Last month i bought a new scooty, honda cliq. Owner name raman kumar
Now last some days scooty was not starting with self or kick.
I went to honda showroom where i
Was bought my scooty.
They told me submit ur scooty for two days i said ok.
After two to three days i called honda showroom to asking about my scooty. They said i sell out ur scooty what u did now.
They are abusing. They did misbehave on call.
Please take a action
Otherwise i have never ever buy a honda company two wheeler or four wheeler.

    Recently i service my activa at ganesh honda at near manjalpur, vadodara.
    I prefer the company service center because of the brand name of company but there are no proper service me vehicle. I am very disappointed toward their services and it also creates bad image on my mind

    Here they give estimated time of 3 days and it will return my vehicle after 7 days and still it is not in good condition. And they gives stupid...

    I, himanshi arora, purchased honda activa 4g in december 2017 from j. B honda rani jhansi road, jhandewalan. Since the day i purchased this 2 wheeler, i am facing some or the other issue which i have been continuously reporting in all 4 services by the company but the service center is unable to diagnose the problem and fix it. J. B honda itself gave me a new vehicle that had a dent in its body.
    Problems in my vehicle:
    1. In less than a year the battery of my honda activa 4g has been replaced 3 times because it didn’t self-start at all. Once it has happened that my scooty got break down and i had to drag it 2 kilometers back to my place.
    2. There’s an unwanted noise that has been coming from both the wheels since day 1 and i have been reporting the issue to the managers of service centers but the issue is not yet fixed. So much noise starts coming from the wheels when i accelerate my scooty.
    3. There’s a problem in fuel meter as well. At one point in time, the meter shows that the tank is full and just after driving 4-5 kilometers the meter will drop by 3 or 4 points.

    Every time i complain about the issue to the manager of honda service center located in anand parbat and d. B gupta road, they promise to fix it but they are unable to do that. The strange thing is they were even unable to diagnose why my 2 wheeler is not picking self-start. When i went to battery dealer they said the battery is working properly get it checked with service center and when i went to service center, they asked me to get the battery replaced. It is not even one year that i have purchased the scooty and the battery is replaced 3 times.

    I got my vehicle’s first 3 services done by the service center in ananda parbat and after their continuous failure to fix these issues, i got the 4th service done by federal auto work situate at d. B gupta road. And just after a week of service, my 2 wheeler is again making too much noise even at the speed of 25km/hr.

    I want honda 2 wheelers to resolve the problem and get all these issued fixed asap or take their vehicle back and return my money. I am just so tired of complaining and the terrible service honda is providing.

      Dear sirs,
      I would like to raise my concern about the two wheeler delivered to me by ms. Evm honda, kochi.
      I purchased a new honda dio on 23rd on november 2018 with chasis # me4jf39hgju008534 and engine #jf39eu4032254. I have specifically insisted them to deliver latest manufactured vehicle, but unfortunately they have delivered a vehicle which is manufactured on july 2018 without informing me about the same. Which is not fair and cheating customers.
      I would request you to take a corrective action and replace the vehicle with manufactured latest.

            I had purchased honda activa 5g from people's honda shivaji nagar agra. The performance of my activa from day1 is not satisfactory. It has suspension problem which became worst on 2 passengers travelling. Activa makes noise while riding. Made a complaint to the manager but he did nothing except routine check-up which is not more than a formality. The workers take their work for granted. Small bugs are even not resolved at a time if we took the activa to the center and they told to leave the vehicle for 1-2 days for even a small bug. My activa is surely a second hand one as it conatins many issues at the time of purchase which came in front of me as time flies. I am very dissapointed and want a full service and get the bugs fixed. Please consider my stated complaint.

              I have handa company's bike dream yuga. I had purchased it in february 2017.
              Bike is very good but customer services by dealer is very bad.
              For service of bike i wait 4 to 5 hours. If i complaint to dealer he was not take any action.

                  I brought unicorn 150 cc.(145kg) KL 69 B 1184 new vehicle from arya bhangy ( aluva).. which has been showing a problem of side pulling.. vehicle won't go straight if we release our hand... Due to it I have been facing a lot of hand strain and back pain..
                  Only 2500 km ... brought bike on 30/8/2018..
                  This is 4the time am showing this particular bike, other bikes had ridden has no such problem the same unciorn 150cc..
                  The service center peopls are making fooling customer s and criticizeing this is how the bike they make ...

                    I have booked honda activa 5g std grey color on 11th nov, 2018 from 21 auto india pvt. Ltd., sakinaka, mumbai and executive name is mr. Dhirendra. I have paid the whole amount during booking.
                    As per the executive commitment i was going to get my bike on 25th nov., 2018 with vehicle registration number and other relevant documents.
                    On 22nd nov., he called me and said there will be delay in delivery for bike because the same was sold to other customer. And asked me to pay extra 2000 inr for other model delux. That was also paid by me. He has confirmed me that i will get my vehicle with number on 30th nov. 2018. And till date i didn't get my vehicle with number. Till sunday, 2nd dec 2018, he was saying "aaj mil jayega madam".
                    And after sunday, i am calling him up but he is not picking up the call. This is the second week going on and still no update.

                    I am very upset and disappointed with the service of honda 21 showroom with customer.

                    Please look into my issue on priority basis.

                      I purchased SP Shine on date 21 of Nov 2018.

                      My byke back tyre Air get low after 2 to 3 days.When I checked properly I found my back tyre Rim is bent little bit.
                      I was shocked..

                      How come with the purchase of 15 days such problem accer,
                      It's a question mark on the quality Shine byke and of course BRAND HONDA.

                      I[censored] check my records, last year I purchased Scooty Activa 4G from ur shop and same Brand.
                      I trust ur Brand that why I preferred to purchase SP Shine from u again.
                      But if such quality u have, I am totally disappointe from this.
                      Plz help.

                        Last year in january 21st 2017 i purchased this bike. After purchasing it i am very very disturbed. Problem is coming of average. Last i filled the tank with 10 litres and after that it runs only 400 kms that means it is giving average of only 40 km. I purchased it from frontier honda jabalpur m. P.. When i went to company and told them about this so they said that when the bike will complete its 5 to 6000 kms it will start giving average and i said them to give this statement in writing and they never gave. So plz help us. Every week we have to fill the bike with petrol.

                          I had kept my bike stunner to servising and changing side panel parts in shivshankar honda chandrapur, pin code - 442401 they changed it but there is no side panel sticker, it's looking so ugly

                              I had submitted my activa 3g to gagan wings honda service center on 23rd november and same day it is done and it took almost 1.5 hrs for clearing the bill of amount inr. 1030 (One of the worst service), they have just washed my activa and given back. Next day when i went to office on road it was break down. The issue was the self start and padal kick both were not working and this people again did the temporary solution, vehicle started at service station center but when i came back home again break down.
                              This is really worst servicing done at gagan wings honda wagholi service station.
                              Now i have no option to give my vehicle to private garrage as service station customer care is not ready to pick the vehicle from break down location. Now i have to again pay the servicing charges and other expenses to private garrage.

                                On 26.7.2018 i went to ganpati honda which in sec 14 gurgaon. I purchased one activa 5g matte grey from there. And after a month problem starting rising from the whole activa some sound starts coming specially from mudgard,. Side stand, and from the engine. I gave it on claim many times and i also put complaint regarding this. U have to take a strict action against this. U people do one thing keep with u. Return my payment otherwise give me a new activa 5g with all. Accesories

                                  I venkat rao bought a unicorn two wheeler from toranagallu showroom - 583123.
                                  Buying was a painful experience as even afer giving advance i had to wait for many days but got my vehicle only after raising complaints...
                                  Now thought that was just an error of mistake by the honda showroom toranagallu branch, but now thinks that it a habit of honda to give problems to customers, it's been 13 days now but not got my tp number and invioce and no proper communication from showroom, when i visit show room they used say it ill come tomorrow and if call he won't pick the call. Earliar we brought two honda bikes from other show room but there was no such a problem, but now i am worried abt my chioce of going with this honda branch.

                                  Please consider my issue on priority and do the needful.

                                    When i took delivery of my cbr250r from s. V road godown kandivali.
                                    Pre delivery issues i faced.
                                    1. Odometer - 33km (According to them bike was delivered by roadway from naigaon to the kandivali)
                                    2. Dented scratch on left side fairing.
                                    3. Scratches on both side mirrors of my motorcycle.
                                    4. Scratches on right side dashboard of my motorcycle.
                                    I asked them to fix those problems so they took my motorcycle to service centre and along with the similar cbr250r motorcycle which was present at the godown and got those parts replaced from other motorcycle.
                                    5. When i got back home i noticed huge gap between plastic above rear brake light (I dont know what exactly that part is called) this issue i cudnt get it fixed as i alrdy signed on pre delivey paper.

                                    It was their duty to check up those issues..

                                    To day i went to gokul service centre for servicing my vechile but they have waited me around 5 hours its very bad service not only this time every visit of my service they will make same thing ... My vechile no ka04je9191 and contact no [protected]
                                    Dangerous issue: Bike accelerator is not getting released back in rains.vehicle is moving even when you apply full brake. I have experienced this issue thrice within one year of buying d bike. Service center has changed acceleration cable in the second free service itself, but still the issue is recurring.

                                      मैने 05 जनवरी 2018 को सीबी साईन खरीदा था और उसी समय से शाकप में परेशानी हो रही हैं और लाईट में भी कम उजाला आ रहा हैं। इसके बारे मै मैंने चारो सर्विसिंग के समय शोरूम को बताया था लेकिन इटारसी सुदर्शन शोरूम मध्यप्रदेश ने कोई भी सुधार नहीं किया और अब उनका कहना हैं कि वो इस हेतु अलग से चार्ज करेंगे।

                                      My activa 5G has not been serviced in in time.They said my first service will be done in at estimated time at 3:0 pm when i handed my scooty bike at 11:00 am on[protected] in Anakapalle Leela Honda Showroom.

                                      Mrg 9.30 i am give service my bike but bike not service ...i will come three times...but bill give and cash paid ...but will not give ...i will ask ..my bike at 12.30 pm ...but response ...i am very sad my services expenses...i will feel bad ..to buy the in u company ..., 😥
