It's capt. Desh raj dhiman. It was really a bad experience to have an service with satayam honda service center at bhira hamirpur himachal pradesh. The person sitting at security post have no sense to talk with customers and more over he looks like illiterate person. Abusing to customers. Very bad. Manager of show room required to to look in to the staff behavior with customers.

I purchased a honda activa 5g from risali bhilai (C. G.) showroom and within 1 month facing starting problem every morning. As a good brand name in 2wheeler market i had opted activa which is one of oldest and trusted name of honda. After complaining at showroom the solution giving by serviceman was start it every morning. Now i am regretting for opting honda, tvs or suzuki was better option atleast would not have faced this within a month....

I am a family member of honda since 5-6 years by bought activa. But on 11th july 18 i bought grazia model but unhappy with defected scooty, customer support and service dealer.

This is shameless/negative service recieved by yume honda wazirabad and tollfree no executive.

There is no communication process of senior person to discuss such issue.

I have purchased honda activa 5g on 2nd september but from the day first getting rattling sounds & getting more vibration on my foot from engine belt. Even n after done 1st service from kasliwal honda indore (M. P) but not satisfied with the solutions. Service manager didn’t understand my problem & saying this manufacturing problem putting some jugad to fix rattling problem but it’s not resolved.

I am very disappointed...

June 19 2018 i purchased honda cd 110 bike from kanishk honda jagraon branch.
It's about more than 5 months gone and ive not receive my rc your showroom... My father name was incorrect on prc which was informed on the spot to store employees and manager. But till now name is not corrected on permanent rc. Already complaint eaised on 09- oct 2018 with number 1-[protected]... No one in showroom dealing with me and no update on online...

I have purchased hond sp shine 125 on 21/11/18 through parallax honda ramgarh at the time of taking bike in hand, when i started the bike, then bike does not started normally. The same i had told to the concerned person, but they told that nothing issue.

I have purchased activa 5g[ dl 4s cu4251] on 30th june 2018 and since then i have acquired 2 services and from the very first day my scooty is facing starting problem. I purchased a honda cliq at chennai jsp honda anna nagar. First they cheated me by charging me around 1500 extra for no reason. I fought and got and they gave me helmet to satisfy me. Today i went to dugar honda workshop in baguiati, kolkata. My issue was only to change the engine oil for my bike. The price of the engine oil was 275, but they charge me 398 all total. When i ask about the bill, they told me that, 275 is engine oil price, 60 for service tax, and another 60 for labor charge. They are not billed gst, instead of that i think only to change an engine oil is not more than 35 rupees, if they are taking service...

I had purchased Honda Hornet on 5th Nov 2018 . before purchasing they commit me 5 year extended warranty which is include in 108116/- . When we check my invoice then they did not include 5 yr extended warranty. When we call on Joy Honda then they told me this is not included in upper given amount.
They cheat me and now they told me give Rs 684/- more then we are able to...

We have 2010 activa.. It was having a problem that it goes off often... So we left for a service in JSP honda which is in srp koil street perambur ch 82... And they billed also... And after a week the bike got the same problem... So we gave it to a local Mechanic shop near anna nagar and they told the parts where billed was not changed... I the mechanic shop guy send me the photos... Which was attached below......
