Service not good.in this service show room worker are not skilled. Not a good mechanical here so please rectify యిక్కడ worker కి పని రాదు దయుంచి బాగా పనిచేసే మెకానిక్స్ నే ఈ సర్వీస్ షోరూంలో పెట్టగలరు.నేను బ్రేక్ సెట్లు అరిగిపోయాయి చెపితే వాడు బ్రేకు బిగిస్తున్నాడు.ఇంజిన్లో ingine oil నేను ఆల్రెడీ మార్చి ఒక్క రోజు అయ్యింది వాడు బాగున్నది లేనిది కూడా చూడకుండా బండిలోంచి ingine oil తీసి వేశాడు.బండి కండిషన్లో ఉన్నది లేనిది వాడికి తెలియాలి అలా చూడకుండా ఆ bolts మాత్రమే బిగించుతున్నాడు.పైగా ఇక్కడ సర్వీస్ షోరూం గురించి చాలామంది బాధపడుతున్నారు

    I am very late to know about the complaint booking site, how ever i like to share about the complaint.

    Date of invoice : 20-10-17, invoice no ckd-17g-iw3607, invoice amt :12608

    Due to an accident i gave my vehicle for service in johns honda service center. Chalakudy. (Very small accident and change 5 parts. Two crash guard, one side portion of foot step, one indicator and one portion below the indicator, insurance amount received nearest rs 6500)
    As per the invoice they charged rs 2773 for painting, and rs 1416 for additional labor charge. At the time of delivery i discussed about these charges they says that the charge is for painting the parts which mentioned above.in bill it was showed as painting charge of (Scooter) but they not paint my scooter. At the time of next service i gave the vehicle in other service center. Same time i discussed about the past experience,, they showed the parts which changed in my vehicle and told that all parts are received in service center after painting and packing. Then i realized the cheating of johns honda service center chalakudy. Same day i informed the same with johns honda team chalakudy. They are not willing to solve the issue. Again i discussed the issue with their hub station (Johns honda thrissur), they clearly listen and said that they cant do any thing you can solve the issue from chalakudy service center only. Very recently i know about the site, so i like to share the issue for your response, i have the bill to show the proof.

      I had last free service left for my bike honda hornet. I had received message from ganga honda, surat that u can come for last service. When i reached service center they said that my service is over and i cant get free service anymore. Why should they send message of free service and then deny it and waste my time. Please take action against this because they are wasting customers time and are not giving good service.

        I purchased cb unicorn 150 on 22 january 2019 from vasavi honda viluppuram.

        I faced hand bar tighten on 1st day, i complaint regarding this they told it is machine tight so day by day it will be solved after 1 week i got very severe they loosed but problem not solved.
        Again i went they told we will rectify in 1st service while first service they took 3 days time and rides 80 km (They may used for personal?) also they reset hand bar but the problem not fixed. Again complainted they did something and given in evening time when service going to close i took my bike with unsatisfied.
        Next day i complainted via mobile call and then 2 times went service centre they tried to fix but no use.

        While second service again i passed same complaint but no use also introduced new issue that is clutch issue and gear sound 1 week later given all complaint what i am facing they changed spring in gear box but again facing same issue with severe that is pick up problem. Because of this i escaped from accident while overtake.
        There no service engineer only inexperienced mechanic attending issues.
        Also found front tyre wobble. But they not accept.
        I am mentally depressed because of this.

        I kindly request you please arrange good experienced mechanic to fix this issues.
        Otherwise i don't want this bike. I am very afraid to ride this bike.

          Hi Honda,

          This is to Bring to Your notice that How your Service centre works in Gurgaon region, Big Swing Honda Service centre, Gurgaon near Subash Chowk is a big Fraud.
          I went there for service and submit my scooty on 28 April 2019, and they did not tell me about the charges and nor gave me any kind of Written Slip or Job card, Their manage said will do the service, and when i went to service centre after 5 days, they said we have changed the complete Engine of your Scooty and now asking me to pay 19000, and manager there said we works like this only.
          They Did not ask me or did not have any verbal or written permission frommy side to change the engine, and now forcing me to pay money, otherwise will not return my scooty and now my scooty will with then and not returning back, i lodged complain at Honda Customer Care they said we are working,
          and i am helpless.

          Is this the professionalism by the Honda, How can Their Service Centre Behave like this, and do they have any kind of written confirmation slip type procedure for the service process, do they run their service centre on verbal things only.

          Honda Honda will not forced me to choose another option in future.

            I am from bharatpur in rajasthan. Sir i am very disappointed by the service of this area. My glass of distance meyer was broken. The service executive doesn't change the glass. They only say this will repair after a week or month. I wait for a month then they again avoid the things.
            Please sir contact the service executive of bharatpur and take action on it.

              I had purchsed honda active 125cc in 2017 nand now its been one and half year. A month ago its meter had stoped working soo i visited rajendra honda dearler workshop where they kept my scooty for service and asked me to contact in the morning. The very next day when i called them they did'nt response me properly soo i went to them in the evening and they told that meter of me scooty was already damaged soo they will not provide any service to that. But i had noticed that there was damage in the temper of the meter. I told them that scooty has always been serviced in the service centre not anywhere else earlier, so they replied that they cannot do anything to this and there will be no warranty for this meter. Finally get agreed somehow to give servive for it and kept my scooty for 4days and after four days they again denied to give any service. Then i called their customer care where they register my complaint for this and asked me to wait for 3days more and after that when i called them they said your complaint has been closed. I ask them to reopen it and get me a solution to my problem. All this mess went for 1 month soo i finally called their executive mr meet singh and he showed soo much of attitude and attended my call soo badly by saying we will not do anything to this meter and will not provide any warranty service, do whatever you can do and ended the call.

                Vary pathetic maintenance services provided by activa service center.

                I have given two wheeler 3 time in service center for startup issue but problem facing as of now.

                Every day facing start up & vehicle automatic down whenever ride on road.

                No issue in my vehicle when was shifted from lucknow but facing start up issue when was services from radiant honda service center delhi.

                If you have not well skilled staff then why you are accepting vehicle for repair/services its totally problematic for customer.

                I think customer should go to consumer court & register complain this is right action for you.

                  I am writing out this complain after getting so much annoyed and felling so vulnerable due to the pathetic service of my vehicle i. E. Honda cbr 150r @ one of your agency laxmi honda at dist sidhi (M. P).
                  I have asked for changing of my both disk brakes pads which i have provided to them from bhopal along with general service instructions.
                  In return after keeping my bike since 1pm till 7:00 pm they just messed up everything in my bike or say has deteriorated it to its worse condition ever.

                  1. They have changed my engine oil which was a synthetic one and only few days back i have got that changed without my consent and don't know which oil they poured.
                  2. After changing of disk pads rear brakes are totally gone even after standing upon the brake paddle brakes aren't coming. On top of that the service guy mr. Ravi has explained that my disk plate has gone abrase or got scratched up due to which new pads aren't working. And also my rear wheel is making so much noise while driving the vehicle now.
                  3. I order to clean air filter they have open up the ferry part of the bike which they have just reassembled for name sake with so disgusting manner that even my front seat is coming out on driving.
                  4. Charged me with rs400 labour chris which is not even near to worth of an penny's job.
                  5. On the name of general service they have not greased any required place such as clutch, front brake lever, front suspension etc. And not even washed up the vehicle stating that washing facility is not working right now.

                  Total of 1500 they charged me but i am so sure that they haven't earned that it's a loot.

                  I am proud owner of cbr150r since 2013 along with 2 activa and one shine in my home and haven't been hurted by honda ever in terms of after sale customer service.
                  All i want is that my vehicle must be taken due and proper care so that i can have my trust maintained upon you guys in future as well.

                    We have buyed activa 5g in sridevi honda at kakinada, the dent was occured naturally without any scratches and it was occured after buyed of 1 week. We have given to the servicing they have taken the dent and after some days the dent is reoccured.in last one month the activa 5g has occured new dent. Then we have consulted the workshop manager, he was talking irresponsibly about we given complaint, he was not giving the answer politely. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                    Given for my 2nd servicing and after servicing I got that my battery is dead.
                    Old battery was made on January 2017.
                    Knocking problem in my new ACTIVA 5G, along with self starting problem. The problem remain same after my third servicing also. Still they are unable to solve.

                      In activa 5g free service instruction to dealers in point number 9 where it is mentioned to replace oil then why dealers are charging for the same please justify. I received bill for 750ml oil cost 350inr. Due to limitation of photo size exceed 2mb i am unable to submit pics. Please clarify whether it is chargable service or free service?. As per instructions for free service provided to dealer includes oil replacement please check, confirm and clarify it.

                        I dileep kumar had booked my luggage on dated[protected] from indore to chennai (Parcel no.575032), but till now i have not received my parcel.

                        I inquired in ash bagh, they informed me that my parcel had moved from azamgarh on 26 april 2019 by train no-18192

                        I have inquired at azamgarh parcel office several time but the parcel officer is not taking any responsibility.

                        Sir, i am in private job and hence i cant take leave and go to the railway station daily.

                        I attached the billty copy herewith please open this attachment & understand my problem.

                        Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay. I would very much thankful for your kind co-operation

                          O draw attention towards very pathetic and unresponsive support from your network partner Khayti Honda Lucknow, as i have an Activa 3g which i have submitted in the said workshop because of accidental type service on 16th April 2019 firstly the concern person of the workshop didn't provide me any estimate how much it would cost for repairing the Activa and how much would be borne by insurance company (My activa was under insurance by ICICI ), secondly it would take more then 10 days to get the DO from the insurer and that too after several reminder from my side to the workshop concern and Insurer .Even Honda Workshop don't give a single call to me and update the status of the vehicle .

                          Moreover the workshop without showing me DO or estimated cost asked me to deposit Rs 4856 and handover me the vehicle without complete replacement as the center cover of the Activa 3G completely broken they asked me that the said part is not is their stock will get it done replaced in one or two days but now it is more then 5 days neither the workshop concern picking up my call nor even they bother to tell exact date when the replacement will be get done which is really very disappointing .

                          My bike is HONDA SO SHINE 125.it has a starting problem. When I riding my bike sometime engine start is stop and I cannot start my bike by self or kick.this problem is ongoing when I purchase my bike. I servicing the bike in time, but technician cannot find the problem.
                          So I request you kind solve this problem.

                            From the day i purchased my aviator im facing the problems like self start and milage issue on the time of first service i told srrvice centre employe about such problems and they said we will resolve them but till now the issue are not geting resolved recently i am done with my 3 rd service i told them to fix these issues and some others like breaks but i m still facing the same i m very diappointed by the service provided by honda (malva honda is the service provider)

                              I bought a two wheeler from J.C Honda dated on[protected]. when i went for second service to Haldar Honda, they told me there are no Free service left,
                              due to date of sale, the two wheeler has been sold dated on[protected] to Mr. Mondal
                              here are CHASSIS NO. ME4JC715JHTO74064 and ENGINE NO. JC71ET1114838
                              You can check the product manufacture Date and sales date, they resold a second hand Two Wheeler to me with current market price.
                              and the biggest thing is I'm not getting service from other than J.C Honda,
                              every service center refusing for servicing my two wheeler due to out dated,
                              and I can't go to J.C Honda every time cause I'm 60KM away from their Showroom and Service center.
                              I'm looking for a positive action against J.C Honda, they are fraud they are reselling Old motor bikes .

                                I purchased a amc from one of your service centre at maliya nagar (Jaipur honda) now they refuse to use this amc and made a post bill to give me discount on this bill.
                                Acctually i went to take my scooter on 29 april but they are giving me bill of 27 april and telling me that amc cant be used
                                Then what is use of amc of honda
                                They are saying that a bill is generated by honda itself and honda made this bill on 27 april and they cant do anything
                                Please help and try to refund my discount money

That time i was deposit 1000 rs booking amount in showroom. After that showroom give me 7 days waiting period for bike delivery.
                                  Yesterday i am going to in showroom for taking bike delivery showroom manager and owner force me unnecessary charges to me. When i am not ready to pay this charges then showroom cancel my delivery. Thatswhy i am taking other companies bike.

                                    My self sushant gujar. I buy vehicle from bhavana honda at date of january 2019.
                                    They don't do passing till now date 27 april 2019. Also the executive gave me number mh43bs 3292 as a choice number but i check then i know that the number has registered to some others vehicle. Also they taken 2000 rs for adjustment fee. Also they do fraud with me. I paid almost 4 emi but they doesn't give vehicle number in case some accident will occur who will be responsible for that.

                                    I bought my Honda Activa 5G from G.S HONDA, JALANDHAR . Till time only 2396 km run & got 2 regular services & 1 time extra visit for engine voice proble. But they could not fix the problem . When i drive activa above 50kmph speed then engine create different noise. They are unable to fix the problem. Please do the need full solution.

                                      I m complaining regarding my activa 5g. Since august 2018 till date. I have given my activa for service n complaint many times with same complaint of starting issue n activa stops in midway. I m very much fed up of all this n got no solution. I have done a very big mistake by buying activa 5 g. I don't know what to do. Please help me. N solve my problem.

                                        Today (28th april 2018) morning i visited your service center at around 8.15 am to ask your service advisor for break down facility. But no one was available for the service and they have informed me to call on one mobile no. After 10.00 am...

                                        As instructed by them (Security person n one more guy) i called after 10.00 am and asked for break down service while co-ordinating that time on calls i informed everyone (Advisor, break down service person, customer service representative) that i need proper washing service and some kind of noise is coming from front side that needs to be clear. They said yes madam we will check and clear the same.

                                        As it's third time i am taking service facility from your service center and not a single time they have provided me proper washing service and not cleared that noise.
                                        Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Many times i contact to the service centre of saha honda for requiring some of my bike parts within the guaranty period.I want some of my bikes parts they are don't giving me any parts I'm getting harrassed by them.kindly take step.
                                        Starting trouble and missing problem.. Informed in authorised Honda workshop.. But not rectified and not clear it..
