I have bought the activa 125 on 18.06.2018 from joshi honda panchculla ph no.[protected]. After that i have took two services from shoolini honda solan branch shimla. After that 2nd time my scooty get off load. Now it stoped in shimla road on 01.01.2019, i call the service center but they told me that we have not available machanic. But they send untrained machanic who can not repair the scooty. Than i again call the service centre. They told that machanic will come on sunday. It give me trouble my scooty stand beside the road. If any thing went wrong, who will be responsible. Even now service center nearby me is not picking my call. Now i have one option, i would like to help from consumer court.

    Grievance :
    (1) violation of government guidelines : as per the set guidelines of vahan govt of west bengal –“the dealers are the ones who actually display and sell the vehicles. They are barred from making delivery of vehicles without registration to any buyer. However they can use the vehicles under his control on road for the purpose of display, test drive and registration, subject to proper use of trade certificates allotted to them by the registering authorities and the vehicles can be driven by their paid drivers only.”
    The subject vehicle was sold by the dealer without registration and till date even after a lapse of around 41 days inspite of several reminders registration number is not provided.

    (2) forced first free service o[censored]nused vehicle : the dealer has compelled me to carry out the first free service of the subject unused vehicle vide invoice no : wb[protected], ref no : serinv-wb[protected] dated 18/12/2018 without any pick up and drop which has exposed me to violation/traffic hazards for dropping the vehicle and pick up from the service centre at : ghoshpara, hatiara, lokenath mandir, kolkata 700059.

    (3) misutilisation of sale proceeds: the sale proceeds was credited to the dealer’s account on purchase of the subject vehicle by debiting my loan account as per the agreed rate of interest charged by canara bank. The same amount is utilised by the dealer against the inappropriate delivery of the subject vehicle which is unused till date by the purchaser.

    Hence you are requested to look into the matter and make necessary arrangement and instruct the dealer to lift the vehicle from my garage at “garage no 26, brahmaputra appartment, kaikhali chiramore, kolkata 700136”, get the registration number plate affixed and deliver the vehicle without any further delay.
    The monitory losses incurred by the purchaser arising out of this process/unauthorised transaction will be communicated to your end accordingly.

    A dealer of you called RKM honda which is in Anthiyur, Tamilnadu, wrongly guides people to get loan from a private sector called sun finance for 1 rupee intrest.. at the end when I proceed to get my RC and NOC they demanded 18000 as fain.. its completely complicated and indifferent.. a lot of people have been getting the same problem here

      I gave my honda trigger to the service centre for its pick-up issue. It was returned to me in even worse condition. I resubmitted it for the same complaint but they returned me saying that there was problem of peteol. I got petrol tank emptied. And gave petrol to a lab which declared it fit for use. Issue is still unserved. Plz help out.
      It happened in allahabad at shree grand honda service centre.

            I the pgl honda service station crp squares bhubaneswar received my dio scooty from 22.12.2018 and committed to deliver on 29.12.2018 failed to provide me in time. Rather the service executives are so arrogant to attend the customer and advice to lodge complaint against them. If spare parts are not available let the company stop selling the vehicle and restraining public from panic. Can company compensate the irreparable loss caused to customer for such advertently delay of service and loss of time to pursue the works time and again???. It is regreated and unfortunate one.

              I have purchased honda xblade which has already a manufacturing defect in front headlight. Headlight was not working properly from the day when i purchased, for this problem i have asked for change the bike but dealer has denied. They said go to service center for repair but they didn't have spare parts for xblade. I have raised the complaints as well but still not get any revert from honda. I have called more than 6 times in 10 days but still not got any revert or any solution for this. Worst customer service of honda. It means honda doesn't check or test the bike before giving to dealer or showroom.

                I am debdut koley. I buy a cb hornet 160r from sms honda nalikul on 17 june 2018. My name spelling was some wrong, it's done by main dealer showroom sms honda bendal. When i am contact with them every time they use slang language, specially owner mrinal gosh. He always told it's govt. Mistake. And when i am inform it honda then he didn't send my paper on rto office & always told the lie rto office was close. Before yesterday when i am going rto office then, showroom boker bapi come & told me today rto sir come, everything i done by my hand with present this time in the place. When i inform it sms honda dealer mrinal ghosh (Ph-[protected]) he use slang again & his boker bapi told me why i am calling mrinal & who the hell told me coming at rto office & officer room. And also trad me he don't give me my rc book & after issuing he will damage it. Please help me.

                  On december 1st i had given my bike for service in honda service center. I had a problem in self start. They suggested me for change of relay but the problem was not resolved. And when i again went to service center they said that battery was dead and replaced it with new one. But wen i enquired about the change part (Relay) they are saying it was a fake part so we replaced. I never give my bike to any other service stations. Now my question is that
                  1) how the fake part come in my bike?
                  2) when they dont know what is the problem, why are they changing the parts without giving any explanations.?

                    I have purchase honda cb125 shine sp, reg no mp04 ql4148. Form om honda bhopal 24 feb 2018. Now i am in jabalpur madhya pradesh, then my 3 & 4 service in frontier honda service right town jabalpur.
                    In my experience this service center technician is un-trained, & supervisor language with customer very rough, both time i facing new problem in my bike after service, yesterday[protected] my forth service, no is issue in my bike i have given only for general service. After service yesterday night i found front break not working, & back break working low
                    My friend experience also very bad form this service center,
                    Pls educate all

The vehicle from the purchase date to till date free service with AMC continuously by above dealer. My bike was runs only 41, 000 KM. Suddenly my bike was off, I went the service station, they told therewas a Cylinder problem, to the change the cylinder and valve it will be rectified, Due to my urgency, I repair and change the parts (Rs.8, 000/-). I saw your company add. it tell about there is no cylinder problem occur is 72, 000 KM to 90, 000 KM. Then why my bike had that problem, Please give a brief explanation. I am upset about that problem. Please give me reply as soon as possible.

Aur date 27/12/2018 ko mujhe call aaya tha ki apka bill rs. 10000/- ke aas paas hogaya hai... Aap 4 baje gaadi lene aajana... Main 5:40pm ko meri activa lene pohunchi.. Tho kaam poora nahi hua mujhe 1 ghanta intzaar karna pada... Fir mujhe bill bharne ko kaha gaya maine bill ke liye poocha ki kitne ka bill hai. Unhone kaha rs.11473/- hogaye hain.. Maine kaha mere paas rs.10000/- cash hai.. Baaki ke card scratch karlo... Unhone mere saath khoob behas baazi ki card scratch nahi karenge mijhe cash hi chahiye... Mujhe aise pareshaan kiya gaya hai... Jab card scratch machine hai tho scratch kyun nahi karte... Yeh log. Apse anurodh hai krupya... Iski complaint aage upar tak pohunchaaye.                             September last week 2018, my activa have only rise problem. So i gave it punjagutta, prathul honda, hyd. I told my problem rectifieng.. They replace other parts cluch wire, break liners, filters. Even though they are good.. If the parts replace problem rectifies, who told the executive, i paid 3587 rupees. After two months the prob rised again.. When i asked the techinician told me "cable replace must.. Bcz last time we adjusted only". Also told me (Last time also) engine 6k, other parts 3k. Total 10 k sir. Can i change the parts and rectiey engine prob? India lo 2wheelers, cars, mobile.. Marketlo konamami cheppe ee na.. Service ivvaru. Peruki prathul honda ani cheat, easy ga dabbulu dobbuthunnaru. Yevadu adagaru.. Adigithe bagu cheyarani pattinchukoru. Manam inthe.. Vallu anthe. Finally vallani thidithe cable rate taggistham annaru, what a joke of our system. Its very bad. One work.. The cable rate is 430 rupees.. But unwanted service is very god. Bloddy management. Govt otlanu veyinchukunenduke prajalni vaduthndi, niubandhanalu pettadu. Bad luck

                              Hi,
                              I am writing the service feedback about servicing my honda cb shine vehicle @ om prakash honda – peerkankaranai (Chennai – 600063). It’s a worst service ever seen before any service honda service station and they did very well polishing activity which was highlighted issues from customers.
                              I have raised the following compliant when going for service station.
                              1) engine oil leakages
                              2) speedometer light not working
                              3) headlight not working
                              4) engine starting problem.
                              These activity not carryout during services. After payment checked myself and the same problem continuing without any modification. I asked the person who are taken compliant for service and he agreed the mistake happened during service “he said we will correct it and tomorrow deliver to your home”. But they charged as per my compliant (Please verify bills attached).
                              In honda authorised service station, what basis evaluate the technician to do the service.in service centre i am not seen that kind of quality technician and approved technician. Please clarify the following matters as a honda quality wise.

                              1) how honda is monitored the trained technicians are doing service in the authorised service centre.
                              2) customers complaints and other general compliant how they will addressed.
                              Note:

                              Please do something to get good quality services and more focus on customer complaints to maintain the honda brand.

                                I had purchased honda dream yuga 2 wheeler bike in jan 2018 and even before 1 year, its chain set has worn out and needs to be replaced as said by service center. Very poor quality of spare parts. I need that the company must replace it with new chain set free of cost. Such a reputed company line honda has started using poor quality spare parts. I will never buy any other honda product nor will recommend it to anybody in future.
                                Very bad experience.

                                  Dear Honda,

                                  Not even a single star I will give this fraud service centre don't believe and become a Honda customers. I will not gonna buy any honda priprod and tell to my colleague's also don't trust on Honda company.
                                  This 21honda service centre is the worst service centre I have seen. Worst servicing, worst people too. I visited to this service centre to service my Honda shine they people speak with you as like sweet ?? than they will tell you about the charge that you have to pay. First of all I didn’t understand when I have bought new bike and the company is saying 4 service is free than when this employe charging I understand if something is damage or anything is serious caught in our bike than you charge. As per company we have to pay only engine oil payment I have told them only I will give you engine oil payment but they suddenly write 465amount and when I argue with them the mr. Sumit than he written 365rs than I also told him that only 320rs charge of engine oil including GST he said me that yes sir the counter staff will take only engine oil payment only. But the next day when I was visited over there they charge me 365rs and told me your bike side bulb was fuse and how sharply they took me that much only amount 365rs which is written by mr. Sumit and ms. Urmila the counter staff. How this guys sharply they are chitting with customers. I will suggest all dear customer if you are visiting than first you only checked your bike that anything is happen or not like our bike lights horn break etc. Or else this service centre charge you too much. I will suggest don’t go there for services.

Meyne apni activa 5g city honda se purchase kiya tha aur purchase date 29/8/2018 ko liya tha aur service ke liye waha se call nhi aati h... Aur jb hm phone kiye to booli ki aa jaye ga... Aur jb me waha gya service ke liye to waha pe service sahi se nhi kiye aur teflon ka 50 rupaye bhi le liye aur teflon bhi sahi se nhi kiye... Plz aap kuch reply krye sir...
                                    Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    In Erode Noble Honda service center the workshop service persons all are entering customer launch and take drinking water without cleaned hands.
                                    Pls provide separate water facility inside the workshop.

                                      Mere gadi ka chesis number - me4jf50ahju238975 aur engin number - jf50eu7239012 ye hai. Authorised main call karta hu to kohi reply nahi milta isliye pareshan hoke maine honda company mai ye mail kiya hai. Ab muje umeed hai ki aapse kohi muje revert milega
