Activa 5g is not starting by any how!
By self starter or by kick
After a warm up of 30 minutes i get success
Since it’s only 5 days old
Manager is saying i will provide service whenever needed by if i am going to my job and i am totally harassed by two wheeler
Now integrate my mistake to trust honda
Since i am planing honda amaze next month so i can trust a non serviced brand!
I am a lectured at a private sector and run my classes for science subjects i am committed for timings to my students and you are not availing me to do my job
Now what is the solution???

    From the date of purchase i am doing my vehicle service in the authorized service centers only. But my vehicle condition is worst every time i went for service. If i ask the concern person they are saying we can't do nothing about this. Is this your service centers responsibility of vehicles. Please take action against the honda service centers in hyd. Especially on aadi honda & pratul centers.

Bahut bekar lagi paise unhone poore le liye par unhone service achi nhai ki sir aisa thodi na hota hai apko service achi dene chahiye mirror check nahi kiye bilkul bhi sir mujhe dobara service karvani hai free mein aap check karo dobara

        I have visited yesterday to your sai point service centre (Temghar branch) for servicing my bike.
        My job card – 2018/ej/241
        Invoice no – 2018/ew/198 dt.06/04/2018 time – 13.16

        Item name – element comp air/c – 17211-kwf-950 – mrp is 153/- it has been charge 170.67/- before tax & discount in you invoice for reference i had attachment the invoice copy.
        Basic rate – 129.69
        5% discount - 6.48
        Cgst - 17.25
        Sgst - 17.25
        Total - 157.71

        Why it has been overcharge to me reason giving price list is not updated due to march ending stock taking and this kind of excuses.
        How it is possible in mrp charge in showroom it is different as per company given mrp. It is not an local shop or local supermarket. It is an authorized service centre of honda manufacturing 2 wheeler. Every day on an average minimum 100 bike should be come inside for servicing this is the one product we have found doesn’t know how many products wrong mrp is everyday billing. Wrong price charge to customer. No customer sees properly spare part mrp on products. It has been collected by their store by their technician wrapper open and fit spare parts in bikes.
        Appx 100 bike daily it means 30 days x 100 bike = 3000 bikes rate will be overcharge by rs.10/- only it becomes rs. 30000/- monthly it has been extra benefit to authorized service centre. 3 people can be able to work in this amount.
        Why person come in authorized service centre to get a very good quality service & satisfaction of original parts. We trust on service centre that is why we have regular servicing our bicycles from service centre. But it is doing fraud with us. It create bad impression on customer mind.
        Honda is on top seller in bicycles in india. But that not belong to be wrong price charge for spare parts require to replace in bikes after few kilometer.
        People have trusted on your brand don’t break here trust by this way no authority is given by government to your company..
        If there will be over charge like this way
        On product it has been packed on february 2018. Than how price difference will be there. That means from february how many customers have been charge wrong mrp for for these parts. You don’t have any right to charge any customer extra price from mrp. Which law is giving this kind of authority to your service centre? What is the checking done by staff after invoice is maken? That means nobody responsibility in the branch to check the price fitted in software & actually it is correct or incorrect.
        There should be weekly price checking should be done by honda person showroom is charging correct price to her customer or not.
        Middle class buys a 2 wheeler for routine work. We dont have enough money to be over charge by authorized service centre.

        There is no relation between stock & mrp. Unnecessarily reasons given by staff authority.

        If you want to stay in market understand customer needs first properly.

        Customer satisfaction is first priority for all companies. If you overcharge like this small small ways for certain profit you loose your customer.

        Complain no 2
        Honda company charging over 50% from market price for spare parts. Compare the entire product price from market products. You say your products are of good quality can you give in writing till this kms it will work fine, no???
        Than how you can charge 50% more price for regular spare parts.
        This component manufacturing cost is not more than rs. 35/- in market its gets from range rs.50 to 100 of superior quality and features. You charge your customer mrp 153/- why what is the difference between in your product and market products which gets on rs. 100/-
        Why we buy your products at high price same product we get less than 35 to 40% in market.
        We have buy your company 2 wheeler that not belong you earn maximum profit in spare parts on the name of quality products & sell by authorized service centre.
        Customer should get product at low price in service centre from market. Than customer will be happy and join with you continuously have regular service with your recognized service centre.
        Now a days in your service centre amc is getting people buy also for getting goods services. But what if you overcharge in spare parts and than you also give 5% discount on accessories. Sir, people are not fool if you think than they have very good understanding that is why they are silent and paying the bill of spare parts. Because if bike will be service from outside than amc contract will be brake. Plz bring solution in this case.

        Complain no 3 – hsn code – 87141090 – belong to 18%
        Spare parts is not an luxury goods it has been come in 18% how it can bill at 28%
        As per the law whichever tax is higher is should be charge on invoice but as per inwards of material is depend not every component come in 28%
        Gst has came in india to get maximum benefit to customer. It does not mean service centre charge to customer 28% tax to get more revenue through tax.
        Give the details of element comp air/c (17211-kwf-950) -
        Purchase in 28% from manufacture i require letter and against which notification vendor supply material to you on 28%. Complete details.

          With reference to my earlier mail i would like to inform you that the dealer has replaced the parts many times. But, still the same problem persists. It is very shocking for me to such a cold response from your highly esteemed organization. I am suffering very badly since past 1 month due to this problem. Now i am really tired from your irresponsible behaviour towards your customers. Please find attached photographs of the parts replaced by your dealer. Now, the condition is such that even the dealer is not replying to this problem. So, i just request you to take some decision at the earliest regarding my problem. If you will not take a decision at the earliest then i would be forced to publish the same in the media and even file a case in the consumer forum. Looking forward for your positive reply.

            Last year when government rule arrived stop selling B3 bike/modify BS-4 that time
            Showroom owner show dummy selling data and after July they sell me this bike as a second owner but I have cash receipt of 06 may 2017... with bike details chassis number and other things... that time I was give sign on TT form, notary on bond paper chassis print for owner change, but till now they not make any process my bike insurance also laps 2 April 2018, totally helpless service by dealers (yog honda wakad)

              This is regarding my CBR150 which I purchased last year from advent Honda Ajmer road.The bike’s gear box is not working properly from day 1. After multiple complaints also the showroom didn’t changed it. And every time made fool of me.
              On my last service I again made a complaint regarding gear box but no action was taken.
              Mr. Ramnivas Shekhawat the service manager also made fool of me by saying he will call me as soon as new gear box will arrive but it has been more than 2 months but I didn’t received any call from his side.
              Instead of helping he told me not to upload complaints on honda2wheeler complain .

              And the employees are so worst in advent Honda seriously they treat customers like they are providing service for free of cost.

                  My complaint is regarding service of my honda activa 4g scooter actually i go to the dealer jp honda in dinanagar who is the sub dealer of bhalai honda pathankot can not do the free service of my scooter on free service coupon he said your coupon is already used but the coupon is unused from my side i purchased my activa from r honda, batala road gurdaspur on 02/08/2017 but my all free service coupon are invalid or used already please take action against both of the dealership for harassing me and please provide compensation from them to me

                    My name is arunendra singh chauhan, i have already complaint 2 times against the axis honda service center, barra, kanpur, up. They have brought to my bike at ruined condition but there is no any action took by your side.
                    Service center are just making me fool from last 2 years. On the behalf of sencond time complain, service center kept my bike for 3-4 days, instead of resolving the problem, they spoiled my bike too muchh. When i told from this they told me to check-up my bike to honda bike engineering very soon. But that day was last, after they just ignoring my complain.

                    Mam/sir,
                    After service from axis honda, barra, kanpur, my bike got worst condition for which, only service center is responsible. Their technician are illiterate. They don't know abcd about bike engine.
                    Please, i request you to take an appropriate action against service center and either resolve my problem or change engine.

                      I was one of your customer who trusted you .On october 2014 i brought cbr 250. Trust me when i say that i can swear on ma cbr being one of the most decently maintained bike in kerela .When i brought ma bike it have 5 Yr warranty I was crystal clear on maintainence and service to be provided to ma bike .I m someone who cares somuch about ma bike and i save certain amount of my income for its maintaninence Even your service center hava a good opinion about ma bike and they are also ready to give the extra care to ma bike .One day i felt something wrong with ma bike, at that time bike have covered a distance of 22000km And immedaitely i approached the service center they were unable to find the complaint on a sudden and they ask me for one day.And on the very next day he call me and i was really shocked to hear that the tank was miserably corroded And it affected the fuel injection too and inorder to repair it costs around 25000. At that time ma bike was within warranty period, so i ask them to do accordingly .Next day i met the manager, he was also quite confident about the warranty and he told me that he wil be moving on with the further procedures for warranty and we wait for few days then it extends to weeks then to months and atlast your company give as a negative response . Even though i feel damn just because i was concerned about ma bike i spend 25000 and ma bike was back. After few day i noticed there were some deffects for the new tank and i get a mileage of just 18 {before it was above 30 }. Again i make the manager and other members aware of this and they were not able to give me a proper answer .This is the fate of your customer who trusted you. And i learned a lesson that honda 's quality last for just 3 Yr's. Now i feel like you never care about your customer or anything what you want is just money .

                        I purchase one honda unicorn from ur showroom vettuvenni on 09.08.2017as ready cash. Now oil leakage from engine already told about the complaint to ur mechanic.                           i want to buy 2018 model but when i said to dealer then he said your amount is submitted and 2018 model will be available in march but actually he was selling 2018 model to many customer and i have proof
                          now i bought accessories from dealer i think he misguide about the accessory
                          and another imp thing they give me insurance policy and in this policy they mention that model is manufactured in 2018
                          and when i recived my rc then in rc there mention that model is manufacturd in nov 2017
                          how is it possible there is big fraud

                            Today i have given my honda activa 4g (Mh43-bj-2498) for servicing in yug honda, wakad, pune. My vehicle has self start issue, while servicing they find out issue in battery. As my activa is in warranty period so i should get new battery in replacement, but when i went to receive my vehicle they told me battery got damaged so we need to send it to service center, you have to submit the battery and take your vehicle at home and need to manage using kick start, but i cant do kick start so they gave me other option of join other battery available in warranty period and used that only. As my vehicle's battery remain 9 months warranty so this other battery will work till the time, after that anyways you have to pay for battery exchange. Then i asked them how i will manage if activa stopped on signal how i will do kick start on signals? They said we cant do anything for that.

                            As i cant do kick start i chose second option. But question comes in my mind... Then whats the use of taking extended warranty? How they suppose to suggest me first option... As we have bought self start vehicle for this purpose only. Why honda authorized dealer don't have new batteries available in stock for replacement? How do i trust other battery given to me is in warranty? And what if that battery got damaged soon?
                            Thanks... Expecting right solution.

                            Now the given old battery is not working and i couldn't drive my activa 4G. What's the use of service done before 3 days? This happens twice with me facing issues in couple of days after done with servicing. Really bad experience with yug Honda service center.

                              After the 2nd free servicing my cb unicorn 150cc starts vibration when the byke reaches 60 ksp n it's frequently getting airlock problem i have requested to fix theas issues at the 3rd free service. I purchased my unicorn on 12th august 2017 from vasavi honda kurnool, i have to travel 135 km from my town to reach this honda showroom, please help me out

                                I have purchase honda activa 5g from enternal motors bhavngar dtd 27.03.18 and i have paid full payments as per attached payments receipt. First matter is they are forcefully given delivery with accessorize and told that it is compulsory to buy new 5g activa with accessories. And after that we have given payments and thery given 5g activa delivery with out accsories and till date every day i am calling to show room but they are not giving accesories and refuse to give accesories amount to return.

                                  I purhased a honda activa 4g from sheel kishan honda, rampur road bareilly on 28.5.17. Chasis no: me4jf507eh7144479 engine no: jf50e[protected], model: a4g, colour: blue

                                  I am suffering starting problem with this scooty. Whenever the scooty remains off for 6-8 hours it does not start with self. I have to apply 60-80 kicks for start the same. During first two servicing i informed the problem to service person but problem remains continue. Then i raised a customer complaints. Service representative from sheel kishan honda managed to start once. For this also they charged me. But again from next day the scooty did not started.

                                  Now it is not started and became useless for me.
                                  Meanwhile third service has not carried out due to it is not started.

                                  Honda has cheated us & looted our money by providing such scooty.

                                  Service team attitude is to start once rather then to take some preventive maintenance to restrict the re-occurance.
                                  Now i again raised a complant (Docket no. 670135).

                                  When i asked to customer care regarding to inform how i can put my customer satisfaction review, this they started misbehaving over phone.

                                  I have received a call from [protected] on 05.04.18 at 12.15pm which was from service person of Sheel Kishan Honda. During this call, a HONDA representative from Lucknow talked with me. I clearly spoke to him regarding that we are unable to start the scooty, so we cant get it to service station. Secondly we do not want to contact or to keep any co-ordination with SHEEL KISHAN HONDA, so it is better to service at other service stations at Bareilly on Sunday.

                                  But meanwhile two sunday has passed away, there is no any call received from any person.
                                  Since then i am waiting person.

                                  In my 1st service I have placed complaint regarding break light not working and my second service they told orders the parts once reach they will contact and my 3service finished now 1month ego still not contacted and replaced my break light issue

                                    I have amc for service i gt 4 tines calm for service & wen i went for service i was informed abt delay in service of abt 2 days where time ws jst 10.30 & my token no ws 46
                                    Wat does it mean of amc wen u people cnt provide service on time to us
                                    I service in different city in gujarat n requested to service on same day bt no one responded
                                    If it is so thn refund me amc cost that i paid

                                    maine 2014 me haryana ke dharuhera se shree kirshna honda delar se activa liya tha delar ne muje service book nahi diya tha aur free service bhi nahi diya maine aap ke custmer care aur delar ko bahut complain kiya lakin kuch nahi hua. please help me.

                                    The new HONDA ACTIVA 5G Bike has gives the LED HEAD LAMP. This may cause a major effect to blindness for other side vehicles. This may cause major accidents. So please check the lamp and replace to normal lamps.

                                      I purhased a honda activa 4g from sheel kishan honda, rampur road bareilly on 28.5.17. Chasis no: me4jf507eh7144479 engine no: jf50e[protected], model: a4g, colour: blue

                                      I am suffering starting problem with this scooty. Whenever the scooty remains off for 6-8 hours it does not start with self. I have to apply 60-80 kicks for start the same. During first two servicing i informed the problem to service person but problem remains continue. Then i raised a customer complaints. Service representative from sheel kishan honda managed start once. For this also they charged me. But again from next day the scooty did not started.

                                      Now it is not started and became useless for me.
                                      Meanwhile third service has not carried out due to it is not started.

                                      Honda has cheated us & looted our money by providing such scooty.

                                      Service team attitude is to start once rather then to take some preventive maintenance to restrict the re-occurance.
                                      Now i again raised a complant (Docket no. 670135).

                                      But this time service persons are misbehaving over phone.

                                      I purchased a Honda Activa 4G on 28.05.17 from Sheel Kishan Honda, Rampur Road, Bareilly. Chasis No.: ME4JF507EH 7144479, Engine No: JF50E[protected], Model: A4G, Col: Blue.
                                      From the day one i am suffering from starting problem. It does not start with the self and i have to apply 50-80KICKS for start manually. During first two servicing i informed the same but problems remains same. Then a raised a customer complaints, their representative manage to start one time. But whenever this scooty remains off for 6-8 Hours, it does not start. Their service response is for only one time start rather then any preventive action to restrict the problem.

                                      As it needs more then two persons and much time for kicks, we are unable to use this scooty.
                                      HONDA HAS CHEATED US BY PROVIDING SUCH TYPE SCOOTY.
                                      In such scenario how we get this scooty to service center for further servicing.
                                      When i contacted customer care to pay my satisfaction review, they are saying that they have no any such procedure.

                                        Iam the excesting customer for honda family for the past 10 yrs and more over our family we purchased more than 10 vechiles. I personally purchased one honda vechile through balaji honda - redhills in the year 20015. From the begingng i went the first service for the bajaji honda. At the time of service i informed the service team that iam getting engine noise cotineiously, but they are telling that we will solve the problem as soosn as possible. But till date they did not solve the veichle problem, now my veichle engine noice increases lot more than the previous noice so i went to the honda service center to claim my veiche problem, but now they are telling that my veichle bore and head are damaged, i purchased your branded veichle in a warrenty period, but your service mamagement could not find the veichle problem past 28 months and now they are telling that my veichle bore and head are damaged, sir i want to know thad your branded veichle cb unicorn 160 engine capacity had only 25000 to 35000 kms for 24 months, its that right r not i don’t know, i think you know the better answer for my questions, i paid dd for this veichle on road amount of (Rs;86108 /=) i am soo frustated from your honda service center because of irritating the costomer, the name of brand honda that i belived lot more, but your brand name and your deeling the costomer method are soo poor. Your service management also soo poor and irritating so many costomer like me, i had a plan that i want buy 2 new honda veichle from your sub dealer, but i am confused that i will buy your brand product or not because of your poor management in service center, i cant understand that a major problem that i said to the service center from the beginning of 2nd day but they said that in the 1st service they will solve the problem but not yetsolved, they find the problem after 24 months when the warrenty had expire, till date i have done my veichle service in yourservice center only, i did not do my vichle service outside for a single time also because of i trusted in your brand name and service management but the service management blamed me as much as they can, respected ceo sir please refer my complaint and solve the problem as soon as possible, now i have trust in you that you solve my problem and make me happy because i am your long term honda costomer.
