I have purchased a honda activa 4g on dated 10/06/2017. My scooter details are as follows:

Registration no:gj 16 ce 2532

Today on dated 3/3/2017, i had handed over my said vehicle for 3rd free service to navsarjan motors, opposite bank of baroda, station road, bharuch, gujarat-392001.

When i went to receive my above said vehicle, i found it highly damaged when i tried to say to the workshop manager as well as their service team, they denied and told that vehicle is already damaged and they threatened to go away/ leave workshop immediately. Looking to their way of talking and aggressiveness, i found mysel[censored]nsafe to stay there more. They told that our owner has very good political liaison and have kept police department in his pocket. As being a employee of bank of baroda, i found mysel[censored]nsafe.

They denied to make it repaired and told that you can do whatever you like. I think honda company has empowered their dealers to concentrate only on selling and not on service. Perhaps, from the company level they are assured that you may behave like anything with the customer and if any complaint comes, we will protect you.

After today's experience, i found myself that it is a great mistake of mine on purchasing honda product and henceforth i will not suggest anybody to purchase honda product because to get service from this dealer is very difficult at the same time, there is no safety of vehicle too. To deal with such type of workshop staff who are gunda/ tapori and antisocial elements, it is not a capacity of a general civilized and educated public.

I think it is enough what i want to convey you. I am sure your company is not going to take any action. It will save your image if you will do the needful in the matter.

    Re: activa 125 purchase on 19/11/2017 thru aditya honda (Dealer code mh210001)

    On the above said date, i purchased activa 125 from your dealership (Mh03 cw 161 chassis # me4j497jhu005548 engine # jh49eu2020054).

    Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because i experience minimum 10 minutes delay before the engine cranks. I have to give choke and constantly keep cranking the engine through starter button/switch.

    I had shown the problem at m/s pilot honda, bhandup (Mumbai). The mechanic at m/s pilot inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when i collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there.

    What is the consistency of the repair work?
    And why a new product needs such repair?

    I would appreciate it if you could organise to fix this problem permanently. The daily torture for buying a honda product is an extremely painful experience! Please understand.

    As i am sure you can appreciate, i rely on this vehicle for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost (I have kept the receipts as proof).

    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 10 march 2018, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the consumer forum or through the courts.

      I purchased a brand new honda activa from m/s jayna automobiles mumbai on the 5th of feb. 2018.
      The vehicle has 2 issues:
      1. Startup issue : even after riding the vehicle for an hour and if i park it and then try to start it, does not start imediately. Need to use the choke or the kick.
      A brnad new vehicle from honda with state of art technology should not give this problem.
      What the dealer has to say is that this is the standard problem of honda activa 4g.

      2. There is a lot of vibration in the vehicle right from day one.
      Also for this the dealer had to say is that this is the standard problem of honda activa 4g.
      When i went to the service centre after the trial the technician told me that there is more vibration in the vehicle than usual and we need to work on the clutch or something which is chargeable.
      When i told him that if anything needs to be done on the vehicle then why do i need to pay, it is under warranty. They then told me to go to the dealer and get it fixed.

      Issues with the new vehicle like this is not acceptable.
      If the vehicle is faulty need a replacement or else a permanent solution.

        I b. Rajasekhar is a customer of your sundaravalli honda shrowroom at karaikudi (Tamil nadu), i had purchased two honda active from your showroom. And also working in cecri karaikudi (Our staff member are regular customer for honda active), used to give my active for service in your show room for last four year. The service you had provided was very good & satisfactory.
        But today i gave my honda active for servicing at your showroom in 100 feet road. But i found my moving in market area for nearly town hour in front the customer. This is total misuse for my scooter which i gave serving & cheating for customer who give their two wheel vehicles for servicing in your service centre particular at 100 feet road. And i am going to inform about this matter to my staff member working in cecri karaikudi and also going to take this matter to head office.
        Kindly take necessary action against the concern person (Service in charge is felixs).

          Dear sir, i had given my hands 3g (Ap31da1065) for service at vishnu honda, visakhapatnam, india. They kept my bike for five days. They charged rs.9500 totally. Still i am not satisfied with their service because self start not working and speedometer not working. The rear break lever not yet changed, which i reported at the time of giving my bike to service. Please take proper action. Otherwise i will complain at consumer court.

            And facing jamming problem in front wheel during riding at 30 km/hr speed since first day.
            I have told so many times to service centre but they could not attend it.
            I feel that i may got an accident due to this fault.
            The service and response is not up to the mark as committed by cargo.
            Pl do the need full if any thing goes wrong cargo honda will be responsible.

              I have buyed activa in january this year in ishana honda tenkasi. While booking i ask for 2018 model dealer promises me to give 2018 model but they delivered 2017 model. Without my knowledge the dealer registered 2017 model vehicle in my name they won't inform me about this mismatch. I had asked to manager for this problem but the dealer didn't give any responses.

                My self sunil ransing, i have purchased new honda active in 28/01/2015 from gagan honda showroom wagholi pune, i have escalate problem in front side noise on 01/02/2016 in 4th free servicing, at that time problem was not resolved properly & no any serious action taken, i will also tried to explain this noise issue, but now a major issue will occur this major issue is the same clutch ass. Problem & as of know my running km is only 15000/- km. So i will go to showroom for report the issue they will take my vehicle for repair, but i demanded it is a under extended warranty period of (5 years), this issue is cover in warranty period, so that i will request to showroom incharge please resolve my vehicle issue in warranty, but showroom incharge will not support to repair in warranty.

                I hope customer support team will support me to resolve my issue in warranty..

                So please do the needful action immediately...

                Please revert me...

                  I bought a new honda activa from your dabri branch VD scooters and gave my old honda in exchange on a promise that i will be getting 15000rs and they paid only 10000rs to me and i was said that i will be getting remaining 5000 after submitting the NOC but now the showroom guys are refusing to pay the dues. I have talked to the manager and the showroom employee ANISH.
                  Please have a look in tbe matter and revert as soon as possible.
                  I do not want to opt for consumer court unless and untill left with any other option.

                    I purchased honda activa 4g before several months (31st july 2017) from my wings honda sinhagad road, pune. At the time of buying, i was told i will get 2 teflon coatings. But they delivered vehicle with basic factory teflon coating. This was the part of the sales term and conditions, and based on the same vehicle booking was done. They should have given me another coat post sales.
                    I feel cheated and am extremely disappointed and angry with this treatment. This is not expected from honda. Hence i request to resolve my complaint asap by providing me with another teflon coating.

                      I purchased new cb shine from apple honda dist-vadodara gujarat on 23feb18. And that day no mirrer available in showroom. So sales person told me u come on monday after 3 days. And installed mirrer. But when i come after 4days sales person tole me not available mirrer right now. I requsted to maneger and ask him you r put in display bike. So remove there and install my bike. His says no. So ask u honda. What is a importance customer safety. Aur display bike..?.
                      Again i requste maneger and told me my routine road condition. So. He issue only right side mirrer and say me for install left side mirrer after 3-4 days.. And i m stay in villege 35 km from baroda. And now i come there 35 km. After 4 days.. Only one mirrer. And also work in compny so not a time for daily.. So much question to honda company what is customer safety..? What is impotance of side mirror in now days?? What is a customer satifaction during purchase new bike.??

                        There was a problem in self start of my vehicle (Honda dio) with registration number mp36c/3015. I visited the authorized honda service station ie. Arjav vehicle pvt. Ltd. Tikamgarh) to get it repaired on 15/02/2018. They delivered my vehicle by saying that the fault was rectified. I paid rs. 1758/- against the cost of service. The same problem reoccurred on the very next day. I again visited the same service station for the resolution of the problem. Once again they delivered the vehicle saying that now, the problem was completely resolved. But, the problem remained unresolved. So far, i have visited the service station 5 times, but in vein. I request the consumer forum to help me in getting the paid amount refunded and the expenses that was incurred during my repeated visit to the service station (Almost 10 kms) and compensation for the mental harassment that i faced in the course of my frequent visit during my office hours.

                        On last month on 23.01 i was meet an accident & i submit my Honda CB Hormet 160 on the same day from that day Radha Honda Showroom Dongargaon is not repairing of my bike till that day & they are telling that they ordered parts of my bike & company is not sending parts to repair.
                        My visit Surana Honda and 6th time my problem not sall please my Help.

                        I serviced my bike on 31st jan 2018, service center shatakshi honda charges extra 120 rs for chain cleaning, while purchasing bike the sales team says that all services will be free, so why this service is chargeable for me. Please refund my extra paid money. Find attached billing invoice for your reference.

                            Hi my name is sachin i had took a new honda dio on 13/02/2018. Still i didn't get the temporary number of the bike from the showroom which i took at gulbarga state karnataka... They are also not receiving our calls and for two to three times i went to showroom but dey r still not giving me the temporary number of my new honda dio. Worst service and not responding us... Very careless staff members

                              I have recently purchased a honda cb shine 125 sp bike on 19th of january from excel motors, moti nagar, delhi. I was planning to buy it on 1st of january, but, the plan was delayed because of the unavailability of the 2018 model. Therefore i purchased it on 19th january. But, instead of being promised the 2018 model, i was provided with the 2017 model without disclosing that to me. I want my motorcycle to be replaced with the 2018 model as soon as possible on urgent basis, otherwise, i will be bound to take legal actions against the company for fraud. Hope my complaint will be resolved to my satisfaction and within reasonable time.

                                Respected sir / mam,
                                I'm a very upset customer with honda as i have purchased a honda activa 4g scooty on the 13th dec 2017 from prashant honda, muzaffarpur bihar. Since the jan month, i have been noticing and facing this issues that whenever the speed meter is above 20 km/hour, it produces a vabration on the back wheel whish is very annoying and hitting problem in back wheel also, then after few days my back wheel crown colour is change silver to brown. This regarding i alredy asked on jan month and visit your show room and i informed the shoroom service manager. They told me not a big issue this is a normal issue and after that your your service manger told me my activa brake shoe is lost, i just replaced my activa 4g brake shoe on the time by pay money rs 235. But this is not a proper resolution for me. Till date my back wheel hitting, i have been noticing every 5km when running my scooty problem is still not fixed. I informed & visit again feb first week but the shroom executive & service manager told me that this is a normal issue whereas this is actually not. But i have checked many of freind activa but they dont have this problem in their scooties. I am very upset for this. I think my biggest mistake in my life when i purchased activa 4g. I never suggest to any one for purchase this scooty.
                                Therefore, i request the concerned team to kindly contact me and fix my scooties problem before i take any further step. So please do something as soon as possible.

                                  We have brought a new honda activa4g in one of your showroom (Svm motors, chennai tamilnadu). The way they treated is very worst.
                                  The response from the showroom sales executives is very very poor and it will disappoint us.
                                  We feel very bad and why to choose the honda like that.
                                  Customer is not important to you and for your dealers.
                                  And the accessories like extra fitting they have charged high.
                                  Spare parts cost is also high.

                                    I had try to get new honda hornet cbs model from borivali honda showroom. During the booking they said you will get the model of 2018, but as if now they are giving me 2017 model as saying tht the 2018 model is not available through company.
                                    As per their promise i did the boobking and did not tried for the same at anyother showroom or dealer and paid them a token booking amount. When i visited to pay the down payment the dealer said that the model of 2018 is not there so adjust with 2017, which i refused and gave him the time fram till 18th march for the same.
                                    Please update me from which showroom i would get the 2018 model in mumbai.

                                      I am basically a big fan of honda and i have 3 honda vehicles at home and planned to book honda grazia at ananda honda, hossa road, bangalore. I booked active on 21st jan 2018 and changed from active to grazia on 24th jan 2018. They told grazia will be delivered by 10 days (5th of feb 2018). There was no update on 5th i called them regarding delivery, but the response was still i need to wait for another 10 days. I agreed and planned to wait, after 10 days again the same story.

                                      After long conversation they agreed to give vehicle on 21st feb. No one tried to reach me on 21st to give update and when i went there they started to give same story, i spoken to sales manager she asked a day time and promised to deliver he vehicle on 23rd feb.

                                      Today (23rd feb 2018) i received call and said vehicle is not available, i said to cancel the vehicle and give me the money back. I don’t think honda will ask their customers to wait for 30 days to deliver the vehicle.
                                      Is honda manufacturing is very slow or the dealer is irresponsible, same bad scenario has happen to my neighbor too, no i think this might happen to several customers. There is a brand image with honda don’t spoil that by recruiting irresponsible employees.
                                      Now i am planning to buy yamaha / suzuki. I will never encourage any one to buy honda again.

                                        We have new parches honda shine sp. At avadh honda jamnagar gujarat
                                        This bike is allrady manufacturing default
                                        And we go to sarvice station. They say bike ok and all bike is same problem. Then we go online book my complain& mail send of costumercare. But they are not respons and no deliver my bike
