जब से गाड़ी लिया है बहुत गर्म होती है जल्दी गर्म हो जाती है।
गैर बार बार अटक जाता है ।
हैड लाईट बहुत कमज़ोर है।
बैटरी जल्दी खत्म हो जाती है।
न्यू गाड़ी में इतनी सारी प्रोब्लम🤔
कैसे इतना सारा पैसा लगा के होन्डा पे भरोसा करेगा।
सर्विस करवाने जाओ तो कोई सुनने वाला कोई नही। वाश करने वाला बराबर नही। अन्दर जाने की परमिशन नही। हम क्या जाने उन्होंने ऑइल को भी चेन्ज किया कि नही। जब गाड़ी चली ही नही फिर भी इतनी प्रॉब्लम।
जब हम सर्विस सेन्टर के बहार खड़े है तो उनको कैसे मालूम गाड़ी में क्या प्रॉब्लम है।
लेकिन वही दूसरी तरफ आप की सर्विस का हाल ये है एक तो सुबह से लाइन लगाओ। और जब सर्विस कर के गाड़ी बहार निकालते है।
तो सिर्फ निरासा ही हाथ लगती है
जिस आस से हम सर्विस के लिए पूरा दिन खराब करते है उस से तो अच्छी सर्विस बहार हो जाएगी।टाइम और पैसा दोनों की बचत।
फिर होन्डा बाइक ही क्यू🤷🏻‍♂ मार्किट में एक से बढ़कर एक बहुत बाइक है।
क्या मुजे मेरी पसन्द बदलनी चाहिए।
दूसरी तरफ हीरो बाइक की सर्विस बहुत अच्छी है।आप जो भी प्रोब्लम हो।उनके बाजू में खड़े रहो।जैसा आप कहेंगे वैसा करके आप को दिया जाएगा।

अब आप ही सोचो कि सिर्फ फ़ोन करने से कस्टमर खुश हो जायेगा। की सर्विस कैसी रही।ये मज़ाक नही तो क्या ।सिर्फ फॉर्मलटी पूरी करने काम नही चलेगा।सहाब कस्टमर को अच्छा काम चाहिये नही तो आप की जो अच्छी इमेझ मार्किट को पकड़ के रखी है वो हाथ से फिसल जाएगी।🙏🏻

    Hi i am sandeep kumar and today lodge my honda actva scooter for servicing at peoples honda agra. Initally in the morning service staff assured me for washing after servicing but at last after servicing they ignore for washing.
    When imake complaint to customer relation officer sandhya singh but she talking me very rudely.
    I have get my vehical t hird time
    I amnot unhappy with the service i am unhappy with the behavior of crm sandhya singh

      नमस्ते होंडा परिवार आप से मैं बहुत खुश हैं कि आप की वजह से ही आज हम सुखद यात्रा कर पा रहे है. लेकिन आप के सर्विस सेंटर पर हमे सुविधा जनक लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है हमारी गाड़ियों की सर्विसींग के वक्त हमे बहोत दिक्कत हो रही है और यहा हमे यह‍ लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है इसीलिए मैं आपसे विनती पूर्वक अर्ज करता हू की आप हमारी मदद करके हमारा सहयोग करे धन्यवाद..

      सर यहा होंडा T.T.R परतवाड़ा मे असुविधा हो रही है में आप से विनांती करता हू की आप हमे सहयोग करे यहा गाड़ियों को कोटिंग के बदले ऑइल लगाया जाता है और वह हमारी प्रॉब्लम को हल भी नहीं करते मै आप से विनांती करता हू की आप हमारी मदद करे. मुझे लगता है कि आप हमे अपने ग्राहक समझ कर मदद करेंगे.. धन्यवाद

        Since the purchase of vehicle battery in not in working condition.
        Dealers have sent the same for replacement, but not received till date, the main issue is that vehicle does not start neither by self or kick. Vehicle is lying at service station from last 6 days. Very rude response from dealer. We have spent 65000.00 for what will you please clarify. Your response will lead us to approach consumer court to solve my mental and financial harrashment

            Radheshyam honda kurmannapalem visakhapatnam is not doing proper service to its coustmers as the service is not going well as the coustmers are not being satisfied with services as the cost of service is being charged high and complaints are not being resolved as they are not providing invoice to the coustmer and saying that the computer is not working and we will send the invoice to yuor mail and they have not sending the invoice.

            Very bad behaviour of showroom manager, like use language "bhai ja yaha se nahi to pitunga".

            I going for my second service and they behavior is like that.

              I have ordered for the aviator fibre body parts on 19th march 2018 and today it is 27th april and still there is no update for that order, i have paid rs 2000 in advance and at that time they told me that body parts will be coming in just 3 days, now look it is more than 38 days and still there is no update. Whenever i went there, they do not give confirmed answers and try to blame each other, who will make them understand that it is not one person, it is the brand to whom i have paid the money and i want the full refund with compensation of that advance paymenta. Location of honda servuce centre is kolkata chaulpatti road, shaw motor co.

                In service center the mechanic and the manager were very rude and they did not repair my bike properly and when i asked them there very rude with the customers no proper answers... They dont even care to solve the issues of the bike when ever we asked no proper very very rude with customers dont even to listen to the issue also. I complained to the manager also he didnt even try to solve the problem

                  Dear honda team,
                  I’m devesh and i have an active 3g which was last serviced at 24th march 2018. Within 2 days of service i stated experiencing mileage issue and within week my scooter started making noise when i went to service centre of 21 honda ie in sakinaka, mumbai. That time they told its just a issue of clutch we will fix it. Next day i get a call saying so and so parts are damaged and the funny part is that before going to service centre i just showed my vehicle to local mechanic he said everything is fine with parts it’s just your clutch has a problem as same was told by our honda service centre executive. Now when i went to give my scooter for last service ie at 24th march. They had already made a billing of 3000 for replacing parts and now when i went again they are again saying same parts are broken. Same kind of issue we have encountered before. Please take a strict step.

                    Today while servicing my two wheeler bike honda hornet (Up80 ej 8996) at ratan honda agra up, i onspot made an inspection of my vehicle while the servicing guy was changing the oil & found that he was changing the oil with used oil & i collected the bottle from him. On checking the bottle, i found out that the oil he was using was already used earlier. I am attaching the picture taken of the oil being used by the service centre & the oil taken out from a new pack. Can u please write a complaint against them.

                      I purchase one activa-5g today from dealer m/s doshi automobiles, plot no.88, scheme no.114, part-ii, branch-39/1, nanda nagar, indore. I drive the vehicle only 15 kms. For go to temple only, but vehicle have several times off during running and not start after the self, there is smell of burn & noise.
                      At last its not start and we came to home by walking with our wife about 2kms at night 10:15 p. M. And neighbour also strange that we come walking with new vehicle

                      That is position of new vehicle of honda. I am very upset to purchase honda product.
                      I purchase this vehicle today 25/04/2018 at 07:45 p. M.

                        Sir, the said vehicle was purchased during feb 2017. From rahaboth honda tirunelvei. After 4th free. Servicing the vehicle engine got ceased during jan 2018. I did write a complaint regarding this, they took nearly one month to rectify the fault. The problem is of recurring nature. Kindly intervene and do the needful if please arrange to replace the engine to have a better satisfaction. An early action is highly appreciated and anticipated please. I relay on this bike for my daily office going. Alternate transport is not financially offordable by me.

                        I give a service at MA HONDA at trichy. I am not satisfied their service. I have use honda hornet say two complaints one is sheet shacking and hardness while gear changing. Both complaints cannot rectified. No air checking. No chain adjustment. Very very bad service. I have meet service manager he is also give not satisfied solution for that.

                        Iam purchase the whehical Grazia in 23 Dec 2017. Bangalore saphire honda showroom. From the 1st day iam facing the abnormal sound so many times iam infirmed but still it's not clear now he is telling nonsense.                           I have purchase a Honda unicorn bike from Paras Honda showroom (Raniganj, W.B.) on 12th Feb-2018. Bike performance is very poor, engine overheating within 2-3 minute. bike pickup very less in Highway. Sir/Mam this bike not fulfill my expectation, so want to replace by bike .

                            Last year i booked activa 125 on 2-may-2017, with 2 weeks promise failed delivered on 5- june 2017 without service manual book and 5yrs warranty card.

                            Recently i encountered some engine noise and visited the nearest honda two wheeler service center, as they are familiar with the dealer, after knowing that i was not given service manual book during delivery suggested me to collect the manual book...

                            Today i visit to honda sarvic center for my hornet 3rd sarvic..
                            At there what meachnic do
                            - filter clean
                            -chain setting
                            (1week ago i chang engine oil so that was not applicable)
                            At the sarvic center he did not check the bettery, break shoo,. Nothing he check... Jut put bike on clean air filter set the chain and go to the wash.. That's it...
                            And the funniest thing... Sarvic center has no tyre pressure gauge.. Wow men. Jakh mara ne khola he centar..
                            Sarvic maneger stick on phone.
                            Teachnisian on phone... Sarvic doing automatically wow...

                              I have purchased honda x blade from your dealer muthoot honda at there branch elamkunnapuzha, vypin. The first servicing of the bike has done yesterday 23/04/2018 but the bike service was not done in properly at the same time i had told the manager of the dealer of the branch there was no response from them. So please make arrangements to be done the service of the bike properly in future.

                                नमस्ते सर मेरा नाम रामेश्वर चौधरी है। मैं आपके अलंकार हौंडा में scooty लेने गया था। वहाँ मुझसे आपकी कंपनी की sale man मिस बन्दना ने मुझको सर्विस थी पर सर मुझे दोपहर 2 बजे से वहाँ रोके हुए है अभी सर रात के 8 बजे तक हमको मेरा स्कूटी नही मिला सर।मैंने पैसा 3 बजे जमा कर दिया था लेकिन मिस बन्दना ने पैसा ले कर जमा किया उसके बाद वह अपने काम ने शोरूम से निकल गयी और हम इंतजार करते रहे गए । सर बहुत देर बाद दूसरे saleman से मेरी बात हुए तो पता चला कि वह चली गयी है अपने काम से। अगर ये आपकी सर्विस है तो आज के बाद हम किसी को भी हौंडा की बाइक या स्कूटी लेने की सलाह नही देगे।।
                                सर आपके शोरूम अलंकार हौंडा जो बाईपास रोड सरिस्ताबाद पटना में वह पूरे दिन में एक स्कूटी नही दे पाई ओर ये आपके कंपनी की sale man मिस बन्दना के कारण
                                सर प्लीज इस पर कुछ एक्शन लिया आज।आज हम परेसान हुए कल कोई और सर ये आपके गुडविल को खराब कर रहे है ।

                                अंत मे सर दूसरे sale man को मैंने repuest की वह मेरे स्कूटी का पेपर वर्क पूरा कर दे और अंत मे 8 बजे उसने मेरे पेपर का वर्क पूरा करने ले गयी।
                                Today 15/4/2018 i bought a honda activa 5g from jugal kishore honda nisha5ganj lucknow.
                                First time i went for honda company and was treated very badly. The manager of the showroom was very ill mannered. Scooty balancing was not right and the manager was not talking to us in a good way..please see

                                  The service center at branch address d2, noida sector 8 is making wrong statement since 19 days. My bike with registration no 7753 is not attended by them.

                                  I talked with insurance agent about this to confirm about the grant of money for the same, they said that they approved all the required.

                                  Now i need a good answer from honda side, how much more i have to wait.

                                    honda cb shine engine complaint

                                    I have purchased cb shine 125cc in the year 01/12/2014, it has run 53000 kms, am doing my regular service in the workshop (Vd honda, raja puri) for that vehicle. Now vehicle has complaint in the engine, it cost about 6000 to 7000rs to get repair. Within this 3 and 1/2years it gives so much expenses to maintain, it was not good think. I feel upset that why i purchased in this honda company....

                                    Greetings of the day sir..

                                    I am vishnu prasad maneendra purchased unicorn150 on 16.8.2017 through amigos showroom hindupur (515201).

                                    I have given my bike (Ap02bs2796) for 3rd servicing on 14.4.18 at same service centre. From that day i am facing one problem that lock has been rotating tightly, i ignored as i thought it was a small problem. After 3 days the lock was stuck up and was not rotating anymore. As it was night i have gone to local mechanic he applied some lubricant, hit with small tool & it was started working.

                                    Again yesterday it was stuck and i am not even able to insert key in slot. It seems the lock has to be changed to new one. I am suspecting that while water servicing they might have not removed the key & water which has gone inside would be the reason but not sure.

                                    I called servicing supervisor "lock is not under warranty you have to pay whole bill is the reply".

                                    As being branded parts how the parts are not functioning even for one year? For the parts which are under rough use i agree you cannot do anything. But key is under very less use. Totally disappointed with your inferior parts & services. How can we choose honda for further procurements. I am even thinking to go with other than hoda locks for better service. Expecting a quick reply as i am not able to use my bike at present.

                                    Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    In the October month I took a sp shine bike battery was constantly down from the day it was taken I give a change of battery to Honda shoroom at Barshi.However requesting that my complaint be resolved early.
