Issue with the bike meeter, i had given complaint about the same at honda service center at goregaon west ( Parekh Honda ) but issue is not resolved yet, my bike is under warranty, this issue is facing since last 2 months & they are not responding only .

    Sir,

    I purchased Honda hornet 160 from evm honda Koothattukulam showroom on April 2016 .Last month somebody cracked the settings switch in the digital meter panel from the Pay and park .Now the digital meter not working due to water damage . I contact with service center and the Head office, but they are not willing to provide warranty replacement .Actually company providing two year warranty for this parts . so i need necessary action from the company .

    Pl take action against fraud dealer Ajmer auto agencies which is doing 420 with customer and wrongly Free Services punching in system while scooter never visited there
    2 times fraudulent activity done by them after that i need action by Honda else i am going with consumer forum

      Dear Sir,

      The reason for writing this mail is to bring to your notice the experience we faced with one of your dealers Venetian Honda located in Kandivali (West), Mumbai.

      I have been a user of Honda vehicle since year 2003, the first Motorcycle Honda Shine was purchased by me in the year 2003 from the Aurangabad city of Maharashtra. It was worth experience I had with the Honda dealer located in Aurangabad city who provided reasonable better service experience.

      In year 2013 I have purchased Honda Activa HET in my wife name from sub retailer Jaina Motors, Borivali (West) Mumbai. The dealer wasn’t having a developed showroom but the CRM management by them was appreciating one. The way the commitments completed was worth accepting.

      However this year, on 27th May 2017 I have booked Honda Hornet 160 Stripes Green, I have met with sales person Mr. Imran in the Venetian Honda showroom who provided the explanation features in ambiguous manner as if he was not aware of the product. He made major bluff before me that bike is not launched by the company in Black colour and the only option I have is to go with the Stripes Green colour. I was interested in Black colour but relying on the words of the sales person I have booked the vehicle of Stripes Green. In accessories the person assured that I will get a parking cover which I am still chasing for getting it even after the vehicle is delivered on 25th June 2017 having number MH 47 V 5458.

      My horrible experience is as follows:-

      1 Dealer provided the number of [protected] Mr. Amit with whom one has to co-ordinate for getting registration
      The experience was that you call anytime this number he is not available, not able to reach or he doesn’t pic your phone.

      Why such SPOC is provided by the dealer is best known to him
      2 After receiving registration SMS, One has to follow up with reception person for expediting the process, which off Couse is a person, not aware of any transactions.

      3 Delivery experience
      On receiving intimation of delivery, we were directed to attain the godown of dealer where the vehicle will be delivered. On visiting the godown, we were asked to wait for more than 2 ½ hours for getting the bike as the same was not ready for delivery.

      On pushing from our end with the technical person we were successful in getting the vehicle which is worst experience to express in words.
      4 Experience after receiving the vehicle. • On making my first ride on Hornet, it was little disappointment as the bike ignition part is difficult, as it is a hardwork to Push in the keys. The lock is jam.
      • The mirrors provided are loose one, which are circling in round circle.
      • Idling is too high, between the gears the throttle is at its high peek even when it’s in neutral gear.
      • The lights and other buttons are jam due to monsoon rains.

      Sir with all above experience, I am dissatisfied with the vehicle provided from your company through your Venetian dealer and the degraded service provided by your dealer is serious misdemeanors. This will be my last vehicle with Honda as I choose Honda because of Brand and its product Quality but service and dealer experience is nightmare which I had to face.

      Hope you take this into consideration for reviewing your service area with this dealer.

        Hi customer care executive,

        Last day i face an issue where someone took my activa thinking that it is their.

        That guy left his activa. I got panik and started search for my acitva.
        I felt that some activa which looked like mine vehicle with same grey color is parked at place where i had parked my activa.

        I placed my keys in that activa. To my surprise it got started and dickey to got open with my keys.

        Some how i searched in that dickey found identity of that person.
        Called him and inform him that the activa he took is not his eventhough it got open by his keys.

        After this follow up that guy came and i got my activa back.

        I was afraid that this incident can be repeated plus how could any key can open any activa.

        Doesn't company provide unique locking to acitva.

        This experience shaken my trust i have in honda company.

        The other activa whose keys worked in my acitva and my keys were opening lock of this activa is :

          Haiku honda service center situated at domlur is the worst service center for honda bikes.
          For same issue i have complaint so many times, but still the issue is not resolved.in fact a new issue comes out in every service.
          My bike is just 1 year old and already so many issues are there.

          Now i have decided to go for some other service center.

          It was my bad luck that i have decided to purchase bike from haiku honda. : (

            I am very surpring with poor service of no-1 scooter company
            Honda2wheelersindia.

            Sir, i have purchased your vehicle on 30th march’17 from your
            Dealership divya sai honda but vehicle side glasses are still pending
            After many time reminding sales team and every time they said that
            Side glasses is not available due to honda is not sending us so forget
            Them.

            Sir, i have one more complaint that kick is not working of my vehicle
            And i have already complaint two times but service team is not
            Providing satisfactory solution and complaint is still in same manner
            Or poor condition and today after opening of kick cover by your divya
            Sai honda service team, they found gear is broken and they are saying
            That wait for tomorrow that our warranty manager is not available
            Today.

            Sir, there service team behavior is very worst and poor, they have no
            Technical knowledge of vehicle attender and there is vehicle work time
            Is too more against complaint.

            Sir, today 28th june'17, my vehicle is reporting for complaint of kick
            Problem in your dealership 'divya sai honda' at 9.30am and service
            Team has give delivery time of 3.00pm so please let me know this is
            Correct?

            Dear sir, divya sia honda service team is doing behave rigidly with me
            Deliberately due to i have complaint previously in honda and there is
            No serial system for vehicle repairing, as many vehicles were serviced
            Before my vehicle when they came after me.

              I purchased a unicorn 2 wheeler in ksn honda jafferkhanpet. They received an excess payment of rs.1000/- till date not received my money back. Karthik and abdul are the person coordinating with me regarding the refund. Both were giving silly reasons. Whenever i call the office number [protected] or [protected] sales person telling that they are in meeting. No service after sale

                Hi,

                Yesterday i took my bike for service (Veera honda at gummidipoondi), 4th time i mentioned the same complaint that my disk break lever is hard to handle. So i mentioned to the technician (Mr. Mani), 3 times you cheated me on this, but this time i will not pay if you failed to fix it. Finally as usual, he didn't fixed, and the dealer owner says technicians also may do mistakes and they are not god. So with unskilled technician 4 times he charged some thing some me, i raised a complaint on the same but the regional officer (Mr. Prakash), closed the complaint ticket without taking any actions towards the technician or dealer.

                From adyar service center they found that, my disk related product has been completed damaged, 8 months before i gave it to service center, but 4 times they failed to address the issue and finally my product has been completely damaged. But i am not getting any justice here. Everybody here work for organisation, when will you start work for customer satisfaction.

                There might be many people who would not know how to complaint and simply adjusting the domination of dealer and technician mistake, but finally customer has to pay for all the technician's mistake.

                  Dear honda team,

                  This is for your kind attention that, i am writing my below complaints for your consideration.

                  I purchased activa 4g on 13 of march 2017 from your dealer (Universal honda, naroda)

                  I faced many problems in that,

                  1) horn switch is not working properly/ sometimes horn not working.
                  2) tail light not work in just 30 days after purchased.
                  3) vibration is occur during starting of ride.
                  4) company shows that, the fuel average is 60 kmph. But actual average is 40 kmph. We know that 60 is hard to get but you have to working on that to give average at least 50 kmph.

                  I want to short out my issues of my activa & give me positive reply to short out my problems.
                  I just invest 64519/- i. N. R and within 3 months i faced this type of problems it is not acceptable.

                  Waiting for your positive reply & give me schedule when your team short out my issue.
                  I hope we will close my issue on this stage and i dont have to go for or dont have to take next further steps to rise this issues.

                    Last year i have purchased a bike of honda hornet 160r and after few months i was facing some problem on it's body and disc brake
                    Then i have mailed them many times but not getting any responce even after going to service center of pragnya honda the problem has'nt been resolved yet

                    They told me that they changed disc brake and handle but i am facing same problem from that day.

                    I am a salaried person i don't have that much time to go every day to the service center.

                    I am triying to mail them again but i am not be able to send becuase the mail has bounce back to me even i had tried many times with diffrent email id's but the mail not is not going through.

                    So i request you please resolve my problem asap

                      I bought my honda unicorn 160 in lodha honda, chromepet on 2015 july. Right now digital speedometer is not working. I was enquired that, they said water entered inside we can't give warranty like that, they showed that some line in that meter box and telling this is the way water entered. But still some times while key turns on it will be blinking. Only 1 half year old bike. There is no hard driving then how it is possible. Please solve my problem. Honda hiding manufacture issues to people.

                        I purchase Honda aviator from rajpal Honda on 24 feb 2017 while I purchase i am asking about 2017 model aviator their employee show me a aviator and say this is 2017 model then i purchase aviator from them they give me a insurance in which model is show 2017 but after 1 month when they give me a registaion in which model is 2016 then I call them then rajpal Honda is say that by mistake your 2016 is written on your vechile registration he say u can call me after one month we are solve your problem when after one month i call them they say me your vechile is 2016 model I want 2017 model pls help me

                          I handover my bike at harisons honda showroom, wardha, maharashtra for service on date[protected], 1st number but they work all rest of bike but my bike work is not doing. But my bike work is only few work around maximum 1.30hr work. Honda never take any action against this type of service center or showroom.
                          I never purchase honda product again. It is my blender mistake.

                          The job card was given in the name of KPN AUTOMMOTIVE which is not an authorised service centre name
                          Reg. No. TN-05-BE-3168
                          I have given my vehicle for service on 16.06.2017 and they have given an estimate for repairs of rs.1400/- after completion of service they are charging now more than rs 2500/-. I am not satisfied with the charges.

                            I like to buy an activa 4g for only on road price i. E vehicle cost+ insurance+ reg only but dealers r refusing to sell above mentioned, they r demanding to buy compulsory with all accessories (Must) so kindly purue the need at the earliest and the cost of accessories r huge high prices when compared with authorized spares showroom even all dealers r same.

                              Sir my motto is really "activa is my dream"i really feel bad and i used to pay 64000 for this activa bike i really feel proud when i purchase this bike but what happens is now after two years it stops while riding myself to cross signal in a fraction of second i escaped from an accident. Because it suddenly stopped while crossing. The same happened twice for me. I am very much depressed of why i bought activa. Now i really afraid of riding this bike to school. I need fast and immediate attention because this makes customer heavy loss and depressed to. I need a good option from ur concern. Please

                                The three dealers at cuttack - durga honda, utakal honda and sgbl honda are flatly denying to release vehicles if the customer does not concede to purchase accessories, amc, polish price and etc. They insist to take those while purchasing vehicle. Otherwise they would not give vehicles.
                                It is ok that the dealers will collect rto price and insurance money along with the price of vehicle. But it is highly illogical to insist for accessories costing more than thousands from your showroom at the time of purchase of vehicle. Your dealers at cuttack are insisting that the customers should pay amount for amc and polishing of vehicle. Without this they would not give vehicles.
                                Hence it is requested to instruct the dealers to give options to customers to purchase accessories, amc or polishing price. Those should not burdened upon the consumers. It is as good as harassment to customers

                                I bought a Honda dio from Marikar Motors Nedumangad.Due to the engine trouble the scooter has doesn't start. I contact several times in Marikar Motors Nedumangad. They repair several times but the complaint had still continuing. I request you to take necessary action as early as possible.

                                I have CBR 150R just 1 year old.
                                there are lots of issues in bike and i always mention them at the time of free Servicing, they just wash the bike and return no issues solved.

                                But at my last service(paid) they told me to replace the parts, but my bike is in warranty, but they are not agree to replace them in warranty.

                                  Your only dealer in haldwani city name balaji motors in district nainital is misusing his monolopy in market by demanding only cash payment.
                                  He is not even ready to accept card payment and against check payment delivery to be made only after check is encashed.

                                  This act of your dealer is seriously annoying your brand image and dragging customers like me to opt for some other brand.
                                  For past month he is avoiding card payment by simply saying that machine is not working.
                                  My humble request is to kindly brief him to accept check payment.

                                    Vehicle is given in showroom for servicing while taking return i did not check wheather engine oil nut if tightened or not i used my vehicle how it was given from service center active engine completely stopped running. I brought the same vehicle in auto to the same service center where it was repaired they said the whole engine has to be changed which would cost 25 thousand but after many issues it was repaired under warranty that too they took 45 days charging 5000rs or more than that to get it repaired such trusting trustworthy showroom and when it is given for service by paying 500 what they do is to raise their income they give defect serviced vehicle so that next time when he has to thousands and thousands from their pocket, after repair the vechile should be like the same it was earlier but it got worst and running like second hand old luna, as they said after driving it till 3000 kilometers engine will get normal but it same even after running the more than 10, 000 kilometers it is sincere request that take down this active and give the amount which i can buy newone or how i feel is i want to burn down the vehicle infront of your showroom infornt of press and everybody.

                                      I have bought a cbr 250 in the Chandra honda dealer which is located in the saibaba colony, after a month while asking for an RC of Bike.They were asking me to pay the 30000 to get the RC of my bike.

                                      I denied for the same, but holdin the RC of my bike and not providing..
                                      cheated by the honda company..

                                      Kindly help me with this, as I am very disappointed with the sales and the service of the honda dealers

                                        We paid for coating initially for activa-4g while purchasing (2 june). But when we went for servicing to the same arihant honda dealers, service person asked to coat the scooter. On asking, he said that the scooter is not coated. So he charged 400/- and gave separate bill for that (22 june). For changing oil he gave different bill. It creates space for suspicion and malpractices of service centres. It means either they have not coated the scooter when we purchased the scooter or misleading customers to do it again and cheating customers. This is pathetic situation, where trust is basic of relationship. The basement of this relationship is shaken. It also shows the discordant administration of service centres that doesn't have any information data regarding the vehicles and relevant service provisions or instead of all update information they are cheating on customers with such malpractices.
                                        I am providing the scanned copies of quotation of activa 4g, receipt of the cash paid accordingly. As well as, receipt of the coating the scooter second time with a different handwritten bill n printed bill of service center for changing oil.
                                        Please, take grave not of it and take proper noteof it. There may be many more such cases like mine.
