I bought activa 125 in july 2018 and since than it's giving me stupid trouble of start in the morning. It requires at least 8-9 self start with full choke to start. Even if i try to kick start it takes many kicks before it comes alive.
I have complained to the dealer (Pilot honda chembur) as well as service centre but instead of providing solution they state that it's the way vehicle is designed
In this age they talk of things that bajaj scooter used to face even those scooters used to start in one kick after tilting
I don't know if the dealer gave us an old model or it's the pathetic engineering of honda.
Can anyone help me out in this regards

      I bought vehicle in august and i have nearby gone for servicing 9-10 times even after that my vehicle showing problem. First time vehicle is showing problem like when we slow vehicle it got off automatically it require nearby 1 month to solve this issue thereafter now it is showing automatically getting off and no self start and kick start and various issue. Honda service centre told there is problem in current of vehicle. I am not satisfied about my vehicle. I feel like my old vehicle scooty streak is very well even after 4-5 years from purchase than this 3 month old activa 5g

        My self kiran, from belgaum karnataka.
        I purchased a bike from mangesh honda dealer, they charging extra amount from customer for sheet cover, petrol tank cover, and other asseceries, that you are providing with bike free in ex price
        And per servicing they only washing the vehicles. They not make inspection in vehicle. They charge extra amt for oil change which you provided already with vehicle

        Take action and try to refund it the extra rs.2500/ which taken from customers

            Dear Team,

            I was purchased Activa 5G before a month from Joy honda faridabad dealer. I was purchased in Navratra and they did not give any scheme to me in cash on the time of my delivery i saw that they are giving Helmet to every buyer and when i asked for me then they give some excuses to me and did not provide me the Helmet. Secondly they provide that kind of number plate like a rubber not a proper number plate they provide and now i am using Activa from last one month the front Shocker Quality is very poor it gives sound on damage road really a bad experience with Honda if possible kindly give proper solution or i am going to Consumer court for this and also escalate issue in social media.

              Recently bought...& i am facing these problems... Self starter is the problem as well as sound is coming from engine. Bought with expectations, but failed to fulfill. It is pathetic experience, never trust the band. Very bad impression honda activa 5g... Even free serves is the big joke. They never solve the issue. Please consider before buying.
              Worst product. Worst brand honda.

                your Honda jaisalmer Rajsthan dealer shakshi Moter The owner is good but the behavior of the staff is absolutely useless, poor
                You are requested to insist on this connection with the dealer Otherwise it will have to suffer the company of loss in the coming time.
                Even earlier, many customers complained about this, but this problem was not noticed, if not, the problem was not solved.
                If not redressed, then the breach of the purchaser will be dissolved by the company, and do take any action against anyone.

                I was gone for the third free service of my bike.
                But i have not satisfied with the service of my bike, which i was purchased in 04.06.2018. I was told them only one problem but they could not solve the problem.

                In Pratul Hond service they are charging for Ist service, for labour charge, service charge and other charges .As per company Ist four service are free.

                  3rd service not done properly as per service book.the mechanic does not do any work with the brake section.he did not open it and not cleaned. He also not any work with speaking plug and not cleaned.he just open the wheels and grees it and fit it.He actually not maintained the service book rules.I think I am totally deprived and hope for proper action.

                    Aadi honda service center, kothapet, hyderabad, telangana. They brakes my bikes back light glass and told me it's your side mistake.. And only for water wash it takes 2days... No proper commitment on service they are saying it will complete today but it takes 2 days.. And spare parts availability is very poor.. And for that spare parts i have to come again... Already it's 3rd time visit from the day of my bike service given to show room... They are wasting my time..

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I bought honda cb shine in the month of may-2018, since then i am facing the problem for my vehicle. Main problem is that vehicles engine gets stop once i press clutch.
                      I have visited more than 10 times at aditya honda service station at bhayander east but still i am facing same issue.

                      Many times vehicles engine got stop in between the highway. Many times i reported the same query to aditya honda at bhayander east. Once i went to show vehicle aditya honda they sent my vehicle to its head office at vasai east and vasai office kept my vehicle almost 10 days and sent my vehicle back.
                      I drived one day only and again i faced same issues.

                      I bought my vehicle in the month of may-2018 and its completed almost 6 months, in this six month i think more than 30 days my vehicle was with aditya honda bhayander east. Since last monday 6 nov-2018 my vehicle is lying with aditya honda.
                      I think its very poor service and very poor product they have given to me. Its very disturbing that being honda these people are not able to solve my query since last 4 months.

                      Please take strict action against these people and give me justice.

                          As i already complained about tvs tyre dealer rudrapur on 17 october 2018 cause murliwala honda dealer was saying me that he is not replacing the tyre (Complaint id: 2113818). See in attachments

                          I bought two bikes (Honda shine sp and x-blade) on same time from murliwala honda gadarpur in the month of june.

                          One month ago honda shine's tyre got bursted on clean road (See in attachments). I gave the bike the bike to my murliwala honda dealer by nex day. Tyre not replaced till now.

                          I need the solution of the problem.

                          Once again i want to say to honda & tvs team to look into the matter as soon as possible. As i already visited many time to dealer.

                            With ref to the above above i have purchased honda cb unicorn 150cc (Cbf150mh) on 15.03.2018 from aravind honda at sathyamangalam. I have done my first service on 14.04.2018 at aravind honda and my second service on 30.06.2018 at the same place. While going for my 3 rd free service at vaikom eros honda they are telling that i have done a free service at sri lakshmi natarajan agency on 23.03.2018, which is recorded as free service 1. So they are not able to mark this as 3rd service.
                            So far i have not done any service st sri lakshmi natarajan agency, more over i have my 4th service free coupon. Hence i request you to kindly rectify the issue at the earliest.

                              Dear team, i want to share my experience with anvita honda show room, benz circle, vijayawada for your rectification. Worst service, poor knowledge about ur system including general manager of the show room. I have waited for a day in the showroom to take delivery of activa 5g today. Lack of planning, no concern about customers. Plz save this message and verify after 10 years, u will be like nokia in the market, as ur competitors will capture the market. Ur service is worst, if compare with any organization. Unfortunately i took delivery as paid full amount in the morning itself. I will recommend not to go with honda two wheeler.

                                I gave my two wheeler for servicing at Dr. Rajkumar Road, Rajajinagar, Bangalore (never gonna visit this store in my lifetime and nor suggest anyone to buy from honda).
                                Following are th issues faced:-
                                1. When i called service centre on[protected] they told you give your vehicle now we will be delivering in the evening. Went to service store accordingly reaching there i was wandering outside no one was there to guide i shouted 2-3 times that i am here for servicing then security guard starred at me and waved his hand that get your vehicle here. There after so called service advisor he took note of all vehicle details and problem faced by me. After everything was done he told your vehicle will be ready for delivery tomorrow at 6 PM i.e on[protected] i told him i told him that i called service station and recipient told me that you will get your vehicle today only to which he went blank and didnt respond. I was still fine with my vehicle getting delivered tomorrow.
                                2. On the date mentioned in my job card i called service station and told them i will be coming to collect my vehicle on scheduled delivery time and recipient at the other end told me that she will check and let you know sir help me with job card number i gave all the details and then recipient told she will call me which she didnt after which i called her again and same thing she asked me about job card and then she told she will check and call back which didnt happen and i called around 10-15 times and same thing continued she asks job card details and tell same thing then i told her to connect me to manager of that store that didnt happen either. I will not be surprises if ever customer call and just tell hello and she will be like sir i wi check and call back because this is wat she tells everytime you call her in some cases even phone remains unanaswered.
                                3. Next day i called them same answer sir i will check and call back which didnt happen not surprising also.and thereafter i received call after 2 hrs that your vehicle is ready i went to service station accordingly.
                                4. I went to billing counter and invoice was generated amounting to Rs. 2360.i paid the amount and reveived invoice. To my surprise details mentioned in the invoice was totally wrong including engine number when i saw my RC card it was completely different even colour of the vehicle mentioned in the invoice was white whereas my vehicle was grey. Thankfully vehicle number and name was correct. Now i dont know whether that invoice was even mine. I checked with billing counter he was like there was error in entering details while generating invoice.
                                5. After that when i went to collect my vehicle along with invoice. There was also customer feedback form the security guard took both and kept customer feeback form with him i askes him that this is customer feedback i am supposed to fill why are you collecting for that he gave weird look and gave i asked him pen for filling form for 2 min obsiously he didnt give me that. I saw others customer feedback form was also collected by him and kept with him.
                                6. After waiting for 10 minutes staff got my vehicle which was still wet and i noticed that my fuel tank which was half at the time of giving was not even a quarter while collecting when asked staff they didnt respond so i went to managaer Mr. Arun whom i told all the issues faced by me and he came and saw the same thing after thinking for sometime he was like noe the fuel sensor is wet and it wont show proper details to which i responded that then my fuel meter is damaged than to which he told that no no when it gets dried up it will work properly. I had no choice but agree to whatever he told. Then i checked my brake light which was not working at all it was not working before giving for servicing also and i told service advisor that please repaid this which didnt happen.
                                7. My brakes after the service was more screwed than it was before servicing. The mat in the front was just dropped by the staff it was not properly fitted i told staff and that time he opened and placed it properly.
                                8. The vehicle was still wet and was not cleaned properly.
                                What i lost in this:-
                                1. Rs. 2360 - sercice was not at all worth
                                2. Time
                                3. Petrol
                                I will be surprised if this mail is taken seriously because i read review of this store (which i missed it before giving my vehicle for service)
                                and didnt even find single positive review
                                I dont know why honda is not taking strict action against this store as all the customer face issue and in the time where good service is utmost important honda is loosing goodwill just because of this service store.
                                First of all if they cant deliver vehicle why do they commit timeline. Even a local roadside service boy renders service better than this showroom.
                                I urge you to take strict action against this showroom.
                                Please read other reviews of this store there are many people facing bad quality service. I mailed to customer care also but no reply from them.

                                      અમે મારી 2 વ્હીલર બાઈક હોન્ડા સાઈન ને ટોટલી રિપેર કરવા માટે તમારા હોન્ડા ના બોડેલી (જિલ્લો- છોટા ઉદેપુર, ગુજરાત ) ખાતે. ના સર્વિસ સેન્ટર માં તારીખ ૨૭/૧૦/૨૦૧૮ ના રોજ આપેલી અને મને સર્વિસ સેન્ટર ના મેનેજર એ 1 અઠવાડિયા પછી બાઈક મને પાછી આપવાનું જણાવેલું હતું...
                                      આજે એ બાબત ને 10 દિવસ થય ગયા છે..તો આજે પણ મને બાઈક પરત કરેલ નથી અને જેના કારણે મને ખૂબ જ અગવડ પડેલી છે..

                                      અને મે મારી બાઈક માં જે સર્વીસ માંગી હતી તે બિલકુલ પણ મળી રહેતી નથી... અને સર્વિસ સેન્ટર. ના મેનેજર તેમની પાસે સમાન પૂરતો ના હોવાનો અને મળતો ન હોવાનો દાવો કરે છે...

                                      તો આ દિવાળી ની રજા બાદ આપ શ્રી તુરંત આના પર પગલાં લેશો... અને મે જે રકમ ચૂકવી છે તે અનુસાર મને યોગ્ય સર્વિસ મળે એ અંગે કાર્ય ધ્યાન દોરશો...

                                      જેથી કરીને અમારે આગળ કોઈ પ્રોસેસ ના કરવી પડે...

                                        Am chethan from nelamangala 562123 bangalore karnataka.
                                        Am complaining about (Turbo honda)
                                        Service.
                                        I purchased honda grazia in 1/1/2018
                                        In first month i faced engine problem.
                                        They take one week take to read the bike.in turbo honda nelamangala technicians r not good worest. Care less.
                                        I left for 4th service again they did mistakes doing service. From that. Day my bike lost speed, pickup, milage.
                                        I complained 3 time in 3 time they took 3 days one chickup.
                                        Still also they r not responding property they r speaking roodle plz take action on turbo honda nelamangala. Try to send good technician to that place and solve my and all people honda bike problem.
