Dear sir,
After discussion and seeing the model and availability with surya honda, kattupakkam branch, chennai-600056, i've booked honda cb shine disk brake (Geny grey metallic) model on 18th april 2018 on behalf of my son with full amount.
On 24th april, suddenly they called me and informed that my preferred colour is not available and it will take time to deliver, in the meantime they can give blue metallic model within one day. I was surprised and ask the reason. They told some delivery problem or some lot issue (I don’t know correctly). For only colour concerned i agree with manager mr. Mahalingam to issue blue metallic model.
On 27th april they called me to take delivery. At the time of delivery i noticed that, the vehicle was old model (Chassis no. Me4jc658ajt040401) manufacturing date is[protected] and was not matched with recent model.
Now my concern is, how they can issue 3 months old vehicle while current model is available. Certainly i’ve denied to take the vehicle and it is laying at showroom itself.
Still i’m not believing that one world reputed company can do this type of things. Hence i can’t believe this showroom, i need your help to cancel my order and refund money with interest as soon as possible.

Updated by Nabin-Chennai Still date, I've not received any response from anyone. I was booked Honda CB Shine from Surya Honda Chennai on 18th April. Still I've not received my vehicle.
