Hi team,

I have purchased honda activa 4g, in last 3 months it stopped in middle of road and doesn't start at all, i took it to service centre, each time they replace some parts (Spark plug, pipe, coil) and say now it won't happen again.
Last time they said even we are not understanding what the problem is.
I have been so pissed off with this, i have stuck so many times while going to office and i have to park it somewhere book a cab back to home.
What can i do, now they have stopped responding on tickets too.

    Hi,

    I just purchased a honda bike from aryabhangy honda perumbavoors. Its the worst decision i have made in my life. They have assured the delivery will happen on monday. I have waited queriosly for that day and unfortunately no call came from their side and at last i called them. And they told me that the delivery will done on 5.30 pm. As they told i reached their office ath 5.30 pm. The vehicle was there but the it was not even washed the mirror was not fitted done nothing. They told me to wait i have waited their for more than 2 hours. The employees are in hurry to deliver my bike but to reach their home. I am still waiting here.

    #no value for customer, customer's time and for their money#, pathetic service care.

    Why don't they properly deliver the product

    This is shame for honda company itself

      I purchased a CB hornet160R on 15th of July'16 and til now the engine Kit have been replaced 5 times as It starts to create noise after running every[protected] kms on the new kit. Everytime I've to leave my bike at the service center for almost 20-30 days and the same parts are being changed every single time. No one is even trying to figure out what causes the problem which reduces the performance drastically and Engine starts to make noise. I dropped an Email to [protected]@Hondatwowheelerindia.com the initial response was good but later they closed my complaint status without my consent. I just want to know what should I do now that even the customer care is working so carelessly how can I get an assurance that I'll not be facing any problems on later stages which I've already started to face with the noise problem.Either I need to approach any higher authority or may be file a complaint in the consumer court as there is definitely some manufacturing defect in the Engine which the company is denying to accept.

        Dear sir,

        This is to inform you that, i, saurav misra from bhubaneswar had given my honda dazzler to khimji honda (Khimji autorides pvt. Ltd. (Kiit square) for regular servicing. At first the security person created my job card for the below task. He was forcing me to take the amc to reduce the labor charges, servicing cost. I agreed to it.

        1. Fork oil change
        2. Fork seal
        3. Rear disk pad
        4. Ball racer

        Around 11am, they called me and informed me about the materials needed to be replaced and the estimate amount of the service. On call, they mentioned amount will be near about 2k. I said ok.

        As per their timings, they asked me to come around 4.30pm to collect the bike.

        When i reached service center around 5.30pm bike was not washed yet. They make me do the billing first. I made a payment of 2544.00 by cash. After which they allowed me to see my bike. While checking i noticed that bike headlight is not working as well as my fog lights. Also there was a electrical issues. Frequently fuse were getting cut while switching on the bike. When i shown them the issues they start ignoring it and behaving like a hooligan that they cannot repair it now. I have to keep the bike for 2 weeks or so. They were forcing me to change the core wiring which was not needed at all. They were acting reluctant as they already got the entire amount. Their mechanic was incompetent as he was blaming me for the loss.

        He was not at all interested to recheck the wiring, as they have removed headlight cover and while reinstalling the cover they might have cut some wire.

        Is this the service for which i made the payment? Is this the way to treat your customers. I was being forced to take the amc. If your first service is like this, then what service we can expect from the amc.

        Please let me know if any action going to be taken against this service center.

          The front suspension is very hard and every bump will be thudding experience. I have checked with the service station and they suggested to change the suspension oil and springs. But there is no relief. I just came across that honda company is replacing front suspension for honda aviator.

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased bike from dankuni honda centre, hooghly (Wb) on nov-16. There is one employee mr swapan santa he has assured me to deposit rs. 2000/- for provide the dl in my name and accordingly i have given to him alongwith supporting documents.

            After regular follow up with him we could some how manage to arrange temporary dl after 1 year and 2 months later and temporary dl was valid from 01/01/2018 to 04/07/2018.

            In between 6 months i have made continue follow up with swapan santra to make arrangements for testing bike in rto for my permanent dl but every time he has give new date.
            Since my temporary dl was valid till 04/07/2018 and he is making new execuse and giving new date again.
            Now my complain is this he cheated me and taken my 2000/-
            I want to resolve my query at earliest otherwise i have to make fir against honda company due to their employee behavior.

            Note - i have made complain to dankuni branch head also regarding this matter but he is co operating me.

              Hi I bought a active 5g in March 2018. I have given my Scotty to service in Hamsa honda (3rd service) after that I got many issues like noise, vibration, pick up issue. I have given my vehicle many times regarding these issues but they haven't respond properly after 3rd service I have given my vehicle to the Hamsa Honda service centre (kancharapalem IT junction) more than 5times. They haven't done any of my complaints.i need an immediate action. They have broken my trust on Honda, If they haven't resolve my Scotty problems I don't like to encourage my friends or family or relatives to buy Honda vehicles.

                  For replacement and still i don't get my battery. I talked with him and they said we will revert you back when battery come but still i don't get my battery and phone call. Battery replacement period is 1 week to 2 week but today completed 1 month and still don't get battery.

                  Please help me because i drive my bike without horn, self start and light.

                    My first service of 29 days old honda shine at hardeep motors, triplicane, chennai-600005 on 09.02.2019 was unbearable and worst experience. The first service as they tell free service costs me rs.462/- with only change of oil, just the bike ran for 856kms. I noticed that my bike silencer was scratched while taking delivery and they told it was already there while giving for service, and my bike was not water serviced as they charged for that also, and missellaneous charges they put rs.80/-, the servicing is very poor and in - experience persons handling the bikes very roughly and the supervision is the worst.

                      I have purchased a honda shine 125 cc from authorized dealer in naraingarh, district ambala in nov 2018... I have complaint regarding bike starting problem even with choke... It was checked by the technicians there but the problem is still persisting and has not been solved out yet.. I was got it checked 3-4 times from there in agency. But in vain... The problem is still persisting. The technicians has also checked carburettor but the problem has not been sorted out. I am getting completely embarrassed. Now my bike is at dealer in naraingarh s. K. Honda... Since last 10 days.
                      So, i want that please solve this problem... If there is any possible head over there in honda company...

I bought my activa in 2018 but there is a problem in self of activa but service center employees said that every thing is ok as well as an annoy sound came from brakes in addition there is a problem in engine.                           I’m a honda customer since two years (Bought activa 3g from ksn honda showroom at arcot road, chennai) and preferring the vehicle service there itself.
                          What makes me to write this mail is why don’t you show the same level of commitment towards vehicle service as you show during its sales.
                          The first year of free service went okay. The second year for which i had done the amc with you, it was not up to the mark.
                          Every time, a service is done, another issue arises. The scooter runs fine for a week, or max for 3 weeks, then shows up another issues. Its wobbling almost all the times. During the amc sale, what your representatives tell us is customer don’t need to pay any extra money once amc is purchased, but that’s not there the case. There were 3 services done under amc, different prices were charged every time ranging from 400 – 1500/- each time. Let’s say i’m okay with the amount which you are charging for genuine services done, then what is that makes the vehicle go to “service needed” condition in another 3 weeks and that too every time.
                          You ask us for feedback after each service, and i have conveyed that still there is some issue. Once i had given the vehicle for re-service after 2nd service. Hope you can understand the quality of the job done from your end.
                          I did the 3rd and last service of the amc in january 2019 and your guys didn’t do the water wash also. I believe that is one of the very basics that is done as part of vehicle service. Even that was hard for the service staff to get it done, very disappointed. Again a round of feedback starts and i again have conveyed to representative that my scooter still has wobbling. Their response always is that next time they will take care of it.

                          It’s one month now, and my vehicle is in bad condition. I’ve couple of questions to you-

                          1. Do you have any level of commitment towards customer satisfaction? We are paying for your efforts in exchange of the services.
                          2. Do you really listen to customer’s feedback and work on it?
                          3. Whether my vehicle will ever get a good service at your ksn honda service center, arcot road, chennai?

                          I’m disappointed and won’t be giving a good rating to honda services if ever asked for. It didn’t worth it.

                            Hello sir/ma’am,

                            I would like to bring it to your notice that i am not satisfied with the service of my honda activa vehicle registration number is gj 05 sa 1527 and with the response from the staff of ganga automobiles, surat.

                            The nut was loose and due to which there was leakage of oil. I had put new nut and oil on my own expense.

                            I spoke to staff they denied about the situation. Then i spoke to the manager who’s name is neemal desai, bhavesh and nisrag however the response was pathetic.

                            I am requesting you to look into this matter as its the matter of dissatisfation from the cutomer.

                              At the day of delivery until now.

                                Hello, we have purchased activa 5g from rohan honda, pimple saudagar pune. At the time of sales they have levied many illegal charges, but at the time of service they are zero for passing of vehicle we have to followed up manytimes and at the time of 1st service they charge 405 which is not legal, as they have not clear that oil change is mandatory and chargeable in a month only. Very poor service and many illegal charges. Kindly help to get better service for next time.

                                  I bought a honda dio in 2017 may. And regularly serviced at honda service center, 5 services including 2 paid services. On 5th of feb 2019 i observed a krank sound in the engine, so i left my vehical nearest at honda showroom. Then i got a call from showroom guy asking me to take back my vehical to old showroom where i was regularly servicing since the engine, bore are seized and my service details are irregular, i called honda customer care and raised a compliment on service center where i was regularly servicing since they
                                  Are not updated my vehical service history in the system for which i have all receipts.
                                  Now till date i have not got a call from honda. Not sure what engine they are designed or manufacturing it is not lasting for 2 years also not more than 14k, if not quality atleast they have to concentrate on service. Please look into the issue and update me on this. I lost trust on honda engines.

                                    It is to bring to yiur kind notice for taking necessary action to regulate the servicing procedures
                                    1. Extreme negligence in taking two wheelers for servicing
                                    2. Not able to listen cutomer complaits

                                      I bought honda shine sp on[protected] and drove 220 kms until today. Gave the vehicle for first free service (Stupidity to call free service) and to my surprise they charged rs 450 for the first free service. Reason was oil to be changed amounting to rs 300 and the plugs to be replaced.

                                      I failed to understand how come the vehicle can be sold without oil or with poor quality oil which needs to be changed within a month for the vehicle run about 220 km only. Why the plugs to be replced in the so called first free service.

                                        I have taken honda unicorn 150cc brand new and from starting my bike pickup is missing and from 1 day i am complain they dont do anything
                                        Bike by from venetian honda duncan road and i have done all 3 service by rnz service centre and they r telling me honda company faults
                                        Issue is that when bike get heat it take pickup and when i start in morning and go for ride bike get off suddenly sooo plzzz solve my bike issuess because i dnt like 2 drive and more 😭

                                        Issue is that when bike get heat it take pickup and when i start in morning and go for ride bike get off suddenly sooo plzzz solve my bike issuess because i dnt like 2 drive and more 😭
                                        Plzzzz it a request 2 honda company ...!!!
