Iam the excesting customer for honda family for the past 10 yrs and more over our family we purchased more than 10 vechiles. I personally purchased one honda vechile through balaji honda - redhills in the year 20015. From the begingng i went the first service for the bajaji honda. At the time of service i informed the service team that iam getting engine noise cotineiously, but they are telling that we will solve the problem as soosn as possible. But till date they did not solve the veichle problem, now my veichle engine noice increases lot more than the previous noice so i went to the honda service center to claim my veiche problem, but now they are telling that my veichle bore and head are damaged, i purchased your branded veichle in a warrenty period, but your service mamagement could not find the veichle problem past 28 months and now they are telling that my veichle bore and head are damaged, sir i want to know thad your branded veichle cb unicorn 160 engine capacity had only 25000 to 35000 kms for 24 months, its that right r not i don’t know, i think you know the better answer for my questions, i paid dd for this veichle on road amount of (Rs;86108 /=) i am soo frustated from your honda service center because of irritating the costomer, the name of brand honda that i belived lot more, but your brand name and your deeling the costomer method are soo poor. Your service management also soo poor and irritating so many costomer like me, i had a plan that i want buy 2 new honda veichle from your sub dealer, but i am confused that i will buy your brand product or not because of your poor management in service center, i cant understand that a major problem that i said to the service center from the beginning of 2nd day but they said that in the 1st service they will solve the problem but not yetsolved, they find the problem after 24 months when the warrenty had expire, till date i have done my veichle service in yourservice center only, i did not do my vichle service outside for a single time also because of i trusted in your brand name and service management but the service management blamed me as much as they can, respected ceo sir please refer my complaint and solve the problem as soon as possible, now i have trust in you that you solve my problem and make me happy because i am your long term honda costomer.
