Dear sir / ma’am,
I bought activa 3g (Vehicle) in the month of oct-2016, on my wife’s name. I was servicing it regularly as per the deadline mentioned in service book and accordingly i went to m/s. B. U. Bhandari’s service station at bhawani peth, pune, maharashtra, india, for 3rd free service.
During this service i have clearly informed m/s. B. U. Bhandari’s executive that “i am not facing any problem with the vehicle. You just check the wheel alignment as it is rainy reason.” service center had completed the servicing on the same day & handed over me my vehicle. But while going back to home, i found problem of vehicle jerking. I was unable to go back to service center as i have collected the vehicle late evening. At that time, i was doing job in mumbai & staying in hadapsar, pune. Hence for job i need to go to mumbai on monday morning & come back on weekend to pune. Hence unable to go to service center on next day as it was monday.
I went to show the jerking problem on next weekend (I. E. 1st week after service). On that day b. U. Bhandari executive had taken the vehicle outside of the showroom alone for taking trial, checked the vehicle and told that “whatever settings are required for fixing the jerking problem has been done during trial outside the service center and vehicle is fine now.” then i drove the vehicle towards home & found that problem was still there.
Next weekend (I. E. 2nd week after service), once again i have taken my vehicle to service center to fix up the problem but came out empty handed.
In 3rd week, i went to service station again. Executives checked the vehicles & told that there is no problem in vehicle, which was actually present there. Then i went to their supervisor, who checked the vehicle & told that “there is problem related to the front suspension & it needs to be changed” & for that he asked me to keep the vehicle for 1 day in showroom. I kept the vehicle in showroom for 1 day & on next day (Monday), my family member had collected the same. When i came back from mumbai next weekend, i have once again checked the problem & still it was existing. Also because of jerking the panels started vibrating & making irritating noise.
Hence in 4th week, i have once again went to service center & visited the further higher person (May be manager) for that problem. He also checked the vehicle & told that “there is problem related to rear suspension hence we need to change link hanger & rubber link” & asked to keep the vehicle for 2 days. Which once again i have agreed to keep the same at center as this is the one & only vehicle i am having & i cannot afford to having problem in the same. Service center handed over the vehicle on 4th day instead of 2nd day. After 4 weeks of my to and fro travel between service center in pune & mumbai (As i was going to service center on each weekend & wasting my time which i was supposed to spend with my family), service center was able to fix the problem to the tune of 5-10% only. Only intensity of the jerk was reduced but the jerking problem was still there.
Hence as usual, i have to went to service center again which i did. But the response i got from the manager was very poor & he told that “this is the maximum what we can do & further improvement is not possible”. The language used & the examples put by him was not at all acceptable to me. After 5-6 weeks of my travel from my home in hadapsar, pune to service center (Approximate distance is 12-13 kms), my problem gets unresolved. During this i lost sufficient amount of money (Spent on petrol as well as travelling by cab/bus after keeping the vehicle at service center) as well as valuable time.
In view of such poor service & improper response, i have decided not to take any of the services from m/s. B u bhandari in future. Hence i am going to cancel the booking of honda unicorn 160, which i have made in m/s. B u bhandari showroom @ sadhuwaswani chowk, pune.

Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I given my honda cb shine for service at evm automobiles piravam on 16 /8/17...still (19/8/17)now also I'm waiting for chain and socket change. They told me that it's not in their stock. ..If I give my bike to outside work shop means they will take maximum 2 hours for change chain and socket
