In six months i had given two times for servicing for rectification of problem related to acceleration, but they have not rectified the issue and replied that it has no any issue.
But because of the issue i have to hold the accelerator very firmly as a result of which my right arm, wrist, shoulder is under severe pain. As a result of this iam totally depressed and affecting my normal life....

After a few kilometers ride, even when i release the throttle and pull the clutch my bike is still running at high rpm. It feel worse at high traffic that my bike roaring like a ktm when i pull the clutch liver. I am getting slightly less milage because of this problem. Visited tajshree honda service centre nagpur for obtaining spare part for x blade. The staff told that spare part is not available. They were not guiding me how to go forward if i need damaged spare instead they were blaming me for my driving skills. They even were not ready to register my request for new spare part on future availability. Poor communication skill and unprofessional customer service.

Pathetic service i have been received ever in my whole life. As per the company promise bike should be delivered within 7 days of booking but still i have not received the bike after one and half months. And till when im trying to reach with them im getting pathetic response.
Don't promise any product wich you are not able to deliver on time.
