I am raising my complaint against ashapura honda service center in sanand ahmedabad location.
Attached is the invoice received dated 25/12/2017 for your information.
I had given my honda cbf stunner for repairing as my bike was not starting (Dated 15/12/2017).
Service centre details - dealer code-gj340001, dealer name-ashapura bikes, pan-24afppv6326n1zn.
Sir ashapura honda technician dignosed engine problem & repaired engine and fitted some new parts in engine that i attached the invoice details about that. They have done very worst repair which i came to know later on when i received my bike.
Problem faced by me after servicing and repairing are-
1) engine was not assembled properly, many loose parts making abnormal noise while driving. (Gear change, engine, spare parts)
2) sprocket chain 2 nuts were missing & cover missing (Already technician had given that part in scrap)
3) bike's outside spare parts fitment improper done.
4) after repairing 3 times bike breakdown happened.
5) breakdown happend at long drive and away from service center.
6) improper repairing done as root cause was different.
7) total waste of money and paid rs 9000 for engine repair to ashapura.
8) delay and misleading commitment by service center about readiness of bike.
9) long and everyday follow up needed.
10) customer unsatisfaction about repair.
Till date my bike was broke down for 3 times & each time they couldn't found any abnormality but bike was stopped functioning???
For capturing battery issue they done engine work and unnecessary cost that i had to pay, i think with many of the customers they are doing the same, for them customers are bakara (Bali ka bakara), it's money making strategy i think so.
Why honda is giving dealership & service center to these peoples who are not serious about their responsibility???
I found some were non technical background.
I observed myself that while doing service activity of bike that repairing peoples were interchanging the parts and were sharing parts and nuts & screws to one another even though model is different, how is it possible???
Sir expecting immediate and positive response from your side to tackle this serious issue, please support to solve this issue.
