I have purchased the Honda Activa 5G on December, thinking that it has the good name in scooters and would have a great service and after sale support.
But on my first visit to the Showroom from which I purchased the Activa, I have encountered the real side.
I have an issue with the Handle of the Activa, and when I asked for the diagnosis from your service center, they simply denied that It was caused due to rash driving and taking Activa to the potholes.
I have a simple question if it was due to taking the Activa through pothole can’t this vehicle withstand that much.
And secondly, if Activa was gone through the potholes and it had damage due to this how it can happen that there was no other issue due to the potholes.
It simply indicates that the Handle was faulty in starting only, not due to my driving or taking to potholes.
And yes, they have also given me the option to take the Insurance claim or pay for the repair. Is this a joke?
I purchased a new vehicle and when I encountered that it is faulty, your team simply says you should pay for repairing or you can have the Insurance claim.
Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
