My name is kalil ahamed from tamil nadu state, pudukkottai city., I have new activa 5G scooty (K.V honda, tamilnadu state, pudukkottai district, illuppur taluk[protected] November 5th booking and nov 12 was taken my bike...there fancy number in 6786 taken buy 2500 pay in honda dealar ship..daily call in honda dealer not response my call sir .always my mind in depression sir .finally 3mth after my mobile nmbr message in RTO office number reg in 5920 ..so i m immediately call in honda dealer due to not response my questions..i have pay my amount 2500 do not return sir😭..plzz hlp me sir immediately action in our show room sir .i have reparation should sir..dealer ship number ([protected])

      honda activa 125cc meter glass visibility is blurry due to film unpeeled

      I purchased honda activa 125 cc on dipawali dhanteras from punjab honda sarkhej branch ahmedabad, gujarat, at the time of delivery i found that on meter glass there is thin film half pealed. I noticed so your store people told me that it will be removed in first service. Now at the time of first service store people told me to apply thinner to remove which i didnot follow as it will be risky if i am doing anything...

        के मालिक कोई बंटी शर्मा है. सितम्बर को शोरूम से हमने होना एक्टिवा खरीदी। उस दिन उन्होने हमसे पूरे पैसे लिए। हमें गाड़ी हैंडओवर करते हुए कहा। सारी
        प्रक्रिया पूरी हो गई है। बीमा कल दे देंगे। रजिस्ट्रशन में एक सप्ताह लगेगा। गाड़ी लेकर हम आ गए। उसके बाद हम लगातार शो रूम के चक्कर लगाते रहे हमें
        पेपर नहीं दिए गए. रजिस्ट्रेशन न होने की वजह से गाड़ी की सर्विसिंग भी नहीं की। हमने कई बार रिक्वेस्ट की कि सर्विसिंग तो कर दीजिये, उन्होंने कहा बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन के नहीं होगी. पांच महीने तक चक्क्रर लगाने के बाद हमसे जनवरी में कहा गया कि पांच हजार रुपये और दो तभी पेपर्स मिलेंगे। उनका कहना था कि
        अब इन्शुरन्स पांच साल का देना होगा. नियमों के मुताबिक जब गाड़ी शोरूम से निकलती है तभी उसको इन्शुरन्स होना अनिवार्य है. हमें शोरूम मैनेजर ने भी कहा कि आपका इन्शुरन्स हो गया है। फिर अचानक ये वसूली क्यों ? इस हमने उनसे इसका जवाब माँगा तो वो हमें राजनीतिक रसूख दिखाते हुए धमकाने लगे। आखिर हमने 4700 रुपये दिए तभी हमें रजिस्ट्रेशन दिया गया। हम बेहद आहत है इस व्यवहार से। हमें खेद है कि हौंडा जैसी प्रतिष्ठित कंपनी बिना कुछ चेक किये ही धोखेबाज और बदतमीजी करने वालों को डीलर बना देती है। यदि ये सब डीलर है तो इसको गाड़ी देने वाले मुख्य डीलर पर कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए। आखिर उनकी देरी और गलती की सजा हम क्यों भुगते. कंपनी हमें मानसिक प्रताड़ना और लेटलतीफी और जबरिया वसूली का हर्जाना दिलवाये। गाड़ी की फ्री सर्विसिंग का नया कार्ड बनवाये।

          I have purchased the bike in om sai honda showroom on septemeber 2018, vehicle no : tsgj1907... They sold me the bike which already has problem...

          Consulted immediatly by second day but they didn't respond... Like theese i have call to the customer care and given the complaints almost 4-5 times...

          Almost 6 months completed but still the issue not solved... Please solve the issue... I need the replacement of new bike...

          Even now also i opened a new case no:1-[protected]... Requested to take the action...

                Bought scooter honda activa 5g just 2weeks ago, 14th january 2019 with full fuel tank,. After 3 weeks tank empty and getting average of 5km per litre already complained no response from company (Complaint no 1-[protected]). Also company demanding money for checking my vehicle inspite of being under warranty. Honda has supplied me a defective scooter. Very bad response from a reputed company.

                  Worsed service experienced ever. Purchased a scooty in oct 2018 from koshala honda rourkela and the vehicle showing starting problem thrice within 3 months. Even calling they don't bother about the problem and customer service. After repairing still persist. The scooty not starting either by self start nor by kick. They sold me a defective vehicle. I want my money back.

                    I buddhadeb hazra have purchased a honda activa-4g on january 2018, and my engine no is jf50et9122946, chassis no me4jf50cajt122806, registration no. Jh-05-bz-0893.
                    I am very much disappointed with your after sales services. After purchasing this from the first day i am getting engine starting problem, which i have complained on every time of servicing but till now it has not been resolved.
                    I have not expected this kind of service from such a brand of honda.

                    I also have a suzuki access, but never faced such issue with it.

                      I have purchased honda cbshine on 16 jan 2019 after 10 days pickup may decrease slowly. When i have complain to dealer prashant honda muzaffarpur they suggest kindly come and meet with service experts. Today i have met with they told me that clutch plates burnout due to temper in clutch wire. They have replaced so many items along with clutch plate and clutch wire and charged me for that. I am afraid that how clutch wire is tempered in new bike and what type of warranty is provided by company.

                        Dear mr. Minoru kato and team

                        I pardeep rana rides active 3g purchased on 14/02/2016 with extended warranty upto 5 years from santoshi dealer in khanjawala, new delhi

                        Engine got seazed on 24/02l1/2019 and honda service station executive recommend the change of engine plus and many other.
                        Last service was done in 27/10/2018 in honda itself and only around 2700 km scotty ride still engine got seazed.
                        Scotty is now standing at rohini honda service station.

                        Dealer deined to repair scotty under warranty and is charging for the same.
                        Also dealer forged in entering the service details in the system.

                        More than 4 services are done from the dealer from where the scotty was purchased i. E. Santoshi in kanjhwala, new delhi.

                        This type of service is not expected from a brand like honda.
                        No action being taken against launch of complaint 1-[protected]

                          Owner of honda dio visited parekh wings honda service station goregaon, mumbai for 1st free service service advisor rajesh verma without taking prior permission added aadon liquid amt to the job card after my objection cancelled the amt further as per job card gear oil was not changed nor top upped and the amt was added as i myself was present gear oil was not added as after my bill payment i raised a question without changing or adding gear oil why is the charge of gear oil taken so they then added gear oil if i would have not been present physically i would have been cheated.

                            I was purchase activa 5g on the month of november recently my scooty not start. I visit nearby engineer he said plug is dead. I was purchase new plug & put into it after that i am claiming for my plug & maintenence charges. But service centre deny for refund.

                              Batery of my vehicle honda shine got damaged under warenty period...i have visited 2 to 3 times to khariar road show room...where purchased was done..they asked me to submit some documents...i did...but unfortunately they delayed ...in this way the took 3 weeks...again i visited...same happens...finaly i understand nothing to happen...realy it hurts me more...due to me 3 nos of hondashine bikes were purchased by my office...but the mater of regrate is that am not satisfied with the company i deal with...when i registered the complain bolangir division called me so many times to undersand the mater but couldnot do anything in favor of me...its very same for the company...due to this type of my vehicle problem i have to set cdi coil for which i have to spent an extra amount of rs 1700...now i would like to request honda company not to play with customers...finaly i wish honda company to grow more and more and have a rapid growth ahead.

                                I had given my byke service on 27th jan 19.
                                To planet honda service, rajajinagar - bangalore.

                                Service agent said to collect by evening. When i called to office number no one responded.
                                On 2nd day ie on 28th i tried calling from morning at last they received and said ' byke service not done will do by afternon'. After repeated calling the byke service was done.
                                When i requested them that i will collect by 9: 30 pm they agreed and said that they will handover vehicle to security guard. When i reached the service station at 8: 45pm the security is not aware and responded badly.

                                Kindly help me to get my byke soon and ask them to compensate the caused.

                                Without byke my travelling cost daily rs500

                                  I purchase new activa 5g (Regn no hr20am8176) 3months back and from past 15days, facing problem of dropped mileage and then visited uday motors, authorized workshop of honda, lado saria, new delhi.in just span of 15-20days, i have to visit honda workshop thrice and still facing heating problem. My activa get hot in just 5kms and start making noise and as per mr. Vijay, honda workshop manager, lado sarai its new and advanced feature due to which vehicle is making noise.
                                  If my vehicle get heated in just 5km then what will happen if someday i have to drive it for 100+kms.. Surely, on that day, it is going to blast due to over heating.
                                  So, i wish to surrender back my vehicle to honda company as its very risky to drive it as i don't know when due to over heating engine get blast.

                                  I request honda officials to take back honda activa 5g as driving it is full of risk due to its heating problem

                                    Need you Help and Attention

                                    I would like to bring to your attention that my Honda activa 4g vehicle which I have given for servicing in vijaya honda navalur service center at navallur Chennai pin code - 603103on 7th Nov 2018 ...has been damaged due to service center team negligence. It was left behind with many scratches on and damaged plastics fiber back light cables etc.

                                    Your staff did confirm that its their mistake which happened during shop renovations and they said they will account for everything, get it fixed and give it back to me in original good condition.

                                    I have raised many complaints in due course but unfortunately all complains 1-[protected] /1-[protected]/ / 1-[protected] /[protected]/[protected] were closed with false statements. I tried to be very patient and trying to communicate with your staff in cooperative manner to check for updates and progress but now it’s getting frustrating due to their actions.

                                    My bike has been in your service center from over a month and it’s still not back to it original condition. Looks like they tried to paint my bike but the painted parts looks dull color and different color they say there will be difference...oops, it’s disgusting!

                                    I have been in touch with both your service manager and service technician who have been misleading me since over a month with wrong information and comments.

                                    Hence, it’s high time I am attaching the all screen shots of vehicle the have damaged and recording how they are deal with me. I kindly request you to take necessary action. There is no proper support from HONDA yet .

                                    Thanks in advance and hope we have a smooth deal and great support ASAP. the support that i got now was totally disappointment.

Those guys fully cheated me by making believe that I was buying 2018 model and delivered me 2017 Model.The price I was also Charged was for 2018 model And Gave 2017 model I want replacement of my bike with new version and those guys are not responding And even telling they Have told about the year model. I have full documents and no where they have mentioned about the model Year And even in Quotation or bill they haven't mentioned Any Year details it was complete Misrepresentation and misguided me
