Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased honda unicorn 150 on 16 april 2017 from laxmi auto mobiles and address of the same is as below.

Laxmi automobile, shop no. 15, 16, 17, tulip building, sector 6, station road, near mukambika temple, ghansoli, navi mumbai 400701, mob - [protected].

It's been four months since i bought the bike but this dealer has not yet given me bike number. She is not responding to my calls.

I am really repenting my self for buying the bike from that show room.

It's been four months i did not enjoy the ride of the bike because whenever i go out on the bike i get caught by police because of not having a registration number.

Hence please this is my humble request to you to look into the matter.

    On 23rd august i came to honda service center for changing brakes.
    Everything was fine at that moment but after changing the brakes i don't know what they have done now they are saying that break wire is damage.
    Even they know before servicing everything was perfect and now they are denying the service.
    If this is so then why u have given license to fraud people who only opened the shop to make fools. Please shut down these service center.
    And kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

      Respected sir,
      I purchased a motorcycle honda cbr150r on 19-mar-2016 from my hard earned money. I have been committed that the said motorcycle gives a mileage of 45km per litre.
      First year my bikes was giving the same mileage which was committed by the company that is 45km per litre. But now the same bike is giving a mileage of 20 km per litre.
      I visited honda service centre several time this month but they are unable to handle my problem. They says that there is no issue with my bike but problem remains the same. I got all the services of my bike time to time from company's authorised service centre.
      Please help me inorder to fix my problem.

      My Bike is under extended warranty of 5 years from 2016.
      Dear sir,
      I given my honda cb shine for service at evm automobiles piravam on 16 /8/17...still (19/8/17)now also I'm waiting for chain and socket change. They told me that it's not in their stock. ..If I give my bike to outside work shop means they will take maximum 2 hours for change chain and socket

        I bought my new bike cb shine 125 sp from axis honda, fazalganj, kanpur (U. P.) on 11 july 2017, within 45 day of purchase, i have to visit more than 3 time for the same problem i. E. My bike is not running without choke, and not getting accelerated properly for resolving the issue service center had cleaned carburetor, after this within 300 km (Apx) running the same condition arise.

          I have given my bike for repair since 28 days but its not delivered to me yet. I had a minor accident in month of july and given my bike to repair to pioneer honda noida sec 63. They are not taking any step regarding this and no status of bike repair. I am totally frustrate with this.
          Please help me out and take some steps regarding this.

              Purchase activa 125 cc 3g on 30 jul 17 from globus honda in burari at a price 65500 plus 3000 accessories. But battery is weak every morning i have to use choke to start. Globus honda taking no action for replacing battery. Salesmen harish there inform but problem stand. I m ex servicemen that is very poor services given to me. I have given 15 years of young life for this.
              There fore i requested to resolve my issue as soon as possible

                I had purchased a honda shine sp on 3rd october 2016. Within 7 of purchase the engine produces unnecessary sound, so i put it for service the dealer take 21 days to solve the problem. After this na other 6 month later the same problem occur, this time once again 19 days to solve the problem, after this service in next 15 days same problem occur. So please solve the problem.

                In March 29th 2017 i bought a Honda shine(bs4) in Hyd somajiguda,
                My issue is in RC it shows bs3 model and permanent number was alloted on 22nd Aug 2017,
                I went to showroom and ask the manager bs4 how it show in bs3 he told me it is not updated it is not a major issue.

                PLEASE RESOLVE MY PROBLEM

                  Engine is not able to start without choke when vehicle is parked for some time like after 3 to 4 hours, this complaint has been registered during every service in dealer but not yet solved.

                  Engine runs in slow speed time from started after few hours of park, let say after 5km only engine runs without slow speed. I have to on choke 5-6km always after 3 to 4 hours of parking.

                    Dear sir / ma’am,

                    I bought activa 3g (Vehicle) in the month of oct-2016, on my wife’s name. I was servicing it regularly as per the deadline mentioned in service book and accordingly i went to m/s. B. U. Bhandari’s service station at bhawani peth, pune, maharashtra, india, for 3rd free service.

                    During this service i have clearly informed m/s. B. U. Bhandari’s executive that “i am not facing any problem with the vehicle. You just check the wheel alignment as it is rainy reason.” service center had completed the servicing on the same day & handed over me my vehicle. But while going back to home, i found problem of vehicle jerking. I was unable to go back to service center as i have collected the vehicle late evening. At that time, i was doing job in mumbai & staying in hadapsar, pune. Hence for job i need to go to mumbai on monday morning & come back on weekend to pune. Hence unable to go to service center on next day as it was monday.

                    I went to show the jerking problem on next weekend (I. E. 1st week after service). On that day b. U. Bhandari executive had taken the vehicle outside of the showroom alone for taking trial, checked the vehicle and told that “whatever settings are required for fixing the jerking problem has been done during trial outside the service center and vehicle is fine now.” then i drove the vehicle towards home & found that problem was still there.

                    Next weekend (I. E. 2nd week after service), once again i have taken my vehicle to service center to fix up the problem but came out empty handed.

                    In 3rd week, i went to service station again. Executives checked the vehicles & told that there is no problem in vehicle, which was actually present there. Then i went to their supervisor, who checked the vehicle & told that “there is problem related to the front suspension & it needs to be changed” & for that he asked me to keep the vehicle for 1 day in showroom. I kept the vehicle in showroom for 1 day & on next day (Monday), my family member had collected the same. When i came back from mumbai next weekend, i have once again checked the problem & still it was existing. Also because of jerking the panels started vibrating & making irritating noise.

                    Hence in 4th week, i have once again went to service center & visited the further higher person (May be manager) for that problem. He also checked the vehicle & told that “there is problem related to rear suspension hence we need to change link hanger & rubber link” & asked to keep the vehicle for 2 days. Which once again i have agreed to keep the same at center as this is the one & only vehicle i am having & i cannot afford to having problem in the same. Service center handed over the vehicle on 4th day instead of 2nd day. After 4 weeks of my to and fro travel between service center in pune & mumbai (As i was going to service center on each weekend & wasting my time which i was supposed to spend with my family), service center was able to fix the problem to the tune of 5-10% only. Only intensity of the jerk was reduced but the jerking problem was still there.

                    Hence as usual, i have to went to service center again which i did. But the response i got from the manager was very poor & he told that “this is the maximum what we can do & further improvement is not possible”. The language used & the examples put by him was not at all acceptable to me. After 5-6 weeks of my travel from my home in hadapsar, pune to service center (Approximate distance is 12-13 kms), my problem gets unresolved. During this i lost sufficient amount of money (Spent on petrol as well as travelling by cab/bus after keeping the vehicle at service center) as well as valuable time.

                    In view of such poor service & improper response, i have decided not to take any of the services from m/s. B u bhandari in future. Hence i am going to cancel the booking of honda unicorn 160, which i have made in m/s. B u bhandari showroom @ sadhuwaswani chowk, pune.

                    Requesting immediate action on the same, from your end.

                      I (Navinchandra chanulal rana) have purchased my new honda aviator (Black clour) on 30.06.17 by case payment but at the time of delivery the sub dealer (Pramukh motor - devgadh bariya) which is owned by (Rahul motors - dahod) neither provided me original bill invoice nor service book & extended warranty booklet. So i request them many time to provide me my vehicle documents as soon as possible so at last they provided me my vehicle documents on 16.08.17. But when i see the my service booklet, i found the 1st service coupon is missing in it, so i inform them about it but they are not giving me proper answer on this matter and cut the phone. So i request you to take strict action in this matter and provided me compensation for diverging my documents late and 1st service coupon missing.

                        My self c. P kumar. I've purchased honda dream yuga (Het) 2 years in the heritage showroom in mysore. But some is our big mistake on trust of brand. Bike have some repair issue with brake & brake rod i have searched almost your honda show rooms for that spare in mysore city for 1 week no where i am not getting that spare. If you cant provide the spares why your leaving such bikes in the market to trouble the customers. Kindly make arrange spares should available in all the showrooms immediately & do the needful otherwise take back the vehicle & return back the money

                            I bought honda activa 3g scooter tn38ch 2355 on[protected] in aadhi honda (Sanjay motors) - coimbatore, my scooter done 2nd free service on 29-4-17, on that date mr. Raghul only attended my service process, i got some issues on my scooter after service, and they call me for a feedback, i said some issues regarding this service, they insisted me to talk to raghul, but i didn't get a proper response, i kept my patience on that time, now my scooter done 3rd service on 20-8-17, previously i said some issues with mr. Nishanth,
                            (I. E.,) 1. My double mat is theft on 2nd service, and another mat they didn't fixed properly,
                            2. Kicker jam problem,
                            3. Mileage dropped,
                            4. Poor pickup, etc.,

                            They provided free service but, they do it without any concern, they misplace parts/things and sometimes they are careless in fixing things, it being in time reputation of your service,

                              As per online customer care disquisition i am purchases bike from srinivasa honda, davangere karnataka and i made sevice in vani honda harihar when i am saying that in my bike head light water was going inside, thy are telling that go to where you are purchased. On 18th of augest 2017 i went their and thy are telling that we want history of services. We want once again i went to vani honda asked service history but the key person not in office.

                                I bought new bike one month ago, and i have visited to my bike first free service in honda authorized service center.
                                I have paid 600 rupees, but service is very worst, worst, even if it is not doing the water wash, and oil change, only the people applying the but oil and wipeing the bike given to me back.
                                Not checked properly engine quality and breaking system also.

                                I bought Honda shine six months back. Two servicing has been done but the average which i get since beginning is not more than 40 also. As well many times the bike do not start even after standing for 2-3 hrs. it takes almost 15 minutes for starting.

                                  Due to sudden demise of my uncle i was unable to report in time. Today i visited to radiant lucknow for service and they denied of taking 4th free service. Kindly allow me to avail the 4th free service

                                    But the dealer had not given me receipt of the same and pfa the list of accessorizes i have not been provided with the item no.10 on the list. As on the company a/c register the amount mentioned is rs.58, 000. Some fraud has happened with me. As a customer i'm very disappointed at the moment. Please look into the matter and provide me with the original cash receipt and the missing accessories.

                                      Dugar honda baguihati, kolkata from where i have purchased a new scooter honda dip on 8 aug 2017. I paid in cash but not get the complete kit like foot step guard but they charged for that and ask to come after 3 days to collect rest of the documents like tax, pollution etc. Along with the foot step and ask to fit that kit from local garage.

                                      I stay far away from the location at garai station around 36 km. But because of the name dugar honda i travelled 36 km by paying 450/-

                                      Now the most bad thing the post service. I called them after 7 days and a lady asked to come n collect document n ask to carry the chalan copy.

                                      I went there after 9 days and called before i go and again a lady received the call n asked to come because the document is ready. Now when i reached there the guy from registration dept. Inform me that it was not yet processed because i have not submitted my adhar card. Which i have already send them on the same day 8 aug 2017 at around 7 pm to there provided email address.

                                      The guy checked and find my document n said now he will processed it. Which again cost 400 + 400 up n down charge with no result because of the miscommunication and irresponsibility.

                                      The guy also ensure me that by 17 aug i will get the sms for tax paper but today is 18 aug and i not yet received any think.

                                      Might be i have made a mistake to buy a 2 wheeler from honda. Shameful

                                        About my honda unicorn 160 quality of silencer. Its around 2.3 years completed now i am facing issue in silencer but dealer has explain that it will not cover in warranty. Why within 2.3 years is your quality for the product? For silencer have to pay 8000rs. For replacing new one. Why i have to pay for new one.
