My bike was sent for service at 20th march 2018 at 9.10 am, still my bike is not serviced and no information about the service status from the moham honda service, pondicherry. They informed to me after i enquired several time in the service center that cgi coil is not working and the spare of it is not available and it will more than 10 days. If they informed about this at earlier stage i might cancel the service or i can do some other arrangement for the same. After they informed, i purchased personaly cgi coil from hasan honda service center, pondicherry at the rate of rs. 2068 and given to moham honda service. But still they telling it will take time to complete the work and we will inform you about the status later. The service is too worst in moham honda service center and they mis using the spare parts in my previous service. They changed the parts from my bike and ask to change its not in working condition eventhough it was working fine when i gave the service in previous bike service. I encounter several problem during each service in moham honda service center. Kindly do the needful to regret this issue.

    Hi Team,

    Myself Sadanala Vijaya Rama Chandara Rao, Who work in an MNC in MindSpace Madhapur. Coming to my issue After several years of dream and hard work i want to buy a Bike and i have chosen Honda Hornet 160R and bought it on July 11th 2016 2 Pratul Honda, Erragadda, Hyderabad. When I decided to buy Blue color Honda Hornet 160R showroom people said we have only one piece and took me to their basement and shown a Fully DUSTY bike, I questioned them why you are giving this kind of product for a new customer they said something and convinced me, But later while they try to start the bike it was not starting and it took almost 45 minutes with Engine Loud sound some what like Auto Riskhaw. I didn't agreed to buy that, but they again convinced me and told that after 1st servicing it will be good and trusted them and at last took it from show room to my home.

    From then on wards i faced so many issues and went to show room countless time and came with no solution. After 1st servicing no effect and after 2nd servicing it became very very worst i remember a incident that everyone is seeing my bike because of that sound from Engine. I took to showroom again and they opened engine (Kept bike almost a week), changed some parts but they didn't show any proof for that, I just trusted them and took my bike after one week and but no use at all. To be frank it became worst after 2nd servicing only. From the to till date they took my bike 5-6 time to showroom and kept for 2-3 days each time but no solution and at that period only wile servicing they put a big scratch near Honda Logo (Questioned them but no answer) and they said gear box error, piston error, engine part error etc but till now no solution. I just trusted them and rode this defective bike almost 7 months. But i can't wait no more really I invested 95k on this and you people provided me a product that was defective. At the time of buying this bike i came with my family and my brother. My brother who saw this and fed up with this issue and ready to file a consumer case. But i stopped him and drafting you a mail. I don't this bike at all you please take it away and fix the solution or replace it. If you can't we will go legally. I will mention all my problems below.

    1) Engine sound's like Auto Rikshaw OR like KAT KAT KAT.
    2) At 1st 2nd 3rd gears sound becomes more.
    3) No pickup from beginning and when i reach 55-60 it vibrates near legs.
    4) No engine smoothness (Smoothness which we commonly see in Honda Bikes)
    5) While i ride this bike even 125cc bike pass me smoothly but this one goes very hardly that to its 160cc.

    Note that they said once these Hornet bikes sound like this only and tried to convince me but before i buy this bike my friend Koushik bough same kind of bike and rode that more than 2k Kms, after that only i decided to buy this bike rather than going to Yamaha FZ 2.0 and even checked with my office colleagues new bike (New strip edition) and later came to know that they are trying to cheat me.

    Meanwhile after 2nd servicing i wrote a mail to Honda service also, after sending that mail only they responded and took my bike 5-6 times.

    If you respond and want to take my bike for examining please don't take it to Pratul Honda Erragadda.

    Hope you resolve my issue and before we go legally. I just thought in your point of view and didn't went legally because a business is business and you must satisfy you customer with you products & services you provide. Please try to understand from my point of view it my first bike each every rupee which i invested is from my hard work. I just trusted your service and staff and rode this defective bike for 7 Month and i went show room several times.

    Hi Team,

    This is regarding my bike which was came to me as Manufacturing Defect and i have send many mails to you guys and went to showroom many times. Last time they have changed a part in Bike after 5 days bike started abnormal sound as it used to come from begining and even smoke from silencer, I can't understand why smoke is coming after i rode it 7000 KMs only and i was fed up and decided to leave my bike there and keep a consumer case and Normal case. They came and took my on 15th April and i went there next day and the mechanic, Manager and showroom incharge tied to convince me that there is no abnormal sound and smoke coming. Myself and my dad got angry and asked him to bring bike when the bike started smoke coming immediately. When i questioned them and mechanic, they don't have answers and even that manager also not even to answer my question and suggested that dont scold Mechanic. So me and my dad decided to leave bike there and returned by saying them that we will keep case. I am confident enough that even others also said that bike was given to me is Manufacturing defect so we went to my brother who is and High Court Lawyer and he suggested to keep case and even my elder brother who works in Media also spoke with them. From the beginning when i bought this bike i was continuously going to showrooms for several times and when i asked them to send details of my bike when i have given my bike to them they have send me only 8 time but i have given the more than 10 times. with in 8 months i have went more than 10 time to showroom.

    I don't need that bike as off now and i need replacement to be done, if you can't i can go legally with Consumer Court, Media and My brothers assurance from High court. I am having each and every proof and even the CC Camera in Showroom can also see when i bike came and went. I think this is the 5th time i am send you people a mail regarding my Bike. You can search your records for your reference.

    Attachment for your reference. I don't know for a new bike they have changed so many parts and several times and below mails for your reference.

    I can't even write each and every thing in mail and this is not the right way to treat a customer by coming to your showroom several times. I have trusted you and bought 2nd product from your company and this is what you have given me. I have invested over 1 lakh for this and not even used satisfyingly once also in 8-9 months.

    Hi Honda Team,

    Myself Vijay Sadanala from Hyderabad, I was fond of bike from my childhood and at last i owned my first Bike as Honda CB Hornet 160R after seeing all positive reviews and research. I bough my bike on July 2016 from the day one they delivered bike the engine sound is horrible when compared to ALL OTHER Honda Hornet 160R Bikes. I asked the dealer trice while doing servicing. If you respond me I would explain you everything or else you can contact me.

    It would be very appreciated if you give me quick response and resolve my bike issue. Before i am a big Fan of Honda Bikes and now i was not all satisfied with my first bike, Because they have delivered me a defective one with No Pick Up, Loud Engine Sound, Vibration when it goes 40 Km and Some Scratches. I asked them about all these issues but they are saying cock and bull stories every time. I need a good service or else do anything that i need my bike good as new one. Try to understand that its my first bike and kept 96, 000/- INR.

    The Engine over heated/ over noise/ sudden witched off/could not run above 30km speed. if exceed off road. Service provider not properly serviced. Now the vehicle off road. Request replacement of engine.
    I can to say agathi Honda my digital glass will be Barack automatically but they can't solving my problem .they say that it is not problem... and Honda unicorn 160 Will be held 2 service but engine should be more heating...
    Please provide the engine kill switch to the hornet 160. And also improve smoothness of the rear suspension.please provide engine switch...please

      I have bought activa 4g 6 months ago. At the time of buy, first add kit and tool kit not delivered with vehicle for the reason of not availability. And now dealer is ignoring delivery of both kits. I have signatured on the bill for delivery of scooter. But today they are not deliver both toolkits. They are showing to me signatured bill. But i have not any toolkit and first add kit.

      But the following changes are required.

        Sir,
        I have bought a dio 7 months back. And it is still under free service scheme. For the last few months i'm facing a starting complaint with the vehicle. I have informed the service center when it's taken for service. They completely ignored the problem and i think just gave only a water service and return the 2 wheeler. And also few weeks before it's taken to service center again as the service date has come. The same problem they didn't fix, but became much worst. I have visited them 4 times this week waiting hours. They give me my 2 wheeler saying it's fixed. But have the problem. As i'm a woman they are behaving me badly and keeping me waiting so long. The service center is 'peyem honda' thalassery. Please take necessary action.

        As i m getting some noise problem im my vehicle .I bought it 7 months earlier.i went to service centre for mamy times as on20/5/17, 24/5/17, 8/7/17.i dont get any improvement they all are saying that there is every thing ok in ur vehicle .there 8s no problem in it.

        I have brought Activa 4G in the month of July 2017 at Anantapur in Andhapradesh . After three months the vehicle is switch off automatically while running, I have visited Honda authorized service center more than 8 times( once in a month) but they did not provide any solution for me .

          Yesterday 19/03/2018 i went to your showroom sona honda, shimoga branch, to purchase activa5g salesman told me without extra fittings we r unable to deliver bike to you, i spoke to manager also he said if you want bike you have to pay extra fittings charge if not you can go out side, pls ensure me is extra fittings really require to purchase your company bike

          Honda u launch activa 5g, my problem is i buy activa 4g now what should i do, bcoz in 5g many features introduced but in 4g nothing impressive feature like 5g

          Honda shine sp 125 c.c purchase on 18.02.18 from siddhi vinayak shahjahanpur, bike gear system not working properly, 1st gear work, when push 5 or 6 time liver, in the ridingng when gear in 4th, or 5th gear, gear not work at a sudden.it may be can say, gear box is difected.

            I have purchased new vehicle honda unicorn (150cc) from your showroom dugar automotives (P) ltd, vip road, raghunathpur, kolkata the dated as on 28/09/2017. Invoice no-wb01000417v04226. After four (4) months i faced some problems with it such as self start not so smooth, after that sent to dugar honda service center where they told me that there is some problem with the battery the dated as on 16/02/2018. (Job card no-5665). They told to wait 2days against wait 10days and after one (1) month waiting they said to no install battery, after they said that i have to give them a warranty card of battery and said can be replace as early as possible. But one (1) month ago no response to dugar honda service centre. Please do the needful.

            We purchased the CB shine on 2015, my vehicle is giving trouble at starting, overheating with in 2 to 3 km running, lot of vibration during the time of running, exhaust the lite form white smoke, early morning lot of trouble in startup engine with 15 to 18 kick, their is no responsibility at service center Bhagyodaya Honda Hospet Dealer

              I got activa 4g matte black scooty from an authorised dealer (Excel honda) in october 2017 & right from day one i have been getting problems with starting the scooty. I have given the scooty for 2 services and 2 times other than the service also but nothing has helped. The support staff says that you should use choke to start the scooty otherwise it wont. I have tried that as well but the scooty does not start even after multiple kicks and self start even with choke on.

                On 06/03/18 when was delivered my vechile from sree devi honda they taken 7000rs adv amount due to engine complant made by them because ur engine health policy is not activated by the leela honda service center

                Till now they are saying not activated

                Today they are saying that ur track is not correct

                I don't now that whether they did not want to give back my amount also to escap they are saying ur record is not correct

                But vechile is not rectified

                  Dear concern,

                  This is for your kind notice that i had manipulated by your poor service towards my scooter what i have faced. I have taken three years extended warranty for the same but i had given scooter for servicing when they made bill and mentioned there 75% amount as a service charge which is not mentioned in the job sheet provided for extended warranty. So this is my lean request to you kindly do find the job sheet bill at the time of servicing. Now give some solution on this or cancel my three years give my cash refund.

                    I bought honda in pondicherry, 11months ago, due to my job transfer in thanjavur, i couldn't able to do service in pondicherry, hence i approached thanjavur service centre, they were treating badly and not giving importance to customer, i was standing there for more than half an hour.                       On 21 july 2017, i purchased honda activa 4g motor vehicle from your sec 1 rk puram vivekanand market dealership. Starting 3-4 months no problem was occur but from nov scooty created problems. Unfortunately, the vehicle hasnot been satisfactory because there is problem of stoppage on road automatically while riding, oil leakage (Once) or main problem scooty not self start if i didn't kick. I approached to dealership sec 1 r k puram for the same, they not even look after the problem and replied me to take it to mahipalpur service centre to checked it thoroughly.
                      On 31 dec 2017, i took my scooty to mahipalpur regarding the same problem they checked and told ur scooty is checked and no problem will occur after this, but problem started right after 2 or 3 days of checking. Scooty only start when i kicked so hard. I stand my scooty in my office parking and when i returned back, the scooty didn't start not even by kick.!!
                      I stucked on main road on feb 15 2018, when i stopped my scooty in red light for 2 or 3 minutes then scooty didnt start after that, not even so many of kick. I talked to mr. Bhusan one of the dealer in mahipalpur about this again, he told me kick your scooty before start or pull your choak up while start your scooty. They are not giving satisfactory answer and i wasted so much of my time in this.
                      The fact is there is major problem in my scooty that is why sometimes it starts and sometimes not!!
                      Yesterday[protected] i took my scooty to mahipalpur again and droped there to check it thoroughly..

                        Hi,
                        I have bought cb shine (Cbf125bh) in red moto corp in chennai on 24-feb-2018.
                        When i went to take the vehicle on 27-feb-2018 at 7.00pm, it took more than 90 minutes to hand over to me. I was informed to come there at 7.00 am. When i enquired about the vehicle, no one was giving reply to me. I spoke with it's gm also but no satisfactory reply was given. From 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm i was there. It cost half day leave in my office since i was in the night shift. Even it was informed to them, no one bothered.
                        When it was handed over, there were no tools kit, seat cover as well as engine guard and these were not informed me. I have paid amount for these accessories also. Though these were not fixed and not being informed. I went on 03-mar-2018 to collect the tax invoice & insurance papers, i just enquired about the accessories with the service engineer, he said that he did not know about that but he fixed the seat cover. So i checked with the office and surprisingly they said the engine guard was not available. So they gave the tool kit only. I spoke with the gm again regarding my concerns. But he did not listen anything and simply told he was going to a meeting. And he told me to contact his manager. His manager did not ask me anything instead he asked the office staff and said that the engine guard would be given later only. He did not wait for my reply. He simply informed me and went.
                        I have some doubts given below.
                        Did they think, once the bike is sold, no need to take care of the customers?
                        Why there was no people to take care of the customers? Will it happen for the customers who is buying shine only or for all the customers. Will it happen only in red moto corp or all the honda dealers? Is this how honda company is treating its customers? Why the parts were missing? Are they cheating me/customers? Entire office is responsible for the cheating i hope.
                        When i enquired about the said vehicle in another honda dealer, also treated me like this.
                        I am fed up with the service of the honda dealer. This is my first honda vehicle but i don't think next time i will buy honda vehicle.

                        Till date no revert from Honda india. I received an intimation regarding the confirmation of receipt of the complaints from Honda India.

                        Only the dealer called and also sent an apology mail.

                        This is regarding Honda Shine bought by me on[protected]. At the initial time itself, I have escalated in this forum several times regarding the service of the agency and treatment of customers. Apart from that, the parts of the vehicle was very worst condition. However the query was not fully addressed and the problems still continued.
                        Now when the vehicle was given for servicing also, I have raised those issues and asked them to rectify/ replace the front Fork, gear box & shock absorber were in very poor condition. However they have not made any attempts to address the issue. Instead they only tried to convince me. Now the situation is front fork totally damaged and the battery also went dry.
                        I once again want to emphasize that the servicing is totally poor and if this continues I will doubt the trust people have in Honda products itself.
                        While servicing for domestic products are looking good, I cannot believe the level for a foreign product.
                        I am not at all satisfied and it has been a bitter experience from Honda.

                          Sir; am bikramjit singh v. P. O ajnala distt. Amritsar. I have purchase bike few months ago but bike reduces engine oil or noise. Sub dealer trehan honda ajnala commited me to fulfill my compliant but now he harass me nvr do anything or mera bike ka engine v khol diya a or bol a crank shaft nhi mil rhi. So many calls honda company customer care number woh aagaye se jawab dita a team solution nikali par khuch nhi only give toffee nvr solid solution. Very shame

                          Complaint for cracks appear in honda activa..and i have approached the dealer to solve the issue .but he is not intrestedto close the issue..
                          therefore humbel to request you to kindly look into the matter and take necesssary acton to resolve the isssue.

                          I purchase activa from your dealer bikers.com from all inclusive upto RTO .But still i get not number last 4 months.

                            I purchased honda cb shine on dt: 18/01/2017 (Ka51-ew0422) from anand honda, bommanahalli, hosur road, bengaluru - 560068.. After few days i found an issue in front fork which is creating noise. I checked with mechanics at dealer point for several times. They assured me to get it solve, even after three services, they did not fix it as per their commitment. I told them to replace the parts cause frequently i am getting same issue but they are ignoring. I really disappointed with the services failure from a highly reputed and customer friendly company like honda. Now i am realizing what blunder i did by going for honda option.

                            Hope that keeping your commitment o[censored]tmost consumer satisfaction, you will not fail to rectify above issues asap.

                            I purchased Honda active 125 4g two weeks ago, but after riding I found there is noise in the front shocker and handle. I visited the bajreshwari Honda at kangra they replied it is manufacturing fault.

                              I have done service at subhan sai honda twice. These guys have untrained unprofessional mechanics. Doesn't able to understand the normal problem. This service center have very poor response. My bike leaking petrol down from bunch of pipes. Before servicing my bike is running soundlessly but now making very much noise. Temperature of engine also increase very sharply. After serving my problem increase instead of solving. Please take a suitable action as soon as possible.

                                Today i went for my 3rd free service at sukhija honda, pinjore there they charged labour charges for the same. When i asked that itz problem within one year of purchase, they said that it is chargeable only service labour is free of cost such a drastic reply. Within 1 year guarantee period they charged labour charges amounting to rs 318.60+ taxes. At the time of sale they commit that one year labour charges r free and u only have to pay for the oil and products, but at the time of final payment they add labour charges in d bill. Plz check it out is it fair..

At the time of sale they commit that one year labour charges are free and you only have to pay for the oil and products, but at the time of final payment they add labour charges in d bill. Please check it out is it fair..

                                  I purchased (13-feb-2017) honda cb hornet 160 r cbs in hasan honda show room no. 38, 100 feet road, ozhandai keerapalaiyam, mudaliarpet, puducherry, 605004.in front brake disc rusting formed (Note: back disc break in good condition). I raise a compliant in hasan honda on[protected] but they are not come forward to resolve the problem. Hasan honda simply ignores my query. I wish to know, is it product fault?. Highlighted that me and my friend bought together the honda hornet on same day and rusting problem not happened in my friend bike.

                                    I have purchased honda cb hornet cbs version from vj honda ulhashnagar. Made full payment by 24th feb 2018. Got massage from morth regarding my vehicle tax deduction - receipt no. Mh5d[protected] on 28th feb 2018. Still i have not received my vehicle number. I contacted v j honda ulhashnagar many times (15-20 times) but they are keep saying it will be delivered in 1-2 days and not providing any reasons for delay. Its now almost 16 days passed but nothing happened. Seems like they are not interested about this as their vehicle is already got full payment. I want they should be penalized with some amount so that they can take a lesson and avoid such incident in future.

To this what ever the servicing they had done not that much satisfied to me their service were very worst they can't here customer problems i had very upset for this.                                         My honda activa 4g scooter left at 11.30am @ preetam honda service centre, keonjhar-758001 for 3rd service, they told me to come by 5pm n collect the vehicle i went to showroom @5.30pm but they didn't do any thing n i met service manager mr. Kalia he also not responded positively n lastly i take back my unservised vehicle with paying rs. 230 & submitting the 3rd servicing coupon n go. This is very worst showroom as i saw. Plz look the higher official n insist them to give good service to customers...
