Dear all, i am shashank dilip kshirsagar (Still) an proud owner of a honda unicorn motorcycle from pune, maharashtra (Ind)
As per the subject mentioned above i have purchased an unicorn bike on january 25th, 2018 after suffering from a huge waiting for the delivery of bike after availability of 72 days near about 2 and a half months (Booked on november 14th, 2017) from my wings honda sinhgad rd near p. L. Deshpande garden pune. Till today the bike has not yet completed a month after delivery but i critically observed some defects in the bike appearance. Some of them are listed below,
1) unfinished half left paint on the neck of the handle
2) improper finishing on the engine
3) rusted screw
4) faulty and inaccurate fuel meter
5) honda logo on the lhs of fuel tank has been detached to half.
These all my issues which are discussed with manager of my wings honda sinhgad rd mr. Sumit dalvi and pdi incharge mr. Atul kadam last week itself.
This is not the service expected by the honda. But it i think seems that we are buying a bike after having a tremendous waiting for the bike and whereas on the other hand you are just pulling out your production from your factory seeing no any quality services.
So at the last i would like to request you that do the necessary compensation to my bike and do serve us better as like earlier years.

    My policy no. Is s5316813. My activa 3g damaged and this i expend 12800 rs cash to lochab honda rohtak. But bharti axa passed claim of only 6540/- rs, when i asked them about that said we gave you more than your damage, when i talk to lochab they said we talk to them in some day you got all claim, after that they also refuse when i claim about that on bharti axa portal, they said it is falt of lochab honda. I request you to plsease solve my problem.

      I have been taking annual contract with pilit honda bhandup. It is observed that they call up several times to remind for due servicing and end up giving some slot in appointment. When we reach there they say leave the vehicle and go or if i insist on getting the service done on same day, i have to wait at leat 5 hours to get the servicing done. Why an appointment is given if we have to wait for 5 hours? On 10th february i was given an appointment and had to wait 5 hours.

      The service advisir said lot of things need to be changed and repaired. When actual servicing started, half of the materials were not in stock, and the service engg. Said it is nit required to do all what is written in the service chart.

      It was also written that the wheels are out, and it requires to remove the out. I agreed. But at the end they charged me 700rs for it, and they said they got it done from a third party. I was not informed that it would be done from a third party. Later i found iut that the same i could have got it done from third party in less than half the price what pilot honda bhandup had cgarged. They are looting the customers. Very poor service.

          A few days after i bought the activa i realized that it doesn't go beyond 50 speed limit. Thanks to punya activa authorised dealer. They found out the defective part. This problem is solved. But, i still wonder how can a reputed company like honda be so careless in putting a defective part and doesn't detect such an issue. Are they putting out their products for sell without proper testing? Even if the demand for any product is high, safety measures and quality standard should go in parallel with the high demands. You can see the defective part in the attachment below.

          Then, again, it won't start until i pulled the choke. I got the carborator cleaned and got it checked other things, too. Nothing improved. Problem not solved till today.

          Another issue is that i feel like i'm riding an old vehicle. Whenever the body shakes it produces a screaching sound. I got every suspected regions lubricate. Nothing improves. The noise is gone when i washed the vehicle. But, it started louder when it is dry. I want to resell it back to the dealer.

            Pratul honda service center hyderabad worst service, i gave my bike in the morning 10am they ask me to come at 6pm, i had reach at 7 pm at that time he started work on my bike he finish in 20 min and back to me, i ask him to change break liner, foot trest, danger light bulb, but he only change bulb, i ask him what happen to break than he ohh sorry sir i will make tyt, and what about foot trest oooh no stock, he is telling some storys and very bad service from honda but any one are not responding to me,

              I bought honda cb shine on 16 feb 2017 from narayani honda, malda.
              In this 1 year the smooth running of the vehicle is satisfactory, but the tyre quality is very poor. More than 6 times rear tyre in a year in got puncture even running on a normal track.
              I got very upset with this.
              I try to make complain about this to the concerning authority but no response from their end...moreover they say its my bad luck to receive such an defective part.

              I 'm hopeful about your response.

              Please take some action on this matter.

                I purchased my bike from rajpal honda, bhopal. Wrong details about the color of my bike were sent to the rto from rajpal honda, bhopal, which resulted in the creation of my rc with wrong details about my bike's color. When i contacted them with this issue in june 2017, they kept my rc with them & told me to wait till i got a call from rto for verification of my bike's color. 4 months passed when i contacted rajpal honda, bhopal, again in october 2017 regarding my verification status for rc. I was given a person's number by their rto section employee & was told to contact him for verification. After going back & forth to the rto for the next 15 days, i finally got my bike's color verified at rto, bhopal in november 2017. Since then, it has been 3 months & i still haven't received a word from rajpal honda, bhopal. I contacted them numerous times regarding my rc status but every time they give the same reply of giving a call when the rc arrives. It has been 9 months since i have been without my bike's registration certificate. If something happens tomorrow & i have to claim insurance or show my rc at some police checkpost, how will i manage without my rc?

                  I have given my honda activa for servicing in jsp honda service centre, oragadam, ambattur, chennai 62 on 12th feb 2018. At that time they told total cost will be 1500 for servicing. I told ok nd went on 14 th and they handed over me the bike, i checked and found nothing servicing done just cleaned top layer nd given but costs 1800. I kept my helmet in bike, someone taken nd they r not responding for that. This us the worst service centre i have seen. Pls atleast handover my helmet to me

                    My name is ganesan. Last year dec'17 i have bought new honda activa 4g in
                    Maansarovar honda, pallikaranai. That they provided the bike number i tn 09 cl 2844.
                    Yesterday they called me. This nit you bike number. We wrong provide the number. Your new number is tn 11 cl 9276. Still i dont have received rc book. After two months they change new bike number. Very poor service and employees behaviour. I m going to complaint consumer court. Kindly resolve the issue.

                      I have given my bike to honda parekh automotive in sion mumbai. They have taken my bike on 19th jan 2018 and given delivery on 15feb 2018. They are also charging me more money i have file complent regarding that also.
                      I have file complete but dont know what action taken from honda. Now even honda authorities work shop people are also getting physical on us and giving threat to my life and my father who is 62 year old. This is the way honda give service to there customers.

                        I have purchased above said bike from moonka automobiles, jamshedpur, jharkhand on 25th oct-2017, i bike fuel nozzle has got direct from both the end. While running my bike is suddenly starting off as soon as when the petrol end and it is not showing any reserve mode.

                          Hello,

                          I met an accident on 28 jan, due to which bike handle and some parts had to be replaced. I got this done from malwa honda service center in okhla phase 2. But i still face some handle imbalance issue on my bike, i took bike back to the same service center but their technician said it is fine, people feel like imbalance on hornet bike but i didnt used to face this issue earlier.
                          I am still facing handle imbalance issue on my bike. I am not sure whether they have replaced handle or not.

                          Please help as i am not getting support from malwa honda service center

The manager and employees are irresponsible towards customer, there is no place for put customwr belongings.. Even manager and employees are not taking any responsibility.. The timing for vehicle delivery is 5.30pm, otherwise they are telling that the vehicle cannot be delivered..

                            2-handal vibretion ho raha hai
                            3-abhi engine se 40 ke speed me jata hu to puri gadhi me vibration hota hai.
                            Mai honda ke coustumer caer pe daily phone karta hu unka bhi koi respons nahi service center wala bhi kuch nahi kar raha hai. Kya karu mai.

Bhale h mere words bure lage lekin ek bar pade jarur 17/7/2017 ko activa 4g khradi mummy ne papa ke diy tankha ke paise mai se bacha bacha kar.. Pure 5 saal lage paise jama karne mai, 25/1/2018 ko bhya mummy ko lene ja rahe the unka rat 10 baje accident hogya bahut chout lagi dono ko... Mummy ko kaafi sar mai lagi 22 tanke aaye... Or body pr lagi, aaj 14 taarik hogyi.. Mammy ab thodi thodi thik horahi hai.. Aaj time mila mamma ko bike dekhne ka.. Hmne bhi nhi bataya ki gadi ko bhi halki si lagi h, mai aj turant mamma ke kehne pr subah se lag gaya... Oriental insurance company ko call lagaya wanha pr pata kiya unhone kaha apne jaipur city ke home branch pr jao.. Mai aaj gaya fir unhone kaha nahi hum claim ka kam nahi krte pagal h kya jo yanha aagya kisne bheja ja sidha honda company wale ke pass jao janha se bike karidi thi.. Unke pass gaya unhone kaha service center khetan jao mai wanha gaya fir wanha pata chala yh lambi proses h.. Sidha sidha paise honda company wale aap log insrance ka paisa lete ho toh kam bhi apko karana hoga na or toh or gadi bhi gauranty perid pr h..2 serviece hui thi.. Wanha gaya tha wanha ka malik man singh ji bole ki ha thik h let ho gay mene kaha ha hogya pehle mamma ko dekhta ya manhoos is gadi ko dekhta isly ab aya hu.. Accident ke time pried m 7 dino ke andar nahi ana hua.. Halat nahi the mamma hospitalized thi bhaga dodi me the... Fir man singh ji ne scooty dekhi or bole ki 4000rs lagenge mene kaha choti si karoch ke or safety guard ke mudne pr.. Kahi pr jyda nahi lagi bus slip hui h.. But nhi kaha ki ya toh case do ya claim lo company se... Ab aap hi bolo wo toh le lenge gadi accident ke bahane 4000rs or ins. Company de bhi degi.. But sahi mayne me rbc policy toh hamri tutegi na... Shyd age kuch ho jane pr agla mainetance hume comapny na de... But man singh ji toh 250..300rs ke bajay 40000rs ka hamara paisa khana chahate h... Mere pass toh wo 4000rs bhi nahi... Or shyd wo ins. Company bhi na de pay let ki wajah se, waah waah pehli bar bike li wo bhi scooty wo bhi honda se... Wah ji honda ji... Danay ho bhagwan aap... Jio aap hume loot kar.. Khus rho.. Services, production ke bahahe cruption felakar... Mere pass toh wo 4000rs bhi nahi... Jio honda ji... Jio 100 saal ese hi garibo ka khoon chooskar.. Are garib h.. Free m nahi le thi scooty badi mehnat se jama karke meri maa ne pure 62400rs me karidi thi.. Pata h ise jama karne m 5 saal lag gay maa ko..                                 I brought activa 4g 125 on 9 november from WAHEGURU HONDA showroom chhattisgarh jagdalpur.activa 4g no.CG17KN2867.could not given me Rc card.than then showroom owner advice me that it will take one month for RC card to be come but now it is already 4 month gone still no response for RC card .there are already so much complaint about but no response.
                                So kindly request sir me RC Card will be declared

                                  I bought a honda cb shine on feb 2017 in chennai and i was using it for last 1 year . last week suddenly my bike started to make some extra noice and vibration . And i had one free service left with honda . so i went to Balaji honda, Red hills i explained everthing clearly to the attender . And he wrote every thing in service sheet . They called in the evening and said your bike is ready . When i went for pick up they did'nt do any service to my bike . They simply returned my bike after water service . While i started to drive from the service centre i notice that they did'nt do any service to my bike i feel the same noice and vibration . So i returned to the showroom and asked to attender then the engineer came and test drived my bike again then he came and took another engineer with him while he started itself he said it is giving extra noice and vibration but it may be small problem you bring me tomorrow . i said came here for this problem how you will return with out doing anything . Then they took my bike inside and brought out after 30 minutes . They asked me to test drive it again the same problem exist . Then they said it is 7'0 clock we can't do any service hereafter so bring me tomorrow . And i went next day morning . They said come in the evening we will finish the service . In the evening i got a call from them and they said your bike is ready . In the evening same thing happened like yesterday . in this time they simply said we can't do anything we don't know how to solve this problem . i just left without saying anything because how a authorized service provider dont know to solve a problem in their company bike . Within 1 week the problem became worst i cant drive my bike the vibration gets double . So i took to local shop to check what is the problem . They explained well engine bolt may be loose or otherwise your rear wheel bearing may damaged so only you are this vibration and he added how you are driving the bike with this much vibration .So Again i took it to the service centre this time the servce manager name sankar again test drived my bike and simply said your bike is running smoothly .i got tensed and returned to home today morning i went to another mechanic i replied the same thing a roadside mechanic i knowing the thing better than a authorized service centre engineer it is same of you Honda .
