        My bike no gj05pq5469, i bought my bike on 01 jan 2018, i noticed that my bike exhaust white smoke while start bike and bike's sound not normal as usual another bike, i gave for service on 17 may 2019 at ganga automobile ring road (Surat city), i told them all my promblem and they took two days for service, but after came from service there are not anyone my bike's issue resolve. I have to go today again for same problem, he now tell me that i must keep my bike there another two - three days for checking, so what they did first time when i put my bike for service? And also your company service representative taking respectfully, please i request to you please handle my case priority and repair my bike as soon as possible, because i have too much trouble while going office
