Dear sir / madam,
I am vedhavathy k, i own two wheer - honda dio, make: 2015.
Writing this letter against prime honda, nagarbhavi - stage - 2, bengaluru show room.
During month march - 2018 had given vehicle for jerking problem, hence prime honda executive called and took approval to change clutch plate.
Later changing, problem of vehicle front vibrating has become more.
Subsequently have complained to many other officials over phone during feedback call of theirs, and left vehicle nearly 4- 5 times since march - 2018 to dec - 2018. Nearly rs. 10000/- spent for rectification of vehicle front vibration, its unfortunate to say still facing same.
Every time prime honda executive call and ask for replacement of spare parts but problem has not be cleared.
Hence would request to you look into the matter, as they should not cheat other customers as they have looted me.
Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
