Dear sir,
I am a part of your family and i trust on your company so i again purchased a new honda activa 125 on the 1st january 2015.
Till now i have not get my registration number, yesterday evening suddenly dto officer stopped me and issue a penalty of rs 5000 just because of registration not done...
Sir i am a banker and i have always wear my helmet, shoes and strictly follw the traffic rules because of a responsible citizen of india. While when i give a call to rohit honda, saharsa regarding this happening he just refuse to talk with dto.
While his manager mr. Ratnesh jha switched off his mobile.
So please clarify why we as a customer always get this type of problem.
Who is responsible for this?
And finally i manage the issue and give him 1000rs and take my bic from police station.
Please sir i request you to take a necessarry steps towards this.

    I have a serious concern on the service that is being provided by honda service center located in sector 8, noida (Parkash honda). Therefore, i need your help and intervention to sort out the matter at the earliest. I have already discussed the concern at honda's toll-free number[protected] and it was suggested to email the issue.

    I have a honda activa since 2004 (Mh 12 dh 9895). I got its battery (Amron) replaced on 3-oct-2017....

    Today i purchased honda cliq from your dealer by the name of rohini honda its in rithala rohini new delhi. They briefing me about product and after that i have purchased the product today all payments are done but the cheated me about they does not disclose that this vehicle manufacturing is 2018 not 2019.

    If i go to any showroom for purchase any vehicle if its on discounted or not any one first advice vehicle manufacturing year before purchasing the vehicle.

    I want to you please taking action against this dealer for not providing actual product information

      Hi sir,
      I am bala and i have cb hornet160r i have battery issues within 2 years date of i bought a bike. 3 times i have changed my bike battery one is exide battery brands are very poor performance for these type of bikes and i had lot of problems while i am riding..2 times i had issues changed exide battery within 1.5 years i spend 1600rs to replace amco battery now.. I don't think battery life is around one years bt i think it's fake... So please i suggest to honda please use any other brand of battery's...

        Sir, i bought an honda activa three years before in abvr honda. Each and every time, i face some trouble while making service for my vehicle. I gave my vehicle for service on 9.2.19 but sill now i haven't received my vehicle. Their term of service is very worst and not giving good response. They are telling unwanted service or which is not required. Please take necessary actions in this regards.

          This is my third serivece.. Only a six month now i buy a new bike honda cb unicorn 150 from aryabhangy honda aluva. After secound service there oil leakeage from the head. Then i told ypur service centre they told me it will head fitting problm. It will do the third service time. Now third serivce finished but the problem is not finished. Again oil leakeage from the head. Your servising is not good and the servicing people is feshers. What will i do..???

          Noice is coming form My scooters rear wheel. I gone to service center more than three times but they are not resolving the problem.
          Another thing is people of service center are not repairing my scooter seriously.

              Dear sir, I had serviced by pergamya Honda okhla phase 2, and today my bike engein off when I was riding. When was checked by local machanic he told me my Mobil oil too much low. Last service at 7500km
              And now 8734km.
              How is possible that my Mobil oil tank epmpty olny 1300 km.
              Bcoz they did not change my bike Mobil oil. Please if able to help please suggest me. Otherwise handle according my way. And my all serviced by pergamya Honda okhla phase 2.

                Hi team. The showroom in chennai tamilnadu at chrompet is completely unresponsive in terms of delivering a deal.

                I had booked an activa 5g bike 16 days ago. There has been very lukewarm response from the showroom employees as well as the finance team coupled with them. Still a readily available bike is not been alloted even though finance and initial payment has been approved and ready to dispatch 6days ago.

                Until as a customer i follow up for updates, nothing is progressing.

                  I purchased activa 5g in past month (January) in thambaram - mudichoor road branch. But customer service is poor. Because they didn't delivered within a date. Irresponsible persons. They didn't give a free helmet till now. They were told you only not my customer, we have some more. They even wandering me. This is my first time buying a bike in honda. I felt this is my last purchase in honda. Please ask your service persons to handle tha client with some responsibility.

                      I have purchased honda active from tansi honda in april 2016
                      The vehicle is having starting problem since many months, we have given many complain to honda tansi but no resolved so far. They have also charged me rs 2600/ during dec 2018 because of this issue, they are not analyse the problems and handed over our scooter without doing any thing. Last week also we have given written complain to them, two days they have kept scooter and handed over without any thing. Today again scooter is not getting start and my son stuck on the way to college. This can not be tolerance and hence request you to take a serious action and give a replacement of scooter

                        Hi team,

                        I have purchased honda activa 4g, in last 3 months it stopped in middle of road and doesn't start at all, i took it to service centre, each time they replace some parts (Spark plug, pipe, coil) and say now it won't happen again.
                        Last time they said even we are not understanding what the problem is.
                        I have been so pissed off with this, i have stuck so many times while going to office and i have to park it somewhere book a cab back to home.
                        What can i do, now they have stopped responding on tickets too.

                          Hi,

                          I just purchased a honda bike from aryabhangy honda perumbavoors. Its the worst decision i have made in my life. They have assured the delivery will happen on monday. I have waited queriosly for that day and unfortunately no call came from their side and at last i called them. And they told me that the delivery will done on 5.30 pm. As they told i reached their office ath 5.30 pm. The vehicle was there but the it was not even washed the mirror was not fitted done nothing. They told me to wait i have waited their for more than 2 hours. The employees are in hurry to deliver my bike but to reach their home. I am still waiting here.

                          #no value for customer, customer's time and for their money#, pathetic service care.

                          Why don't they properly deliver the product

                          This is shame for honda company itself

                            I purchased a CB hornet160R on 15th of July'16 and til now the engine Kit have been replaced 5 times as It starts to create noise after running every[protected] kms on the new kit. Everytime I've to leave my bike at the service center for almost 20-30 days and the same parts are being changed every single time. No one is even trying to figure out what causes the problem which reduces the performance drastically and Engine starts to make noise. I dropped an Email to [protected]@Hondatwowheelerindia.com the initial response was good but later they closed my complaint status without my consent. I just want to know what should I do now that even the customer care is working so carelessly how can I get an assurance that I'll not be facing any problems on later stages which I've already started to face with the noise problem.Either I need to approach any higher authority or may be file a complaint in the consumer court as there is definitely some manufacturing defect in the Engine which the company is denying to accept.

                              Dear sir,

                              This is to inform you that, i, saurav misra from bhubaneswar had given my honda dazzler to khimji honda (Khimji autorides pvt. Ltd. (Kiit square) for regular servicing. At first the security person created my job card for the below task. He was forcing me to take the amc to reduce the labor charges, servicing cost. I agreed to it.

                              1. Fork oil change
                              2. Fork seal
                              3. Rear disk pad
                              4. Ball racer

                              Around 11am, they called me and informed me about the materials needed to be replaced and the estimate amount of the service. On call, they mentioned amount will be near about 2k. I said ok.

                              As per their timings, they asked me to come around 4.30pm to collect the bike.

                              When i reached service center around 5.30pm bike was not washed yet. They make me do the billing first. I made a payment of 2544.00 by cash. After which they allowed me to see my bike. While checking i noticed that bike headlight is not working as well as my fog lights. Also there was a electrical issues. Frequently fuse were getting cut while switching on the bike. When i shown them the issues they start ignoring it and behaving like a hooligan that they cannot repair it now. I have to keep the bike for 2 weeks or so. They were forcing me to change the core wiring which was not needed at all. They were acting reluctant as they already got the entire amount. Their mechanic was incompetent as he was blaming me for the loss.

                              He was not at all interested to recheck the wiring, as they have removed headlight cover and while reinstalling the cover they might have cut some wire.

                              Is this the service for which i made the payment? Is this the way to treat your customers. I was being forced to take the amc. If your first service is like this, then what service we can expect from the amc.

                              Please let me know if any action going to be taken against this service center.

                                The front suspension is very hard and every bump will be thudding experience. I have checked with the service station and they suggested to change the suspension oil and springs. But there is no relief. I just came across that honda company is replacing front suspension for honda aviator.

                                  I have purchased bike from dankuni honda centre, hooghly (Wb) on nov-16. There is one employee mr swapan santa he has assured me to deposit rs. 2000/- for provide the dl in my name and accordingly i have given to him alongwith supporting documents.

                                  After regular follow up with him we could some how manage to arrange temporary dl after 1 year and 2 months later and temporary dl was valid from 01/01/2018 to 04/07/2018.

                                  In between 6 months i have made continue follow up with swapan santra to make arrangements for testing bike in rto for my permanent dl but every time he has give new date.
                                  Since my temporary dl was valid till 04/07/2018 and he is making new execuse and giving new date again.
                                  Now my complain is this he cheated me and taken my 2000/-
                                  I want to resolve my query at earliest otherwise i have to make fir against honda company due to their employee behavior.

                                  Note - i have made complain to dankuni branch head also regarding this matter but he is co operating me.

                                    Hi I bought a active 5g in March 2018. I have given my Scotty to service in Hamsa honda (3rd service) after that I got many issues like noise, vibration, pick up issue. I have given my vehicle many times regarding these issues but they haven't respond properly after 3rd service I have given my vehicle to the Hamsa Honda service centre (kancharapalem IT junction) more than 5times. They haven't done any of my complaints.i need an immediate action. They have broken my trust on Honda, If they haven't resolve my Scotty problems I don't like to encourage my friends or family or relatives to buy Honda vehicles.
