I have purchased a activa 6g from honda showromm padamugal kerala in 2021 nov

i have warranty 1 year but when my bike got breakdown in this warranty period they told that i havce to pay for that ..I did the payment of 7000 for that .I thought the issue was solved
after that 2 months later same issue repeated..And it was their problem because they changed the cylender on last service..Same cylender have issue now ..

They said that need two weaks for changing this part
am really tired with ma 6g activa and your service ...Its veryu shamefull for you to telling that thye new vehicle part is out of stock and need two weaks for changing a part.

    I had booked Honda Bike on 29th August 2021.
    Details Of Bike is as below:

    Near Anna Sagar Estate,

    Next to Kohinoor Society,
    Opp. Muncipal School,
    Saki Naka, Mumbai-400072

    The Day when I took delivery i.e. 05th September 2021 from Kanchan Honda some sort of different sound came after starting the bike. On asking about it to Kanchan Honda they said it is normal. I took delivery as after that sound was not there on that day.
    Again next morning same sound came & same repeated daily morning & evening. (After parking for 8 to 10 Hours).
    Meanwhile I went to Pilot Honda for 1st servicing on 05th October 2021 & raised complaint of that sound & they assured me to solve the issue (which they failed).
    Again I went to Pilot Honda for 2nd servicing on 14th February 2022. Again I raised same complaint & this time also they failed to solve.
    I drop a complaint on Honda website & Pilot Honda contacted me & promised me to solve my issue. I went to Pilot Honda on 1st March 2022 & handed the bike to them. On 2nd March 2022 received call from Pilot Honda that my bike is repaired. I took delivery on 3rd March 2022 Morning. Surprisingly the same sound for which I had raised complaint for came again so I complaint to Pilot Honda again & dropped my bike on 6th March 2022 at Pilot Honda. After keeping bike for more than 1 week took delivery on 15th March 2022 on their call that they have changed some part from which that noise was coming.
    This time also it was not repaired & in the evening while going to home from office same sound came. This time after taking delivery from Pilot Honda the pickup & performance was very poor than I gave to Pilot Honda & the bike is heating beyond imagination & some burning smell is also coming which was not there when I gave it to Pilot Honda.

    MY QUESTION TO HONDA IS IF I HAVE TO USE REPAIRED VEHICAL I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED 2ND HAND BIKE FOR 30 TO 35 THOUSAND & REPAIRED IT & USED IT. I DIDN'T SPEND 1, 00, 500/- TO USE REPAIRED BIKE & SPENT ON CABS & TAXIS WHEN MY BIKE IS WITH PILOT HONDA. I HAD ASKED HONDA TO REPLACE THIS BIKE BUT THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO MY REQUEST.

    I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER & HELP ME REPLACE THAT FAULTY BIKE WITH NEW ONE & MAKE HONDA PAY COMPENSETION THE SUM OF AMOUNT I HAD SPENT TO TRAVEL BETWEEN MY HOME & OFFICE WHILE THE BIKE WAS WITH PILOT HONDA.

    Just noticed after talking delivery from Pilot Honda after repairs the mileage has tremendously reduced.
    The sound for what i had issues is solved BUT many other issues have started after repairing work.

    According to your mail dated 16th March 2022 some representative was to contact me in some days from your mail BUT since today nobody contacted me for my compensation & replacement of Honda SP125 as major fault was detected in warranty period.
    At present i have feeling o[censored]sing used (second hand) bike after paying for new bike.

      I have no idea about the Internal issue in between SIWAN AUTO, DADRA & IMPERIAL AUTO, GUNJAN-VAPI.

      So I requested to you solve this issues on priority because facing problem to work my job.
      This is a harassment for me I know it HONDA COMPANY have name in INDIA but till now there is no solution from your esteem organization . So please do the needfull.

        I bought ''HONDA ACTIVA 125''BS6 in 6th february 2022 From "SHREE GRAND HONDA ALLHABAD" and its accident happend on 24 february 2022 and some part of it was broken . When we asked for this in the Company, He said that the part is not available yet, And he said that the part will take 8 days to come but when call them after 8 days, they said it will take 5 more days to come And after that when we called after 4 days, he said that it will take another week And when i called after a week still the parts did not come And we found this thing very bad about the Company that it is taking so much time to deliver two or three items..

          When my bike is not in use for some hours and then i do start, accelerate at any speed. Within few seconds, it starts running itself at a constant speed of 15kmph for next 20-30 seconds without giving any acceleration which may cause of an accident. I made a complaint to the service centre (REGENT HONDA, FARIDABAD) but they clearly told me that they can not do anything for that this problem will remain always. So tell me who will be responsible if any accident happens due to this acceleration problem.

          HONDA 2 WHEELER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS.

            Reference is made to invoice no kl11bb[protected] of muthoot honda ranni, pathanamthitta, kerala, servicing attempted on 08-03-22 and received the vehicle on 09-03-22 with a bill of amount 1424/-. This includes a general paid service with no item change other than oil. The vehicle was not properly washed either and they charged an amount 375 in one code head as labour charge and 315 as general service in another code head. In charge is not able to explain this when notified.

              Dear sir,
              I purchased honda sp-125 on date 11/06/2021 from sharda honda showroom Raigarh Chhattisgarh .When engine malfunction light showing on in my honda sp-125 bike, i went sharda honda where i purchased my bike, technician checked and found that electrical cable found cut beneath the petrol tank, they give approxmate cost of 3300 for replacing whole electeical cable of bike and when i asked for warranty of that parts then they told that, cable was cut by mouse and warranty is not applicable in this case, how can service center fool to customer by just replacing all the electrical cable of bike for just 1 minor cut of cable just beneath the petrol tank.

                    I took my honda dio for servicing twice and they have not change the air filter and engine oil as well. This is very disappointing for me. While making the payment also they didnt gave me the reciept for the second servicing. The servicing giving to my scooty is not fully satisfied by me. They didnt even give a full body washed to my scooty. Hope the servicing center improve in the coming days

                        Dear Team,
                        I am visiting this agency from the last 4 years but everytime when I asked them to Spark test the plug and clean it I got the answer that it's not working and even in the way that how it will work now as it's not working from the last 5 -6 years.
                        Not able to get the spare parts whenever we demand from ONKAR HONDA at kotli Shah Daula R S Pura 181102
                        Please advice why should we pay the full amount for getting our two wheeler serviced from agency but we can get the same from outside and very cheaper.

                              I had purchased honda activa in October 2020, last Jhaveri Honda cotton green mumbai charged me for covering additional warranty for parts and accessories which will be covered for five years.

                                    My name is KALYANAVENKATRAMANAN G WORKING AS A SERVICE MANAGER IN TOYOTA. I have a Honda unicorn BS6 Model(TN47BY7849) purchased in Karur chakara Honda dealership.I like the bike very much and it was also my dream bike. With a lot of hard work I have brought the bike. But my bike has some complaints, the complaint is if I park my bike in direct sunlight for approx 1 hr after driving the bike while the gear bike is getting jerked. Then after some time the bike is turning off automatically simultaneously with the kicker and starter switch not responding. Then I called the Honda dealership one technician came on spot and he cleaned the spark plug and he said there was no problem in the bike. Then I visited the nearest Honda dealership. I explained the complaints to the manager he checked and said that it was normal. The response of the service manager in the karur honda dealership in very worst. My complaint was not rectified, so I have to service my bike in trichy due to the worst service handling in the karur honda dealership. I have clearly explained my complaints to the Trichy MA HONDA dealership. My bike was there for a week then they told me that all the complaints were rectified and they told me to take the delivery. Then I took my bike. The bike was in the same condition after that I called the Trichy Honda dealership. He said that please come here once again and we will check the complaints in another branch. The Trichy MA honda was 80 km away from my location how can go there again and again. I am totally dissatisfied with honda. I have personally recommended the honda unicorn to all my friends and relatives in that five of my friends purchased the honda unicorn. They are also facing the same problem. They also visited the karur honda dealership. The service manager told them that there is no problem with the bike. As a service manager in Toyota my company is providing proper training on how to respect and treat the customer. So I am requesting the Honda Bike company to give proper training to the service manager in the Karur dealership. So I am requesting Honda directly to rectify my complaints in my bike or give me the new bike. Thankyou

                                      I have taken the vehicle Feb[protected]km gone 3 ser done vehicle is not starting they have taken 2 months to deliver
                                      Now i had problem in engine too much sound its coming already 10 days over no reply they are telling no spares service is very very bad for customers they are treating rudely
                                      After several complaint no reply pls kindly change my vehicle

                                      If its not resolve I will go for consumer court pls request to resolve the issue now i don't want to use my vehicle pls change the unit

                                        As above mentioned I service my vechicle no KA09U 1263 bill clarification not explained by staff and in total bill amount difference is getting so please rectify bill to customer before the delivery of the vechicle
