    महोदय उपभोक्ता अमित कुमार जिला झाँसी उत्तर प्रदेश का निवासी है मैंने दिनांक[protected] की शाम लगभग 06:00 बजे को हौंडा एक्टिवा 5g खरीदी है उक्त गाडी में कुछ menufacturing defect है जिसकी सूचना मैंने दिनांक[protected] को समय लगभग सुबह 10:00 डीलर माँ अम्बे ऑटोमोबाइल को दी जिस पर पहले तो डीलर ने टालते हुए गाडी में कोई प्रॉब्लम न होने की बात कही फिर रिम टेड़ा होने की बात कही रिम चेंज के बाद भी गाडी में प्रॉब्लम आने पर फोर्क टेड़ा होने की बात कही फोर्क बदलने पर भी प्रॉब्लम आने पर शॉकक़र ख़राब होने की बात कही जा रही है उपभोक्ता द्वारा गाडी अपनी सुविधा हेतु ली गई है न की उसे बार बार सुधरवाने के लिए उपभोक्ता द्वारा गाडी चेंज करने की बात कहने पर डीलर द्वारा टाला मटोली की जा रही है अतः महोदय जी से निवेदन है की कृपया कर उपभोक्ता को नई गाड़ी दिलाने का कष्ट करें अन्यथा की स्थिति में उपभोक्ता द्वारा की जाने अग्रिम कार्यवाही हेतु आप स्वम उत्तरदायी होंगे

    Hellow i am a customer of Honda. purchased honda grazia from machilipatnam naga sai honda on 5.4.2018 whenever i give for servicing they are charging minimum 500 then what is the meaning of free service for 1 year. and even their customers approach is also frustrating i am very much dissatisfied please take necessary action regarding this.

    Kaysons honda siliguri outlet service is very bad the valuer do not ha any common sence and the valuation of vehicle is extremely poor valuer must be fired from the job i would suggest everyone to avoid kaysons honda as the service quality is not satisfactory

      I bought honda livo on 31st march 2017 and after few days i noticed white smoke coming out from the silencer, so i went to the service centre anaal honda bhilai. They checked it and kept the bike with themselves for servicing. It was 11 april 2017 when i first saw the whitish smoke and then gave the bike for servicing, then after that servicing it's been 1 year 8 months now that my bike is not working properly, it's not giving proper average, i see blackish and whitish smoke coming out of the silencer everyday, i see carbon in plug and bike stops suddenly in the middle of the road. These all problems i have been facing till now. I go to anaal honda every month, they take the bike"in the name of servicing" with themselves and after few days they return the bike and after servicing within 2 days the same problem again! Now please help me out with this problem! I am frustrated since last year!

      I Kept my Honda Activa 125 and Hornet 160 for service in my nearby Service center called Thirumala honda Kadaba Post Kadaba Tq D.K Karnataka. Service executives are very rude and not responding to customer properly. I kept 2 times for service but they did not wash my bike I expressed this issue with consult department but not get any reply

        No improvement occur last 3 months

          Today i came to honda service centre samastipur for repair my honda bycle.
          I totally shock when some important parts of my vahical are not available in the service centre and i baught it outside of service centre such as lock kit, indicater falsher and u patti.
          Why should he ask us to came hare i didn't understand.
          If parts are not available then why should i came to repair our vehicles. Do something about it if you can.
          And one more thing employees are not cooperating also

          Regular service from Ganpati Honda Manesar, but last time oil is leakage from engine gear box side..in duration of service operator opened the gear box site without my permission so this inconvenience oil is leakage ...

          I am going at manpada service center for replace my digital speedometer but they replace the old speedometer foe my bike.
          a am go their 8 times for replace the meter but they not given any accurate responce from them, i want my new shine speedometer for my bike.

            I have given my active for my 5th service and due to there bad handling to the vehicle the parts has been damaged. When we handover the vehicle to them for the mentioned service after the service we came to met vibration for the handle. The service is too bad and takes a long time period to solve it
            Moreover the main complaint is against to the new service advisor who is mingling to the customers in a very bad manner.

              With reference to my previous complain ref#1-[protected] dated 8th dec2018, where already I had disclosed all details but as on date I did not receive any response from your end, apart from that several times telephonically conversation also took place between you & me, but no fruitful result came out from your end, as I understood that all these system e.g customer care, complain etc etc bloody all vogus & mother chod system exist because you do not have proper reply also therefore it is my personal request that REFUND MY MONEY BACK WHICH FRAUDULENTLY TAKEN BY HONDA AUTHORISED DEALER at the point of sale by promising to provide my RC SMART CARD & which I will manage at my own channel, need to take pain by dealer to provide me RC SMART CARD. Further I state that when I told to my dealer even after passing 9 months why you are not able to provide my RC book, they are unable to convince me, denied to refund my money back which is charged for providing RC book to a customer, & when I said to them I will raise a complain against you to customer that time I got reply from dealer's agent boldly that you can go anywhere & raise complain against us. This is the condition persist here. MY m .no- [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. contact me any of this no if you have guts to bloody [censored]ing refund ability which is charged for RC book.

                I called honda service station today for my 2 wheeler pick in honda service center at saravanampatti, since yesterday evening. They intimated that they will pick up the vehicle today morning by 10 am. I called them several times and they responded that they will come now and then. I nearly called them 5-6 times and said that they will come in few minutes. Till now i haven't received any calls from them.in case service is not available, then at-least they could have said in phone call so that i would have approached another private service center.
                My 2 wheeler tyre have be completed damaged and only for the same reason i have asked service center for the pick up. With the damaged tyre i am not able to even move my vehicle from my workplace since yesterday. I am highly disappointed from the response from the service centre.

                    Recently i service my activa at ganesh honda at near manjalpur, vadodara.
                    I prefer the company service center because of the brand name of company but there are no proper service me vehicle. I am very disappointed toward their services and it also creates bad image on my mind

                    Here they give estimated time of 3 days and it will return my vehicle after 7 days and still it is not in good condition. And they gives stupid...

                    I, himanshi arora, purchased honda activa 4g in december 2017 from j. B honda rani jhansi road, jhandewalan. Since the day i purchased this 2 wheeler, i am facing some or the other issue which i have been continuously reporting in all 4 services by the company but the service center is unable to diagnose the problem and fix it. J. B honda itself gave me a new vehicle that had a dent in its body.
                    Problems in my vehicle:
                    1. In less than a year the battery of my honda activa 4g has been replaced 3 times because it didn’t self-start at all. Once it has happened that my scooty got break down and i had to drag it 2 kilometers back to my place.
                    2. There’s an unwanted noise that has been coming from both the wheels since day 1 and i have been reporting the issue to the managers of service centers but the issue is not yet fixed. So much noise starts coming from the wheels when i accelerate my scooty.
                    3. There’s a problem in fuel meter as well. At one point in time, the meter shows that the tank is full and just after driving 4-5 kilometers the meter will drop by 3 or 4 points.

                    Every time i complain about the issue to the manager of honda service center located in anand parbat and d. B gupta road, they promise to fix it but they are unable to do that. The strange thing is they were even unable to diagnose why my 2 wheeler is not picking self-start. When i went to battery dealer they said the battery is working properly get it checked with service center and when i went to service center, they asked me to get the battery replaced. It is not even one year that i have purchased the scooty and the battery is replaced 3 times.

                    I got my vehicle’s first 3 services done by the service center in ananda parbat and after their continuous failure to fix these issues, i got the 4th service done by federal auto work situate at d. B gupta road. And just after a week of service, my 2 wheeler is again making too much noise even at the speed of 25km/hr.

                    I want honda 2 wheelers to resolve the problem and get all these issued fixed asap or take their vehicle back and return my money. I am just so tired of complaining and the terrible service honda is providing.

                      I would like to raise my concern about the two wheeler delivered to me by ms. Evm honda, kochi.
                      I purchased a new honda dio on 23rd on november 2018 with chasis # me4jf39hgju008534 and engine #jf39eu4032254. I have specifically insisted them to deliver latest manufactured vehicle, but unfortunately they have delivered a vehicle which is manufactured on july 2018 without informing me about the same. Which is not fair and cheating customers.
                      I would request you to take a corrective action and replace the vehicle with manufactured latest.

                            I had purchased honda activa 5g from people's honda shivaji nagar agra. The performance of my activa from day1 is not satisfactory. It has suspension problem which became worst on 2 passengers travelling. Activa makes noise while riding. Made a complaint to the manager but he did nothing except routine check-up which is not more than a formality. The workers take their work for granted. Small bugs are even not resolved at a time if we took the activa to the center and they told to leave the vehicle for 1-2 days for even a small bug. My activa is surely a second hand one as it conatins many issues at the time of purchase which came in front of me as time flies. I am very dissapointed and want a full service and get the bugs fixed. Please consider my stated complaint.

                              I have handa company's bike dream yuga. I had purchased it in february 2017.
                              Bike is very good but customer services by dealer is very bad.
                              For service of bike i wait 4 to 5 hours. If i complaint to dealer he was not take any action.

                                  I brought unicorn 150 cc.(145kg) KL 69 B 1184 new vehicle from arya bhangy ( aluva).. which has been showing a problem of side pulling.. vehicle won't go straight if we release our hand... Due to it I have been facing a lot of hand strain and back pain..
                                  Only 2500 km ... brought bike on 30/8/2018..
                                  This is 4the time am showing this particular bike, other bikes had ridden has no such problem the same unciorn 150cc..
                                  The service center peopls are making fooling customer s and criticizeing this is how the bike they make ...

                                    I have booked honda activa 5g std grey color on 11th nov, 2018 from 21 auto india pvt. Ltd., sakinaka, mumbai and executive name is mr. Dhirendra. I have paid the whole amount during booking.
                                    As per the executive commitment i was going to get my bike on 25th nov., 2018 with vehicle registration number and other relevant documents.
                                    On 22nd nov., he called me and said there will be delay in delivery for bike because the same was sold to other customer. And asked me to pay extra 2000 inr for other model delux. That was also paid by me. He has confirmed me that i will get my vehicle with number on 30th nov. 2018. And till date i didn't get my vehicle with number. Till sunday, 2nd dec 2018, he was saying "aaj mil jayega madam".
                                    And after sunday, i am calling him up but he is not picking up the call. This is the second week going on and still no update.

                                    I am very upset and disappointed with the service of honda 21 showroom with customer.

                                    Please look into my issue on priority basis.

                                      I purchased SP Shine on date 21 of Nov 2018.

                                      My byke back tyre Air get low after 2 to 3 days.When I checked properly I found my back tyre Rim is bent little bit.
                                      I was shocked..

                                      How come with the purchase of 15 days such problem accer,
                                      It's a question mark on the quality Shine byke and of course BRAND HONDA.

                                      I[censored] check my records, last year I purchased Scooty Activa 4G from ur shop and same Brand.
                                      I trust ur Brand that why I preferred to purchase SP Shine from u again.
                                      But if such quality u have, I am totally disappointe from this.
                                      Plz help.
