Resently i have purchased the dio dlx model on 13th of aug 2018, and i'm facing a issue either technical or mechanical i'm not sure about it, which i have been facing since i got delivered, issue is starting trouble vehicle is getting off when i release the trotal, and i also contacted the dealer (Silicon honda) many many times but they have not given me any satisfactory service due to i feel there is some a kind of fraudulent, now i'm expecting a good service from the manufacturer or replacement of the vehicle

    I given my two wheeler for first service at 25/10/2018
    Next day i called [protected] for delivery confirmation and they committed at 2.30 pm 26/10/2018. I went to their office at 5.00 pm and waited for 45 minutes. I complained for delay delivery and poor quality of washing. I called their crm on [protected], but not taken call - delay delivery and poor service. I taken one photo of rework (Cleaning)- one service person forcibly captured my phone and shouted against me.

      activa 125 battery problem in 9 months

      Sir i have purched activa125 from gayatri honda showroom from bhadrawati, dist-chandrapur. On 15/10/2018 i done 3rd servicing of my activa. Showroom technician told that battery is gone. The make of battery is tata company. I purched my vehicle just 9 months and the battery is gone. Showroom technician told that it will take one month. My problem is that can i stand up vehicle for one months. Already 10 days passed. Service is worst. Help...

      Money has been taken to MRF tires and they have given tvs tire on the delivery time.

        Worst service and worst hospitality towards customer. The front brake (Two wheeler) was totally not working than the perfect condition when given to servicing. When enquired the staff and service staff were giving silly reasons which were not at all suitable to believe. Very disappointed with their behaviour and service. Its not the first time here. U can check with the other customers too and their level of satisfaction of service at kondapur honda service centre. Sometimes they dont even water service the bike properly.
        Honda needs to have to audits in these kind of service centers and find out the truth.
        Hope that honda rectify this part of their job.

          At the time of delivery Your executive handed over only payment receipt & Delivery Challan with Vehicle (Scan copy attached). Today Again i visited from agency and requested to executive for providing me Invoice & Insurance, But your executive misbehaved & clearly denied for providing both documents. And excused me it would be provide after vehicle registration (After approx 1 Month).

          First off all i want to ask to Honda as well as asked with your executive in case of any miss happening with my new vehicle how will i recover my vehicle related financial issues whenever i paid insurance premium also. Your executive replied me i can not get any insurance claim before Registration so he is not providing me insurance certificate before registration.

          I want ask to Honda, your Executive's statement is true or not?

          If Executive's statement is true than same question i want ask to you in case of any miss happening with my new vehicle how will i recover my vehicle related financial issues whenever i paid insurance premium also.

          If Executive's statement is wrong than i want to ask to Honda why your Sales Agency misguiding to costumer after payment.

          Your sales person was very sweet talking before my payment and after payment his behave fully changed. Today his behave was like we never met before. Is it right way to deal with costumer?

          Second thing what issue to providing me Vehicle's Invoice (Tax Invoice). When i asked to executive about it he replied same it would be provide after Registration & I also want to ask with Honda is it right process by your Sales agency.

          Overall very disappointed with mentioned Sales agency.

          I request to you please resolve my problem & avail required documents by seller ASAP.

          I hope i will get a positive response & action by costumer care executive.

              I have purchased honda aviator engine performance is also bad his pickup is very bad comparison of activa and major problem is the fibre is shirking in rough road very loudly
              Every time i am go for service i am tell the mechanic to decrease the sound of fibre shirking and set pickup max to take speed fastly but company mechanic do nothing for these topic only wash and polish the scooty return the customer, in my opinion even mechanic do not know or company instruction tease them
              Honda service centre is very bad he did not take any action of these thing

                I have purchased a honda activa 5g on 22.09.2018 from cloud 9 automobile, madhyamgram, kol-700129 and i paid rs 76300 but they given bill rs 73374 instead of rs 76300. When i told them to give me bill rs 76300 they denied the same.
                Therefore i request you to give me right information and right price including insurance and registration.

                  Dear honda team,

                  I had purchased honda activa 4g last year in july-2018 from excel honda mayapuri on emi and got costlier around 15000 more then the actual rate and i am okay with that and did this because of brand honda and scooter like active so i knew at that time that it is costlier but because of brand i purchased but

                  Now it’s around 15 months my activa start giving to much problem and start consuming too much engine oil and giving white fog.

                  So how this brand is working now as its sales increases it started making worst products. For higher profits.

                  Now the life of new activa is only 1 year only.

                  So please check this issue and revert me back with suitable solution.

                  Otherwise i will post all truth of honda activa on net and social sites with proof of videos and pictures.

                  So this my request to you now please do considerable for the same.

                  So that i should connect more customers to honda or don’t wish to say to anybody in future

                    Sir/Madam,
                    I have given Service to my Honda Activa-i vehicle to the honda service centre at Maduranthakam. 20 days before. They said battery weak, battery has warranty, so they return my vehicle battery to the company. Up to that, they have not fix my battery. So many times in person I asked about my battery, they have not properly reply. Without the battery I used Kicker, the kicker also damaged. Without vehicle I unable to go for job. I cannot able to do any work without my vehicle. It is a great loss for me. I need immediate action without any further delay and I need compensation for this delay.

                      Hi team,

                      I gave my honda activa 4g for servicing at tansi honda, marathahalli, bangalore on 10 oct 18. My activa was fine before giving for 4th free service. But now neither self start is working nor i am able to start by kick. I have submitted my vehicle again for proper servicing. But still problem is same. I am not at all satisfied with service adviser and service manager behaviour towards vehicle servicing.

                      Being a honda authorised service center, this is not at all accepted. Neither mechanics have proper training of how to set rpm of the vehicle nor they know how much duration activa 4g battery takes to get full charge.

                      I am a working professional and i have faith towards honda vehicle since my childhood. I hope honda authority should take proper compliance and help me to have my vehicle properly treated.

                      Bike in working smoothly.. After gear change ..it operates very start and stop manner.. Like patrol supply is discontinued and requires more acceleration otherwise engine become stop..

                        This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased an activa scooter from balaji auto, navi peth, pune on 14th of november 2017.
                        The bike was in perfect condition for just three weeks and then it started giving the starting problem and the kick start of new bike does not work at all.
                        When i complained to the above dealer abot the starting problem he said he would settle the problem during companies first free service.
                        I gave him the bike for first service week later he kept the bike with him for a day and assured that the problem was now solved. But second say itself the bike did not start when again contacted the dealer he would collect the bike where stopped keep the bike with him for 2 days and would say the bike is checked by me and the problem is solved. This happened almost every alternate day.
                        Lastly he kept the bike for 2weeks and returned the bike to me saying now it is starting and would not give problem again incase it happens don worry the bike takes time for new part to get settled.
                        The bike was then due for second service and free second service was done with problem not solved.
                        No amount of explaination of starting problem was rectified inspite of giving the new bought bike for repair again and again.
                        After many arguements later when contacted the honda tollfree customer care with ticket number 1-[protected] on 21st of april 2018 when advised us to give the bike to authorized service centre, pashankar, navi peth, pune for 3rd service and gave his the full history of the past
                        Pashankar solved the problem to some extent but the bike was then workin properly only for few weeks and exclaimed tht he would correct it in next service for the remaining problem.
                        Then came the fourth service with same problem problem when contacted the head of department and manager they said they will keep the bike under observation for few days and even the authorized dealer could not solve the problem.
                        The honda tollfree customer care was contacted again with ticket no. 1-[protected] and also assured that the head department will soon contact in 24hrs but no response from their side too.
                        Pashankar manager navi peth now insisted on submission of previous 2job card for service done to settle the problem... When contacted the first dealer balaji auto he said the original papers are discarded inspite of bike being under warranty period.
                        Now tell me why should i suffer in between the 2dealer and what action is to be taken for discarded document.???
                        All i want is to have my problem solved before the warrant period and would also request to issue a new bike for faulty peice sold.
                        I request you to kindly look into the matter as the reputation of your company is at stake.

[protected] & [protected] over the phone his response is very bad. So i finally went to honda authorised dealer shop in nallasopara. Aditya honda
                            Shram safalya, shree prastha road, nalasopara west, thane - 401203, opposite abhyudaya bank 401203. They told me ther not selling engin oil & parts now it is stopped. So where i can buy honda engine oil & spare parts. Please help concerned people.

                            Finally I got call from Dipak Patil +919209930484 Aditya Honda to collect oil & spare parts from Honda Authorised Service Center Nallasopara West. When I went there Dipak Patil spoke with Vimal over the phone to give spare parts to me. At last I got Honda engine oil my issue resolved now. Thanks for the support.

                            Finally this issue resolved by Dipak Patil Aditya Honda. I collected honda engine oil from honda authorised service center Nallasopara West.

Last week i was go to services center in pimpri chinchwad sunday evening give them my bike and monday afternoon call us your bike is ready. And i go to pick up the bike they are didn't work properly only wash the bike and i pay rs 2800/- issue is handl band all 4 inductee light is off bike can't run good.

                                  On 15/10/2018 i have given my two wheeler dream yuga ka51 eh 2697 for servicing. Service advisor made bill of rs 3215/- and bike was not in better condition so again i went asked they said bike came for boring so i went back and searched for extended warranty and i visited again service center they told me because of dassehra holiday you can come on monday even service advisor was on leave so i went again on monday they said extended warranty due was closed because holiday they only told me to come on monday,
                                  Now they are rejecting.

                                    I brought a new bike from patil honda bijapur, karnataka on 29/05/2018 it was third service and found that it was defective and complained to the showroom on they people damaged my bike petrol tanki even though they people they will not care of my bike still my bike showroom itself even staff also fighting with me such worst service and such worst staff worst showroom i m going to take action on showroom...

                                      I purchased honda grazia frame no me4jf499bjf499bju012277 and engine number :jf49eu3061732 in the month of june 2018 from dealer haiku motors pvt ltd domlur bangalore
                                      I have completed 3 services and the vehicle has ran more than 1000 kms
                                      It is giving 30 km mileage inspite of telling many time the dealer is not bothered to fix the issue. The free service are eye wash by the dealer

                                      I want an answer and rectification for this i am planning to take this to consumer court if it is not rectified
