I purchased new bike on 7 dec 2017 and did my first service on jan-2018, after that i see the oil leakage problem near to my engine which feared me a lot, i directly rush to service center in thane panchpakadi and shown the problem, he said this is problem of gasket which happens in bike regularly and no body give guarantee of the part and by laughing he said this is problem of company and not us, you have buy gasket, i said this my new bike and took warranty of 5 year by paying extra charges why would i pay, later on after some much argument they replace the gasket with no charges. (Service center guys are so rude that they just start arguing and directly blame to honda company, i think these type of complaint has been raised so many time but no action, if this situation, remains then customer will have think other option in bike)
After three month, i see the same problem arise again. Again i have to visit to service center and explain them the problem but they will never provide good solution.
@honda - kindly provide some permanent solution to this problem, so that i won't find this problem again and again.
