Dear sir
I have purchased vehicle honda dio, red with grey tn36aq6489 on march 22nd 2018. Sathyamangalam, aravind honda has arranged finance in indusind bank. After i purchased vehicle, i request my registration certificate for my record. But they are fail to give my rc. I have keep on requesting to honda sales executives and indusind bank collection executives but they are still not submitted my rc records. I have plan to return my vehicle so please return all my money and take back your vehicle. I am not satisfied with honda.

    Complaint about khotari honda khondwa dealer, pune. I have added the feedback form. Take a look.
    As the service worker doesn't so the work they only say, that we have done it, but in actual its not
    So, kind take this in note otherwise i will make it offical on socials sites. It will be yours loss. I was a big fan of yours but you broke the trust of customer.

      Dear sir,

      Thanks for giving me chance to share my feedback regards this issue.
      I am very much disappointed with lodha honda dealer at chrompet chennai, today morning i went to lodha chromepet service center and talked over phone to manager mr. Sarvanan. They denied to replace the honda parts and giving me nonsence reason for this issue. My bike comes under varrenty period and there is no wear and tear for speedo meter and battery issue.
      I am regretting to purchase bike from honda brand due to pathetic resonse of dealer and service. My money is wasted for taking five years of warranty card from honda. I am feeling like cheated.. I have got bike with duplicats/faulty part of vehicle.
      This year i have gifted honda activa to my brother "pinku yadav" vehicle reg no"up54ab7091" and i was planning to purchase four wheeler from honda company, but sorry to say, due to your pathetic service center/dealer officer and staff behavior. I cannt think to go with honda in future and also i aware to peeple about my experience with honda company dealers/service. So that other people should be not be cheated like me.
      Now i ll just attach some documents to proof my side and experience, now i am not interested to spend my money and time to resolve this issue.

        I have purchase new honda activa 4g (Mh18 0218) in feb2018. It has not used 1 year also but still it gives starting problems some times the cell start doesn't work. And it gives lots of starting problem. I have done servicing but still the problem persist i think new bikes should not give such a problem it's my first honda bike and i had a bad experience.

          My dream yuga 110 bike
          After 3rd service my bike to oil leakage problem then i have contact the service center but if they telling the ur bike oil component thread is damaged that thread cutting to lathe machine & this charge is customer but new bike thread why damaged? This is service center to bad service thats my bike threading problem.
          Pls as soon as possible solve this problem.

          Company says mileage 55 kilometers.
          That's giving me 30 kilometers.

            I nvr expect that honda is a fraud company... As i took a twowheeler activa 5g from gugunani honda, utara, 751002,. Ur customer service executives convinced me that i[censored] take a two wheeler from our centre then u ll get rs 2100 wallet mobikwik instant balance.. But after tw days of taking a new activa they 'll send a honda joy club nd told me u can shop through this app u ll get discount... Which is not necessary for me... As they told me u ll get 2100 rupees instant balance on mobikwik... So i want instant 2100 rupees off.. So pls consider my problem nd solve it properly...

              Sir/madam,
              It is submitted that i have purchased a activa 5g scooty on - 14.08.18 from malik auto wheels opp. Mini secretariat, g. T. Road panipat - 132103 (Haryana) through csd depot ambala cant. For which a sum of rs 45701/- have been paid towards the cost through neft, where as malik auto panipat have charged extra amount rs 530/- toward the cost of ex showroom difference.

              2. May i request your honour, please confirm whether a sum of rupees 530/- (Extra charges) on account of increase of cost of activa 5g through csd ex-showroom difference are correct and applicable by honda motors or otherwise.

                This is regarding my experience with your authorized service center srivari honda in kerala, thrissur. I have given my honda dio for service in srivari honda, thrissur for regular service. It was under amc. There were no complaints, but only a routine service. After checking, they said there are some problems with fuel cock and that has to be replaced. I agreed and the same day i got my scooter back after service. The next morning when i tried to start the scooter, it was not getting started either through self start or thru kicker. Before the service i had no problem with starting the scooter. When contacted srivari honda, they asked me to book for another service. When i went to give the scooter they not even bothered to listen to the complaints and was very rude. The next day they called me up and said there is some complaint with the compression (?) and its 'shaft com cam' has to be changed. I received the scooter that evening and i have paid a large amount of rs.1379/- and the complaint of scooter starting problem was not rectified.

                Frustrated, i went to a local scooter work shop, and they rectified the complaint within no time with a mere bill of rs.120/-

                For the ignorance or non experience of the srivari mechanics i wasted a lot of money and time. They are changing unwanted expensive parts for their benefit and making a fool of customers in total.

                I request you to refund the money i spend on parts unnecessarily and in future recruit knowledgeable experienced mechanics in your authorized service centers or your reputation as world leaders in this field is in jeopardy.

                  Sir, my name is abhilash... I have purchage unicorn 150 in february 2018 at johns honda, kalappura, alappuzha, kerala. My vehicle number is kl 04 al 9636.
                  After completing second service first my engine is compliant thereafter break not working properly. Break is always stuck. It is a major problem.
                  I go to service center they do not take my vehicle.. The service centers is very... Very... Worst, so many persons are suffering this service centre sir. Iam one of the customer. Plz help me..

                  In my bike there is a lot of sound i give the near service center they had changed the gearbox but the problem was not cleared
                  i have given the bike 4 times to the showroom(autofin himayathnagar)the service was not good.They are changed the gear box with out reason we are suffered the lot of problem with this bike.U have to exchange the bike
                  The showroom services they won't provide a good service whenever we go they only takes money over from our pockets they never give a service and even if it is in warranty then also they won't claim
                  I bought Honda CB Shine in Padi JSP Honda Showroom, Chennai. My bike speedometer cable was not working within 25 days and I bought my bike for my service and they changed bike speedometer cable and they charged for the same.

                      Resently i have purchased the dio dlx model on 13th of aug 2018, and i'm facing a issue either technical or mechanical i'm not sure about it, which i have been facing since i got delivered, issue is starting trouble vehicle is getting off when i release the trotal, and i also contacted the dealer (Silicon honda) many many times but they have not given me any satisfactory service due to i feel there is some a kind of fraudulent, now i'm expecting a good service from the manufacturer or replacement of the vehicle

                        I given my two wheeler for first service at 25/10/2018
                        Next day i called [protected] for delivery confirmation and they committed at 2.30 pm 26/10/2018. I went to their office at 5.00 pm and waited for 45 minutes. I complained for delay delivery and poor quality of washing. I called their crm on [protected], but not taken call - delay delivery and poor service. I taken one photo of rework (Cleaning)- one service person forcibly captured my phone and shouted against me.

                          activa 125 battery problem in 9 months

                          Sir i have purched activa125 from gayatri honda showroom from bhadrawati, dist-chandrapur. On 15/10/2018 i done 3rd servicing of my activa. Showroom technician told that battery is gone. The make of battery is tata company. I purched my vehicle just 9 months and the battery is gone. Showroom technician told that it will take one month. My problem is that can i stand up vehicle for one months. Already 10 days passed. Service is worst. Help...

                            Worst service and worst hospitality towards customer. The front brake (Two wheeler) was totally not working than the perfect condition when given to servicing. When enquired the staff and service staff were giving silly reasons which were not at all suitable to believe. Very disappointed with their behaviour and service. Its not the first time here. U can check with the other customers too and their level of satisfaction of service at kondapur honda service centre. Sometimes they dont even water service the bike properly.
                            Honda needs to have to audits in these kind of service centers and find out the truth.
                            Hope that honda rectify this part of their job.

                              At the time of delivery Your executive handed over only payment receipt & Delivery Challan with Vehicle (Scan copy attached). Today Again i visited from agency and requested to executive for providing me Invoice & Insurance, But your executive misbehaved & clearly denied for providing both documents. And excused me it would be provide after vehicle registration (After approx 1 Month).

                              First off all i want to ask to Honda as well as asked with your executive in case of any miss happening with my new vehicle how will i recover my vehicle related financial issues whenever i paid insurance premium also. Your executive replied me i can not get any insurance claim before Registration so he is not providing me insurance certificate before registration.

                              I want ask to Honda, your Executive's statement is true or not?

                              If Executive's statement is true than same question i want ask to you in case of any miss happening with my new vehicle how will i recover my vehicle related financial issues whenever i paid insurance premium also.

                              If Executive's statement is wrong than i want to ask to Honda why your Sales Agency misguiding to costumer after payment.

                              Your sales person was very sweet talking before my payment and after payment his behave fully changed. Today his behave was like we never met before. Is it right way to deal with costumer?

                              Second thing what issue to providing me Vehicle's Invoice (Tax Invoice). When i asked to executive about it he replied same it would be provide after Registration & I also want to ask with Honda is it right process by your Sales agency.

                              Overall very disappointed with mentioned Sales agency.

                              I request to you please resolve my problem & avail required documents by seller ASAP.

                              I hope i will get a positive response & action by costumer care executive.

                                  I have purchased honda aviator engine performance is also bad his pickup is very bad comparison of activa and major problem is the fibre is shirking in rough road very loudly
                                  Every time i am go for service i am tell the mechanic to decrease the sound of fibre shirking and set pickup max to take speed fastly but company mechanic do nothing for these topic only wash and polish the scooty return the customer, in my opinion even mechanic do not know or company instruction tease them
                                  Honda service centre is very bad he did not take any action of these thing

                                    I have purchased a honda activa 5g on 22.09.2018 from cloud 9 automobile, madhyamgram, kol-700129 and i paid rs 76300 but they given bill rs 73374 instead of rs 76300. When i told them to give me bill rs 76300 they denied the same.
                                    Therefore i request you to give me right information and right price including insurance and registration.

                                      Dear honda team,

                                      I had purchased honda activa 4g last year in july-2018 from excel honda mayapuri on emi and got costlier around 15000 more then the actual rate and i am okay with that and did this because of brand honda and scooter like active so i knew at that time that it is costlier but because of brand i purchased but

                                      Now it’s around 15 months my activa start giving to much problem and start consuming too much engine oil and giving white fog.

                                      So how this brand is working now as its sales increases it started making worst products. For higher profits.

                                      Now the life of new activa is only 1 year only.

                                      So please check this issue and revert me back with suitable solution.

                                      Otherwise i will post all truth of honda activa on net and social sites with proof of videos and pictures.

                                      So this my request to you now please do considerable for the same.

                                      So that i should connect more customers to honda or don’t wish to say to anybody in future
