I give my activa 5g to innovative honda motera branch for a service on 9/4/2019. but they damage my activa 2-3 side. and hide there fault by doing a colour by brush and not inform me. and after that not accept there mistake. im really not satisfied there service.and i want to change my damage part becuase my vehicle is only done 6-8 months.if honda has honesty then they will do ther job properly and solve my problem. i dont want to repaire...

Not having any responsibility, no proper service, not having customer satisfaction, not even having proper response to customer questions... I have contacted many of their superiors to get my issue resolved but they are also not responding me properly. I think muthoot honda service center is just need only the money from customer. Not need customer satisfaction. They have pick up and drop facility with 300/- i only asked for pick up not drop....

I purchased honda activa 5g about three month back. I noticed that there is a wobbling and sound in the handel and also scooter is pulling towards one side. Am not satisfied yet after the second service honda 2 wheeler motar (Shri balaji motar) again and again same issue went to the dealer and also to a service center. Sir, i bought honda shine s p byke from peeyem honda kannur one year back. Now this is the 5th service need to complete for my byke.. Honda livo — engine gets trouble within 3 years of running with prompt service at the honda service centre. Honda customer care is useless as they don't listen & consider the customer pains. So we tend to spend money for service year on on as the engine problem continues.

Right from the day i have bought this vehicle, the issue with the vehicle hasn't been resolved yet. The issue with the vehicle persist from the day of purchase.

The service center has not resolved the issue and have been playing games with me since then.

Keep going on service center but there no little improvement and there is proper response. I have wasted my one lakh. I bet you don't waste your money. I lost my one lakh. I purchase my honda hornet in dec 2018... There is starting problem while using self, so i take it to premsons diversy pvt. Ltd... For repair, they resolve my problem but while repairing they burned my bike sticker, they told me come after some day we change your sticker. But now they are not changing my honda hornet sticker that was burned by them while repairing my bike... I go to them several time... But they made excuses every time......

The serviceing of honda activa is very poor and not available at the scheduled time. Serviceing agency given a scheduled time for particular service but that service is not completed by the agency at given time.
