This is sekhar s b and having honda activa 125cc scooter.
Registration # tn 12 y 9788 and purchased on 26th june 2018 from surya honda kattupakkam, chennai.
I have given honda activa125 for free service (1st & 2nd services) to vijaya honda showroom, navalur (Kelambakkam).in 2 services, they did not address the complaints which i given, instead they just wash the scooter and handed over to me.
In my 1st service, i given complaints as below.
1. Engine noise.
2. Body vibration.
3. Head-lamp not in right position.
4. Engine oil top-up
I am not sure whether they top-up the engine oil.
They fixed only the head-lamp issue and not other 2 issues.
In 2nd service, i have given the below as complaints:
1. Engine noise.
2. Body vibration.
3. Screws not in the front-body.
4. Screws not in the side dooms.
5. Engine oil top-up
In this service, they did not cover a single issue.
I am not sure whether they top-up the engine oil.
Its very worst service that i have never experienced from honda bike showroom.
Even there is no experienced/certified service engineers in the service centre. All are local persons who worked as helpers in the local bike service centres. I had complaint these issue with supervisor, but there is no proper response. Still my scooter having engine noise and body vibration.
Please take a necessary actions against the service centre.

Updated by sekhar sb I am not getting any reply to this complaint, please update the details related to my complaints. Even I am not getting any reply from Honda 2Wheeler's customer care.
Please give priority to this complaint and update.
