Mr. Ankit kumar is a dum person of your show room because he is used so abusing word in front of customers and manner less behaviour. Some of customers are standing in service centre he is not asked to seat but he is using chairs to seat... It's bad think for us... It's my responsibility to inform you

honda shine cb

I purchased a new Honda Shine CB during last week. Registration number is TN 38 CM 3173.

Fuel level meter is not working.
Fuel knob which is used to change from main to reserve is not working. Engine raises even when acceleration is not given.

It has covered just 208 kms. Service center people asking me to leave bike for check up.

Then what is the use of buying a new bike.

cb trigger/ vehicle not serviced properly and caused more damage to it.

unicorn bike battery problem

From that the bike getting battery problem still now. So that i was contacted the showroom, they are no response for solution. So many times i am i contact our showroom mechanics,,, they are giving irresponsible answer for that.. So take necessary action for this kind problem. And also help...

Honda cb trigger is one of the best bike

But apne to band kar diya... Abhi to yr model bahot chalta ye young generation me sir... To koi to vajah hogi band karne ki baki me to last4 year se chala raha hu 80, 000 km ke bad be same 58-60 km/ltr average aur superb power ke sath chal rahi hai... And also no extra maintenance caharge... Please i request please some changes and te launching this bike

The service center didnot solve the said problem in my scooter of not starts at touching red indicatier inspite of having subsquent oil in it. They simply changed oil & cleaned only & charged 355/-,. worst service by honda-lost the trust

I gave my vehicle Activa 3G TN 05 BJ 8074 on Feb 06th with SVM Honda service centre after replacing the engine oil the service guy did not closed the oil vent. Total oil from vehicle came out and my engine got seized while I m driving to office got struck in high way .I spent RS 350 for towing to service centre. When I asked them the reply was it was a small mistake and since my vehicle was under warranty the changed the bore in my vehicle....

the staff threatened to hit me

I went there i paid the bill and some of there staff started talking so rudely and then he started using bad words, i said him be in your limits then he pushed me and said i come out of the showroom i ll show you my limits and i would be going out he would started...

complain about the service centre (moham service center, pondicherry)

My bike was sent for service at 20th march 2018 at 9.10 am, still my bike is not serviced and no information about the service status from the moham honda service, pondicherry. They informed to me after i enquired several time in the service center that cgi coil is not working and the spare of it is not available and it will more than 10 days. If they informed about this at earlier stage i might cancel the service or i can do some other arrangement...

didn't deliver toolkit and first add kit with vehicle

I have bought a dio 7 months back. And it is still under free service scheme. For the last few months i'm facing a starting complaint with the vehicle. I have informed the service center when it's taken for service. They completely ignored the problem and i think just gave only a water service and return the 2 wheeler. wrong commitment towards warranty
