Last year in january 21st 2017 i purchased this bike. After purchasing it i am very very disturbed. Problem is coming of average. Last i filled the tank with 10 litres and after that it runs only 400 kms that means it is giving average of only 40 km. I purchased it from frontier honda jabalpur m. P.. When i went to company and told them about this so they said that when the bike will complete its 5 to 6000 kms it will start giving average and i said them to give this statement in writing and they never gave. So plz help us. Every week we have to fill the bike with petrol.

    Dear sir,

    I had kept my bike stunner to servising and changing side panel parts in shivshankar honda chandrapur, pin code - 442401 they changed it but there is no side panel sticker, it's looking so ugly
    I asked them they said its not our mistake company sent by mistake we can't do anything for this. Is this your service to satisfy customers. You have to take action against particular mistaker and give justice.

      I, himanshi arora, purchased honda activa 4g in december 2017 from j. B honda rani jhansi road, jhandewalan. Since the day i purchased this 2 wheeler, i am facing some or the other issue which i have been continuously reporting in all 4 services by the company but the service center is unable to diagnose the problem and fix it. J. B honda itself gave me a new vehicle that had a dent in its body.
      Problems in my vehicle:
      1. In less than a year the battery of my honda activa 4g has been replaced 3 times because it didn’t self-start at all. Once it has happened that my scooty got break down and i had to drag it 2 kilometers back to my place.
      2. There’s an unwanted noise that has been coming from both the wheels since day 1 and i have been reporting the issue to the managers of service centers but the issue is not yet fixed. So much noise starts coming from the wheels when i accelerate my scooty.
      3. There’s a problem in fuel meter as well. At one point in time, the meter shows that the tank is full and just after driving 4-5 kilometers the meter will drop by 3 or 4 points.

      Every time i complain about the issue to the manager of honda service center located in anand parbat and d. B gupta road, they promise to fix it but they are unable to do that. The strange thing is they were even unable to diagnose why my 2 wheeler is not picking self-start. When i went to battery dealer they said the battery is working properly get it checked with service center and when i went to service center, they asked me to get the battery replaced. It is not even one year that i have purchased the scooty and the battery is replaced 3 times.

      I got my vehicle’s first 3 services done by the service center in ananda parbat and after their continuous failure to fix these issues, i got the 4th service done by federal auto work situate at d. B gupta road. And just after a a week of service, my 2 wheeler is again making too much noise even at the speed of 25km/hr.

      I want honda 2 wheelers to resolve the problem and get all these issued fixed asap or take their vehicle back and return my money. I am just so tired of complaining and the terrible service honda is providing.

        I had submitted my activa 3g to gagan wings honda service center on 23rd november and same day it is done and it took almost 1.5 hrs for clearing the bill of amount inr. 1030 (One of the worst service), they have just washed my activa and given back. Next day when i went to office on road it was break down. The issue was the self start and padal kick both were not working and this people again did the temporary solution, vehicle started at service station center but when i came back home again break down.
        This is really worst servicing done at gagan wings honda wagholi service station.
        Now i have no option to give my vehicle to private garrage as service station customer care is not ready to pick the vehicle from break down location. Now i have to again pay the servicing charges and other expenses to private garrage.

          On 26.7.2018 i went to ganpati honda which in sec 14 gurgaon. I purchased one activa 5g matte grey from there. And after a month problem starting rising from the whole activa some sound starts coming specially from mudgard,. Side stand, and from the engine. I gave it on claim many times and i also put complaint regarding this. U have to take a strict action against this. U people do one thing keep with u. Return my payment otherwise give me a new activa 5g with all. Accesories

            I venkat rao bought a unicorn two wheeler from toranagallu showroom - 583123.
            Buying was a painful experience as even afer giving advance i had to wait for many days but got my vehicle only after raising complaints...
            Now thought that was just an error of mistake by the honda showroom toranagallu branch, but now thinks that it a habit of honda to give problems to customers, it's been 13 days now but not got my tp number and invioce and no proper communication from showroom, when i visit show room they used say it ill come tomorrow and if call he won't pick the call. Earliar we brought two honda bikes from other show room but there was no such a problem, but now i am worried abt my chioce of going with this honda branch.

            Please consider my issue on priority and do the needful.

              When i took delivery of my cbr250r from s. V road godown kandivali.
              Pre delivery issues i faced.
              1. Odometer - 33km (According to them bike was delivered by roadway from naigaon to the kandivali)
              2. Dented scratch on left side fairing.
              3. Scratches on both side mirrors of my motorcycle.
              4. Scratches on right side dashboard of my motorcycle.
              I asked them to fix those problems so they took my motorcycle to service centre and along with the similar cbr250r motorcycle which was present at the godown and got those parts replaced from other motorcycle.
              5. When i got back home i noticed huge gap between plastic above rear brake light (I dont know what exactly that part is called) this issue i cudnt get it fixed as i alrdy signed on pre delivey paper.

              It was their duty to check up those issues..

              To day i went to gokul service centre for servicing my vechile but they have waited me around 5 hours its very bad service not only this time every visit of my service they will make same thing ... My vechile no ka04je9191 and contact no [protected]
              Dangerous issue: Bike accelerator is not getting released back in rains.vehicle is moving even when you apply full brake. I have experienced this issue thrice within one year of buying d bike. Service center has changed acceleration cable in the second free service itself, but still the issue is recurring.

                Mrg 9.30 i am give service my bike but bike not service ...i will come three times...but bill give and cash paid ...but will not give ...i will ask ..my bike at 12.30 pm ...but response ...i am very sad my services expenses...i will feel bad ..to buy the in u company ..., 😥

                  I took my honda dio kl-07-ck-2147 for amc service to muthoot honda, authorized dealer in ernakulam, kochi. Kerala at 07:45 am and though working hours are noted as starting from 8 am the staff arrived close to 8:08 am. When preparing job card the service advisor noted in time as 8:10 am and expected delivery at 11 am. Then he verbally told me that there is a heavy rush and so he will deliver the vehicle by 5 pm when i insisted i needed the vehicle today itself. At 3 pm when i called the service advisor he said that he has not been able to do the service due to heavy rush and finally i went back to the service centre and collected my vehicle without conducting the oil change and brake adjustment.in fact i had to spend 100 rupees on auto charges and a full day without the vehicle with absolutely no positive results.

                      I had purchased a honda dio from tajshree honda, manishnagar on 10/11/2017 and the dealer have asked me to buy the amc card for rs. 1000 stating that i will be getting additional benefits of three extra free servicing.

                      So far i have completed three free services and the due date for the fourth one was in nov-2018.

                      I was out of city for an urgent work where i got a call from [protected], to bring the vehicle for the servicing. I told them that i am out of the city and will bring the vehicle as soon as i return and i have gone to the service station on 20 nov 2018 but the service center denied to service my vehicle stating that the due date has been crossed by 1 week. I stated them that i was out of city for some urgent work but they behaved very rudely and arrogantly and asked me to do whatever i can.

                      They were not even listening to me, even i have talked with the service manager but even he was very rude to me.

                      They are not also willing to give me three extra services as promised by amc.

                        I am using honda unicorn dazzler since 8 years n well maintained in show room.
                        Now recently new show room oppend in toranagallu near by staying. I had given for regular service n they have charged ₹5300 (This is the first time i am paying this much huge amount in showroom) but thy have made verry poor service. Both frount n rare disc not wrking on the next day itself. Again came back and waiting for repair vasting of my time.

                        The worker here simply proposing to replace a new parts without properly examining it.

                        Finally they working for huge profit not for customer satisifaction.

                          I aditya kumar shukla purchase a activa 125 from people honda at agra on 6th november.
                          I opt for full acceseries. They charge rs 6252 from me for 12 items of acce.
                          They provide 10 items expect basket and matting,
                          They told me that u have to come to 12th nov for acceseries.
                          I visited their on 12 nov but i dont got my remaining items.
                          I again visited to 15, 19, 21, 23, 26 nov (They call me) for same items.
                          In the meanwhile i lost that slip which was provided by them for due items.
                          Finally i went their on 27 nov and asked them my problem.
                          They told me that we will call u.
                          Till now i dont got call.

                            Hi team,

                            I had purchased honda dio scooter from hyderabad, kondapur showroom in the year 2012. Recently i moved to kerala permanently and need the invoice bill of my scooter to complete the noc process. I called up the kondapur showroom and they informed that this showroom is owned by vaishnaoi honda since 2014 and hence they don’t have any info regarding the vehicles which was purchased before 2014. They also informed that all the bookings made prior to 2014 are handled by another honda showroom located at somajiguda. I called the somajiguda showroom and they transferred the call to one mr. Arvind. He told that he will get back to me in another couple of hours, but nothing happened. Hence i called him by around 7 pm and he informed that he couldn’t fetch the details till now. But he confirmed that he had already processed the request to admin as the software which they used in 2012 was already replaced by a new one. He also confirmed that he will get back to me by saturday. As usual from honda, nobody called me. Since there was no response i called him back 3 or 4 times and he is purposefully ignoring my call. What is wrong with you guys??? If you can’t do it, atleast respond. Not expecting these kind o[censored]nprofessional services from you.
                            What am i supposed to do now?? I believe after sales service comes under your responsibility and if you cannot even provide me with an invoice copy of the purchase bill, i really doubt your professional services. Whatever it is, i need the copy and if you cannot provide me, i am going to escalate this issue with immediate effect. If you are not responding to this email within a day, i will post the same in tweeter and fb so that that let the whole public knows about your after sales service.

                              We have continually 8 time visiting sun honda, baripada workshop due to starting problem of scooter. Our last visit date is 07.11.2018 after five days we received scooter 12.11.2018, yesterday same problem is started (Starting problem). Dear sir please confirm me why you are giving worthless service, sun honda baripada have no skill mechanic to repairing this scooter, only have sun honda talking power to convincing purchaser.
                              Please simple give me answer, a 67 year old man how much time visiting your workshop and every visit you are taking 3 to 5 days to repairing. Is it your best service style? To provide customer.
                              I am requesting you please consider the above said and take necessary action of this scooter and sun honda. I have attached all document at time of purchase.

                                This is aware to you, was purchase 3 year extended warranty for hinda active 125 cc two wheeler. This is purchase from sai honda services centre thane west, mumbai. My two wheeler suspension damage. I went to om sai honda service center, they said it's not cover in the warranty. When i was purchase the extended warranty, they said cover every thing. Company was cheated me.

                                I was raised the complained to honda company. The complain registered vide ticket no. 1-[protected] date november 17, 2018. Till date i was not get it respond from there side. Could you please help for replace my suspension.

                                  Last week i go honda showroom at charkhi dadri for survice. After services my activa speedometer not working. For this issue i complaint to survice supervisor. He ask me for change meter in warranty claim and took out meter for claim. But today they change old speedometer 4000 aprox. That time they told me the warranty not claim. This meter repaired in local market and it's light not working. I think it not my original meter

                                  I ask a simple question. Why this meter repair in local market and why this defect not covered in warranty.

                                    so many attemot has been done by me by leaving my important worn but no single percent attention giving by company.
                                    direct mf honda nanded to solve my bikes problems which is in warranty otherwise i approach to consumer court, all responsibility will b comoanies own risk.

                                      It's capt. Desh raj dhiman. It was really a bad experience to have an service with satayam honda service center at bhira hamirpur himachal pradesh. The person sitting at security post have no sense to talk with customers and more over he looks like illiterate person. Abusing to customers. Very bad. Manager of show room required to to look in to the staff behavior with customers.

                                      I'm a costumer of Honda, I buy a shine bike, when I get servicing my 2nd free service I didn't got satisfy for serviced bike because they did not wash my bike whenever I call to costumer no. To pharandey Honda dealer they did not pick up any calls

                                        I purchased a honda activa 5g from risali bhilai (C. G.) showroom and within 1 month facing starting problem every morning. As a good brand name in 2wheeler market i had opted activa which is one of oldest and trusted name of honda. After complaining at showroom the solution giving by serviceman was start it every morning. Now i am regretting for opting honda, tvs or suzuki was better option atleast would not have faced this within a month.
