I have an ongoing complaint with my read disc sound which is not being rectified at all. Several complaints raised also spoke with regional manager (Fortune honda)

. The honda service station staff being rude when tried to take this to the notice of rm, shockingly no repose from hime instead he was not ready to listen. Absolutely disgusting

Very poor customer service.

The staff has informed to raise a formal complaint and nothing would effect them which is shocking..

Hope for some sort of resolution

    I have purchased honda activa 125 cc on 10 september but after 10 days from purchased it's having start issue at every morning after one month i have done first service but to starting problem of activa is not resolved so today i visited to shree honda revari so they set up only flow of fuel nothing do any i told them its having carburetor issue the don't listen anything it's service is very bad don't purchased honda activa from this show room

    Very poor service provide by raj Honda in Patiala. Totally dissatisfied

      Honda activa I electric motor cycle front mudguard black colour was indented on 01/08/2018 by SS motors, New nallakunta, Hyderabad Telangana state. To till date even after several requests personal/ over mobile the same has not been done. Rs. 300/_ was charged for the said indent.copy of the counter foil is attached for reference. It is rediculous that spare of a June 2016 model vehicle is not available that to of reputed model of a reputed company.

        I have purchased activa 5g[ dl 4s cu4251] on 30th june 2018 and since then i have acquired 2 services and from the very first day my scooty is facing starting problem. The engine of the scooty is defective from the very first day. I have complained many times but no required action has been taken yet.
        This problem still persists and i am damn sure that it is a defective product and i want either the full refund or replacement.

          I purchased a honda cliq at chennai jsp honda anna nagar. First they cheated me by charging me around 1500 extra for no reason. I fought and got and they gave me helmet to satisfy me. Again during delivery the stickers on the bike got damaged. Even after 3 months they didnt bother to replace. During the first service without changing the oil they charged around 450 extra. I m totally dissatisfied with this fraud jsp honda. I complained all these to the top owner lady to the last level supervisor but nothing improved. Worst worst worst people i faced in my life.

            Today i went to dugar honda workshop in baguiati, kolkata. My issue was only to change the engine oil for my bike. The price of the engine oil was 275, but they charge me 398 all total. When i ask about the bill, they told me that, 275 is engine oil price, 60 for service tax, and another 60 for labor charge. They are not billed gst, instead of that i think only to change an engine oil is not more than 35 rupees, if they are taking service charge then why they are charging service tax.? They are just looting the customers without any particular reason. Please let me know is that a valid reason to charging extra money?

            Hi I have one Honda livo byke.. Yesterday my byke rim has band in when I was driving and also rim has crack even 1 year is not completed of my byke very bad quality rim.. I never expect this from Honda. Kindly resolved my issue I wan new rim from Honda asap.

              Sir, it's very disheartening to complain you that, one honda dealer cum service station at bhubaneswar named khimji honda having very poor service i. E. I deposited my honda activa 2 wheeler on dt 20/11/18 at around 8.30am and i received acknowledged copy, delivery time mentioned 3.00pm. This is my paid service, and my serial no is t-10. At evening around 5pm when i arrived i found servicing of my vehicle has not been started, where as the vehicles which came 1-2hour after me (Paid service) there servicing has already been done. When i enqiured to the manager (Madam), they replied it's a minor error, we will do it immediately. The question is here, everyone is busy, how they could take all the things so casually. How the back comers (Those who have not advance booking) could able to done their vehicle earlier. Where as the later comers became fool. We came 8.30 am but till 5.00pm our servicing yet to be done. But those who came around 11-12am they could able to get their work done by 4-5pm. All this is happen due to the mismanagement of the workshop staffs. As a result image, customer service value became dimnishing. From todays experience this is my last visit to this khimji honda service station. This is my appeal to you kindly look into the matter, and try to improve the service quality.

                I had purchased Honda Hornet on 5th Nov 2018 . before purchasing they commit me 5 year extended warranty which is include in 108116/- . When we check my invoice then they did not include 5 yr extended warranty. When we call on Joy Honda then they told me this is not included in upper given amount.
                They cheat me and now they told me give Rs 684/- more then we are able to done your extended warranty.
                You are requested to kindly take early action against Joy Honda and do needful.

                Myself kanhei behera there was 4th servicing my bike Honda unicorn my problem was chain tight, handle, and engine sound but when my bike handed me I fell not proper work and I complain them no one hear me and reply me very bad word.

                  We have 2010 activa.. It was having a problem that it goes off often... So we left for a service in JSP honda which is in srp koil street perambur ch 82... And they billed also... And after a week the bike got the same problem... So we gave it to a local Mechanic shop near anna nagar and they told the parts where billed was not changed... I the mechanic shop guy send me the photos... Which was attached below...

                    After sales there are not satisfied service for the customers
                    Some few lines for the the details are as under
                    1. I have given (Apex honda shah alam ahmadabad) for the service to my activa as on 14.10.2018 with complain for the less brakes, but it is sorry to say that they have returned the same with washing only and not solved the problem of brake.. More over the more problem created for batter as it was not stared by the push button.
                    2. I have visited the apex honda shah alam ahmadabad as on 16.011.2018 but they insist for to morrow
                    3. I had given it in work shop after the long waiting by major job card. As on 17.11.2018 problems not solved for the whole day.
                    4. On sunday dated 18.11.2018 they have instructed to give the photo copy of the guarantee card and bill invoice of the battery which was installed by them as on 31.08.2017 which was in guarantee warrantee as my payment of rs.1368
                    5. After long exercise i have given the photo copy of the same they have given me time for replacement of battery after a week.
                    Sir the battery which was replaced in authorized dealers by giving so more money to the dealers... Even the harassment to the customer are very much in the service and hence it is so much un-bearable... And hence is requested to solvedthe problems and make permanent solution for all the customer who are suffering by such problems but they can no making complains

                      We would like to bring to your notice that we have been using honda vehicles for years now. And we considered this the best two wheeler manufacturer until yesterday.

                      I have a honda activa which i bought in the year 2015 and have been getting regular servicing done at honda service centers.

                      Reg. No. Dl12sb8851 shubhnita chatterjee

                      Day before i went to pioneer one honda in sector 63, noida with my husband to give my scooty for servicing. I got token number 71 and was informed that i will receive the bike by next day morning.

                      The next day on 15th nov, we called the guy named ‘suraj’ he said i am preparing job card, please call after an hour. When we called back, he said i am still busy, please come and check yourself.

                      My husband went with his friend who witnessed the whole situation. The bike for untouched even after 24 hours, when my husband asked why isn’t it serviced yet, he was told please come in the evening for it. When he reacted to the situation, the manager came and said we will do it now.in fact the new set of tokens were worked upon but the previous days two wheelers were as it is. The manager said we have many bikes coming in and we don’t deny the customer so process gets delayed. We stay busy. My husband denied getting it serviced there and came back.

                      Attached are few reference pics.

                      My husband even noticed that the bikes were serviced by local guys as well instead of honda staff, just to make it quick. So lack of manpower too.

                      To top up the situation, once he came back with his scooty, he got a call from honda saying, your bike is ready, please come and pick. That means they call anyone stating anything. We came back and no servicing was done. But we got a call saying that in next half an hour.

                      My husband and his friend went to two other company service centers for other bikes to be service – in suzuki they serviced it in an hour and in royal enfield they serviced it by evening and handed over.
                      Its only honda which gave such a poor service.

                      I am sure not to buy a honda bike ever again and also will tell people around not to purchase any honda product to face all this. I am writing this to ensure that doesn’t happen with anyone again.

                        I use activa-5g before first service everything vwas perfectly fine. After first service with in few weeks oil started leaking from engine. Got repaired the same at authorized service center. But after just one again the same problem persist.
                        Punjab honda service center in rajkot is not paying proper attention to my vehicles. If any issue is there with the engine then appropriate measures i want in my warranty. Kindly look in to the matter.

                        Yesterday I went to Imperial Honda service center to get my free service. They refused to do the service and insisted I have to get the oil chang and pay for it, then only they will do service. They are trying to charge me under the guise of oil change. I did not agree as I have changed the oil just brfore 500. km. So, they refused service

                          I have purchased activa 5g std from shree asr auto, krishna nagar, kanpur with bill gstin: 09aasfa5697d1zx, engine no. - tf50e[protected], frame no. - me4tf5oahj71733872 on 15 nov 18. While driving back to home 2km away from the honda showroom the activa switched off automatically, when i try to start activa starting normally but while increasing the accelarator again bike switched off automatically. I inform the aasr honda office abt the same problem. They send mechanic and after checking the mechanic informed me that the problem was with petrol i filled after releasing the activa from the shoroom. They drain some petrol and the problem solved for some time. I refuelld the activa after some time from another petrol pump after some time and try to move the bike same problem started again, activa starting normally but while increasing accelarator activa automatically getting switched off. Again i call the manager of asr honda kanpur mr. Sharma from the road side and briefed him him about the issue. After my repeated calls he send mechanic after 1hour again, but the mechanic was not able to find the problem and tried some time to solve the problem but he could not solve the issue. Finally at 9.30pm i started push activa to my home and reah home at 10.30pm. Please guide me to deposite this activa and issue a brand new serviceable activa or return my amount i paid that is rs. 26600/.

                            Hi my name is manjunath i am having honda activate ka09es5623. I am in bangalore. Vijayanagar. I have taken regularly amc with plant honda near my house (Marathi mandir). Today i given service. Its general service & without any problem. But without my knowledge they put bunch of problems. They changed 1890/. After argument. They reduced to 895. But service is worst. My scooter starts vibrating. When i ask about it. Still they say different stories. Please help me.

                              I bought activa 125 in july 2018 and since than it's giving me stupid trouble of start in the morning. It requires at least 8-9 self start with full choke to start. Even if i try to kick start it takes many kicks before it comes alive.
                              I have complained to the dealer (Pilot honda chembur) as well as service centre but instead of providing solution they state that it's the way vehicle is designed
                              In this age they talk of things that bajaj scooter used to face even those scooters used to start in one kick after tilting
                              I don't know if the dealer gave us an old model or it's the pathetic engineering of honda.
                              Can anyone help me out in this regards

                                  I bought vehicle in august and i have nearby gone for servicing 9-10 times even after that my vehicle showing problem. First time vehicle is showing problem like when we slow vehicle it got off automatically it require nearby 1 month to solve this issue thereafter now it is showing automatically getting off and no self start and kick start and various issue. Honda service centre told there is problem in current of vehicle. I am not satisfied about my vehicle. I feel like my old vehicle scooty streak is very well even after 4-5 years from purchase than this 3 month old activa 5g

                                    My self kiran, from belgaum karnataka.
                                    I purchased a bike from mangesh honda dealer, they charging extra amount from customer for sheet cover, petrol tank cover, and other asseceries, that you are providing with bike free in ex price
                                    And per servicing they only washing the vehicles. They not make inspection in vehicle. They charge extra amt for oil change which you provided already with vehicle

                                    Take action and try to refund it the extra rs.2500/ which taken from customers

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I was purchased Activa 5G before a month from Joy honda faridabad dealer. I was purchased in Navratra and they did not give any scheme to me in cash on the time of my delivery i saw that they are giving Helmet to every buyer and when i asked for me then they give some excuses to me and did not provide me the Helmet. Secondly they provide that kind of number plate like a rubber not a proper number plate they provide and now i am using Activa from last one month the front Shocker Quality is very poor it gives sound on damage road really a bad experience with Honda if possible kindly give proper solution or i am going to Consumer court for this and also escalate issue in social media.
                                        Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I received the Call of Sales Manager of Joy Honda Faridabad and give me lots of excuses on this that that sceme is only for finance peoples etc.
