Hi all,

This is to bring to your kind notice that few months back I purchased an Activa 4g from Bagla Honda, Saharanpur. ( Biggest curse I have done in my life ).
Vehicle Number – UP 11 BP 6550 with the name of Rachana Vats.
The employees hired by the agency are of no use. People commit silly mistakes due to which the customers need to suffer.
I've submitted my vehicle some 20 days back for a resolution. As per the discussion with the agency Manager Mrs. Sarika Bagla same was assured to be resolved within a duration of 1 week.
After regular follow ups no one is answerable yet and the agency manager is unavailable as per the employees. The fees for the same has already been paid earlier.

Due to the errors done by your employee during the data entry, the Oriental Insurance company refused to claim the same and asked for the rectified documents. Now the same has been pending since long due to which I need to suffer a lot. None is able to provide me a proper resolution within the desired time. For the meantime I requested to provide me a spare two wheeler which was refused later on stating that it is not as per our norms. Not doing the due diligence and then beefoling the customers is that as per your norms ?
Attached below are the proofs wherein the errors done by the agency can be clearly seen. I would never recommend anyone to go for Honda vehicles as the after sales service is really worse. Really it was a pathetic experience for me.

    This is vikram. I would proudly say Im part of the HONDA 2 WHEELER family.1 year back i have taken ACTIVA 4G on my father's name.Recently i have given my byke to service in that your dealer/service engineer has said that front jockers has been damaged & bothe of them should be replaced then i told him that still my byke is under warranty & the warranty will be applied to the that part also. He said warranty is there is for it but thier should be an oil leakage in it. I[censored] dont find any oil leakage then they will not be any replacement for it.
    Im not all satisfied with the serive...& its not at all fair...
    i need your support in this...

      1 day before i service my scooter on sai point Honda service center there sale department covens for black coating safe to life long your bike metal part this rainy season, Rust will not catch
      i said ok they charge including my bill Rs.750 i paid this but after a day coating are gone. i lost my money thus kind of advises. very very bad service are done _

        I have honda dream neo bike i was complaint to customers care and showroom but they just open enggine and check but nothing happened last 3 years i m making camplant but still same thing every 2 or 3 month i have to go showroom for repering now tired to request to all off
        I have request to company please change the enggine and finish the mater

        I did service on 27/6/18 Honda hornet bike in silicon Honda banashankari 3 stage. Service is expensive that's OK but WISHING is very bad and accessories is toooooo expensive. And I finished free service after that I will got anual maintain book I serviced 2 service in thise book but very bad service. I am very sad,

          I serviced my 2 wheeler activa 3g scooty few days back at patparganj delhi and after few days my scooty engine oil started leaking due to screw was not properly fitted just because of some irresponsible and unskilled work by honda. Due to this my engine got seized and i have to pay a high amount of money to repair it. Such a worst experience with honda. You will have to pay for this honda.

            I purchased new bike on 7 dec 2017 and did my first service on jan-2018, after that i see the oil leakage problem near to my engine which feared me a lot, i directly rush to service center in thane panchpakadi and shown the problem, he said this is problem of gasket which happens in bike regularly and no body give guarantee of the part and by laughing he said this is problem of company and not us, you have buy gasket, i said this my new bike and took warranty of 5 year by paying extra charges why would i pay, later on after some much argument they replace the gasket with no charges. (Service center guys are so rude that they just start arguing and directly blame to honda company, i think these type of complaint has been raised so many time but no action, if this situation, remains then customer will have think other option in bike)
            After three month, i see the same problem arise again. Again i have to visit to service center and explain them the problem but they will never provide good solution.

            @honda - kindly provide some permanent solution to this problem, so that i won't find this problem again and again.

            I am purchasing my new activa 18 th june 2018, and after 4 days petrol licking problem. m going nearest activa showroom maceanic change carborator nd solve this problem. but nxt days same problem again. m very disappointed this company nd service bcz my mistake m purchased this company product.. worst product worst service
            I have a service complaints against the serviving done in Silchar showroom. My booing was serial number seven and I was o due time but they practically gave me serial number 19. And the previously done service is not totally satisfactory kindly revert as soon as possible

                Hi Team,

                I never seen such poor customer service in my life, I've raised concern on email as well as via honda portal but it's been more than 25 days and till now i did not get any calls or update on my email id.

                My bike met with an accident and I claim for insurance and same has been approved from the ICICI on dated 10-Jun-18, however, Honda guys have not repaired my bike till now and giving me vague excuses that bike part is not yet come from Gurgaon, I think the part is coming by the Honda person by walk that's why they are telling me the same thing again and again.

                  I have purchase my scooty in feb 2018, and no plate still not come, showroom manager mr munender ([protected]), he take 500 rs in april for making number plate, but he still not make number plate, and his number will be coming switch off. My vehicle no is - dl11sv 0756, now when i call to show room they are again told me give me money then after i make your number plate.

                    Dear team, i given 3rd servicing in katkam service center khammam wyra road on 3rd july 2018, i mentioned in job card problems of my bike sp shine 2017 model, my bike engine is over heating.. I mentioned in jobcard menu but those are not resolved... But they are trying to convince me that is routine problems in all honda bikes.. They told me all honda bikes are over heating engines those are not resolved problems.. They told me go for another company bike purchase... But this is not correct way to convince.. Services are very bad in that service center..

                      Sir, i have given my honda activa, gj01mx9323 to innovative honda, dholka, ahmedabad (Gujarat) for repairing as from back side unwanted noise is produced and it is unable to run the vehicle. I have given on 2nd of july, 2018, but still they are able to pick the actual problem and give the proper solution, i am facing lots of problem since i purchased the scooty from this branch as they always delay for any type of issue. And didn't give the proper solutions. So please take action.

                        Also a anather problame with my new aviator. My sister dont tell me, she rides it. When i bring new scooty it goes 150 km i fill tannk but when i place it after ride in garage it loose oil. I think that my new scooty take much oil for run. I take it to showroon he tell me that petrol pipe got hole. How the fitting man make that type of mistake with my new scooty. I post all pecept of my problem yester day

                          It's been just 7 months since i brought a honda shine sp bike. My bike was just fall down while at its stand position. I observed my fuel tank was empty. Then the kick rod wasn't even move and bike wasn't even start. Then from mechanic i came to know that petrol completely over flowed into the engine and spark plug. 3 liter petrol and engine oil got wasted. I don't understand whether it is bike defect or some other thing. Its very rare complaint. Lots of damage with small cause.

                            My new aviator run 1600 km after first servicing, the rear left indicator take gas inside. Ii tell in showroom for this, but they dont solve it. I also know the problame because when i take my scooty for service in khemji honda patia bbsr, there is air system fellure in servicing, i also tell them about this, but they dont respond.in khimji honda showroom thy also not solve the other issue of scooty, athor costomer also disapointed.in shoroom the beheaviour of warkers are very bad.

                            I have AMC book but the dealer refused to do servicing of my two wheeler i.e. Activa HET 2013 model
                            Am sorry to say this because no use of handbrake in scooter. if am parking a scooter in inclined area and am putting a handbrake and am going to somewhere on that time kids playing with brake what will happen the hand brake Will release automatically then what's the purpose of handbrake could you explain to me awaiting for your reply.

                              I had submitted my activa 4g in honda activa service centre mohali for denting and painting but they changed the colour of activa 4g from original silver slene mat color. And they even deducted fee from insurance and i had also paid them with extra cash. And i had already registered a complaint in national consumer complaints so please i want my activa in its original colour.

                                  Hiii my name is sangeeta batra, i had bought an activa 4 g from pick up honda faridabad on jan 2018, we had been facing some technical problem like humming sound from rear wheel since the time we bought it.. And had informed to pick up honda as well the same on our first service schedule... Some how they got managed to fix the problem.. But after few days we felt the same problem and had called to the service center to please look into this matter seriously.. Since i had no time to go there so i asked them to send their technician to come and have a look.. They send their technician and took my bike to the service centre yesterday they called me that we have fixed your problem and sending the scooter to you., after taht neither they called nor picked my call for the entire day.. Next day alka ji (Cce) called me by saying (Aapka chimta kharab hei aapko 3000 dene padenge) i said why yesterday you did, nt inform me i wl complaint you and take action against your company she said (Jo karna hei kar lo) she was very rude i am going to take legal action aginst pick up honda and their executive soon if possible please talk to them and solve it by tomorrow i will be very thankful.                                     Fork assy replacing by the dealers without consent of customer & surveyors from insurance co, there was no physical damage on the fork assy simply they are replacing without confirmation damage parts, when minor accident also you will find fork assy in the invoice - even it can be repair, they won't do repair, replacement is the only solun, it become big scam of revenue generation by the dealer & manufacturer. If so delicate part of fork assy why you people are giving fals assurance to customers when this honda scooters not road worty condition. Most of the dealers are cheating customers it will be negative impact on manufacturers.

                                        This is arun. I'm the customer of the honda. I gave my bike to paid service at (Varadharaja theater, chiltlapakam, chennai) service center on 26th may. They did not make proper service. Additonal they have created another problem to that my front disk making much noise. I'm really unhappy with this service. Please take necessary action on this.
