Dear sir,

I gave my bike on 22-jan-2019 to orange honda service showroom at tolichowki, hyderabad, telangana for servicing.

The service people have installed dim parking lights in my honda hornet and claimed they have installed the new lights.

The service people have damaged my screen by putting a scratch by trying to open the head light set with screw driver.

When complained the supervisors, they are not at all responding well. The supervisors are least bothered.

I request a screen replacement and also to install original hornet parking lights.

Kindly provide justice to this.

    Dear sir/ma'an, I have purchased my Honda bike in Jan 2015 & from that tym of purchase I hv also applied for extendable warranty with extra payment but now some days i m facing sound problem in engine & smoke also & as per service incharge Mr. Sunil (Shirin Honda Gohana, haryana) that there are some issue in engine & requesting to it to concern team in extendable warranty but the words from that it will not be proceed as you have missed one service in whole passed period, which are not a genuine reason, kindly suggest where we can raised that complaint yo higher authority

      My name is uday kumar just 2 days back i have given for paid service my vehicle honda activa. Ka52q5994 i given for service. My bike while giving i told every thing what and all problems are there in bike they did not done properly and one more main thing they remove paint little beat front gurd before giving it was good after receiving bike paint was remove in the front gurd i have mr. Girish what is this he said bring agin tmrw for service centre vill get this done properly 22/01/2019 evng i went to bomanahalli service centre for giving my bike they are telling 3days it vill take to get done. First of all it is not my mistake your are keeping my bike for 4 days how i travel i asked them they told very rudely behaviour answer i[censored] want give or else get lost from her this is the answer we got from mr. Girish and shiva both irresponsible speaking with your advisor. Very worst service i have experience with anand honda i vil not at all accept this i am going to complaint against this issue higher management pls get back to me proper solution with my bike service issue. And i am not going to recommend any of my circle very worst responce false statements giving advisor very bad experience in my life

        My query is not yet addressed. Date of submission 7 jan 2019.

        I have a few points of i need to raise with regards to my vehicle.

        The high and low beam headlights of the bike have a limited up - down range. The focus of the high beam is good but due to its position it has no effect to signal the vehicle in front during overtaking at night. Another external headlight lamp is now required for this purpose.

        Combibrake sign is printed on the front mudguard but that's not the case and the front and rear brake work individually. (Front disk brake model)

        The vehicle came with a book that is local language and i was told that there is not customer manual in english.

        I need a reply with regards to the above points raised.

        Service manager called me and he just mentioned that he understood the problem with regards to the high beam light. No solution was given.

          Against this complaint number vj honda mechanic mr. Prem visited my residence dtd.17/1/19 to check my daily byke ride he ride my byke up to my work place he did not speck about any byke status he simply gave me satifaction note i mention on this note byke ride by mr. Prem only. I am still waiting today from response from vj honda. No there any official person not contact me. Then today i contact to mr. Sunil, he say my mechnic say byke condition ok.
          A am very surprise to listen this communication from mr. Sunil. Byke problem still there. Kindly this complaint take seriously. Please send honda engineer to examine, change this vj honda dealer provide another dealer to solve my byke problem

          Purchase Honda Unicorn 150 From VJ Honda Dombivli Dtd.26/10/17 but byke problem start after complain t to complaint to solution then i complain to honda there techenication said problem in chasis then they change chasis from insurance cost bit not solution yut. kindly advice.

            Hi team.

            Since my last paid service on mileage 26k, my honda hornet 160 is having trouble. I did my service via amc card. Never defaulted any single service. All are green in record. The main issue prior to the latest service was oil leakage and after the service there is no change, i visited the service center 6 times and no use. The are saying that they have replaced neater switch and the result is same. They are saying they have to change the swicth again and ordered the same. It is been a week now no response from them

              On first jan 2019, in honda celebration showroom in east delhi shahdara i purchased activa 5g, after communication with bhawna decided to payment half by cash and half by credit card but the they dont have card machine and for the payment i had to go jheel which is to far from showroom. And than after payment they decided to me handover of sccooty at 8.30pm same day. But next morning i got a call from bhawna, she said that by mistake we handover to another guy sccooty kindly return for the same asap. This is my second time where i got a bad experience from honda. At the time of receiving of rc after 10 days its has written duplicate rc. I dont know why this is happening only with me. Recently purchased new active but that rc has written new one. I am still not able to understand why they cheating their customer and no one is giving the information about the same. I will not recommend to anyone to purchase scooty from honda celebration which is located in krishna nagar east delhi 32.

                  I have purchased one Honda DIO scooter in October month. I purchased it through mukesh automotives pvt. Ltd. Jaipur-302029.
                  My sales executive name is Miss. Kiran kumawat - [protected].
                  My complaints are below:-
                  1. They charged me around 69, 000/- for the vehicle and provided me bills of value 61, 713 rs only. When I asked them for remaining bills during vehicle delivery. They told me to provide all pending bills on my first service. But, Till date, I have not received any bill. I want clarity on my remaining payment.
                  2. They charged 549/- for free 3 times TLC coating within one year. But, When I asked them to do first coating at time of my first service. They wasted my whole day. But, didn't do coating and told me to come next day.
                  3. During first service of my vehicle, No proper arrangement were there in service station for customer sitting. And nobody was responding properly.
                  4. When I complaint on their customer care. They took my complaint but till date, I have not got any response or feed back from their side.
                  5. I got call from Honda team directly for service feedback. I explained whole case to Honda team. They confirmed to take this complaint seriously and to come back with solution. But, Till date, I have not received any reply from Honda team also.
                  I am very disappointed by Honda response.

                    After purchasing the vehicle have not received tax receipt and vehicle no. after long followup, with the sub dealer. In Month of Dec 2016 given me fake tax receipt & No. plate then i Complained to Honda customer care.

                    Sir i have gone through and service with back wheel replacement.they have changed the wheel and only water wash has been done.

                    no service they provided, vibration is more after servicing .

                    But servicing was very pathetic .
                    I am very disappointed by service provide by a Company Service centre.

                      I am using honda unicorn for the past 3 years. I recently serviced my bike at vasavi honda located at reddiarmill villupuram. I went by 8.30 am and nobody was there. They leisurely came by 9.30 am and they not ecen asked me why i came there. After that i voluntarily went and asked the lady in reception to attend the bike. The technician came and attened and i requested him to give my bike before 3 pm. He also assured and told me that we will give u the estimated amount by 12 pm. But nobody called. So i made frequent calls and asked the receptionist. She didnt respond to me properly. I was worn out and went to them directly by 4 pm. Still then they didnt get ready with my bike. I asked about the rude behaviour and everybody there treated me badly. So kindly enquire about them and change the wreckless peoples.

                          I bought honda shine bike during march 2018. During december battery problem and they replaced since it had warranty. Now the problem is in cold starting. Engine speed raises when clutch is engaged. Tvs victor is far better when compared to this shine bike. Also, bike jumps like horse. I checked air pressure also. No smooth ride. Bike body completely vibrates when crosses 60km per hour. I am driving only between 45 to 50 km per hour.

                          Give some solution to these.

                            I have an complaint about crossroad pvt. Ltd., namak factory chauraha. My hornet two wheeler bike is in under claim from 2 months. They said that company does not provide parts of bike. Am very tired to ask again and again for my problem. I want that you have take such an strict action on dealer or sub dealer.                               Let me first express my deep regrets in beeing a honda customer.
                              Being a honda customer for the past six years have been really ridiculous and regretful.
                              Every time i service my honda dio for a specific complaint it comes up with the same problem again and again after just few days. Even after expressing the exact same problem that my vehicle is facing the technicians doesn't seem to care. The worthless services i took in honda has cost me a big amount too.
                              Just 10-15 days back i took my vehicle for a service and explained about the petrol smell i get everytime and told the technicians to make sure the vehicle is in perfect condition as i was about to take a long ride.
                              I got my vehicle after service and took a ride of about 200kms. After just completing about 100 km the vehicle condition worsened. A missing started and broke down every few minutes. I managed to start the vehicle again by using the kicker and got it to the destination with much difficulty. The vehicle didn't start till then.
                              I called upon the road side assistance team which was near and two technicians came. The vehicle was opened up in front of me and they asked if it was being repaired outside honda. The reason is that we found petrol leakage and also found that wire and other parts were tied with coir and wires instead o[censored]sing clamps or any other materials.
                              Is this how things are done in honda?
                              I bet a local mechanic would have done better.
                              I would like to clearly make my statement here that i will be mailing a copy of this to the regional, zonal and the all india head's and i will also be filing a lawsuit against honda for cheating and fraudulent activity.

                                I got my activa serviced on 12 th jan 2019 adviser checked the activa and done the service he advised me amc plan i also purchased it but when i got activa after service it was making sound while driving which was not earlier when i put for service so i approached service centre with complain adviser said to replace the parts instead of repairing it. How can such a reputed company like honda do like this? It's not their standard i trust the co but not it's people. Do the needful.

                                      सर्विसिंग होने के बाद में गाड़ी 25-30 दिन में खराब हो जाती हैं फिर से ले जाने पर ठीक से गाड़ी को सुधारा नहीं जाता है और एक ही खराबी को बार बार दिखाना पड़ता है फिर भी गाड़ी को ठीक से चेक नहीं करते और बोलते है ठीक हो गई और कोई परेशानी नहीं होगी और सर्विसिंग के पैसे ले लेते है और ग्राहक को बार बार परेशानी होती है जिससे वह गाड़ी को बाहर सुधारने के लिए मजबुर हो जाता है और लोगो को बी बाहर सुधारने की सलाह देने लगता है

                                        This is w. R. T. My purchase of honda cb shine sp from kolkata dealer shah honda (Thakurpukur) on 30/09/2018. Though i was promised a speedy registration in about 15 days' time, i'm still suffering the consequences of having reposed my trust in a honda product. The dealer has cheated me and is refusing to expedite the registration process. As these dealers are the visible face of honda to us customers, i request the higher management to take stern action against shah automobiles for tarnishing honda's reputation. Please
