I purchased this activa in last year[protected] from krishna honda ludhiana punjab. From the last month i faced the problem kir kir noise i guess it's (Tapet loose noise), secondly there is low mileage approximate 25kmpl, third there is excessive vibration in my activa on the speed of 60 km. I want the resolution against as earliest. By profession i am also engineer in mercedes benz. Today i came for service of my activa scooter in the dealership krishna honda near basti jodhewal ludhiana punjab

    Whenever i tried to ride it, i remains unable to make balance on it. It creates some vibrations while riding. I am unable to manage it properly. I have talked several times to the honda agency agent and many times i have left it in agency for checking. But still now i have not got the required performance from it. You are requested to get it repaired or allot me a new scooty.

      Hi team,

      This is second time i am writing the complaint against the service centre where the worst service and response is given. Today morning i did called to the medavakam manasarovar honda service centre and ask for the availability for leaving the bike. Morning i called around 8.30 am. One of the representative picked up and said that i will get the bike on sunday that is (12.05.2019) and if there is no much complaint in bike and only general service is required then it will be returned on same day that is today (11.05.2019). Once i reached the service station i reached there at 9.15 a. M. They have asked it's free or paid service and a security person pinched a sticker on my bike. And i have waited more than 45 mins none of the service attender came to attend the service to take. After that one guy came and said bike will be returned on monday after service. Due to large number of bikes are pending. If that is the case they should given a commient that they will return on same day and to bring and leave the bike. Do they think customers don't have any work and they are fool enough.
      After much long waiting they are saying these kind of words and i insisted manager to come and talk for that again i have waited more than 20 mins manager not yet came. Then he comes and saying already many pending bike are there so we can't. Able to take it. Is this the way he answer. And he was saying the number i have called in the morning is actually toll free number and we are unaware who attended the call. That is his duty to enquire who gave the false commitment.
      Also the manager is saying that if you need the bike today will you accept if we return. It with half service done. Is this the way a manager should speak to the customer. How come he will say that will return in half service. I needed a proper response for this and this happened even in madipakkam show room often. So only this time even though if it's long i went for medavakam for service inspire of seeing hot sun. Really frustrating in this kind of service and managers behaviour... Please take the severe action on this too service centers where none of the service person is responding properly to the customers. Also they are showing irritating faces towards the customer. If they don't like then why do they come for this job. This is paid service then when buying the new bike why they are saying that they will do good service for the customers. Is this the way of good service. Please check this and requesting you to take immediate action.

        For third free servicing i had been to muscot honda, hingna, nagpur. At 09:00 am i was waiting for engineer to handle my vehicle there was insufficient man power.

        Telecaller calls us to cumming morning but only single executive is there to attend the customers.

        There is no value for customers time.

          On purchasing the said motorcycle i repeatedly faced a less pressure trouble of the front wheel very beginning even though pressure didn't retain 24hrs& regular pressure to be filled. I went to the honda authorized nearest service station, ghoshpara, hatiara, loknath mandir, kolkata 700059, where on checking they decided that it's a tyre problem so it is to be replaced from mrf tyre company, located at 40/prince anwar shah road, kolkata 70033.
          But my question is i purchased it from a authorized showroom & it is a complete fault of the manufacturer why they recommend such tyre company to provide a faulty important item to the car for which customer has to suffer from door to door of a dealer & service centre. Not only that now the said service centre has issued a letter to the mrf tyre company to replace the tyre which i have to carry personally
          To their shop and again to bring the new one but it's far away from my residence & being a kolkata metro pilot it is not possible for me to make out time to carry out the said system. Is it not ridiculous that the dealer or the service centre will not take the responsibility of changing the same? Though it is remain under warranty period, so i am requesting you to take necessary action and advice them accordingly.

            I have purchased a honda activa 5g on 07.05.2019 from sardar motors (Autowheels) pvt. Ltd.7 park road gorakhpur vide receipt no.436 dt.07.5.2019 but it is regretfully informed you that before delivery of vehicle to me, the agency staff has not checked the vehicle properly despite several request. Its brakes were loose, seat opening switch was loose, rearing mirror not adjusted. Most painfully saying that after drive of around 8-10 km just after delivery it got stopped. It was not starting neither on self nor on kick. I have contacted the agency and agency sent a mechanic after 2-2.5 hrs. And after examining the vehicle mechanic told that air pipe was not tightened properly so it was got removed from the original place.
            In such a situation i have to regret my decision for taking this vehicle. I had never supposed this type of service from honda. The employees are irresponsible. Please take suitable action so that this incidence will not happen again to someone else. Thanks,

              From the day i purchased my honda activa im facing the problems like self start, vibrating sound, while running creating erotic sound issue on the time of first service i told service centre advisior about such problems and they said we will resolve them but till now the 4free services completed, issue are not geting resolved. I told him on every servicing. I regulary completed four servicing with oil change. Recently i went for paid service on 07 may i told them to fix these issues and some others. I received call from service center crank issue need to open engine and it is 10-12 thousand budget. When i came there told the issue is from 1st service u cannot resolved after complete free service you are telling pay for this. I meet cr manager and told her. So they temporary solve the issue but when i got my vehical there is no cleaning and washing. Again i shouting the same then the person cleaning and washing. Now the issue is pickup problem. I m very diappointed by the service provided by honda (Mascot honda, dasara road, mahal nagpur is the service provider)...

                From the day we purchase it (Scooty of honda) we are facing problem to start. Yet several complaints in agency and service centre we are still facing the same problem again and again it doesn't seem that we have bought a new scooty it seems that ot was an antique scooty which haven't been operated for 10 years.
                We have to start through kick every time whenever we want to start the scooty and despite several complaints we are facing the same problem.

                  In the last month, my bike honda shine damaged due to accident. Because of this, some parts got damaged like mudguard and front fairing kit (Windscreen above headlight). My honda shine color has monsoon color which is generally not available in any honda service center of dehradun. When it is necessary to maintain the stock of accessories is necessary.
                  But the response of honda staff member and is not much good.

                    Dear support team,
                    The servicing of bike is not upto the mark. They hardly service the bike properly. Only basic service like oil change, oil filter they carry out. Why don't they carry out the full servicing of the bikes and scooter. I have activa 5g and i am not happy with the is service centre which is nearest to my house. I am not happy with honda service centre. Yamaha is giving better service. So please take care of your customer. And the staff don't allow the customer to look at the bike at servicing. If any accident takes place and biker gets injured who is to be blamed for this. Please give adequate answer to this.

                            I am very late to know about the complaint booking site, how ever i like to share about the complaint.

                            Date of invoice : 20-10-17, invoice no ckd-17g-iw3607, invoice amt :12608

                            Due to an accident i gave my vehicle for service in johns honda service center. Chalakudy. (Very small accident and change 5 parts. Two crash guard, one side portion of foot step, one indicator and one portion below the indicator, insurance amount received nearest rs 6500)
                            As per the invoice they charged rs 2773 for painting, and rs 1416 for additional labor charge. At the time of delivery i discussed about these charges they says that the charge is for painting the parts which mentioned above.in bill it was showed as painting charge of (Scooter) but they not paint my scooter. At the time of next service i gave the vehicle in other service center. Same time i discussed about the past experience,, they showed the parts which changed in my vehicle and told that all parts are received in service center after painting and packing. Then i realized the cheating of johns honda service center chalakudy. Same day i informed the same with johns honda team chalakudy. They are not willing to solve the issue. Again i discussed the issue with their hub station (Johns honda thrissur), they clearly listen and said that they cant do any thing you can solve the issue from chalakudy service center only. Very recently i know about the site, so i like to share the issue for your response, i have the bill to show the proof.

                              I had last free service left for my bike honda hornet. I had received message from ganga honda, surat that u can come for last service. When i reached service center they said that my service is over and i cant get free service anymore. Why should they send message of free service and then deny it and waste my time. Please take action against this because they are wasting customers time and are not giving good service.

                                I purchased cb unicorn 150 on 22 january 2019 from vasavi honda viluppuram.

                                I faced hand bar tighten on 1st day, i complaint regarding this they told it is machine tight so day by day it will be solved after 1 week i got very severe they loosed but problem not solved.
                                Again i went they told we will rectify in 1st service while first service they took 3 days time and rides 80 km (They may used for personal?) also they reset hand bar but the problem not fixed. Again complainted they did something and given in evening time when service going to close i took my bike with unsatisfied.
                                Next day i complainted via mobile call and then 2 times went service centre they tried to fix but no use.

                                While second service again i passed same complaint but no use also introduced new issue that is clutch issue and gear sound 1 week later given all complaint what i am facing they changed spring in gear box but again facing same issue with severe that is pick up problem. Because of this i escaped from accident while overtake.
                                There no service engineer only inexperienced mechanic attending issues.
                                Also found front tyre wobble. But they not accept.
                                I am mentally depressed because of this.

                                I kindly request you please arrange good experienced mechanic to fix this issues.
                                Otherwise i don't want this bike. I am very afraid to ride this bike.

                                  Hi Honda,

                                  This is to Bring to Your notice that How your Service centre works in Gurgaon region, Big Swing Honda Service centre, Gurgaon near Subash Chowk is a big Fraud.
                                  I went there for service and submit my scooty on 28 April 2019, and they did not tell me about the charges and nor gave me any kind of Written Slip or Job card, Their manage said will do the service, and when i went to service centre after 5 days, they said we have changed the complete Engine of your Scooty and now asking me to pay 19000, and manager there said we works like this only.
                                  They Did not ask me or did not have any verbal or written permission frommy side to change the engine, and now forcing me to pay money, otherwise will not return my scooty and now my scooty will with then and not returning back, i lodged complain at Honda Customer Care they said we are working,
                                  and i am helpless.

                                  Is this the professionalism by the Honda, How can Their Service Centre Behave like this, and do they have any kind of written confirmation slip type procedure for the service process, do they run their service centre on verbal things only.

                                  Honda Honda will not forced me to choose another option in future.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I am from bharatpur in rajasthan. Sir i am very disappointed by the service of this area. My glass of distance meyer was broken. The service executive doesn't change the glass. They only say this will repair after a week or month. I wait for a month then they again avoid the things.
                                    Please sir contact the service executive of bharatpur and take action on it.

                                      I had purchsed honda active 125cc in 2017 nand now its been one and half year. A month ago its meter had stoped working soo i visited rajendra honda dearler workshop where they kept my scooty for service and asked me to contact in the morning. The very next day when i called them they did'nt response me properly soo i went to them in the evening and they told that meter of me scooty was already damaged soo they will not provide any service to that. But i had noticed that there was damage in the temper of the meter. I told them that scooty has always been serviced in the service centre not anywhere else earlier, so they replied that they cannot do anything to this and there will be no warranty for this meter. Finally get agreed somehow to give servive for it and kept my scooty for 4days and after four days they again denied to give any service. Then i called their customer care where they register my complaint for this and asked me to wait for 3days more and after that when i called them they said your complaint has been closed. I ask them to reopen it and get me a solution to my problem. All this mess went for 1 month soo i finally called their executive mr meet singh and he showed soo much of attitude and attended my call soo badly by saying we will not do anything to this meter and will not provide any warranty service, do whatever you can do and ended the call.

                                        Vary pathetic maintenance services provided by activa service center.

                                        I have given two wheeler 3 time in service center for startup issue but problem facing as of now.

                                        Every day facing start up & vehicle automatic down whenever ride on road.

                                        No issue in my vehicle when was shifted from lucknow but facing start up issue when was services from radiant honda service center delhi.

                                        If you have not well skilled staff then why you are accepting vehicle for repair/services its totally problematic for customer.

                                        I think customer should go to consumer court & register complain this is right action for you.
