I had bought honda activa 5g from bhagwati honda on 7-5-2018. Their sale executive put a wrong hypothecation on disclaimer. I just check when the were hand over ne the documents. Its all about 9 month now when i receive my smart card from them and i returned them immediately for correction. They are not even bothered that i am facing the problem. I am also from automotive sector. Kindly help me on this.

    I am mohd tariq from prayagraj i bought honda grazia from shree grand honda prayagraj at last year in september.in december my scooty is met with an small accident so i contact service center for replacement of damaged part from december i am not getting any response from the showroom or service center.
    Kindly do something or just stop selling those vehicle whom you can't maintain
    I m highlighting "shree grand honda" just provide them honda grazia's parts

    I have given my cbr250R in service at valsad showroom i told them about the problems but no problem fixed and returned my bike after 2 days
    This thing has happened sin thrice...
    No credit card debit cards are excepted over there
    Sir .mera gadi no MH 03cz 2180 hai.maine apni gadi sarvice me dala tha .sarvice kiya pr mere gadi ka Engan oil ka nat nhi lagaya .tha .is vajas se mera gadi ka Engan block ho gya .or meri gadi ka sarvice proper nhi kiye the ye log .aapki company bilkul bakvaas hai .mai bolta hu kisi ko bhi aapko pailot honda ke servis senter me bhi jana chahiye .
    Heating & noise issue
    I went jsp Honda for bike servicing . There due to water washing on bike servicing I went 3 times still there are pending water washing worest service

      I have honda dio, it has engine issue so i have changed all parts of engine still my bike is not working. Service centre taking bike for 2-4. Days and giving me back with same issue as well as creating new more issues. I want to know is there any way to get my 20000 rs or give me working conditions bike.         Last day i produced my scooter for a service at vahini honda, parippaly. And later when i came to get it back they inform me the wash isn't done as there was water shortage. I have prior incidents where they haven't given the wash. And also i got a bill stating rs1081, which was overwritten and doesn't state the reasons when enquired they can't explain.

          Great of the day !
          I vikas dagar i bought a scooty from Subham sai Honda, Najafghar, New delhi -110073 . I bought it on 14 April 2019 from second day Scotty start giving engine noise .I complained about this issue in showroom and they asked me to visited there . I had visited there 2 time but no one take my issue even refused to deal with me and suggest me to visit service centre . I visited there as well . They got the issue but their senior forced technicians to take no action on problem . I was rounding from person to person and waste my 8 hours there but at last i did not get any solution and their behavior was not good. This was so disgusting and non tolerating.
          I complained in their complain book but they works as a syndicate so i was helpless.and I am still facing issue no one is hearing my problem. I had trust on this Brand thats why I bought the Activa again but now due to service issue and their behavior I am totally disappointed so I request you to help me and want you will take some strict action regarding that showroom

            I have purchased honda activa in dec-2018 but till date even after 5months i have not recieved the number plates for my vehicle. On contacting dealer, they are expressing, this comes from diphu and hence we have to wait till it comes. This is not acceptable. Request concern to take up the matter immediately to provide me with the number plates.

              I have purchased honda cbhornet 160r abs model last august 2018. From the first service itself i have a problem in handle bar seems shaking while driving. I used to take my bike to service center (Jsp honda ambattur) every week for the same issue. I have changed cone set twice in service center but still i have same problem. The person in jsp honda ambattur saying that "your bike is perfect but they refused to give certificate that my bike is perfect". I completed nearly 16500 kms for the past 9 months with this issue. How will i be comfortable in riding my bike with this issue when i paid nearly 1, 15000 net payment. Honda team kindly look in to this issue and resolve my issue. All i need is a expert from honda should visit my bike and examine and repair in front of me. I know i have issue in my bike and i have clear service records.

From shahabad markanda distt kurukshetra (Bsant honda) there is complaint agin and again in this piece. But your distributor never attention this side.in 8 month i have given complaint 6 time. But result zero. Now last time i request you to solve my problme. Othervise i will guvw fir against your distributor.

                I have taken delivery of a Activa 5G scooter on 3/5/2019, friday at 2 pm from EVM Honda at Vyttila Ernakulam, At that time odometer was at 22 km, which may be distance traveled for RTO registration. After taking delivery, traveled almost 10 km to my residence, it ran smoothly and at afternoon 6 PM when I try to start the vehicle to go for Vehicle Pooja, it was not at all starting, I tried to with pulling out chalk and kicker and informed the matter to the sate executive by telephone. She told me that the problem may be due to keeping the scooter long without working and check for a week it will be clear .

                I'm a Mother of a Differently abled 10 year old child and my husband working at a long distance Kottayam from my city Cochin he comes weekly or fortnightly. Next monday (may 6th) he returned home, he started the vehicle by kicker. The Main purpose of the scooter is the traveling for treatments and therapies of my Disabled son. I was using Honda active 2011 model almost last past years and it was exchanged for this new one, as it not self-start . Afterward all the Days the scooter showed starting trouble and stops at turning the curves of the roads. All these times, I informed this to EVM show room, they replied the sale executive of this scooter was on leave.

                After a week utterly troubled100 KM running, May 13th monday around 10 am I bring n shown the scooter at EVM show room vyttila and from there they sent it to the nearby EVM service station. On May 16th Thusday I contact at the EVM Customer care and they ensured the re- delivery on that evening and he inform me scooter's carborator cleaned starter switch and other things checked. I took the schooter from the station at 6.00 pm on that day and after running almost 100 metres, just neat the show room it slowly stopped and informed this to service manager, a service technician starts it with great effort and took it back to the service station. I waited till 7 pm and they again make it in running condition. As per their advice decided to keep the vehicle there and today ( 17th may wednesday) I took it from the service station to my office, ran 10 kms from Vyttila service station to my office. Afternoon 2.20 pm I Took the vehicle and started normally and went to 1 km distant. Mean way after 600 metr running, while turning the curved road it slowly stopped after 1 minuted trial to start with chalk, it ran 50meter more and on other turning of road it stopped. I complained it to the above customer care No and they sent technician to the spot and picked the scooter back to the service Station.

                Sir, Can u Please Explain Why a new Vehicle become such a burden, curse and reason for Big-Big Humiliation. Wastage of my extremely precious Time and Money. Only because of this vehicle, My son hardly got his mother's care and attention more than break caused his continued therapies and Treatment for the last two weeks. Isn't shameful. Is there any explanation for a customer who bought it by spent their Money by believing HONDA. Did HONDA have any responsibility to customents. At the earliest Do, do the needful by Replacing a complaint free new scooter or my money back. HONDA MUST RETURN MY MONEY BACK. I DON'T NEED YOUR MANUFACTURING DEFECTED SCHOOTER ANY MORE!

                As per the assurance from the Bangalore regional office Executives Mr. Anoop that the complainted part of vehicle completely replaced and no such problem will be there, the the vehicle again delivered to my residence and at that time we noticed the scooter is having the sound of boat while riding and they again take back the vehicle to service station and after one hour bring back. the second day when I turn the key to start the vehicle, it start giving a noise of continuous beeping like time bomb. I informed this to both Honda twowheelers and EVM Honda Vyttila. From EVM vyttila service station the technician came and took back the vehicle and give back to me on next day evening 4 pm. I took the when then and ride around 7 km from my residence in highly trafficed area of Ernakulam city on DH road it suddenly again break down and stopped. Still they are pressuring me to take back this defected vehicle

                As per personal assurance that the vehicle repaired by the Honda company itself from the EVM HONDA vyttila towheeler dealer I again took the Activa Scooter again on 3/7/2019 ( ie, its been two month after first delivery took day, scooter odometer showing 588 km out of which my ride wad hardly upto 100 km) ride to home. Next day (47/2019)ic today I took the vehicle and start to my office, after riding 5 km from my home, 2.5 km away from my office it slowly stop riding in the same way as previous... and the notorious nature of Activa 5G's break downing and stop riding in the middle of the road...technitians came from EVM service station again and started the vehicle and made it ride able... Honda ... Still You believe this manufacturing defected vehicle going to work... No... Never ... Please do the needful to take back this vehicle and give my money back

                I have given my dio for accident repairs at canonnore honda at kannur district two months back.they have delayed the work .very bad and rude behaviour by the dealer.
                My Honda unicorn 1 year under ..frient chakapsar..oil shal is bad..to plz replace..

                  Or today call kr ke bolte he app ki bike paasun karni he.

                    I have purchased honda activa in june 2018 from jagadhari haryana. I have been transferred from jagadhari to rohtak that why i have service the active from nearest dealer agency... But i have fed up with the honda... I have visited 5-6 time with my activa but there is no resulation of my problem till yet. My activa not started.. My activa stoped anywhere and anytime after that not started with kick or self. I am living in city alone and return from office late night... Its very difficult to manage all thing... I have visit agency so many time after 8 to 10 days inerwal. I have also complaint to customer care on 6 may 2019. They return the vehicle on 15 may 2019 with assurance that u will not faces the problem but after 1 day same problem occurs and i have again contact with dealer and complaint the same... Please resolve the problem either my full payment of vehicle return or change the vehicle otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                      The material used in dashboard and rear light cover is very poor in properties like..
                      1.start degrading after 1 year.
                      2.After 1 year of purchase materials of dash can be removed even by finger nail.
                      3.not scratch and dent resistance.
                      4.whitish shade arised on both.

                      I don't expect from Honda that kind of problems.

                        Worst experience with their management and employees . After i purchased Activa 5g they told me we also apply for RC and Driving License and I got my RC after waiting for a long time but For License they asked me for 3500/- and I paid and applied for 2 Driving License for me and my Brother so in total I paid 7500 Rupees to the employee of Honda Showroom Ambala Cantt. After waiting with Learning License I went to them again for permanent License I paid again and waited more than 1 month and when I asked them they told me sorry it wasn't applied yet .I requested again and till now I am waiting I don't even have my learning License yet and about RC registration after paying online fees they also charge Rupees 650 /- extra by cash . All are Fraud in Honda Showroom Ambala Cantt . I want resolution for this.

                          I purchased cb unicorn 150 on 22 january 2019 from vasavi honda viluppuram.

                          From first day i have complainted handle bar tighten problem, they told we will rectify it and it is due to gun tight, next day they adjusted but again same issue faced then 1 week later given complaint again they did same but problem not fixed and they told they will fix in first service. They reset in first service but problem increased.
                          Again then did something but no use. Next week again given complaint.
                          While second service problem not solved and they introduced bike pick up issue.
                          I have complained about this too many times but problem not fixed.

                          What i am facing are
                          1. While riding front and back shaking

                          2. Pick - up issue newly introduced after second service.
                          It will not move after 40 km speed.

                          And some minor issues.

                          For these issues i am giving complaint so many times but problem not rectified.

                          I went 10- 12 days went service centre regarding these, there is no service engineer in this service point.in experienced mechanic can't solve these issues but they introducing new issues.

                          Because of these issues i escaped from accident.

                          I have wasted my money to bought this bike, really it gives depression as well as mentally disturbed.

                            Dear sir/maam

                            I would like to request you to look into this fraud service centre i. E regency honda

                            12 may 2019 i delivered my bike to service center regarding engine over voice and over heating and some damage parts replacement. Today (15 may 2019) they call me and told me your bike don't have engine problem but the other lil problem are fixed and they don't have damage body parts... And they told me we order your bikes body arts and it will take 15 to 20 days after that bike body parts will be replaced. I agree to take my bike home without replacing body parts.

                            But after riding 35 km my bike stops and don't start... I tried my best 2-3 hours. You don't know how much i suffer during 2-3 hour... I had to leave my bike on road and travel 4 km by walk for bus stop to take bus.
                            They always don't provide good service and make false reasons... And i also want you to know that they don't take card they always take cash and when i asked for card they told me they don't accept card

                            I am very much unsatified with this service..
                            I should leave honda service
                            Cause its very poor and fraud.

                            And i also want to know how much i spend on this bike for service from the purchase of bike till now. Honda is a good company and have good reputation and after riding almost 5 year i can say that this bike is wrost bike of honda company.

                            My humble request to you
                            Plz dont ignore this honda 2 wheelers otherwise i'll have to complain in consumer court for suffering me and take money from me false services. Solve my complaint with in 2 day otherwise you will get notice with in one week under the consumer protection act, 1986

                            And i want to know in written what action you taking against them (I have some voice recordings if it will help you to take action against them i'm agree to send it to you through speed post)

                                I purchased honda activa 5g dlx black from fortune motors pvt ltd w. Marredipally, hyd. They sold a vehile which was damaged and cheating us that the vechile was changed.

                                (2) they has misappropriated rs. 2000/- from the amount of rs. 74000/- we paid. They do not able to explain the same and closing my compliants within two days without redressal

                                (3) they gave lot of trouble to include the hypothecation clause in invoice.

                                5 times closed the complaint without redressal the same.

                                What is next step as to file a case in consumer forum or other redressal mechanism for such type of issues

                                They not yet resolved the complaint. When I raise a complaint allotting a number and the next they are closing as resolved. What action now I have to take against the dealer and company.

                                The company do not feel shame when a dealer cheated a customer for Rs. 2000/- and they are also may be doing for years and pocketing huge money from the public. Vigilance Department and Transport should also take action against the dealer and company.

                                  I have given my honda activa for repairing in royal honda service center at gandhinagar, gujarat on dt.30/04/2019 till today it is not repaired and when i have inquired about it there was a very bed experience from service center.
                                  I have visited the service center four times but but my activa till not fully repaired.
                                  Today i have visit the service center but the head light is not properly fitted.
                                  And the service center give me estimate of repairing is rs. 4500 but the actual bill they give me rs. 8964/- without my prior approval they replace some part.
                                  Pl do need full.

                                    Dio scooters engine seized in run and it haulted. I am regularly servicing the scooter from auth. Service station. Than how my scooter's engine got seized. Engine oil was changed timely the scooter is frequently run for short distance only. It clearly appears that scooter service is not properly done. It was serviced 3-4 days back only at kun honda service station in thirumaniyur, chennai tamilnadu. Now hafty charges are estimated for repairs. Hence it requested to look into matter. No reason for engine to seize. May be a design fault or engine due to fault of service provider. Interestingly they asked for a yearly servicing agreement which i signed for 1 year. Scooter number is tn 12 h 0636

                                      I had purchased honda unicorn bike 20.10.18 at kallakurichi in villupuram district, tamilnadu. Last two time service in lodha honda service centre at chrompet in chennai. My vehicle o ring problem frequently came. But not care any problem and shock absorber not working properly. Informed this problem but not correct well. So please do needful.
