Dear Sir/Mam,
I have purchased honda Activa 5g from[protected] but my registration has not been done till now. I have asked so many times to my showroom. But they are saying that they have sent all the doccumentss to RTO and It will be done shortly. When i am asking my showroom persons, each time they are saying the same words.
But 6 months have been over and still now i did not get my registration number.

I have lodged complaint on[protected] vide complaint no ticket no. 1-[protected] regarding this.

But i have received no response from your end.Kindly look into the matter.

    HONDA CB Unicorn 150 purchased on 13.01.2014. Dealer - Rehoboth Vehicles, 24C S.N.High Road, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu 627001, State code 33. Dealer Code - TN080002, Vehicle Frame No.ME4KC09CMD8621336, Engine No. KC09E86631164, Reg.No. TN72 AR 8555. The vehicle from the purchase date to till date free service with AMC continuously by above dealer. My bike was runs only 41, 000 KM. Suddenly my bike was off, I went the service station, they told therewas a Cylinder problem, to the change the cylinder and valve it will be rectified, Due to my urgency, I repair and change the parts (Rs.8, 000/-). I saw your company add. it tell about there is no cylinder problem occur is 72, 000 KM to 90, 000 KM. Then why my bike had that problem, Please give a brief explanation. I am upset about that problem. Please give me reply as soon as possible.

Aur date 27/12/2018 ko mujhe call aaya tha ki apka bill rs. 10000/- ke aas paas hogaya hai... Aap 4 baje gaadi lene aajana... Main 5:40pm ko meri activa lene pohunchi.. Tho kaam poora nahi hua mujhe 1 ghanta intzaar karna pada... Fir mujhe bill bharne ko kaha gaya maine bill ke liye poocha ki kitne ka bill hai. Unhone kaha rs.11473/- hogaye hain.. Maine kaha mere paas rs.10000/- cash hai.. Baaki ke card scratch karlo... Unhone mere saath khoob behas baazi ki card scratch nahi karenge mijhe cash hi chahiye... Mujhe aise pareshaan kiya gaya hai... Jab card scratch machine hai tho scratch kyun nahi karte... Yeh log. Apse anurodh hai krupya... Iski complaint aage upar tak pohunchaaye.         September last week 2018, my activa have only rise problem. So i gave it punjagutta, prathul honda, hyd. I told my problem rectifieng.. They replace other parts cluch wire, break liners, filters. Even though they are good.. If the parts replace problem rectifies, who told the executive, i paid 3587 rupees. After two months the prob rised again.. When i asked the techinician told me "cable replace must.. Bcz last time we adjusted only". Also told me (Last time also) engine 6k, other parts 3k. Total 10 k sir. Can i change the parts and rectiey engine prob? India lo 2wheelers, cars, mobile.. Marketlo konamami cheppe ee na.. Service ivvaru. Peruki prathul honda ani cheat, easy ga dabbulu dobbuthunnaru. Yevadu adagaru.. Adigithe bagu cheyarani pattinchukoru. Manam inthe.. Vallu anthe. Finally vallani thidithe cable rate taggistham annaru, what a joke of our system. Its very bad. One work.. The cable rate is 430 rupees.. But unwanted service is very god. Bloddy management. Govt otlanu veyinchukunenduke prajalni vaduthndi, niubandhanalu pettadu. Bad luck

          Hi,
          I am writing the service feedback about servicing my honda cb shine vehicle @ om prakash honda – peerkankaranai (Chennai – 600063). It’s a worst service ever seen before any service honda service station and they did very well polishing activity which was highlighted issues from customers.
          I have raised the following compliant when going for service station.
          1) engine oil leakages
          2) speedometer light not working
          3) headlight not working
          4) engine starting problem.
          These activity not carryout during services. After payment checked myself and the same problem continuing without any modification. I asked the person who are taken compliant for service and he agreed the mistake happened during service “he said we will correct it and tomorrow deliver to your home”. But they charged as per my compliant (Please verify bills attached).
          In honda authorised service station, what basis evaluate the technician to do the service.in service centre i am not seen that kind of quality technician and approved technician. Please clarify the following matters as a honda quality wise.

          1) how honda is monitored the trained technicians are doing service in the authorised service centre.
          2) customers complaints and other general compliant how they will addressed.
          Note:

          Please do something to get good quality services and more focus on customer complaints to maintain the honda brand.

            I had purchased honda dream yuga 2 wheeler bike in jan 2018 and even before 1 year, its chain set has worn out and needs to be replaced as said by service center. Very poor quality of spare parts. I need that the company must replace it with new chain set free of cost. Such a reputed company line honda has started using poor quality spare parts. I will never buy any other honda product nor will recommend it to anybody in future.
            Very bad experience.

              Dear Honda,

              Not even a single star I will give this fraud service centre don't believe and become a Honda customers. I will not gonna buy any honda priprod and tell to my colleague's also don't trust on Honda company.
              This 21honda service centre is the worst service centre I have seen. Worst servicing, worst people too. I visited to this service centre to service my Honda shine they people speak with you as like sweet ?? than they will tell you about the charge that you have to pay. First of all I didn’t understand when I have bought new bike and the company is saying 4 service is free than when this employe charging I understand if something is damage or anything is serious caught in our bike than you charge. As per company we have to pay only engine oil payment I have told them only I will give you engine oil payment but they suddenly write 465amount and when I argue with them the mr. Sumit than he written 365rs than I also told him that only 320rs charge of engine oil including GST he said me that yes sir the counter staff will take only engine oil payment only. But the next day when I was visited over there they charge me 365rs and told me your bike side bulb was fuse and how sharply they took me that much only amount 365rs which is written by mr. Sumit and ms. Urmila the counter staff. How this guys sharply they are chitting with customers. I will suggest all dear customer if you are visiting than first you only checked your bike that anything is happen or not like our bike lights horn break etc. Or else this service centre charge you too much. I will suggest don’t go there for services.

Aur jb hm phone kiye to booli ki aa jaye ga... Aur jb me waha gya service ke liye to waha pe service sahi se nhi kiye aur teflon ka 50 rupaye bhi le liye aur teflon bhi sahi se nhi kiye...                       I purchased cbr250r in 2015, with in three year i am facing gnition switch problem it is not working. Distributor said that ignition switch is not in warrenty replacing cost is about[protected]

                      Is that good for ignition lock?
                      It is hond brand it should be in warranty atleast 5 year
                      Plz. Do something for that. Or tell me what should i do

                        I am facing bike wobbling problem from day one, its almost 1.3 months, visted mmore than 15 times but no use still i am facing same issue, they have given a letter to replace tyre, i went to mrf tyre shop which is almost 60km, after replacement also still same issue. Again i went showroom to report same issue but they identify the issue but they are not responding properly.

                        I am really frustrated with this bike. If you did not solve this issue i will legally approach.

                          I am facing continuous worst service from om honda service center, berhampur. I have purchased activa 5 g from om honda berhampur on 22/04/2018. I have done three service as per schedule till now. The service offered by om honda is more than worst. They are simply washing vehicle with out checking the necessary checking as given in the user manual and handover the scooter. Yesterday i have done my third service. I have noticed the self start switch is fault. They told you have to pay for self start switch. Is there job is simply washing the scooter. They are wasting my 5 hours time for simple washing the scooter. Please give good service to customer. Please educate this dealer that it is not free service, we have already paid the amount while purchasing. I am going to complaint on consumer forum against honda and his service center.

                            There is issue about digitel meter in activa 5g digital.

                            Your digital meter be in warrenty or not.

                            Digital meter is not working & your distributer says that digital meter is not in warrenty.

                            The cost of digital meter is about 4000.

                            Is that good for digital???

                                  I am writing to flag a complaint against international honda dealership in bathinda, punjab. My family is regularly servicing our honda activa frm here.
                                  This time i went for servicing, i noticed that they use regular soap instead of car/bike wash detergent to wash your vehicle. Also they charge additional rs 40 for polishing your vehicle but use a cheap non branded polish which doesn't do any good to your vehicle. They even add water to the polish bottle to dilute it and make it worse.
                                  My parents unaware of that kept getting our activa polished frm here and our scooter's dash pannels are getting dull and started peeling.

                                  I complained about this to one of the service associate there and asked him to use a good product but i got a reply that that polish is recomended by honda. I further esclated the compalin to mr. Ashwini, service manager but still after 2 complaints, and been over a month they are still using the same products.

                                  They are clearly blinding customers by telling them good benefits of polishing their vehicle every time but using a bad products on their scooter/motorcycle.

                                      I am writing this email regarding my Honda scooter Activa last servicing.
                                      My Scooter is no.Up64AD7397 which I purchased from Amauri more aboard Sonebhadra(up) dealership code is (Up570001).
                                      I regret to let you know that they have already opened my last service coupon without my consent and they claim money from agency referring to my last due servicing.
                                      When I went to Agrasen Honda dealerships Code (Mp230001) to avail my last service, They refuse to do my servicing due to above mentioned reasons.

                                      I really wonder sir how can they do it, it’s cheating.

                                      Please try to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                        I have purchased the Honda Activa 5G on December, thinking that it has the good name in scooters and would have a great service and after sale support.

                                        But on my first visit to the Showroom from which I purchased the Activa, I have encountered the real side.

                                        I have an issue with the Handle of the Activa, and when I asked for the diagnosis from your service center, they simply denied that It was caused due to rash driving and taking Activa to the potholes.

                                        I have a simple question if it was due to taking the Activa through pothole can’t this vehicle withstand that much.

                                        And secondly, if Activa was gone through the potholes and it had damage due to this how it can happen that there was no other issue due to the potholes.

                                        It simply indicates that the Handle was faulty in starting only, not due to my driving or taking to potholes.

                                        And yes, they have also given me the option to take the Insurance claim or pay for the repair. Is this a joke?

                                        I purchased a new vehicle and when I encountered that it is faulty, your team simply says you should pay for repairing or you can have the Insurance claim.
