I purchased honda activa 5g about three month back. I noticed that there is a wobbling and sound in the handel and also scooter is pulling towards one side. Am not satisfied yet after the second service honda 2 wheeler motar (Shri balaji motar) again and again same issue went to the dealer and also to a service center. They tried to fix this atleast twice but the issue was not resolved. I requested to exchange this scooter but no response from the dealer or the company. Really helpless at this stage.

I had purchased one Honda Dio in the name of Sajikumar M from Shymas Honda's Cherthala branch but I experienced a bad service from their sales division. I had purchased the vehicle last month 28th but yet now TP is not happen. Several times I had called them ask about it but they even ready to attend my call. They didn't give a reply yet now

    Sir, i bought honda shine s p byke from peeyem honda kannur one year back. Now this is the 5th service need to complete for my byke.. While running in 4th or 5th gear it goes neutral and byke will raise. During 2nd, 3rd and 4th service i made complaint about my byke not yet cleared. So kindly consider my complaint as it is a serious matter and may lead to accident

      I am buying honda cbr 250 (Reg no. Tn 74 at 6375) on 6th september still i runned only 5157 kms. Now i meet so many problems in this bike, like first time front wheel disk brake system failure. And it changed by our near by dealer harini honda nagercoil. One month ago some noises in engine head and now oil leakage in cylinder head. I am handled this bike very smoothly and well maintained. Yet not used for any rough and high speed. It runned with under 100kms speed. I am really very disappointed with buying this bike. Almost three major faults in around 5000 kms running.in this vehicle very expensive but i meet very very poor quality

        Honda livo — engine gets trouble within 3 years of running with prompt service at the honda service centre. Honda customer care is useless as they don't listen & consider the customer pains. So we tend to spend money for service year on on as the engine problem continues.

        Dont't go for any honda new products. It's clearly able to see in the market that none of the honda newly launched 2 wheeler successful in the market.

        Honda 2 wheelers no reliabilty. No customer care

          Right from the day i have bought this vehicle, the issue with the vehicle hasn't been resolved yet. The issue with the vehicle persist from the day of purchase.

          The service center has not resolved the issue and have been playing games with me since then.

          After every complaint i had lodged previously, they have just kept the vehicle with them for a day and returned it to me at evening saying "they have resolved the issue".

          I feel like i have been cheated by kaizen honda showroom (Solapur) by selling me a faulty vehicle.

          I will hand over the vehicle to the showroom to get it resolved and i won't care if it even takes a month for it to get resolved but when i get it back the issue must be resolved permanently.

          About the issue: the vehicle doesn't start even with button start (Using choke) or kickstart. What is the use of vehicle if it doesn't start?

          I feel the showroom is running a fraudulent scheme here.

          I am surprised as to how they can't resolve a menial issue which shouldn't have been in the vehicle at first place.

          This is harassment for me.

          I am not willing to give my vehicle to service center and receive it every-time with issue unresolved.

          Please look into this issue as soon as possible and if it isn't resolved this time then i guess i have to look for alternative options to proceed with this issue.

            I am requesting to all don't buy honda bike. Really they are cheating. I bought new honda hornet on[protected] but they given faulty bike. Keep going on service center but there no little improvement and there is proper response. I have wasted my one lakh. I bet you don't waste your money. I lost my one lakh. Still i have facing huge engine noise and gear very tight.

              I purchase my honda hornet in dec 2018... There is starting problem while using self, so i take it to premsons diversy pvt. Ltd... For repair, they resolve my problem but while repairing they burned my bike sticker, they told me come after some day we change your sticker. But now they are not changing my honda hornet sticker that was burned by them while repairing my bike... I go to them several time... But they made excuses every time... I am very disappointed.

                Telling from jalpaiguri. Our honda service station ratna service centre. They are not doing the service job properly and behebing like supirior always. They dont want wash inside and also the inner side of the scooter. They only wash it outside and deprived as from the full service as required. This is going on here from the very begining and the cost of service is always drain from my side as well as others. Also the timimg of the service centre is poor. They alway starts from 10.30am which will be 9.30am as written. Please take the necessary action against the service centre otherwise i wil be at complain cell of india govt.
                Another thing how the selling the bikes without any dealership. Also a question of me.

                  The servicing was not done properly, vehicle is not checked before delivery, buzzer alarm was not working, mirror is loose, not able to lock the vehicle.

                  I am facing issue from the time i am bought grazia from shanti honda. Vehicle was not delivered properly. Servicing is not up to honda standards.
                  I felt i was delivered a old vehicle, the day i bought it, the seat hook was broken, vehicle has dirty sticker on the display, fuel gauge not working.

                  I missed my 1 servicing due to delay in getting number, in second servicing, the vehicle indicator system malfunctioned/ stopped working, then buzzer alarm stopped working. Facing issue in startup. I had to mostly use the choke to start the so called new honda grazia.

                  I am very unsatisfied with honda vehicle and service till day. I feel i should have not bought honda grazia.

                  I am attaching the photograph of vehicle in the condition it was delivered. I am writing to you to highlight the quality of service and the problem i am facing/

                    We recd honda 5g two wheeler from rohan honda dapodi pune on 31/3/2019 on second day we saw one screw droped down from near by key operating place when we call to showroom they say come to showroom we will make fixed that screw again. Now the showroom is 14 km from my homeplace we have fill up own petrol and then we will go for that service of your honda company.Really worst condition actully this is for customer.We are unsatisfied and disoppinted customer from your honda company. As we bay this two wheeler for only brand name which is famous for service. In accessaries frist they told us they are giving all accesaries include helmate with one thousand discount of gudipadhawa offer but when the bike we recd that time they denied to giving us helmate. Is this a really brand name or what. Do a action as early as possible we have to see your management also now its working or note

                      The serviceing of honda activa is very poor and not available at the scheduled time. Serviceing agency given a scheduled time for particular service but that service is not completed by the agency at given time.
                      The customers have to wait for very very long time and even go to three or more time for particular service. They are degrading the flag and reputation of honda company. Such time delay is because honda company has provide 4 to 5 free services on new purchase but the employees of the autherise agency are not interested in providing the free service.

                        Dear team,
                        This is the experience about the service center sky honda at solapur pune road.
                        Since jan 2019 till date i had visit service center trice for dissatisfaction, i alway s get my vehicle repaired from authorized service centers but this is the worst experience i had at sky honda hadapsar since day one.

                        1. I had submitted my vehicle at service center for replacement of broken meter cover, electric meter was totally working condition and i have been asked at service center that meter glass will be replaced. And working meter has been shown to executive before delivery.

                        2. When they replaced the meter cover, i found they did something due to which meter git damaged.

                        Such negligent handling at the service centers end i have been asked to pay the additional charges for meter replacement.

                        This is tactic being used using to extract the moey from customers by making them fool by working parts are replaced with faulty parts.

                        They need total 6 days to tell me that meter has problem, it clearly shows that there is conspiracy and clear intention to cheat customers at honda authorized service centers.

                        We trust honda as brand name and give our vehicles assuming the due care taken but it seems by way of such practices to increase the sale of costly parts of vehicle.

                        I want my vehicles electric meter to be replaced or repaired by service center free of cost with apology as due to their such act i have to suffer a lot even working original meter they damaged while handling.

                            My name is satish patel and i am the owner of khodel auto parts firm situated at 2, 3, 4 munivar complex, nr. Khodiyar temple, nikol gam road, nikol, ahmedabad, gujarat, india.

                            This complaint is to inform you that my firm was raided on feb 21, 19 by mr. Dixit and mr. Bharat from eipr india pvt.co. Mumbai on the allegation of duplicate items of honda company sold by me. I would like to inform that i am an ethical person and a reputed retailer in my area since 2002. I only purchase genuine parts from honda dealer – romil enterprises, ahmedabad. If required, i can furnish the details of purchases made by me from the dealers. During the raid, i was told that the date of manufacture on both sides of stickers on the product was not matching. As i have purchased these goods from the company designated dealer’s shop, the same goods are present in dealer’s stock. Amount of these goods was rs. 24, 569 and they were very much original. I had to face humiliation in my entire area in spite of doing business ethically. Additionally, these goods are still not returned to me causing me loss of rs. 24, 569. I have also written to honda customer support few days back but no one has approached me till now.

                            Now, i and other members of the retail marked association are very furious about this and are thinking to boycott the sale of honda original parts till this issue is sorted from your end.

                            With this post, i want help in getting this sorted on immediate basis. I am hoping proper steps would be taken by honda company which would help me bring my reputation back and increase the confidence of other retailers in selling honda genuine parts.

                              My honda scooty, activa i, we gave it for service on 31st march, came back by the evening, before going to the service centre the headlights were working now after coming back it isn’t.
                              Now they’re asking us to pay extra for this while it was functional before the service
                              Personally i don’t think this is an ethical charge, whatever happened it happens under the care of the service centre

                              I give my two wheeler for service and insurance claim i paid for service charge .They took more charge of insurance claim and giving explains of difference amount and wear and tear part but all parts are cover in insurance why they charge extra amount need clarification and superior is very arrogant, need quick resolution.

                                I have purchase new bike of splender+ and given for my first service at Horizon motors at PIJ road.At this time I have given my complain and query need to be resolved. 1) front tyre wobbeling 2)Getting noice while changing the gears. But once I received my bike after the service my problem is as it is and also getting the noice from engine after services.
                                This is my very bad experience from this service station need your explanation why such kind of services received from your respective dealers. May I get resolution of my query ?.
                                Why your dealer not accepting Digital money why they are force to given payment by cash only ?
                                If I will not received appropriate revert will escalate my query to higher authorities and social Media too.

                                  Sir, i v. G. Santosh gave my two wheeler for service at about 10.00 am on[protected]. On the same day by evening 6.00 pm i gave a call about my vehicle and they intimated that servicing of vehicle not at started and i questioned them when will handover vehicle they answered with in one hour they will delivered the vehicle. After one hour when i am calling no body response mobiles re getting switched off. Tomorrow is holiday for service. I have no vehicle for two days for their carelessness. I think it is not good about customer.

                                    On 12th March 2019, I bought New Activa Honda 5g from Pashankar Honda Pune.
                                    After running bike 10-15 km I addressed that bike having vibration problem and its increasing day by day.Hence regarding that filed complaint to Honda Customer Care and Dealer on 20th March 2019. But still not got any fix or any positive response from them.

                                      I had brought unicorn 150 on 03/09/2018. But from 6 month i am facing problem within a 3 week had problem in gear between 4th and 5th. During the service i had informed and they did something and said the problem is resolved still after service i had face the problem.in the month of december 10 i was riding the while riding the bike the bike stopped completly the he highway which risk my life also. Then i went to the service station then they changed and cleaned carborator and tapet the rubber was also changed. And they charged me in second service and i had the same problem after second service. The bike used to stop and i had gone to pilot honda chembur and they did something and said now problem is resolved. But again the same problem started the bike used to stop in between riding. Again i went to pilot i have problem in engine there is lot of sound in engine. I have shown to pilot honda chembur 3 service over but yet not the problem resolved. I have spent lot of money 3 service warranty over. Now there is lot of sound.. Now while riding the bike i feel uncomfortable because again i feel there is problem... Because the oil is leaking form engine part.
