I have bought cb shine (Cbf125bh) in red moto corp in chennai on 24-feb-2018.
When i went to take the vehicle on 27-feb-2018 at 7.00pm, it took more than 90 minutes to hand over to me. I was informed to come there at 7.00 am. When i enquired about the vehicle, no one was giving reply to me. I spoke with it's gm also but no satisfactory reply was given. From 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm i was there. It cost half day leave in my office since i was in the night shift. Even it was informed to them, no one bothered.
When it was handed over, there were no tools kit, seat cover as well as engine guard and these were not informed me. I have paid amount for these accessories also. Though these were not fixed and not being informed. I went on 03-mar-2018 to collect the tax invoice & insurance papers, i just enquired about the accessories with the service engineer, he said that he did not know about that but he fixed the seat cover. So i checked with the office and surprisingly they said the engine guard was not available. So they gave the tool kit only. I spoke with the gm again regarding my concerns. But he did not listen anything and simply told he was going to a meeting. And he told me to contact his manager. His manager did not ask me anything instead he asked the office staff and said that the engine guard would be given later only. He did not wait for my reply. He simply informed me and went.
I have some doubts given below.
Did they think, once the bike is sold, no need to take care of the customers?
Why there was no people to take care of the customers? Will it happen for the customers who is buying shine only or for all the customers. Will it happen only in red moto corp or all the honda dealers? Is this how honda company is treating its customers? Why the parts were missing? Are they cheating me/customers? Entire office is responsible for the cheating i hope.
When i enquired about the said vehicle in another honda dealer, also treated me like this.
I am fed up with the service of the honda dealer. This is my first honda vehicle but i don't think next time i will buy honda vehicle.

Updated by arock70 Till date no revert from Honda india. I received an intimation regarding the confirmation of receipt of the complaints from Honda India.
Only the dealer called and also sent an apology mail.

Updated by arock70 This is regarding Honda Shine bought by me on[protected]. At the initial time itself, I have escalated in this forum several times regarding the service of the agency and treatment of customers. Apart from that, the parts of the vehicle was very worst condition. However the query was not fully addressed and the problems still continued.
Now when the vehicle was given for servicing also, I have raised those issues and asked them to rectify/ replace the front Fork, gear box & shock absorber were in very poor condition. However they have not made any attempts to address the issue. Instead they only tried to convince me. Now the situation is front fork totally damaged and the battery also went dry.
I once again want to emphasize that the servicing is totally poor and if this continues I will doubt the trust people have in Honda products itself.
While servicing for domestic products are looking good, I cannot believe the level for a foreign product.
I am not at all satisfied and it has been a bitter experience from Honda.
But the following changes are required.
1. Alloy Wheel
2. Telescopic Front Suspension
