My activa is under maintenance since 2014.
Happy with your dealer punjab honda in ahmadabad.
But from last 3 years shifted to indore and problem starts.
Your dealer shyam honda don't have proper staff. They don't address problem in customer vehicle and keep changing spear parts unnecessarily.
My activa vehicle serviced by shyam honda with primary complain of starting trouble and low average along with break problem.
Shyam honda serviced vehicle and charged rs 4200/.
Without my concern changed ignition lock and put sound indicator.
After primary service i had complaint that you have not what i requested and they ask me to bring vehicle. Even after whole day work the result was zero.
Today again my vehicle is at shyam honda with the request to give by 5 pm so that personal work will not suffer but they don't now the courtesy and replied on my phone call that it will take time and vehicle will be delivered by 6pm only.
I had to honda scooter both serviced by shyam honda but not happy with your services at all.
I had made complaint in past but honda executive had soft corner to shyam honda staff.
As such this is the last time that i had choose to get vehicle service by honda authorised dealer.
Even planing to purchase new vehicle for my daughter but not honda this time.

I brought Honda Unicorn in 18 Feb 2018 and i am getting problem in Disk airlock. When i went to customer care, they did that. but after using some time it shows the same problem., honda service is not providing better service to customer. Igave my first to honda show room, they did unsatisfied service with my vehicle.
Tubeless tyre quality are very poor 3 months after purchasing tyre was punctured and all air remove like normal tyre, what is the benifit of tube less tyre.

    Dated was-10/04/2018, i nishikanta ghosh, i have scooty activa 3g, registration no-wb34aq8799, submitted in rk honda repairing shop for my scooty servicing purpose but still now my scooty not repair.
    After that i have logged a call with rk honda time on-12:14 pm, dated-6/05/2018, but nobody responding for the same.
    It has been observed more then 25 days above my scooty is not repaire still now.
    So please look into the matter.

    Subject - accident with loto van (Damage-back light and left side metal body)
    Incident date-08/04/2018.
    After that i have submitted the scooty to rk honda service center.

      Dear sir,

      This is with reference to my honda activa scooty number... Mh-03 cu-5541

      I had serviced this scooty at your 21 auto india pvt ltd. Chandivali service centre on 16.03.2018 because it was suddenly stopping while driving. At that time your people said that due to air conjunction in petrol it might have stopped and i was charged for the same without proper service. After that also in every week my scooty stops 4 times suddenly while driving.

      I was also charged for battery coating and for other services which should have been covered in warranty. Then what kind of free servicing you are giving. Every time you charge for all your services.

      Please give me solution what to do now so that my vehicle works smoothly and service should be covered under warranty.

        I am submitted my dream yoga in 29th april in pgl honda service center for starting problem. Address: nh5, opp baramunda fire station square, bhubaneswar, odisha 751003. My bike is under 5 year warranty. Till now i am not getting my bike. I am complain in tool free no and complain no 1-[protected], but no result.

          Dear sir,
          Two days before i took honda activa 5g, and now i am thinking its my worst decision in my life to take it.. From you people, in last two days its automatically locked, no one able to unlock it by its own keys, what i feel this happens with my father 5 times from last two days, right now my father is standing alone on a road there and i am at out of stations, 100 of people came try to unlock it but no one get success... What the hell is it... Are you really customer oriented people or just selling the vehicle for your pockets is your only motto or target.

            We are a honda family and all the service of our bike had done by showrooms. But today (06/05/18-sunday) (Anekal honda showroom service) the service which they are give is unacceptable. The cost of service is 422 and the labor charge was 696. How can this possible labor cost is higher than service cost. Felt so bad about the service and company. Never expected this from the company. Past 10 years we are honda family and done many a times service as well. But a incident like this first in my life. So please try to understand the situation and do needful for the take up a solution for this

              I submitted my scooty for service. I dont know what they did during their time. When i went there to receive, nothing was done, i checked myself they didnt replace bulb. And i hv fear that what was written in job card nothing was done like engine oil replacement and adding some additive oil.
              Plz look into matter.
              If i ll not get reply from your side means, all job were fake and you also.

                I purchased honda active 5g at sri devi honda show room kakinada on 3may2018. The dealers said amount is rs - 66450 on road price and then i paid but i got a bill for only rs-55217. Then i asked the dealer about this bill 11233+1000 thousand rupees for dealers margin amount without any bill. Its like a illegal payment. I want take legal action for this illegal payment. I hope that you have understand our problem. Because of this kind of dealers your image will be damaged. And you are giving dealer margin for dealers but why they taking additional amount without pay any tax to gorvenment. This is problem to your company if customer complaint to sales tax officer. So be aware of it. If you neglect customers then you will be loss your good image.

                  I have purchased an activa 4g which having a problem since we bought it. Every time i give scooty for servicing with the vibration complaint they make excuses in j. B honda that it is not having any problem but after a sort of agruement they keep on change on some parts which they charge as my scooty is under warranty still i pay but the problem never goes. They say that the chimta of the scooty is weak as if it goes under a hole on the road it will bend and make vibrating sound again and again. If the parts are so weak then why you launch a two wheeler like this which always creates problem for a customer?. Now they are saying it will be charged with rupees 1800 but my scooty is under warranty. If you people will charge in warranty then what is the use of warranty. I have taken extended warranty + amc for my scooty. People working with j. B. Honda also dont have any manners to talk to thier customer. They continuous shows atitude to the customer and dont have any talking manners. They keep on say that this part is faulty every next time they keep on change something and the other.

                    Sir good morning, i purchased honda cb shine yesterday from somra motor jhunjhunu through csd. He charged me 5390 for vehicle registration and refused for bill and receipt. Sir my bill amount of csd 49133 rs and ex show room price 56484 rs sir i want to know description of 5390 rs for rto... Clerk mr manoj told me that dalali lagti h rto m...1000 rs extra charged for name of rto... And rude behaviour of mr manoj... That time i am clear of that amount... I also file rti for charge of two wheeler registration. Dto jhunjhunu... Will reply... Pls look in to my matter and help me... Thanks

                      Hello sir,

                      I am owing honda cb trigger bike since novemeber 2013, the bike is good but the average of bike is decreasing day by day. I always get my bike servise through honda authorized servise center, but they always keep charging me with more money and does not give me a proper resolution and i have to go there again and again for the same problem. They always try to sell me there whole year servise contract and i had purchased it as well but the servise is so poor. If my problem of bike is not resolved then i will be taking this matter to the higher level managers or operations department, please help me to get it resolved as soon as possible

                            I bought a honda activa 125, chassis number-me4jf491me8095060, engine number-jf49e80104347 from a local dealer/agent on january 2015 and within 3 years after running 7200 kilometers the speedometer and digital fuel indicator stopped functioning. I had taken the vehicle to the local dealer and they told me that whole speedometer & indicator to be replaced and it will cost rs.2000/- and i agreed, but later on they told me the part is not available and i have to wait till part arrive. So i have to keep my vehicle idle till the part arrival.
                            And i have to use some alternative mode for my daily journeys.
                            Please help.

                              Dear sir,

                              After discussion and seeing the model and availability with surya honda, kattupakkam branch, chennai-600056, i've booked honda cb shine disk brake (Geny grey metallic) model on 18th april 2018 on behalf of my son with full amount.

                              On 24th april, suddenly they called me and informed that my preferred colour is not available and it will take time to deliver, in the meantime they can give blue metallic model within one day. I was surprised and ask the reason. They told some delivery problem or some lot issue (I don’t know correctly). For only colour concerned i agree with manager mr. Mahalingam to issue blue metallic model.

                              On 27th april they called me to take delivery. At the time of delivery i noticed that, the vehicle was old model (Chassis no. Me4jc658ajt040401) manufacturing date is[protected] and was not matched with recent model.
                              Now my concern is, how they can issue 3 months old vehicle while current model is available. Certainly i’ve denied to take the vehicle and it is laying at showroom itself.

                              Still i’m not believing that one world reputed company can do this type of things. Hence i can’t believe this showroom, i need your help to cancel my order and refund money with interest as soon as possible.

                                I would like to kind attention for Dimond honda - Jammu In this authorised agency activa servicing is not up to mark. No any proper system for activa serbicing. Its takes lot of time for single servicing & staffs are not taking responsibility for taking customer satisfaction. Serviced activa delivered without cleaning n reason marked that generetor is under breakdown. Look in to matter do the needfull.

Some technical problem occurred in wiring, the same problem faced earlier and repaired by ur service center.                                     I have gave my cb unicorn 150 for service in chennai medavakkam - maansarovar honda show room and they didn’t check any of the complaints i told. They just washed my vehicle and gave to me. After 14 days i again went with lot of complaints and then they checked and changed so many parts and costed 10000 rs from me. Because of this i paid two time from my pocket and the service is also not up to the mark. I am a long time customer of honda and i have a honda cr-v as well. Because of the poor services i am receiving, i am
                                    Planning to change from honda as you guys are are always doing a worst service for my vehicles. Please let me know whether the company/service provider will pay me the money which i paid unwantedly, due to their lack of knowledge.

                                      Hi,

                                      This is my second honda vehicle i have purchased after cb shine in feb'18. The issue is not with the vehicle it is with the dealer. I had purchased the vehicle from planet honda rajajinagar, bangalore branch. After purchase when given for 1st service which was done on last sunday (29.04.2018) as per them service was done. And they collected some nominal amount.

                                      When i saw the vehicle the vehicle was not washed they just rubbed with cloth and when i ask why you have not washed the vehicle, their answer is come tomorrow we will wash it. If i have the time on week days i would have been gone for service in week day only. Since i could not go in week days i went on weekends. This is so embarrassing movement when i heard that reply from them. More over my vehicle is the first vehicle i had given in morning 8am and they returned @12.45 pm. Instead of doing honda vehicle they will do other company vehicle service also.

                                      Secondly they will not give computerized invoice for whatever they charge. They will write in blank paper and in that they will put the seal and signature, the same when i ask they replied computer is not working come tomorrow we will issue the computerized bill.

                                      This will lead unfaith in customer of honda that they should not purchase any vehicle in future not suggesting other to purchase honda vehicle.

                                      As per me you may treat this issue cleared.

                                        Third class service & poor quality product
                                        I had given my activa for service at punjab honda on 28th april 2018 & this was second free services.
                                        My active is sparingly used and only run 1300 km used till now.
                                        I had given few things to be corrected.
                                        1. There was sound from front suspension.
                                        2. Left rear view mirror was moving.
                                        3. Hollow sound from engine.

                                        Post-delivery none means none of the issue was resolved and same i had raised during first service.
                                        Free service as per you is washing the vehicle and even no polishing as per the service manager it has been instructed by honda company to polish vehicle during service.
                                        And i got a surprise post the service was a dent in front mudguard.
                                        Initially they said it was there before giving to service and later agreed that it will repaired.
                                        Now i want all this things to be fixed on immediate bases.
                                        Feedback about your service station – capacity is of 200 and sales storage and service is done for 500..??? They drive like on express way … hope you are aware and seen this …?? Your staff don’t know how to talk with consumer every alternate consumer was complaining about poor quality of service and product.
                                        Kindly let me know how you are going to resolve these concerns.

                                        Really poor service from Honda India. while only painting was done against the dent which was there rest of the things remain same.
                                        Yesterday suddenly the stopped and its not starting. As per the service center team i will have to pay break down charges. Just 3 months of last partial and poor service and not its not starting and i am sure this time also it will be same.
                                        Pl get get this resolved by today 31st july 18 it too tiring and waste of time.

                                        5 months back i have purchase the Honda activa4g vehicle at Jupiter Honda in visakhapatnam.the complaint was starting problem two days back i have submit my vehicle at servicing center he will solve and give the vehicle but next day again same complaint.so please be solve my problem.

                                        Dear Team, I submitted my vehicle dated on 21 April 2018 your authorized Dealer Dream Automobile Pvt Ltd (Dealer code- HR02BB07). They didn't deliver my vehicle on given commitment time. They theft my petrol also. When i ask for new battery replacement bill they refuse me. Bad response from dealer side.
                                        I've booked Honda Hornet on April 2nd. During booking they told me that the bike will be delivered in 6 days, but still I've not received my bike. Whenever contacted am getting only false statements. This is the worst experience I've faced in a customer oriented field.
                                        At 4th april 2018, I have been placed my dream yuga bike in installation of new parts in order to icici insuarance. But its 20th day of submitting my bike and they are always saying that spare partsparts not awailable, spare parts not reached at service center.. we have been palced order but we didnt get it.
                                        I purchasing honda grazia my city dealer told extra fitting items compulsory with bill so i not more bying there rule please i want refend the extra fiting amount thank you
