Dear friend

I regret to inform this we prefer honda because of its better efficient and good performance. But the show room like lodha honda, west tambaram is making the brand name worst through their worst customer service which i haven't seen any of other brand show room. Kindly make your intervention to make future a good relationship with other customers.

I haven't got justice. The failure in their service and loss of the key of my bike from their service room is the real mistake. Their silence and irresponsible behaviour make a number of people hopeless for justice
Please improve the self start killing switch it's not fixed in hornet and some vehicle in Honda correct the default fault...and change the hornet 160 dome design in extra dome and stylish...like CBR model and high mask in style of that CBR 150... please correct the problems in hornet...

    Dear sir maine ek honda cb unicorn bike ki service karayi thi apne city main ek authorised dealer se and unki puri payments with slip and tax ke sath pay ki but usme meri bike ka ek part gayab ho gya main jab apni bike showroom me le gya i remember ki usme vo part laga tha and jab service kara ke main vaha se nikla to vo part gayab tha iski complent maine ki to mujhe mere sath behas karke mujhe mana kar diya gya and mujhe bataye gye time se 2 hours let mujhe meri bike di gyi so sir main aapki services team se satisfied nahi hu

      Im eagerly waiting for honda cbr 150r new version.. Last 2 years... But honda will skipped new version bikes in our country... January 2017 to january 2018 honda solds above 5 lakhs products in our country.. Honda is first highly sold pr2of this year f... Then why honda shouldn't release his new products... From this auto expo yamaha launch his r15 v3... Im waiting for honda cbr 150r new version... But honda launched his cbr 250r old model... Number of cbr fans will disappointed in this auto expo... What is the reason? Honda why launch his new versions...?

I regret to inform you that on 7th february 2018 when i drive the vehicle due to rain i was slept and fallen lightly and slight scratches in body and footrest, but i regret to inform that the fork stump has broken due to poor manufacturer.           I have purchased honda grazia on dated 18 january 2018 from m/s axis honda yashoda nagar, deler could not give me vechile paper only hand made challan given to me there are not give me proper bill and rc, service book not givein till date i am several time chaseup to deler staff, personally i have visit for enquiry for paper they told me give us few time we call back

          I have some problems with my unicorn 160 it is in warranty period so I handover it to Ajinkya Honda showroom Latur since 7 days. My bike no. is MH24 AL 7680. They told us to come in 3 days. And I haven't received my bike yet. Now they are telling to come after 3-4 days I am having problems without my bike so please do something about it.

            This is to inform you that your agency SRI SAI HONDA PASHUPATI VIHAR PILIBHIT BYPASS OPP. ROHILKHAND UNIVERSITY BAREILLY is cheating me since I have bought Honda Activa 3g in June 2016 . They are giving false service . They only change engine oil and don't clean filter . Proof photos are well enclosed with this email to see the service done on 5 Feb 2018.

            L K Honda Samalkha se[protected] ko activa 4g ki service karai thi. Free coupon hone ke baad bhi Rs. 500 charge kiye gye jabki private centre wale 300 Rs. lete hai . Aur service bhi thik se nahi ki hai

              Dear sir,
              I am raising my complaint against ashapura honda service center in sanand ahmedabad location.
              Attached is the invoice received dated 25/12/2017 for your information.
              I had given my honda cbf stunner for repairing as my bike was not starting (Dated 15/12/2017).
              Service centre details - dealer code-gj340001, dealer name-ashapura bikes, pan-24afppv6326n1zn.

              Sir ashapura honda technician dignosed engine problem & repaired engine and fitted some new parts in engine that i attached the invoice details about that. They have done very worst repair which i came to know later on when i received my bike.

              Problem faced by me after servicing and repairing are-
              1) engine was not assembled properly, many loose parts making abnormal noise while driving. (Gear change, engine, spare parts)
              2) sprocket chain 2 nuts were missing & cover missing (Already technician had given that part in scrap)
              3) bike's outside spare parts fitment improper done.
              4) after repairing 3 times bike breakdown happened.
              5) breakdown happend at long drive and away from service center.
              6) improper repairing done as root cause was different.
              7) total waste of money and paid rs 9000 for engine repair to ashapura.
              8) delay and misleading commitment by service center about readiness of bike.
              9) long and everyday follow up needed.
              10) customer unsatisfaction about repair.

              Till date my bike was broke down for 3 times & each time they couldn't found any abnormality but bike was stopped functioning???
              For capturing battery issue they done engine work and unnecessary cost that i had to pay, i think with many of the customers they are doing the same, for them customers are bakara (Bali ka bakara), it's money making strategy i think so.
              Why honda is giving dealership & service center to these peoples who are not serious about their responsibility???
              I found some were non technical background.
              I observed myself that while doing service activity of bike that repairing peoples were interchanging the parts and were sharing parts and nuts & screws to one another even though model is different, how is it possible???

              Sir expecting immediate and positive response from your side to tackle this serious issue, please support to solve this issue.

                Worst service centre i have seen in my entire life. Two months back my active 3g got damaged in a accident so i kept it in "subh honda" service centre. After so many discussion i finally got my scooty after two months and what i found my helmet has been stolen and they even didn't fully fixed the hampered part. And when i asked for my helmet they refused to give me and told me that do whatever you want i am not afraid of anything. What the hell... How can you provide dealership to such a unethical person who has no manner to talk and deals with the customer. There are already so much complaint about that service centre but despite of that i bought activa 3g model because i believe in honda but now i think that i have done a huge mistake for buying honda model from that service centre. Hoping that you will take necessary action regarding that issue. Or else i will fir a complaint against "subh honda".

                Suryabala honda sales reps are very indecent behaves to customers. They are commiting free gifts before booking the vehicle. But during delivery not issuing anything. Also treating the customer in very bad words . Request to take severe actions to avoid such issues

                    Today i went for first servicing.. And asked them for a side stand.. For which they are charging 450 rs.. But as you know a genuine honda side stand will be around 250 rs.. So to whose pockets those 200 rs.. Its not just my money.. But for everyone who ask for a sparepart.. This will bring a badname to the brand honda.                       We are facing start problem from the date of purchase.
                      Minimum 25 to 30 times we have to press the shelf start button & 10 kicks
                      After doing that mistakely starts. Suddenly on the signal when we stop activa the same problem occurs

                      We have did our first service at venetion honda - hem agencies (Nagpada mumbai)
                      We gave all instruction to service provider about the problem
                      After the service the problem occurs again start issue
                      We went back again to service center and ask them to solve the problem
                      Well then they adjusted something and informed us that the problem have solved but again from the next same issue same problem

                      Please solve the problem or we may go to consumer court.

But suddenly from past two days the tapping sound is coming from engine i don't know why this happened even i service my bike regularly on honda service centre.                             While paying dp of ₹10, 540 for activa 4g from my credit card today cashier deducted ₹10, 750 (Including there processing fee of 2%) and proveded with recept of ₹10, 540 when i asked why is there discrepancy in the amount deducted from me and received by you he said its there processing fee which the charge from customers and provide no recept for it.
                            When i insisted for a recept of ₹10, 750 chshier rudely said provide cash otherwise this is what they do and can not help it.

                            When making it an issue and after lots of argument with manager and accountant they provided me with another recept of difference amount that is ₹210.

                            This was embarrassing and casued distress.

                                This is in regarding lowly quality of services offered by your company. I put my activa 4g in service and they told me you will get call once it done. While i check my activa on my expensive accessories they makes some scratches which is unavoidable.

                                I am upset with the services and i am really disappointed. I am well aware of your company name and have approached keeping in mind to get better services which proved to be wrong. It’s a pity when i can see that your company has made false promises in providing better quality services. I am not interested in carrying out further and would not recommand anyone to purchase anything from this service center because they don’t have value of old customer they only want to reach target without satisfaction of customer.

                                It is really disgraceful to see the company has made its reputation in a market about offering best vehical facilities but somehow it has failed to keep up the promise nevertheless paying so high it wasn’t expected.

                                Kindly take action against all staff members and service provide owner because this may affect on honda company. I respect company and hope they will take proper action and give me justice in this.                                   I am writing to intimate you that i have purchased activa 4 g
                                  Vehicle no. - dl6saw7438 from
                                  J. B honda showroom, rani jhansi road, new delhi in august 2017 in my name (Anjali gupta) and as per your terms, four free service are complementary to the service.

                                  When i went to avail my second service, an employee told me that i have to buy an amc and i won't be getting free service because i got my service book misplaced during the first service. It's very disheartening only because somebody have lost his/her service book you have to undertake amc without any reason and that to by paying additional charges of 1070 bucks. It's completely unfair on your part not fulfilling the promise.

                                  I request you to consider the issue and suggest me the requisite course of action that i need to take so that i can avail the due service without compulsion to undertake amc or undertake adequate action on your part to rectify it.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      This is to bring to your kind attention and perusal that, i have booked activa i (Pink color) on 13th january with a token advance of rs 1, 000 at hasan honda, pondicherry. After 10 days on 23rd january, have got a call from hasan honda stating that “my vehicle is loaded and they requested me to pay full outstanding amount of rs 54785/-“.
                                      As instructed by them, have paid full amount on 24th january including spare part price (Rs 1133). But after a week, hasan honda gm says the following lethargically.

                                       they claim that, they have called me on 14th january. Which is government holiday (Pongal as well as sunday).
                                       they says that, i have no right to see the vehicle before delivery and choice of selection also not available.
                                       they also says that, it will take 15 more days for delivery. If so what is the point in paying full amount 15 days before.

                                      The above thing making us to panic. And all the customer’s in pondicherry facing similar issue and i am totally disgusted because of these people’s. Hasan honda is damaging brand value of honda.

                                      Hasan honda gm is uttering few harsh words that, honda will be responsible for the fault in vehicle and we are not accountable!!!

                                      I haven’t seen pink color activa i vehicle in showroom. I had booked only with reference of picture (Pink color activa i) in template.
                                      They says to every customers who walks-in to showroom that we will get the vehicle only after 20 – 30 days.
                                      What is the purpose of placing a showroom in such a big commercial city.
                                      I have faced same issues before 2 1/2 years while booking honda shine.

                                        I purchased a unicorn 160 vide chassis no.: me4kc20 [protected] in the last week of oct 2017 from maansasrovar honda - velachery, chennai.
                                        First service was done as per the company's norms.

                                        In the first week of january 2018, i found speedo meter selector knob was missing. I took the bike to the service dealer where i bought the bike. They at the first instance said, that cannot be replaced, a bigger part to be replaced but on chargeable basis, not covered under warranty. Etc etc...

                                        When i insisted that it is a problem with bad workmanship or quality they said they will check with honda and revert.
                                        2 weeks passed, i again went to the dealership, they said honda also rejected the claim to replace it under warranty but i can purchase the part. Helplessly i called their customer complaint call center no. They received the complaint, acknowledged the complaint via sms ([protected]). After two days i received a call from the dealership that it can be attended under warranty, i have to pay for the part/s. I emphasized that it is a pure quality problems and general warranty terms can't be applied. They turned deaf ears. I again called customer care. They again acknowledged, the story repeated several times. Now it was almost a month, i took the bike to dealership again and they said the part has arrived and they will fix it on chargeable basis. Without any option i accepted for the charges and left the bike in service center. Later may be more than 5-6 hrs, i called up the service center and i was shocked to receive a news that speedometer display is also damaged and i have to pay rs.6000/- to get it replaced. None of the discussions, dealership people talked anything technical. They only talked about warranty, charges, money etc. Once they have also closed the complaint that the speedometer is tampered!

                                        It is a clear case of honda's unfriendly service. Dealership dictating terms with customer, poor quality of assembly and above all of this audaciousness with a customer.

                                        It can also be a tact of dealership to make extra money by selling parts by hiding quality problems.

                                        I am extremely unhappy with the way honda deals with the quality problems and customer complaints.
                                        I just want a technical person from honda to call me, understand the problem and acknowledge. Not from dealership.
