What the hell is company doing Where the company claims the mileage of actuva 5g to b around 55-60 but the real mileage of vehicle is just around 30-35
Is this the way you people are making fool of customers
The vehicle of honda is not at all trust worthy to be purchased
This is just like keep pouring peteol in the fuel tank every other day as the mileage of vehicle is just half as compared to that claimed by the company
Need an immediate solution to my problem otherwise i will have to approach consumer court to get me rid out of this headache...

    Sir i gave my scooty to claim insurance on 3rd july in jammu, guy working there told me that i will receive it on 9th july but i didn't got it then they told me to take it today but they are delaying it to the next day again and again.
    and today i receive the mssg from the insurance company that the survailance officer is going to check, where was he till today if he wasn't there then why they told me to leave my vehicle there for almost an week without any reason.

      I purchase my bike honda cb shine in 2017
      And my all are 4 free service is complete
      I was allways having problem I. My bike chain wheel setting and also mention to service provider to check my chai wheel setting they all ways says it is now set don't to worry. But now when I was service my bike and replace a chain wheel .
      But now I found a company fault in my bike pls help me pls change my faulty part pls it's going to harrasing me

          Dear Sir i have complaint about my honda bike. I'm given our bike for servicing hindon honda service center in ghaziabad at 01//07/2018, time approx 14:30. As per service engineer he return my bike after servicing in evening before 18:00. But no any status updated to me in evening time. When i call back at 18:45 then some peoples told me service center is close please tommorow you will be recive bike from service center. Next day i'm out of station for some personal reason then i'm not collect our bike. 03/07/2018 I'm collect our bike evening 18:40. That time evening time so i'm not proper check and not seen bike due to darkness. When i'm drive during go to home then some sound observed from front moter gard. Then i call back immediate in service center but no any peoples receive my phone. May be close service center. Next day i'm call service center in evening time then discuss with our problem. Then she asked me no problem sir please next day come to my service center then i will resolve your problem. But when i go next day in hindon service center then not resolve my problem. Hindon honda incharge give me force i accept this is my fault and broken guard by me not hindon honda. This is very bad experience for me. Hindon honda is worst service center. I'm never suggest to any people go for servicing there. He told me force fully i have an accident. I'm challenging that person. I have register complaint ticket no 1-[protected]. Without my problem resolve my complaint is closed. I'm shocking. I want publically expose this type of complaint. If my complaint is not close proper then i will go cunsumer court but never left this type of people and service center. I'm requesting to honda service center please look in to my problem other wise i will be go next step.

            I have purchased last week 02.07.2018, honda activa 5G yellow in your sub dealer kumar honda. it is located at paramathy velur, Namakkal district Tamil nadu -638182.
            *Still registration not done
            * I have paid full amount in that day 73500 but still not getting side stand
            * Worst response for customer handling like intimation and welcome

              I, purchaser of Honda Activa is disappointed greatly Today when it stopped its function in the middle of journey and failed to run further. My relentless effort of starting the engine by Auto ignition and by kick start went on vain. Since the time was night 8 -o clock I walked with failure vehicle for more than three kilometers as my call for assistance was not heeded by anybody. Lines were very busy. I purchased honda presitigeous vehicle against someof my friends advise to buy TVS N torque with the hope of that Honda product are superior than. I totally fed up with this failure. I did not loose hope about honda still and belive it will come for my handy to address this issue in war foot basis.

                To whomsover it may concern

                It is regarding the new bike Honda Dio Deluxe delivery services provided by one of the agent MOHAN who sits at GAGAN HONDA KHARADI, so I purchased d bike in cash n also paod extra for passing.. I paid so mcuh money n m waiting to receive d bike since 2 weeks.. Once d passing was done on 5 July I went to showroom on 6-7 July to take d delivwry of it but what I have seen there left me wid so much anger n disappointment, the new bike I was so excited about was left in rain n the bike was al dirty.. It doesn't seem tht its a new bike n showroom people kept it for delivery, when I asked the people who were in the showroom they said the agent MOHAN is not available..I tried calling him so much time n got no answer n thn when I tried d last time he picked up d phone I explained him my disappointment ..He instead of being guilty said take ur bike n go as it's rainy season.
                I said I want u to put accessories also along with the bike he said give the other person 4000 n come on Monday 9 July in the afternoon to take the bike wid accessories. I agreed n told him please get it done I wil be ontime to take d bike on monday.. He said okay it wil be done don't worry.. I called him so many time today.. I tried calling him since morning but he dint pick up d call.. He picked up d call around 3:30 PM.. I asked about my bike delivery he said madam come at 6 PM it's not ready yet.. I said okay.. I went there at 6:30 PM.
                MOHAN wasn't there n what I have seen left me in tears.. They kept d bike in d corner al dirty wid stains it was looking like someone just took a ride in stones n kept the bike in d corner.. They dint fit accessories also.. Dey just fit the steel gaurd al around n said seat cover, charger, foot rest, axe cover, bike cover teflon coating etc are still not done n wil be done by next week so take ur bike as of now n submit d bike on sat sun.. I was shocked because it's been so many days they delayin d delivwry of bike n the services provided by them were pathetic.. I gave them so much money n now there is no one to listen to me..they left me in tears.. The bike wasn't looking new it was looking used.. Can someone here me? Cn someone get back to me on this? MOHAN has switched off his phone... I am unable to call him.. I DON'T KNW WHOM TO CONTACT NOW.. PLZ GET BACK TO ME...

                  I want to complain about lalitha Honda showroom in Srikakulam...we went to buy a Dio scooty on around 10 o' clock in the morning...they are neglected us and they didn't deliver my bike until 5:30 do you take this much time to deliver one bike or did they feel good while we are waiting for them...I think this is the worst service and worst situation we ever experience.kindly, take an action against them.

                    Hope you doing good.
                    I bought Aviator, and Activa from Akansha Honda Moradabad U.P since 1.5 to 2 years.

                    The problems list below from your dealer M/S Akansha Honda

                    Always they have short items in work-shop and suggested to collected the short parts for maintantce from out side of workshop so why they books the vehicle for servises when they have no parts in workshop and I why I did half servise in agencies and half out of workshop also the behavior of staff too bad.
                    kindly do somthing soon due-to my scotey still on the workshop last 2 days and the job cards no. 45718 and they have no items (back wireing) so I not understand that what can I do in this case.

                      One week over and still pushpa automobiles pvt Ltd unable to give my bike service bill and poor service and I have done payment by paytm this second time my bike problem is continue I told him same but they didn't reply they told we will send your bike service bill on your email or whatsapp and still I don't get service bill and bike service is also uncomplet
                      Big mistake done by my self why I purchased Honda bike beside other company bike

                        I have purchased activa 4g last year for my dad. He has a back problem. So since I wanted to give him a vehicle easy to handle and flick around with ease. After buying we noticed few problems. I think it is a general problem indeed.
                        Let me give in points...
                        1)He complains that it is over wight.
                        2)The seating of the vehicle makes us tiered and our private parts numb.
                        3) Pillion does not have save legs to keep. Always we need be cautious not to get closer to vehicles while in traffic moving or turning at edged
                        4)While the bike moving forward the driver cannot extend his legs back for balancing the vehicle, as the footrests would block to do so. And even scrape your skin of the toes if no shoes worn.
                        5)Dents can be made easily.
                        6)Easily skid on even little bit of sand around.
                        7) Shock absorbers don't do their job at all. If they do also not verry effective.

                        These are points I noticed where Honda can improve on.

                        Infact I love the instant pull of the engine though. Can be flickable with ease in city traffic. Just that few things which put me down while riding.

                          When we ride from first gear to fifth gear, after returning from fifth gear to neutral is not working. Complaint agreed by honda company, after one day service completed, they assure complaint was attended. But still the same problem is continues. Again our complaint refused and improper response. We have no faith on honda company. We want to replace this vehicle, or refund my amount. Other wise we have to find the legal action through consumer court.                               Hi all,

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that few months back I purchased an Activa 4g from Bagla Honda, Saharanpur. ( Biggest curse I have done in my life ).
                              Vehicle Number – UP 11 BP 6550 with the name of Rachana Vats.
                              The employees hired by the agency are of no use. People commit silly mistakes due to which the customers need to suffer.
                              I've submitted my vehicle some 20 days back for a resolution. As per the discussion with the agency Manager Mrs. Sarika Bagla same was assured to be resolved within a duration of 1 week.
                              After regular follow ups no one is answerable yet and the agency manager is unavailable as per the employees. The fees for the same has already been paid earlier.

                              Due to the errors done by your employee during the data entry, the Oriental Insurance company refused to claim the same and asked for the rectified documents. Now the same has been pending since long due to which I need to suffer a lot. None is able to provide me a proper resolution within the desired time. For the meantime I requested to provide me a spare two wheeler which was refused later on stating that it is not as per our norms. Not doing the due diligence and then beefoling the customers is that as per your norms ?
                              Attached below are the proofs wherein the errors done by the agency can be clearly seen. I would never recommend anyone to go for Honda vehicles as the after sales service is really worse. Really it was a pathetic experience for me.

                                This is vikram. I would proudly say Im part of the HONDA 2 WHEELER family.1 year back i have taken ACTIVA 4G on my father's name.Recently i have given my byke to service in that your dealer/service engineer has said that front jockers has been damaged & bothe of them should be replaced then i told him that still my byke is under warranty & the warranty will be applied to the that part also. He said warranty is there is for it but thier should be an oil leakage in it. I[censored] dont find any oil leakage then they will not be any replacement for it.
                                Im not all satisfied with the serive...& its not at all fair...
                                i need your support in this...

                                  1 day before i service my scooter on sai point Honda service center there sale department covens for black coating safe to life long your bike metal part this rainy season, Rust will not catch
                                  i said ok they charge including my bill Rs.750 i paid this but after a day coating are gone. i lost my money thus kind of advises. very very bad service are done _

                                    I have honda dream neo bike i was complaint to customers care and showroom but they just open enggine and check but nothing happened last 3 years i m making camplant but still same thing every 2 or 3 month i have to go showroom for repering now tired to request to all off

Service is expensive that's OK but WISHING is very bad and accessories is toooooo expensive. And I finished free service after that I will got anual maintain book I serviced 2 service in thise book but very bad service. I am very sad,

                                      I serviced my 2 wheeler activa 3g scooty few days back at patparganj delhi and after few days my scooty engine oil started leaking due to screw was not properly fitted just because of some irresponsible and unskilled work by honda. Due to this my engine got seized and i have to pay a high amount of money to repair it. Such a worst experience with honda. You will have to pay for this honda.

                                        I purchased new bike on 7 dec 2017 and did my first service on jan-2018, after that i see the oil leakage problem near to my engine which feared me a lot, i directly rush to service center in thane panchpakadi and shown the problem, he said this is problem of gasket which happens in bike regularly and no body give guarantee of the part and by laughing he said this is problem of company and not us, you have buy gasket, i said this my new bike and took warranty of 5 year by paying extra charges why would i pay, later on after some much argument they replace the gasket with no charges. (Service center guys are so rude that they just start arguing and directly blame to honda company, i think these type of complaint has been raised so many time but no action, if this situation, remains then customer will have think other option in bike)
                                        After three month, i see the same problem arise again. Again i have to visit to service center and explain them the problem but they will never provide good solution.

                                        @honda - kindly provide some permanent solution to this problem, so that i won't find this problem again and again.
