I am using honda unicorn for the past 3 years. I recently serviced my bike at vasavi honda located at reddiarmill villupuram. I went by 8.30 am and nobody was there. They leisurely came by 9.30 am and they not ecen asked me why i came there. After that i voluntarily went and asked the lady in reception to attend the bike. The technician came and attened and i requested him to give my bike before 3 pm. He also assured and told me that we will give u the estimated amount by 12 pm. But nobody called. So i made frequent calls and asked the receptionist. She didnt respond to me properly. I was worn out and went to them directly by 4 pm. Still then they didnt get ready with my bike. I asked about the rude behaviour and everybody there treated me badly. So kindly enquire about them and change the wreckless peoples.

      I bought honda shine bike during march 2018. During december battery problem and they replaced since it had warranty. Now the problem is in cold starting. Engine speed raises when clutch is engaged. Tvs victor is far better when compared to this shine bike. Also, bike jumps like horse. I checked air pressure also. No smooth ride. Bike body completely vibrates when crosses 60km per hour. I am driving only between 45 to 50 km per hour.

      Give some solution to these.

        I have an complaint about crossroad pvt. Ltd., namak factory chauraha. My hornet two wheeler bike is in under claim from 2 months. They said that company does not provide parts of bike. Am very tired to ask again and again for my problem. I want that you have take such an strict action on dealer or sub dealer. Otherwise i have to go on consumer forum.

          Let me first express my deep regrets in beeing a honda customer.
          Being a honda customer for the past six years have been really ridiculous and regretful.
          Every time i service my honda dio for a specific complaint it comes up with the same problem again and again after just few days. Even after expressing the exact same problem that my vehicle is facing the technicians doesn't seem to care. The worthless services i took in honda has cost me a big amount too.
          Just 10-15 days back i took my vehicle for a service and explained about the petrol smell i get everytime and told the technicians to make sure the vehicle is in perfect condition as i was about to take a long ride.
          I got my vehicle after service and took a ride of about 200kms. After just completing about 100 km the vehicle condition worsened. A missing started and broke down every few minutes. I managed to start the vehicle again by using the kicker and got it to the destination with much difficulty. The vehicle didn't start till then.
          I called upon the road side assistance team which was near and two technicians came. The vehicle was opened up in front of me and they asked if it was being repaired outside honda. The reason is that we found petrol leakage and also found that wire and other parts were tied with coir and wires instead o[censored]sing clamps or any other materials.
          Is this how things are done in honda?
          I bet a local mechanic would have done better.
          I would like to clearly make my statement here that i will be mailing a copy of this to the regional, zonal and the all india head's and i will also be filing a lawsuit against honda for cheating and fraudulent activity.

          Notice: i have already spoke to the area manager and no clear response had been stated.           Any amount i will be liable to pay for the service this time shall be remitted by honda itself.

            I got my activa serviced on 12 th jan 2019 adviser checked the activa and done the service he advised me amc plan i also purchased it but when i got activa after service it was making sound while driving which was not earlier when i put for service so i approached service centre with complain adviser said to replace the parts instead of repairing it. How can such a reputed company like honda do like this? It's not their standard i trust the co but not it's people. Do the needful.

                  सर्विसिंग होने के बाद में गाड़ी 25-30 दिन में खराब हो जाती हैं फिर से ले जाने पर ठीक से गाड़ी को सुधारा नहीं जाता है और एक ही खराबी को बार बार दिखाना पड़ता है फिर भी गाड़ी को ठीक से चेक नहीं करते और बोलते है ठीक हो गई और कोई परेशानी नहीं होगी और सर्विसिंग के पैसे ले लेते है और ग्राहक को बार बार परेशानी होती है जिससे वह गाड़ी को बाहर सुधारने के लिए मजबुर हो जाता है और लोगो को बी बाहर सुधारने की सलाह देने लगता है

                    This is w. R. T. My purchase of honda cb shine sp from kolkata dealer shah honda (Thakurpukur) on 30/09/2018. Though i was promised a speedy registration in about 15 days' time, i'm still suffering the consequences of having reposed my trust in a honda product. The dealer has cheated me and is refusing to expedite the registration process. As these dealers are the visible face of honda to us customers, i request the higher management to take stern action against shah automobiles for tarnishing honda's reputation. Please
                    Intervene and expedite the registration.

                      I am not satisfy their service. I have suffering problem with self start and also as kick start. And replaced all crenk shaft and self swith all the things. Ecen engine is also dismental by them... And return me with comlete service even after 10 days all engine oil suddenly leakage anddismental cover of engine oil and its bolt was damaged.. And due to yhis a have suffered a lot. Again i went to avadh and replaced with new cover.. After two month means last week i have suffered a self start problem and also same earlier problem that kick is sleep. Means may self chakkar or vrenk chakkar got damaged, which replaced by them before 3 month only.. Yesterday i submit my activa in avadh due to their poor service and there is no any smart technician i feel. Due to lake of knowledge customer have to suffer a lot..in three month i have to go in avadh three time from moti khavdi to jamnagar.. It is very shame for customer..
                      Before three month i replced
                      Crankshaft, gasket crank case, gasket cylinder h, gasket cylinder kit, valve set, face comp. Drive sw unit, start oil, head valve grinding etcc.. Even i am suffering from this kind of problem..

                      I am driving this beautiful activa last 11 years.. But never suffer any problem within 10 years.. But after given in acadh so many probelm are coming in t three month..

                      Pls take corrective action against this kind of cheating with customer..
                      I want to shut off the door of avadh service center at jamnagar due to incompetant technician as well as staff.

                              Dear sir, i would like to inform to you. My honda shine which i purchased on 18/10/2017
                              Recently my honda shine have some engine problem arises. Engine make some noise and hiting so i went to your authorized dealer akansha honda which situated at moradabad, uttar pradesh and they check my honda shine bike and they says to me your bike engine (Head) problem is there. Your estimated cost is around rs. 5500 and they don't repaired my bike and they says to me your bike warranty period is expired because of you missed bike service and not change oil but i always change oil time to time.

                              In short, they don’t give me any kind of warranty on my bike and other answers,
                              Please sir help me and you solved my problem immediately basis. I hope u solved my problem.. Finally only one sentence……honda bike is my completed dream…i always trust you and your company…

                                I gave my bike cbr 150r (Tn51 aw0621) for service on 31/12/2018 and till today 08/01/2019 i dint get back my bike and they dint gave proper explanation for that.                                   I mr. Sajikumar, aroor had ordered unicorn bike with chase number me4kc311mj8460710 from one of your johns dealer, aroor kerala. Temporary registration given to me was of 20 december. The delivery time given to me was on 1 st january 2019 which they failed to deliver. I got next delivery date on 7th january 2019 morning 11 again for which i had to return disappointed. I visited the dealer evening for the delivery and returned empty handed
                                  It’s is really ashamed of such reputated brands irritating the customer in such a manner. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the consumer right act 2015. I expect to take necessary action against such negligent agents who continuously destroy the name of honda

                                    I dropped my vehicle for service and repair since my vehicle met with an accident before 1.5months back in pratham honda, kanchipuram, tamilnadu, india. They not even shared the status of my vehicle honda hornet160cc. Now i asked them to return back my vehicle because that showroom at closed condition for 20days said by watchman working there. Now they are asking for parking charges for per day 50rs. I'm very much frustrated with your company and service centre. I need a justice. I'm from poor family, this type of bikes are our dreams, if i didn't get my bike return within 1month, i'll be doing suicide surely and one & only reason is your company only. Promise

                                      On 7/01/2019 i have purchased a two wheeler of activa grazia model from sidharth honda, anpora up, an authorized dealer of honda. For payment when i asked to transact through my debit card, the staffs and the manager denied, claiming they will be levied 2% of the transaction amount, hence i should net transfer the amount. As it needs minimum 4 to 6 hours to add a beneficiary i had been forced to pay in cash which waste around two hours of my time and caused a psychological embarrassment.
                                      What about digital india?

                                        I am vedhavathy k, i own two wheer - honda dio, make: 2015.

                                        Writing this letter against prime honda, nagarbhavi - stage - 2, bengaluru show room.

                                        During month march - 2018 had given vehicle for jerking problem, hence prime honda executive called and took approval to change clutch plate.

                                        Later changing, problem of vehicle front vibrating has become more.

                                        Subsequently have complained to many other officials over phone during feedback call of theirs, and left vehicle nearly 4- 5 times since march - 2018 to dec - 2018. Nearly rs. 10000/- spent for rectification of vehicle front vibration, its unfortunate to say still facing same.

                                        Every time prime honda executive call and ask for replacement of spare parts but problem has not be cleared.

                                        Hence would request to you look into the matter, as they should not cheat other customers as they have looted me.

                                        I have AMC registered activa .i went to 1st free washing thy said already 10 byks there come by afternoon i went afternoon thy said come eve 4 o clock per day 2 times i went showroom but not taken any steps ..very worst service of vishnu honda 635852.
