I purchased honda activa 3years ago in balaji automotive, chennai tamilnadu after free service its was in amc still in same service center last friday 01-03-19 i have given my two wheler for service after many call and inperson enquiry they given my vehicle back with service charge 5000 rs worst service experience in my life no one is responsible there this is worst way of service given by authorized honda service centre...

Sir we bought activa 5g bike on (1/3/2019) in sri venkateshwara honda, dharmapuri by net cash. During payment time the sales person (Mr. Arun) told we give extra fittings (Ladies handle, foot mat, helmet) like that.. But after fnishing registration they not give any extra fittings... Today in the morning i went for service of my scooter honda activa at swroop honda in patparganj industrial area. I have amc for one year and they have given me additional estimate of 600. Till here i was ok. When i come back to home then they ring to me and said engine of your scooter required to be open and expected expenses will come around rs. 10000/-.in morning i have just requested and inform them about starting problem in the morning....

This is to inform you i had visited your singla service center in kurukshetra opp new bus stand and the thing which i was seriouslly shocked that such a reputed company must ensure that there name will not be ruined by just small changes.
I fell sick after using there washroom.. This must be checked at your end...

I just bought honda activa 5g dlx from your dealer rahul pam honda karnal. Firstly they don't have that staff who has proper knowledge about product and schemes they are offering. Secondly they are misleading their customers by not telling about the conditions of scheme under which they are selling their products. I am totally unsatisfied with this kind of customer service and will not recommend anyone to buy any of the honda product....

Dealer not providing 4th free service as given in user manual and stick a sticker made by him on back side o[censored]ser manual which show only 3 free service.
Also in service they only washed the vehicle and not doing anything. My activa not getting started once not drive for 2-3 days and need many self start and choke to start. Complain given during service but not resolved.

My bike engine pistone cylinder has damaged within 3.5 years. Although i had done free servicing as well as amc for another 2 years..
