The servicing was not done properly, vehicle is not checked before delivery, buzzer alarm was not working, mirror is loose, not able to lock the vehicle.
I am facing issue from the time i am bought grazia from shanti honda. Vehicle was not delivered properly. Servicing is not up to honda standards.
I felt i was delivered a old vehicle, the day i bought it, the seat hook was broken, vehicle has dirty sticker on the display, fuel gauge not working.
I missed my 1 servicing due to delay in getting number, in second servicing, the vehicle indicator system malfunctioned/ stopped working, then buzzer alarm stopped working. Facing issue in startup. I had to mostly use the choke to start the so called new honda grazia.
I am very unsatisfied with honda vehicle and service till day. I feel i should have not bought honda grazia.
I am attaching the photograph of vehicle in the condition it was delivered. I am writing to you to highlight the quality of service and the problem i am facing/
