I have given my bike for 2nd service the bike handling was bad with johna honda service centre. They make sracth on bike one in silencor and on right side of tank. I also got bike washed in service centre they have not even remove the tar marks from body and full of dust in bike remaining.
I have compliant in service centre but not taken any action.

    I have purchased honda activa from sudershan honda show room hoshangabad (Rasouliya) 10months ago but i faced lot of problems from starting... Like horn not blown just after 10 days of purchase... Now there is problem in battery self not worked at all also battery totally exhaust out as need charging in 6-10 hrs due to which we suffered lot of problem..

      Dear team,
      I have purchased an honda activa 4g on 15/05/2017. I have serviced me honda activa 4g from ramamurthy nagar service center (City honda) on 17/09/2018, which is my first paid service. A week after i have started facing frequent starting problem when ever park the vehicle for an hour. For rectifying the issue i have visited the service center again on 30/09/2018, they have done some normal cleaning service and hand over the vehicle and mentioned issue has been rectified. Again after two days of last service, persists the same issue. Once again on 28/10/2018 i have given the same service center. But still issue is not resolved. I have no idea what kind of service doing by authorized service center and whether they able to find the problem. Service center employees are confirming the vehicle will start fine only at the day of delivering the vehicle after service.
      Current the vehicle have completed extra 3 services only for starting issue apart from first paid service. Below are the service details.
      17/09/2018 - paid service
      30/09/2018 - first service for starting problem
      28/10/2018 - second service for starting problem
      04/11/2018 - third service for starting problem
      I have no idea the service center can rectifies my issue as i am keep on facing the same issue after each services. So requesting to kindly look into it and resolve vehicle problem as soon.

        I am booking for activa 5g at krishna honda rohtak haryana 3/11/2018 for delivery at 5/11/2018 when i am visit the showroom they said when you book that day we give you activa redey delivery time i book the activa then delivery time they give me activa without any accesories they comited me and 4 hours waiting time extra without any documents only chalan and gate pass no insurance no any bill copy

It has not even being used 1 year also but still it gives starting problems some times the cell start doesn't work. And it gives lots of starting problem. I think new bikes Should not give such a problem it's my first Honda bike and I had a bad experience.

L i brought honda dio red colour from past 1 year but i got vehicle starting problem from 8 months which the service providers are not working properly when i am into office in the middle of the road it's being suddenly stops i can't able to bear the problem i don't want this vehicle any more kindly requesting you to provide me the information i had buyer this vehicle in banashankari bangalore even though they are not taking responsibilities kindly provide me the service or else take back the vehicle and lend me another bike.

            On 29/10/18 i left the vehicle for service in silicon honda bangalore... My vehicle had so many problem. So clearly i told all to service adviser but physically he didn't write all. He told will do but after service i went for delivery at that time i saw my scooter was full dirty they didn't even washed my vehicle they charged me 4291rs.
            They told about polish, alignment and all but they didn't done anything even they created other problem to my vehicle

              Today i have visited honda showroom cum workshop of platinum honda for renewal of my honda motor cycle, i am a regular customer of honda and even in our family we have 5 honda motor cycles, but today when i visit the showroom one of his employee mr. Vikrant misbehaving and shouting in front of all the customer who are present in the showroom. Can honda explain why they are not teaching their employees to howto treat the customer.

              I m purchase bike honda hornet before 1.5 year ago but my bike not running properly. Some running in zig zag, front & rear tyre one side frication. This complaint many time informed in authoriesd service Center Shinde honda karad, but my bike faulty is not resolved.
              I have purchased new bike they are creating problem in the price detail and registeration my contact no: [protected] problem with prasena show room tiruppur contact soon .They speaking very rude they are not polite in thier words extermly feeling un happy please do contact me as soon as possible.

                This complaint is aganist punjab honda rajkot. They provide very poor servicing. They dont pay attention at all to free services. When it comes to paid one, the same thing follows. They charge ₹310 for single service and resolve none of the problems. Even washing is also not done properly. When you go to centre for complaining, they give you other day time. So inspite of spending rupees you have to waste energy and time. When you go aecond time, they call you again some other day saying staff is not avaiable. They charge for oil changing but dont do that even at times. They take many two whellers on a single day and for giving them to service also have to bare long lines of hours. No systematic arrangment for it. Their service persons also come late and we have to wait for them.

                  I kept my activa for servicing at 10:00 am
                  And took it back at 6:00 pm with all check ok report by concerned person in the centre
                  But when i reached home i saw that indicators, horn are not working
                  On the next day i took it for review but mr girlish said that today we had one unicorn problem please bring on some other day
                  So today i called him brought but they are unable to resolve my problem within time

                  As i am govt sevent did not get time to come everyday

                    We submitted the bike in on 16 may-2018 for repairing with advance payment 15000 rs., for reference snaps attached.

                    Right now we are sheeting in nov-2018 month till date bike not repaired. Whenever we can call in nihal hoda showroom, every time we get revert on call that its take 10 days after that again 10 days.

                    Again again same thing we get revert from showroom. After logging calls, still no call get from you site.

                    This type of service we don't expected from honda, just because of this bad service my father deny to purchase car from sadar motor.

                    We miss sardar motor always, because we miss car also for this diwali just because of this bad service

                    We love honda, i have 4 bike 1- bike in ujjain, mp, 1 bike in delhi, 1 bike in up and 1 bike in showroom.

                    This type of service we don't expected. I want my bike tomorrow without fail, otherwise next mail we put higher management with all data recording watt up shot, sms screen shot, call screen shoot with person name with holl history audio recording also.

                    I not thing to put this type mail, but situation created by your bad services.

                      My name is niraj singh
                      I had taken a honda xblade for worli, mumbai showroon named as motorden honda.
                      They have quoted me total price 101300, in which i had paid 70000 down payment and finance 31300 and i have receipts of payments.
                      But when i got a call from loan team from they told loan is done for 36300. Then i visit to motoden the owner say yes we have done loan for 36300 and 5 thousand is dealer handing charge and other charges is taken.
                      I told to loan guy to show my loan account in that they have taken dp as 64900 and the owner have fraud my 5000 rs. I have also attached the snapshot of the login.
                      Today is my first installment date. I want to take some restrict action taken against that motoden honda owner. This was my first and worst expirence with honda and i want my money back and this is not only with me... Just think. They calculate the installment including there profit in starting only.
                      Kindly look into this and revert me.

                        I bought brand new activa 4g on last year in dhanteras but your bike is providing lots of problem, last month also there was starting problem and i carried to your honda service centre where cgi problem was found and rectified, but now after one month it has same problem, ithink you have sold me one of your defective bike, would request to replace by bike with new bike or provide some alternate solution.

                          I had taken a two wheeler a month ago in habsiguda showroom. They did not provide form 20, form 21 and tax receipt at the time of delivery neither did they tell me to come and collect the receipts.

                          All they're saying is you should have called the agent before registering the vehicle. Why will i call the agent for registration when i can get it done by myself? So, he was just trying to direct me to the agent for extra money. This is just exploitation.

                          I have been running back and forth to the showroom and rto to get this done.

                            I bought a unicorn from adithya honda thamarassery, calicut. The bike is properly serviced. After the third service it has lost its battery capacity. Due to the failure of battery self service is not working, no head light at night, no horn. So i can not use the bike properly. I make complant to adithya mukkam, with warrany card to replace the battery. I ask them many times to given back the battery. Uuntil two months i did not get back my battery and they did not give any service.
                            I will require an urgent response to the problem. Waiting for your necessary action

                              From the day first when i brought this bike, i tell gear issue while driving which
                              I informed to honda vijay wings service center chandrapur, but they did not made that issue clear in my bike..
                              But after driving 695 mk of distance the gear issue wass increased and troubling while driving more compare to earlier, so i took my bike to the same service center again and i asked them whether it is a issue of engine or not they said, it is not a issue of engine but when i went back to the service center after a time they opened engine.                               So a new bike with this much problem are not acceptable. So kindly look over my complaint and make a replacement..

                                I have purchased Honda CB Shine on 28/08/2018 (Chassis No. ME4JC65AEJ7085909, Engine No. JC65E[protected] from R. P. AUTOMOBILES old bus stand, Julana(Jind)-126101.
                                I bought this vehicle with lot of hope but the parts of bike are defective and some of the problems that I felt while using the vehicle. They are: -
                                1. From 1st day of purchase Bike handle not working properly and back light of bike was defective.
                                2. Uncomfortable riding.
                                3. Lot of noise come while driving the bike,
                                and lots of problems.
                                I don't know why Honda is compromising with quality and I feel after paying Rs.66000 to Honda is waste of money.

                                Please refund my money back or replace my bike fastly.

                                If bike is not replaced then I will not have any option rather to go to consumer court and file complaint against R. P. AUTOMOBILES.

                                I hope you will give me positive reply and fastly.

                                  I have purchased Activa 5g from Universal Honda ODHAV Ahmadabad Gujarat on 25th August 2018, it is almost more than 2 months i did not receive the registration number. raised the complain through mail called on customer care [protected], but none of the executive is giving the reason. and response. Raised a query earlier with the reference # 1-[protected] but it was not resolved but the id was closed. i could not able to understand how effective the system is working.
                                  the dealer Universal HONDA Odhav is not responding.

Every time call on this no..[protected]... The lady receiving the call says it will come after 15 days or she says she will call me when it will come. Today on 1.11.2018 when i ring her she says i don't about your's registration... You can call in our company...
