Subject: engine warranty related problem

Dear sir, i would like to inform to you. My honda shine which i purchased on 18/10/2017
Recently my honda shine have some engine problem arises. Engine make some noise and hiting so i went to your authorized dealer akansha honda which situated at moradabad, uttar pradesh and they check my honda shine bike and they says to me your bike engine (Head) problem is there. Your estimated cost is around rs. 5500 and they don't repaired my bike and they says to me your bike warranty period is expired because of you missed bike service and not change oil but i always change oil time to time.

In short, they don’t give me any kind of warranty on my bike and other answers,
Please sir help me and you solved my problem immediately basis. I hope u solved my problem.. Finally only one sentence……honda bike is my completed dream…i always trust you and your company…

Cb shine. I purchased honda cb shine on 7.1.2018.but bike injen is not perfect condition. And service the bike in vijayalashmi honda in tadepalligudem West godhavari distic.injen problem was not cuer in the service center. And his response is no good.

    I gave my bike cbr 150r (Tn51 aw0621) for service on 31/12/2018 and till today 08/01/2019 i dint get back my bike and they dint gave proper explanation for that. It’s more than one week they kept my bike without servicing. Kindly take necessary action. Is there any other website or other department to complaint about this?

      I mr. Sajikumar, aroor had ordered unicorn bike with chase number me4kc311mj8460710 from one of your johns dealer, aroor kerala. Temporary registration given to me was of 20 december. The delivery time given to me was on 1 st january 2019 which they failed to deliver. I got next delivery date on 7th january 2019 morning 11 again for which i had to return disappointed. I visited the dealer evening for the delivery and returned empty handed
      It’s is really ashamed of such reputated brands irritating the customer in such a manner. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the consumer right act 2015. I expect to take necessary action against such negligent agents who continuously destroy the name of honda

        Dear honda,

        I dropped my vehicle for service and repair since my vehicle met with an accident before 1.5months back in pratham honda, kanchipuram, tamilnadu, india. They not even shared the status of my vehicle honda hornet160cc. Now i asked them to return back my vehicle because that showroom at closed condition for 20days said by watchman working there. Now they are asking for parking charges for per day 50rs. I'm very much frustrated with your company and service centre. I need a justice. I'm from poor family, this type of bikes are our dreams, if i didn't get my bike return within 1month, i'll be doing suicide surely and one & only reason is your company only. Promise

          On 7/01/2019 i have purchased a two wheeler of activa grazia model from sidharth honda, anpora up, an authorized dealer of honda. For payment when i asked to transact through my debit card, the staffs and the manager denied, claiming they will be levied 2% of the transaction amount, hence i should net transfer the amount. As it needs minimum 4 to 6 hours to add a beneficiary i had been forced to pay in cash which waste around two hours of my time and caused a psychological embarrassment.
          What about digital india?

            Dear sir / madam,

            I am vedhavathy k, i own two wheer - honda dio, make: 2015.

            Writing this letter against prime honda, nagarbhavi - stage - 2, bengaluru show room.

            During month march - 2018 had given vehicle for jerking problem, hence prime honda executive called and took approval to change clutch plate.

            Later changing, problem of vehicle front vibrating has become more.

            Subsequently have complained to many other officials over phone during feedback call of theirs, and left vehicle nearly 4- 5 times since march - 2018 to dec - 2018. Nearly rs. 10000/- spent for rectification of vehicle front vibration, its unfortunate to say still facing same.

            Every time prime honda executive call and ask for replacement of spare parts but problem has not be cleared.

            Hence would request to you look into the matter, as they should not cheat other customers as they have looted me.

            I have AMC registered activa .i went to 1st free washing thy said already 10 byks there come by afternoon i went afternoon thy said come eve 4 o clock per day 2 times i went showroom but not taken any steps ..very worst service of vishnu honda 635852.

                Dear sir madam mai ne 02.09.2018 ko activa 135 purchase kiya. from shiv shankar honda chandrapur se. uske baad 02 time servicing kiya. mere vehicle ka head light set nahi hai. to maine servicing center me complete kiya but shivshankar honda chandrapur servicing center dwara mera problem short out nahi kiya gaya . muze bataya gaya ki ye setting company ki hai issme hum kuch nahi kar sakte. muze raat ko driving karne me kafi dikhat hoti hai.gadi ka light road par kafi dur padta hai gadise takriban 50 fit dur. meri request hai please mere activa ka head light set kar dijiye.

                      I have brought a honda dio 3 weeks back from honda showroom puthur, trichy dealer.
                      After 3 weeks, the bike is completely not working. When we check the service centre they mentioned that battery got over
                      How come in 3 weeks a new battery will get over? They were saying it may be old battery.

                      Is it the way to assemble the new bike with old battery?

                      Very much disappointed with the service

                              I HV given my vehicle for service in the month on 23Nov 2018 with Matrix honda at Udupi. They have charged me Rs. 1650 for checkup and oil replacement. My vehicle engine got sized on 20 December 2018. On inspection from outside i got to know they have not changed the oil and engine sized. Now for repair Matrix honda given quatation of Rs.12000. During servicing they informed engine is good condition and now they say engine sized due to failure of oil pumping. I raised my compalint with Honda Bangalore office. They took 15 days still not able to solve or compensate me. I spoke to Rakshit and Sashidhar of Honda Bangalore office.

                              In short as a customer i have to suffer and pay money for Matrix honda mistakes. I request to get compensation or free repair of my vehicle

                                Dear Sir,

                                I had purchased a good product (HONDA CB Unicorn 150 cc) from a good company on 25/09/2017 from Joygopal Traders, Katwa who is authorised to sell Honda product from Unique Honda ( a Dealer of Honda in Burdwan/ Bardhaman). The handle and dis - break was defective since it's purchase. I lodged complaint on 19/3/2018 being ticket no 1/[protected]. Without touching my motorcycle by Service personnel, I received message that it was resolved. I repeatedly asked Joygopal Traders, Katwa to resolve my problem. They could not solve it after their repeated effort. Joygopal Traders, Katwa sent my motorcycle to Unique Honda, Burdwan (code WB100001) on 25/12/18 and I received it on 30/12/18. But, my problem has not yet been resolved. My right side shoulder pain has been started due to manufacture defect of my motorcycle.
                                I urgently request you to resolve defective handle & dis-break problem of my motorcycle as soon as problem. Regards,

                                  I have bought the activa 125 on 18.06.2018 from joshi honda panchculla ph no.[protected]. After that i have took two services from shoolini honda solan branch shimla. After that 2nd time my scooty get off load. Now it stoped in shimla road on 01.01.2019, i call the service center but they told me that we have not available machanic. But they send untrained machanic who can not repair the scooty. Than i again call the service centre. They told that machanic will come on sunday. It give me trouble my scooty stand beside the road. If any thing went wrong, who will be responsible. Even now service center nearby me is not picking my call. Now i have one option, i would like to help from consumer court.

                                    (1) violation of government guidelines : as per the set guidelines of vahan govt of west bengal –“the dealers are the ones who actually display and sell the vehicles. They are barred from making delivery of vehicles without registration to any buyer. However they can use the vehicles under his control on road for the purpose of display, test drive and registration, subject to proper use of trade certificates allotted to them by the registering authorities and the vehicles can be driven by their paid drivers only.”
                                    The subject vehicle was sold by the dealer without registration and till date even after a lapse of around 41 days inspite of several reminders registration number is not provided.

                                    (2) forced first free service o[censored]nused vehicle : the dealer has compelled me to carry out the first free service of the subject unused vehicle vide invoice no : wb[protected], ref no : serinv-wb[protected] dated 18/12/2018 without any pick up and drop which has exposed me to violation/traffic hazards for dropping the vehicle and pick up from the service centre at : ghoshpara, hatiara, lokenath mandir, kolkata 700059.

                                    (3) misutilisation of sale proceeds: the sale proceeds was credited to the dealer’s account on purchase of the subject vehicle by debiting my loan account as per the agreed rate of interest charged by canara bank. The same amount is utilised by the dealer against the inappropriate delivery of the subject vehicle which is unused till date by the purchaser.

                                    Hence you are requested to look into the matter and make necessary arrangement and instruct the dealer to lift the vehicle from my garage at “garage no 26, brahmaputra appartment, kaikhali chiramore, kolkata 700136”, get the registration number plate affixed and deliver the vehicle without any further delay.
                                    The monitory losses incurred by the purchaser arising out of this process/unauthorised transaction will be communicated to your end accordingly.

                                    A dealer of you called RKM honda which is in Anthiyur, Tamilnadu, wrongly guides people to get loan from a private sector called sun finance for 1 rupee intrest.. at the end when I proceed to get my RC and NOC they demanded 18000 as fain.. its completely complicated and indifferent.. a lot of people have been getting the same problem here

                                      I gave my honda trigger to the service centre for its pick-up issue. It was returned to me in even worse condition. I resubmitted it for the same complaint but they returned me saying that there was problem of peteol. I got petrol tank emptied. And gave petrol to a lab which declared it fit for use. Issue is still unserved. Plz help out.
                                      It happened in allahabad at shree grand honda service centre.
