Dear concern,

I was purchase activa 5g on the month of november recently my scooty not start. I visit nearby engineer he said plug is dead. I was purchase new plug & put into it after that i am claiming for my plug & maintenence charges. But service centre deny for refund.

My query is which kind of part intalled honda dead within two month of purchasing i have call on sunday from honda executive he said u visit service centre take your refund person number is [protected]

    Batery of my vehicle honda shine got damaged under warenty period...i have visited 2 to 3 times to khariar road show room...where purchased was done..they asked me to submit some documents...i did...but unfortunately they delayed ...in this way the took 3 weeks...again i visited...same happens...finaly i understand nothing to happen...realy it hurts me more...due to me 3 nos of hondashine bikes were purchased by my office...but the mater of regrate is that am not satisfied with the company i deal with...when i registered the complain bolangir division called me so many times to undersand the mater but couldnot do anything in favor of me...its very same for the company...due to this type of my vehicle problem i have to set cdi coil for which i have to spent an extra amount of rs 1700...now i would like to request honda company not to play with customers...finaly i wish honda company to grow more and more and have a rapid growth ahead.

      I had given my byke service on 27th jan 19.
      To planet honda service, rajajinagar - bangalore.

      Service agent said to collect by evening. When i called to office number no one responded.
      On 2nd day ie on 28th i tried calling from morning at last they received and said ' byke service not done will do by afternon'. After repeated calling the byke service was done.
      When i requested them that i will collect by 9: 30 pm they agreed and said that they will handover vehicle to security guard. When i reached the service station at 8: 45pm the security is not aware and responded badly.

      Kindly help me to get my byke soon and ask them to compensate the caused.

      Without byke my travelling cost daily rs500

        I purchase new activa 5g (Regn no hr20am8176) 3months back and from past 15days, facing problem of dropped mileage and then visited uday motors, authorized workshop of honda, lado saria, new delhi.in just span of 15-20days, i have to visit honda workshop thrice and still facing heating problem. My activa get hot in just 5kms and start making noise and as per mr. Vijay, honda workshop manager, lado sarai its new and advanced feature due to which vehicle is making noise.
        If my vehicle get heated in just 5km then what will happen if someday i have to drive it for 100+kms.. Surely, on that day, it is going to blast due to over heating.
        So, i wish to surrender back my vehicle to honda company as its very risky to drive it as i don't know when due to over heating engine get blast.

        I request honda officials to take back honda activa 5g as driving it is full of risk due to its heating problem

          Good Day !

          Need you Help and Attention

          I would like to bring to your attention that my Honda activa 4g vehicle which I have given for servicing in vijaya honda navalur service center at navallur Chennai pin code - 603103on 7th Nov 2018 ...has been damaged due to service center team negligence. It was left behind with many scratches on and damaged plastics fiber back light cables etc.

          Your staff did confirm that its their mistake which happened during shop renovations and they said they will account for everything, get it fixed and give it back to me in original good condition.

          I have raised many complaints in due course but unfortunately all complains 1-[protected] /1-[protected]/ / 1-[protected] /[protected]/[protected] were closed with false statements. I tried to be very patient and trying to communicate with your staff in cooperative manner to check for updates and progress but now it’s getting frustrating due to their actions.

          My bike has been in your service center from over a month and it’s still not back to it original condition. Looks like they tried to paint my bike but the painted parts looks dull color and different color they say there will be difference...oops, it’s disgusting!

          I have been in touch with both your service manager and service technician who have been misleading me since over a month with wrong information and comments.

          Hence, it’s high time I am attaching the all screen shots of vehicle the have damaged and recording how they are deal with me. I kindly request you to take necessary action. There is no proper support from HONDA yet .

          Thanks in advance and hope we have a smooth deal and great support ASAP. the support that i got now was totally disappointment.

          I have to renew insurance of scooty but muzaffarpur honda muzaffarpur demamd me a xerox copy of smart card and all documents.what is requirement of demand such documents.Due to this selling of bike is low.

            I went to buy Honda CB hornet 160R 2018 Model to local Honda dealer near by me which is Sai Keerthi Honda In gudur. Those guys fully cheated me by making believe that I was buying 2018 model and delivered me 2017 Model.The price I was also Charged was for 2018 model And Gave 2017 model I want replacement of my bike with new version and those guys are not responding And even telling they Have told about the year model. I have full documents and no where they have mentioned about the model Year And even in Quotation or bill they haven't mentioned Any Year details it was complete Misrepresentation and misguided me

              I have purchased activa 5g mh 20fd 9830 on 22.12.2018. It was given for servicing on 17.01.2019 for first servicing with remark of starting problem. The servicing boy told that, we will do servicing and not washing, if you want washing then vehicle will get tomorrow evening before 7.30 p. M. Second day i was came late at 8.00 p. M. Therefore could not contact to service station. On third day, i made contact on 26 and 27 jan.2019 on the number [protected] but there was no response. I went on 28.01.19 for taking delivery of the vehicle but it was not started, same problem was there. I asked the service boy to start the vehicle but he could not start, then by kick he started the vehicle and said that the problem will for ever if vehicle stands more than one day. I am 59 years old and having great problem in knee (Leg) and therefore i can not kick. It is requested to solve the problem. Before giving to servicing this vehicle i tried to start by kick and got very knee pains for 5 days. I am very unhappy of the service of the vehicle. I may be compensate for that rs.20, 000/-.

I give a scoooty on servies centre on tym to tym period...1/49 geeta colony main jheel chowk... Sir now this month there is noise in mah engine... Gear box... I go to the services centre they said sir... Yes noise occung to engine or gear box... I left the scoooty to smooth motors on friday moring... Person give me tym u come to collect scoooty on sunday evening... Now i am going to take scoooty.. Person said sir gear box not in stock... Wht is this u make me a fool on 3 day very baaad sir i will never ever expect to ur compy.. Sir tll me i purache se new scoooty just 7 month they create a sound...                   Hoysala honda showroom at hassan is worst in service. Staffs in the showroom are irresponsible and charge more money to customer.
                  I’ve purchased a bike in jan 2nd 2019, went for a first service at the showroom. Without taking customer consent, staffs are charging more money for the service.
                  Showroom intentionally wants to do oil service and charged 370/- additionallly.

                    Highly disappointed for legal response from so called prestigious company of india.

                    I am sure as an administrative authority over your distributor, you must have done some insight work to know real problem.

                    Let me pen down for your better understanding,
                    1. I have purchased my activa on 21 st dec, today being 21 st jan, i haven’t received my original bill
                    2. My insurance starts from 9 th jan instead of 21 st dec
                    3. My rc book still pending
                    4. Old activa which i have given in replacement - vehicle no : gj 01 1393, yet not received any inward chalan or proof of your receipt.

                    Note : failure on respond over old activa, can escalate to local legal authorities for fir from my end as a proof for possessing at your end.

                    Expect answers against each question.

                      Hi,

                      This is nikhil from pune; i bought honda unicorn 150 black standard model on 1st january 2019, its not even a month.

                      And i have 2 different complaints here;

                      1st:

                      The tyre quality is super bad. I have driven my bike for 700 kms approx. And my front tyre got punctured _ when i went to fix it i found that the tube has got 3 punctures and its needs to be changed. I bought a new tube and i also found out that the tyre has got damaged so i had to put those mrf patches into it, which costed me 750 bucks for 3 patches.

                      700 kms - 3punctures and 3 patches in tyre ; now i will have to change it to tubeless tyres and again its an expense and i know honda will not be able to do anything about it. They should take the responsibility of giving cheap tyres but, they won't.

                      2nd:

                      I have bought this honda unicorn from pashankar auto private limited shivaji nagar pune, maharashtra;

                      When i left my with them for pasting number on it _ they kept it for sometime and i don't know what they have in that 1hour with my bike???

                      When i got my bike back i looked at the number plate to make sure the number is pasted correctly and i found out that bike's left pannel was open and hanging out. Out of curiosity i asked the person vijay over there why it was opened??
                      And that pannel had got some stains which he said will be gone when i will wash it. I understood that he has changed this pannel because these stains were not there before.

                      I have attached photos of the left pannel for your information ;

                      He was stammering and said we had to take out lil petrol from your bike to clean the number plate before fixing it and then he pushed the pannel inside and said look, it is fixed. Today when i was washing and cleaning my bike i got to see the pannel is loose as he opened it and forgot to put a scruve while fixing it back.

                      And i saw weird stains on that left pannel which he said will be gone in 2-3 days or first wash, it is still there;
                      Then i got to know that my bikes left pannel was changed when i left it with them for passing and putting number.

                      So, honda your dealers are stealing parts from the new bikes after selling it and you cannot do anything about it, i like honda unicorn but i am feeling very bad about your service and after seeing honda is treating their clients in this way.

                      If you can do something about it give me a call;

                        Sir i am shashikanth my vehicle number is ka 05kp2966 my registration date is 05/11/2018 this vehicle have some deffective sudenly break down on the road this is the 2nd time its happening before it happen on 16/01/2019 i called a costummer care tech has come and taken to show room they done some work or what they done i dont know again the same problem happended on 25/01/19 on the road.in only one month this problem have been occur two time. So i dont want this problem to happen again in the future. So plese exchange this vehical, and give me another new vehical, other wise i will lodge a complaint to consummer court.

                          Reg:my honda dio two wheeler's engine blast while running, on[protected] at the time of evening. I was riding the bike and suddenly it got stopped with a big sound and i lost my control and fortunately i escaped from an accident. After i came to know that down part of the engine blasted and there is hole. And i could not reach my destination. And i have spend 10000rupees to reach my destination with my bike.in this situation i need complete compensation from the company. Because i have kept my believe in you. But you have broken the promise and you made life also in danger. Here i asking for the complete compensation from you, because all these issues happened due the quality less of the product. So i hope you have understand my situation and please do the necessary. Otherwise i have to move legally.

                              I purchased activa 5g (Honda) 2 wheeler vehicle from jajpur road (Odisha-755019), tej automobiles on 26/6/2018.

                              I have been informing showroom for my rc & registration for several months which was not satisfactory in acknowledgment of issue and i did not get the rc till now.
                              Upon several reminders and visit to showroom, registration has been initiated on after a month and i didnot received any hardcopy of rc to my mentioned home address.
                              I was kept on informing showroom agencies to lookafter the issue and it was invain.
                              Kindly support me in availing the rc at the earliest.
                              Service to customers are also very poor.

                                I have given my Scotty for repairing at Abhieshek Motor Baddi distt Solan on dated 17/01/19 my scooty is ready and I have done the full payment.But no one is giving me the original bill which is required for insurance claim.The staff is not giving any positive reply.After regular follow up no result came, This is really surprising thing for me that I am being harassed by the Big group Like Honda.My Scotty no is HR 02 AE 7578 The service Manager Mr Vijay Sharma is highly irresponsible person I don’t know how company like Honda hired such people.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I gave my bike on 22-jan-2019 to orange honda service showroom at tolichowki, hyderabad, telangana for servicing.

                                  The service people have installed dim parking lights in my honda hornet and claimed they have installed the new lights.

                                  The service people have damaged my screen by putting a scratch by trying to open the head light set with screw driver.

                                  When complained the supervisors, they are not at all responding well. The supervisors are least bothered.

                                  I request a screen replacement and also to install original hornet parking lights.

                                  Kindly provide justice to this.

                                    Dear sir/ma'an, I have purchased my Honda bike in Jan 2015 & from that tym of purchase I hv also applied for extendable warranty with extra payment but now some days i m facing sound problem in engine & smoke also & as per service incharge Mr. Sunil (Shirin Honda Gohana, haryana) that there are some issue in engine & requesting to it to concern team in extendable warranty but the words from that it will not be proceed as you have missed one service in whole passed period, which are not a genuine reason, kindly suggest where we can raised that complaint yo higher authority

My bike while giving i told every thing what and all problems are there in bike they did not done properly and one more main thing they remove paint little beat front gurd before giving it was good after receiving bike paint was remove in the front gurd i have mr. Girish what is this he said bring agin tmrw for service centre vill get this done properly 22/01/2019 evng i went to bomanahalli service centre for giving my bike they are telling 3days it vill take to get done. First of all it is not my mistake your are keeping my bike for 4 days how i travel i asked them they told very rudely behaviour answer i[censored] want give or else get lost from her this is the answer we got from mr. Girish and shiva both irresponsible speaking with your advisor. Very worst service i have experience with anand honda i vil not at all accept this i am going to complaint against this issue higher management pls get back to me proper solution with my bike service issue. And i am not going to recommend any of my circle very worst responce false statements giving advisor very bad experience in my life

My bike while giving i told every thing what and all problems are there in bike they did not done properly and one more main thing they remove paint little beat front gurd before giving it was good after receiving bike paint was remove in the front gurd I have Mr.girish what is this he said bring agin tmrw for service centre vill get this done properly 22/01/2019 evng i went to bomanahalli service centre for giving my bike they are telling 3days it vill take to get done . First of all it is not my mistake your are keeping my bike for 4 days how I travel I asked them they told very rudely behaviour answer i[censored] want give or else get lost from her this is the answer we got from Mr.girish and shiva both irresponsible speaking with your advisor. Very worst service I have experience with anand Honda I vil not at all accept this I am going to complaint against this issue higher management pls get back to me proper solution with my bike service issue. And I am not going to recommend any of my circle very worst responce false statements giving advisor very bad experience in my life

                                        My query is not yet addressed. Date of submission 7 jan 2019.

                                        I have a few points of i need to raise with regards to my vehicle.

                                        The high and low beam headlights of the bike have a limited up - down range. The focus of the high beam is good but due to its position it has no effect to signal the vehicle in front during overtaking at night. Another external headlight lamp is now required for this purpose.

                                        Combibrake sign is printed on the front mudguard but that's not the case and the front and rear brake work individually. (Front disk brake model)

                                        The vehicle came with a book that is local language and i was told that there is not customer manual in english.

                                        I need a reply with regards to the above points raised.

                                        Service manager called me and he just mentioned that he understood the problem with regards to the high beam light. No solution was given.
                                        Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
