I purchased honda active 5g on[protected] and i paid rs.1020 for helmet but my size of helmet in not available on that day i visit 6 times mitra honda showroom opp. Bsnl bhavan chuttugunta since now my problem is not solved and manager is promised to give refund the amount of helmet cost but they are busy with new customer and not attending to old customers

Scooty serviced at pushpa hona, Jaipur, but Scooty stroke missing problem not rectify by service centre & not response by staff for this problem, myself pay charge about this, please help me
I have purchas Honda Activa 5 G on dt . 29.03 18 and the same day facing handle lock problem and it's still not resolved .
Honda the name of conscientiousnrss .pls do the appropriate actions & close the issue.

    We bought honda activa 2 wheeler (2 numbers) from evm honda, ernakulum on[protected]In name of 1. Dr. Anubhav goyal and 2. Dr. Abhishek sethia, eye hospital in ernakulum). Executive who attended was highly careless and not responding to our queries initially. Initially he asked for company confirmation letter needed for rto but didn't revealed complete details what to mention in it. He didn't even checked the letter on final day submission because of which rto rejected registration initially. Now, honda company executive told us to resubmit it in different format and because of it we are already very late to submit papers and its already nearly 3 weeks over we didn't get permanent registartion of our vehicles. Today, company excutive came to collect vehicle for re-varification by rto and revealed that honda company didn;t give us complete papers during vehicle delivary because of which rto varification may create problem. Because of honda company executive carelessness our lot of precious time is wasted. We didn't expect this kind of attitude from such a company. My further request to your company is to look into the matter and clear my papers as soon as possible and please send permanent registartion with full papers soon. Moreover, please look into your staff training also and allow experiance and responsible staff to take care of coustomers.

      Whenever before i ride the bike, i accelerate on neutral condition for getting warm condition & start easily. But when i ride actually after that my bike engine gets turned off during riding. To keep engine starts, i have to pull the clutch & accelerate more. It is difficult to ride in traffice. I purchased bike in 2018. Please send the solution on it.

          Dear honda manager,
          I extremely uphappy with honda services.
          I have booked honda active for my wife on 20th feb 2017 and got the number on 20th march 2017 with first service due on 31st march 2017.
          Within 10 days how can any body will come to know that they have to give activa byke for servicing.
          I have hardly drove it to 100 km till date. I am working for a bank so could not realised about the 1st service due date. When i have enquired with one of the authorised service center then came to know it.

          This is first scooter bought in my family with such sa bad experience.

          Kindly get my first free servicing valid and let me know when can i go to my nearest authorised center for servicing.

            Sir i have a bike (Dazzler), and is with service center of bokaro for front wheel disk break problem from 8.04.2018, a call i got from service center at 5.30pm ([protected]) that my bike is ready for delivery. When i reach i found front break pad was removed and representative said that disk break part is not available hence you take it.
            Plz suggest is it possible to drive the bike without break. I left my bike at service center

            sir when i tolk for disk break, representative said, part nahi hai to mai kya karun gadi le jana hai to le jaiye nahi to sadne dijiye.
            he behaves very rudely.
            so please look into the mater and resove the issue of disk break so that i can take out my bike for my use, Reg no of Bike JH09Q-3450

                I had purchased a hands hornet about 20 days again. I was told that the registration will be done within a week. But later i came to know that tax payment was done after 14 days or so without any reason.                   I have given my cbr 250r service in didar honda in egmore already bike was serviced by them due to electronic problem vehicle was not able to start after their service i complained them to attend the fault they attend and within a week again it gets fault so i tow the vehicle to their showroom and give for full service more than 20days gone till now the bike was not get repair ecm was fault told by them and it's comes under warranty bike was 1year and 7month old no response from them i had a worst experience from honda service all service has done in authorized honda service only now they service becomes very worst

                    I had purchase a honda deo motor scooter about before seven month.
                    When i had gone on 08.04.2018 to shivam honda service center, infront of the ramadevi university, bhubaneswar, for 3rd & final free service, after service it is found that the engine oil was too low from the minimum gage, they are not properly fillup the oil & my vehicle left mirror was broken down while i tell about to the costumer care, they misbehave & very disgusting me including all the employee. Hence, it is requested that the necessary step may please taken against the authorized dealer for providing the good service to the costumer.

                        Dated 08.03.2018, I have handed over My Honda Activa i scooter for general servicing, Service centre given time for vehicle collection 3.00 pm but up to 3.15 service centre has didn't touched vehicle to do servicing. This is the limit for negligence in service, we are taking service on paid basis not free of cost, service centre should provide the service promptly. I have taken my vehicle back without servicing and definitely in future I will never by HONDA vehicle.

                          I had given my activa 125 cc bike for servicing (Paid) at shanti honda in tingre nagar, pune. After receiving the bike, the front shocker was not properly installed. I again gave it for servicing but they still there are issues which they have not solved.
                          How many times will i go to the service center when the servicing staff are not able to repair it means they are not well trained.

                                  I have visited yesterday to your sai point service centre (Temghar branch) for servicing my bike.
                                  My job card – 2018/ej/241
                                  Invoice no – 2018/ew/198 dt.06/04/2018 time – 13.16

                                  Item name – element comp air/c – 17211-kwf-950 – mrp is 153/- it has been charge 170.67/- before tax & discount in you invoice for reference i had attachment the invoice copy.
                                  Basic rate – 129.69
                                  5% discount - 6.48
                                  Cgst - 17.25
                                  Sgst - 17.25
                                  Total - 157.71

                                  Why it has been overcharge to me reason giving price list is not updated due to march ending stock taking and this kind of excuses.
                                  How it is possible in mrp charge in showroom it is different as per company given mrp. It is not an local shop or local supermarket. It is an authorized service centre of honda manufacturing 2 wheeler. Every day on an average minimum 100 bike should be come inside for servicing this is the one product we have found doesn’t know how many products wrong mrp is everyday billing. Wrong price charge to customer. No customer sees properly spare part mrp on products. It has been collected by their store by their technician wrapper open and fit spare parts in bikes.
                                  Appx 100 bike daily it means 30 days x 100 bike = 3000 bikes rate will be overcharge by rs.10/- only it becomes rs. 30000/- monthly it has been extra benefit to authorized service centre. 3 people can be able to work in this amount.
                                  Why person come in authorized service centre to get a very good quality service & satisfaction of original parts. We trust on service centre that is why we have regular servicing our bicycles from service centre. But it is doing fraud with us. It create bad impression on customer mind.
                                  Honda is on top seller in bicycles in india. But that not belong to be wrong price charge for spare parts require to replace in bikes after few kilometer.
                                  People have trusted on your brand don’t break here trust by this way no authority is given by government to your company..
                                  If there will be over charge like this way
                                  On product it has been packed on february 2018. Than how price difference will be there. That means from february how many customers have been charge wrong mrp for for these parts. You don’t have any right to charge any customer extra price from mrp. Which law is giving this kind of authority to your service centre? What is the checking done by staff after invoice is maken? That means nobody responsibility in the branch to check the price fitted in software & actually it is correct or incorrect.
                                  There should be weekly price checking should be done by honda person showroom is charging correct price to her customer or not.
                                  Middle class buys a 2 wheeler for routine work. We dont have enough money to be over charge by authorized service centre.

                                  There is no relation between stock & mrp. Unnecessarily reasons given by staff authority.

                                  If you want to stay in market understand customer needs first properly.

                                  Customer satisfaction is first priority for all companies. If you overcharge like this small small ways for certain profit you loose your customer.

                                  Complain no 2
                                  Honda company charging over 50% from market price for spare parts. Compare the entire product price from market products. You say your products are of good quality can you give in writing till this kms it will work fine, no???
                                  Than how you can charge 50% more price for regular spare parts.
                                  This component manufacturing cost is not more than rs. 35/- in market its gets from range rs.50 to 100 of superior quality and features. You charge your customer mrp 153/- why what is the difference between in your product and market products which gets on rs. 100/-
                                  Why we buy your products at high price same product we get less than 35 to 40% in market.
                                  We have buy your company 2 wheeler that not belong you earn maximum profit in spare parts on the name of quality products & sell by authorized service centre.
                                  Customer should get product at low price in service centre from market. Than customer will be happy and join with you continuously have regular service with your recognized service centre.
                                  Now a days in your service centre amc is getting people buy also for getting goods services. But what if you overcharge in spare parts and than you also give 5% discount on accessories. Sir, people are not fool if you think than they have very good understanding that is why they are silent and paying the bill of spare parts. Because if bike will be service from outside than amc contract will be brake. Plz bring solution in this case.

                                  Complain no 3 – hsn code – 87141090 – belong to 18%
                                  Spare parts is not an luxury goods it has been come in 18% how it can bill at 28%
                                  As per the law whichever tax is higher is should be charge on invoice but as per inwards of material is depend not every component come in 28%
                                  Gst has came in india to get maximum benefit to customer. It does not mean service centre charge to customer 28% tax to get more revenue through tax.
                                  Give the details of element comp air/c (17211-kwf-950) -
                                  Purchase in 28% from manufacture i require letter and against which notification vendor supply material to you on 28%. Complete details.

It is very shocking for me to such a cold response from your highly esteemed organization. I am suffering very badly since past 1 month due to this problem. Now i am really tired from your irresponsible behaviour towards your customers. Please find attached photographs of the parts replaced by your dealer. Now, the condition is such that even the dealer is not replying to this problem. So, i just request you to take some decision at the earliest regarding my problem.                                       Showroom owner show dummy selling data and after July they sell me this bike as a second owner but I have cash receipt of 06 may 2017... with bike details chassis number and other things... that time I was give sign on TT form, notary on bond paper chassis print for owner change, but till now they not make any process my bike insurance also laps 2 April 2018, totally helpless service by dealers (yog honda wakad)

                                        This is regarding my CBR150 which I purchased last year from advent Honda Ajmer road.The bike’s gear box is not working properly from day 1. After multiple complaints also the showroom didn’t changed it. And every time made fool of me.
                                        On my last service I again made a complaint regarding gear box but no action was taken.
                                        Mr. Ramnivas Shekhawat the service manager also made fool of me by saying he will call me as soon as new gear box will arrive but it has been more than 2 months but I didn’t received any call from his side.
                                        Instead of helping he told me not to upload complaints on honda2wheeler complain .

                                        And the employees are so worst in advent Honda seriously they treat customers like they are providing service for free of cost.
                                        Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
