Bad behaviour towards customer and betrayal as they showed me one scooter and delivered another they gave me a chasis number to take insurance on my own and they switched the vehicle and without consulting with me they took their own insurance and the behaviour of the sales consultant is really bad and he’s very arrogant his name is sajeer. They promised to deliver the vehicle on tuesday and they didn’t even have the decency to inform that they won’t be able to deliver that day i found about the delay only after coming to the showroom. They are not taking responsibility about the problem.

    I have taken activa 4g 3months ago and 5 time visit to showroom

    5 time for handle changes and 2 time faraq changes

    After changes the parts also i am facing the same issue looks like the quality of spare parts are very cheap but activa 2012 2013 models are good.

    Handle quality is so slim and worst quality.

    Kindly replace my activa 4g with any of activa which is having good quality of spare parts like faraq, handle etc

      I had purchase honda cb unicorn 150 on date 13.02.2018 and i found default problem of oil leak from engine after 2 day. Then i complaint about this in raghuvanshi honda near grid navsari, gujarat, but maintenance work doesn't properly now, and in 1 hour i found the problem was not rectify. And i am wasting my time due to irresponsible work by maintence/workshop department.

The bill of service with uded parts is different.ine bill is Sai enterprises, Bhivandi thane ₹.565 & other bill is Sai point thane ₹. 965.What is the purpose of giving two separate bill to me. Is Sai enterprises is authorise part supplier of Honda.l think there is some thing an authorised & unleagaly servicing charges by saipoint. Pl see in this matter...Mr.Prakash Tanksale

          I have purchased activa 4g from renukoot sonebhadra on 31 oct 2017.since 4 month had been passed but i still not got my R.C. Mr jaiswal is the honour of showroom.I always used call him and ask about my RC he always done mess with me, do not provide me correct infoformation, its cant be tolerated by me.i have to show in my bank in Audit by 4 of march 2018.please help my out to get my RC

            I purchased one honda deo bike in jupiter honda vizag showroom bike no du7967 before purchasing they said u have four free servicings after purchasing they did only three services and for fourth service they are asking to pay 1200rs for bike parts even though everything is good. I requested them to change atleast engine oil but their staff and service manager srinivas they are very rude and untill unless i pay the money they are not taking the bike for sevice. So this is the customer service they are giving. Im totally dissopointed with honda company. I dont suggest anyone to buy this company bikes.

            I have given my ACTIVA for repair and have claimed INSURANCE..! usually that repiar may take a maximum of 4-5 days.! but due to very very very very poor service by KUSHAIGUDA HONDA he is asking for 15days...! the damage ain't that huge..! so i request tot make the repair as soon as possible ..! i really want you to respong regarding my issue..!

              My honda activa 4g scooter left at 10.30am @ramesh honda bidar for 2nd service, they told me to come by 5pm n collect the vehicle i went to showroom @5.30pm but they didn't do any thing n i met service manager he also not responded positively n lastly i met owner he also talking same thing n lastly he told that take back my unservised vehicle n go. This is very wrest showroom as i saw. Plz look the higher official n insist them to give good service to customers

              I have purchased honda activa 3g on 26.03.2017 two month back i was found issue for starting after checking battery issue found i was ask for replacement of battery to showroom but they have refused to change battery please advice what to do now how can i received new battery.

              Vehicle no. MH04HW3105, after 4month purchasing bike noise coming from engine . We already complaimt for your concern team, but still your side no any reply.
              Just 5 time put in activa showroom of amarwings in anad but still not proper repair. I put in service before no one problem after service in running in between stop activa on the road.

                Evm honda showroom, muvattupuzha dealers have irresponsible and bad treatments to customer. They never inform about date of service, information about the vehicle. Not even informing or telling details about the service and registration. What they think about themself.. Such rude behaviour to customers are not good. They doesnt provided proper services.

                Hi, every time I came to your service centre, I face a different complaint after service completed. For the last three services my problems are not rectified moreover that new problems comes.
                The message what I give at the time of job chart preparing is not well communicated to your mechanics. Every time I spend extra amount for your mistakes.

                  I am e. Kirubaharan, from coimbatore. I have given my activa sccoter\for service to m[s chandra honda, mettupalayam road, coimbatore.
                  Job card no.15918. Receipt no.3160 for rs.4113/- no break up detail available. Only one simple receipt. The service is very poor. After the service i found the feul indicator not working... Indicator beep sound is not continuously comiing. Very poor serivce

                  I am from kannur. I came peeyem honda service centre at 7 am. Now the time is 7.45. No a single staff was here except the security. Here the working timing written as 7 o clock.
                  I serviced my vehicle with sai points on 29/01/2018 from sai points jun card no 2017/TJ/3368 that bluffed me put two payment for oil change and extra payme nt das taken my Mob no [protected]

                    मै पिछले एक वर्ष से आपको कम्प्लेन कर रहा हु के मेरा बाइक का माइलेज ठीक नहीं है!
                    आदित्य हौंडा / मधुपुर के मिस्त्री ने एक बार मुझे कन्फर्म भी किया के मेरे बाइक का वॉल्व चेंज करना पड़ेगा!

                    जिसके बाद मैंने श्री गणेश्वर नायक जी को इसकी जानकारी भी दिया!
                    परन्तु जब श्री गणेश्वर नायक जी ने उस मिस्त्री से फ़ोन पे कन्फ़र्मेशन माँगा तो मिस्त्री ने उनको कह दिया के प्रॉब्लम कुछ और था उसको सोल्वे कर दिया गया है!

                    परन्तु आज दिनांक तक मेरे बाइक के प्रॉब्लम बना हुआ है!
                    माइलेज हाईवे पे 50kmpl और मार्केट एरिया में 35kmpl मिलता है!
                    जबकि मुझे मार्केट एरिया में 45kmpl और हाईवे पे 55 - 60 kmpl सिंगल राइडर पे चाहिए!

                    महोदय में पुरे यकीन के साथ कह सकता हु के मेरे बाइक के हेड पिस्टन में प्रॉब्लम है पीछे एक वर्ष से परन्तु आदित्य हौंडा / मधुपुर के मिस्त्री इसको सॉल्व नहीं कर पाए अभी तक!

                    मुझे कई बार मेरे बाइक को लेके मेरे नजदीकी देवघर आने को कहा जाता है जोकि मेरे घर से 60km दूर है जोकि यहाँ जाना मेरे लिए संभव नहीं है!

                    एक शब्दो में कहु तो मै हौंडा से असंतुष्ट हु!
                    भविष्य में कभी भी मै हौंडा की बाइक नहीं खरीदूंगा और ना ही किसी दोस्तों को लेने की सलाह दूंगा!

                    हौंडा कंपनी गाडी बेचने के समय बड़ी बड़ी दावे करती है!
                    वारंटी एक्सटेंशन के नाम पे अलग से 800rs लेती है मगर एकदम लचर वयवस्था है हौंडा की!
                    मेरे स्पार्क प्लग को ब्लैक से वाइट पोजीशन पे आने लायक बाइक को कर नहीं सकती!

                    मेरे पास हौंडा लिवो बाइक है जिसके इंजन में प्रॉब्लम} है जिसको सर्विस सेंटर वाले ठीक नही कर कर रहे है मैंने बाइक 05, 07, 2017 को ली है।
                    I buy new scooter honda dio in tamilnadu, s.s premium in dharmapuri, very very poor customer service because nobody cant explain features and all documents of this scooter then not response any one, i feel very very badly.

                    Vigneshwara motor showroom does not know how to do servicing, and don't know how to respond to a customer.
                    This is the worst service center i have ever seen before like this [censored]..

                      I have applied for getting a new hsrp number plate at c r scooter, chakli circle, race course, baroda, gujarat on 2nd january 2018. I have received message on 27th january 2018 for fitting of the number plate and when i went on 29th for the same at jetalpur, c r scooter service center but number plate was not available. I was told to come within a week but still the issue has not been resolved. The c r scooter center authorities are not giving a proper answer for the delaying and the customer care said there are some technical issues for complaint registration and asked me to mail you. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                        I have purchased new honda sp shine on 14th of january from ulhasnagar vj honda showroom. Bike registration no. Is mh05-dp-4069.
                        I get continues problem of fuel petrol flow to the engine on reserved condition. The bike is not getting start when it is on reserved, the petrol will not flow to the engine. I have done first servicing on 14th feb, and mechanic told us the will not occur in future, but still the issue is pending.

                          Dear all, i am shashank dilip kshirsagar (Still) an proud owner of a honda unicorn motorcycle from pune, maharashtra (Ind)
                          As per the subject mentioned above i have purchased an unicorn bike on january 25th, 2018 after suffering from a huge waiting for the delivery of bike after availability of 72 days near about 2 and a half months (Booked on november 14th, 2017) from my wings honda sinhgad rd near p. L. Deshpande garden pune. Till today the bike has not yet completed a month after delivery but i critically observed some defects in the bike appearance. Some of them are listed below,
                          1) unfinished half left paint on the neck of the handle
                          2) improper finishing on the engine
                          3) rusted screw
                          4) faulty and inaccurate fuel meter
                          5) honda logo on the lhs of fuel tank has been detached to half.
                          These all my issues which are discussed with manager of my wings honda sinhgad rd mr. Sumit dalvi and pdi incharge mr. Atul kadam last week itself.
                          This is not the service expected by the honda. But it i think seems that we are buying a bike after having a tremendous waiting for the bike and whereas on the other hand you are just pulling out your production from your factory seeing no any quality services.
                          So at the last i would like to request you that do the necessary compensation to my bike and do serve us better as like earlier years.

                            My policy no. Is s5316813. My activa 3g damaged and this i expend 12800 rs cash to lochab honda rohtak. But bharti axa passed claim of only 6540/- rs, when i asked them about that said we gave you more than your damage, when i talk to lochab they said we talk to them in some day you got all claim, after that they also refuse when i claim about that on bharti axa portal, they said it is falt of lochab honda. I request you to plsease solve my problem.

                              I have been taking annual contract with pilit honda bhandup. It is observed that they call up several times to remind for due servicing and end up giving some slot in appointment. When we reach there they say leave the vehicle and go or if i insist on getting the service done on same day, i have to wait at leat 5 hours to get the servicing done. Why an appointment is given if we have to wait for 5 hours? On 10th february i was given an appointment and had to wait 5 hours.

                              The service advisir said lot of things need to be changed and repaired. When actual servicing started, half of the materials were not in stock, and the service engg. Said it is nit required to do all what is written in the service chart.

                              It was also written that the wheels are out, and it requires to remove the out. I agreed. But at the end they charged me 700rs for it, and they said they got it done from a third party. I was not informed that it would be done from a third party. Later i found iut that the same i could have got it done from third party in less than half the price what pilot honda bhandup had cgarged. They are looting the customers. Very poor service.

                                  A few days after i bought the activa i realized that it doesn't go beyond 50 speed limit. Thanks to punya activa authorised dealer. They found out the defective part. This problem is solved. But, i still wonder how can a reputed company like honda be so careless in putting a defective part and doesn't detect such an issue. Are they putting out their products for sell without proper testing? Even if the demand for any product is high, safety measures and quality standard should go in parallel with the high demands. You can see the defective part in the attachment below.

                                  Then, again, it won't start until i pulled the choke. I got the carborator cleaned and got it checked other things, too. Nothing improved. Problem not solved till today.

                                  Another issue is that i feel like i'm riding an old vehicle. Whenever the body shakes it produces a screaching sound. I got every suspected regions lubricate. Nothing improves. The noise is gone when i washed the vehicle. But, it started louder when it is dry. I want to resell it back to the dealer.

                                    Pratul honda service center hyderabad worst service, i gave my bike in the morning 10am they ask me to come at 6pm, i had reach at 7 pm at that time he started work on my bike he finish in 20 min and back to me, i ask him to change break liner, foot trest, danger light bulb, but he only change bulb, i ask him what happen to break than he ohh sorry sir i will make tyt, and what about foot trest oooh no stock, he is telling some storys and very bad service from honda but any one are not responding to me,

                                      In this 1 year the smooth running of the vehicle is satisfactory, but the tyre quality is very poor. More than 6 times rear tyre in a year in got puncture even running on a normal track.
                                      I got very upset with this.
                                      I try to make complain about this to the concerning authority but no response from their end...moreover they say its my bad luck to receive such an defective part.

                                      I 'm hopeful about your response.

                                      Please take some action on this matter.

                                        I purchased my bike from rajpal honda, bhopal. Wrong details about the color of my bike were sent to the rto from rajpal honda, bhopal, which resulted in the creation of my rc with wrong details about my bike's color. When i contacted them with this issue in june 2017, they kept my rc with them & told me to wait till i got a call from rto for verification of my bike's color. 4 months passed when i contacted rajpal honda, bhopal, again in october 2017 regarding my verification status for rc. I was given a person's number by their rto section employee & was told to contact him for verification. After going back & forth to the rto for the next 15 days, i finally got my bike's color verified at rto, bhopal in november 2017. Since then, it has been 3 months & i still haven't received a word from rajpal honda, bhopal. I contacted them numerous times regarding my rc status but every time they give the same reply of giving a call when the rc arrives. It has been 9 months since i have been without my bike's registration certificate. If something happens tomorrow & i have to claim insurance or show my rc at some police checkpost, how will i manage without my rc?
