Sir i am kapil gupta owner of my vehicle no dl-4s-dh-8967 make honda activa. I was gone on your honda authorise service centre in udyog nagar peeragarhi new delhi-110041. But service centre say me. We will not exchange part for warranty. I have already 5 years warranty. Kindly approve my parts as a warranty. If you will not resolve my complaint then i will go to law authority. Kindly check and revert. I will wait your response. My contact no is [protected].

I have no vehicle now.

    Hello, i am getting frustrated for the after saleservice provided by honda 2 wheelers, it's like honda 2 wheelers only
    Focus to cheat customers by showing false statement of having good service till customer purchased a motor vechicle, but
    The fact is like after sales honda directly denied to give the service even not supplying genuine spares and makes
    Customer wait for a month without spares, is't it ridiculous...

      I am a customer of your "shanti honda", viman nagar branch.
      I have done the servicing of my activa 3g on 25th feb, 2018, from that day my bike was not properly working. And for that reason i came to your "shanti scooters pvt ltd, s no 161 plot no 132 airport vishrantwadi road tingre nagar vishrantwadi" service centre.
      Before servicing there was no problem blamed but now here guys blaming that bike has some"#" issue. I want to know if my bike had any issue then why it is not conveyed to me earlier?
      For servicing on 25th feb 2018 they have charged me rs.286.66 and now they are saying estimate charges to resolve the issue will be rs.280
      Why should i pay again if i have already spend some money to get by bike service.

        I had honda hornet purchases from patti city, tarn taran 1year ago i had an accident so bike get wrecked and i submit bike to honda agency 20 days ago. They told me that we will bill it up and repaire it. It was now over month now they are telling me that we dont have new bike parts to repair. And when we will be free we will send somebody to amritsar to bought new parts. Damn why they reuning honda name??? I em still waiting when they will send somebody to purchases his part. Wow they are still living in 1990's.

          Bhavna honda, nerul navi mumbai is not provided proper service in replacing fualty battery which was given at the the of purchase. Already 4months over still they were unable to provide proper battery. Mukesh - service manager behavior is very very bad. No seriousness in work. Does honda take 4months to replace a battery. Totally fed up with bhavna honda service.

          First - bhavna honda gave me more than 1year old ideal battery at the time of purchase

          Second - after informing the issue bhavna honda took 4months to replace. But again they gave me fualty battery

          Does they have any customer concern?

          Totally not happy with honda brand & especially with bhavna honda

            Worst servicing experience.
            Company offers us free servicing & what dealers do in this servicing?? Just change oil in my Activa 4g and hand over me key and says Done. ??? WHAT???done? They did nothing but change the oil and hand over me receipt.
            No engine parts were open. NO VEHICLE WASHING. NO TYRE PRESSURE CHECK UP NOTHING. JUST CHANGE OIL AND ASK FOR MONEY. LOOT SERVICING.

            Thanks for this experienceThis is my last honda vehicle.
            I will never buy a honda vehicle again.

            Hello...I m servicing my bike in Honda showroom for last 3 years...They provide me half servicing and charges very high as compared with outside service centers...When i service outside bike working very smooth n feeling like new bike drive...When i serviced in Honda service center felt like not bike serviced...

              I have done servicing of my activa on 21/3/18. After my last service, vehicle average is very low that is 30. Also at the time of delivery i have paid 300 rs. For body coating as per advisor and there was big scratch but that was not removed. Before servicing average of vehicle was 55. Should we do servicing at service center??? Is this the result we are getting??? Vehicle stand was very loose that also advisor couldn't examine... There was such a big noise in stand.

                My activa 4g for repairing maintenance under insurance claim i have paid full amount in cash 5 feb 2018 but the agency not submit the bill till now so my claim amount is not pass by the insurance company they told without bill we can't do anything
                Myself personally visit 4 times they told we have submitt the bill in few days but they don't submit after passing two months

                    I left my bike honda shine bike for paid service at pooja honda mettupalayam. Since last two service they didnt ratify my complaint engine heat and more over they not changed oil, but they billed for oil and repair work. I am working in competitor showroom, i asked my showroom technicians to check my bike they showed me the oil level is very low. I not seen such worst service in my life. They are cheating customer. I never suggest pooja honda showroom any preference.

                      Celebrate honda of east delhi having agency of honda two whellers charges extra money on the name of honda for accessories.
                      They are saying side stand and footrest on activa 5g are provided by honda itself and they are charging rs 1000 for that and the fact is they are putting it themselves and taking money in their pocket. So kindly address this issue.

                        What is about my bike having complain no.1-[protected]? Is their any action taken or not? If not then take the action immediately! On march 6 and 22 and then on 28 we went to service center every time the head mechanic of shree automobiles, rewari misguide us. Every time they discuss about new problem in my bike but i is not like that, my bike has a single problem. Now you have to look into this matter!

                          I had done 2 servicing of my honda activate 4g in v. J. Honda ullashanagar branch. Every time i visited twice their for same issue. Why they don't rectify the issue at the time of servicing???
                          And the free services provided by honda company they are consuming mony for that also.
                          It is totally dissatifactory experience i got from their.

                            After all the reserches and youtub digging i found honda has the most refined scooter (Which is the most important thing for me). So i bought the new honda grazia... Till the first service.. The engine was so smooth and refined... After the first service the engine started to make vibration (At any speed) i took the vehicle to the service center and they said it is due to the cluch and it happens with all new honda scooters! Why? So they cleaned the cluch.. But the vibration still there... I took the vehicle again to the service center. But nothing changed.. They are not willing to find the exact problem... Now i am exhausted... Lot of tension... I decided to get rid of honda.. And wait for the suzuki burgman street 125... Honda no more making. Quality engine or cvt... I trusted them and the result were horrible

                              I own a shine bs iv model, runs around 12000 kms. I already changed my chain sprocket and front fork oil seal and electrical switch controls at am honda in arumbakkam.

                              They are charging rs 250 for chain cleaning and greasing.
                              Rs 400 for oil seal changing.
                              My bill for service is rs 1714 without changing oil.
                              Overall quality of shine has been very poor.

                                Being a lady am here in the service center for 4 hours. Am a sugar patient an just had a cup of coffee at home while coming here at 8.30 am. It's 12.47 pm an am sitting here leaving my 3 years child at home with maid. An this is not the first time everytime i come here i face the same problem. My scooty is not washed for last 2 service an again this time the same problem that motor not working. Is this the way to deal with the clients an more over no hospitality nothing an the way of talking is disgusting.
                                Mine is paid service an am waiting for this hour. Why should i come here, why should i not go the private service center.

                                  I ankit nayyar purchase a new honda grazia on 11th march, 2018 (From: pioneer one honda, h-164, sector-63, noida-201301).
                                  And the registration process is also done by there good self but when i received the registration certificate of the same, i come to know the manufacturing year of the same shown in the rc is 11/2017 (November 2017).
                                  So, kindly clarify as i have purchase the 2018 model vehicle but the registration certificate of the same is shown 2017 or else i have no option left to claim the same is higher authorities of honda and as well as in the civil court of india as i feel cheated by your end, to sell the down model to me.

                                      Hello, am adv. Murchana dutta, my uncle purchased an activa 4g from authorised dealer bimal honda, adabari, infact i have recommended him to buy from there as i heard a lot about it. But later on i realised i have done a great mistake by chosing that disgusting dealer. I have no issue regarding staff service or behaviour, they are good. I have issue against the main system. After my uncle came i look over the bill i didn't understood why they are charging handling charge amount of rs.1280/-??? Why please make me understand. And also we should get a perfect original bill invoice from honda co. Bt the bill seems to be from any local software... Why so??? Do you all think customers are fools??? Moreover no ac in showroom, pollution bathroom is not hygenic. I guess the owner of bimal honda also using the same toilet or he is not taking advantage of air condition in his cabin??? Is he??? My uncle is an aged person, he can't run for all this so on behalf of him i enquired everything and writing this complaint. An owner of any company doesn't mean only to have profit but also have to look over those who are giving him profit. And also want to know who the hell area incharge and zonal officer is? What kind of job they are doing? A dealer is openly fooling customers by charging extra charges and what kind of incharge he is? Please look after the matter of such handling charges. Otherwise people will stop trusting honda. Hope for positive action against the complaint.

                                        I purchased a new Honda Shine CB during last week. Registration number is TN 38 CM 3173.

                                        Fuel level meter is not working.
                                        Fuel knob which is used to change from main to reserve is not working. Engine raises even when acceleration is not given.

                                        It has covered just 208 kms. Service center people asking me to leave bike for check up.

                                        Then what is the use of buying a new bike.

                                        What is the meaning of quality check.

                                        My bike petrol dried due to the above problem and I walked to get it.

                                        Is this the service offered by a new bike.

                                        I have taken loan to get this bike.

                                        I hope authorities will take this as a serious one and answer me.
