I'am so sad to write this complaint. My bike is unicorn 160. And its 2 years old. The problem is the fuel tank is full of rust. And seems the vehicle is disfunctioning. Due to rusting inside the fuel tank the petrol tap is not pumping the fuel properly.
Its damn the manufacturing defect of the company. Because of this i will not recommend anyone for honda. Poor company. Poor rating.
I have never seen this sort of complaints anywhere.
The vehicle is getting damaged.
So i kindly requesting you to do something favour to me.
Or otherwise i will move it legally..

    Sir i purchased honda activa dt 07/07/2017 he promised to give documents dt 12/07/2017 i visit showroom many times but when i call showroom he says your paper ready comes and collect your paper and when i go showroom paper not completed sir first i purchased hero scooty but his customer service very poor so i purchased honda activa but there is same problem you solve my problem ph no [protected]

      I am a cb unicorn 160 customer. I ran 40000 kms and done all ser ices periodically as honda recommends. Now i am getting an ubnormal and irritating noise from the engine side. My service technician saying that it is a common complaint for this model due to the tensioner which the company had fitted in addition to the previous model. They also informed that this tensioner reduces the vibration. Now i dont feel any reduced vibration from the previous model, also irritating noise is there. The technician informed that this issue cant be rectified. So the customer has to bearthe same. This is purely a stupidity and the faith which i had in honda has gone due to this. It would have been better if the tensioner was not there. Beong such a big manufacturer its is your responsibility to ensure that whatever issue occuring should be rectified. Purely honda especially cb unicorn 160 sucks. The technician also told that they are getting a lot of similar issues. What the hell. Bad luck as a customer. I must get a response for the same or else i will move legally

        I have rice one complaint before 4 days but no proper reply for customer care at dharti honda rajkot gujrat dealer no any proper solution for my complaint my bike number is gj 03 jf 9827 honda cb shine previous my complaint is my 3rd service coupon is left my service book but service center data fill my 3 rd service all ready done at 21 dec 2016 not match km all service your record and my service book and also in your online data my bike km is above 9000 but right now bike km is only 7200 so why should wrong enter km in all service. I attached photo my service book and also service history

          The most waste care i got at adhithya honda dealership mukkam calicut kerala.
          Within the first 10000 kms the bike became a junk one..
          Under free service periods they cared the vehicle very carelesely..
          Due to the careless handling while serving the tail lamp assembly got a crack in the outer glass but within few days the crack grown and the part of glass has brocken drown..
          The tail mud guards got heavy vibration and sound due to the breakage of tail lamp assembly..
          The service centre hesitated to replace the same..
          Then after a few weeks the chocke lever got struck and the service executives couldn't repair that..
          Next issue comes in the speedometer sensor. Honda has provided a magnetic sensor for speedometer which is not at all suitable for indian roads and the replacement expense was about 1500..
          The most and important issue comes when the last service was done..
          They have made mistakes while opening the drain screw of oil sump, as a result the threads got damaged and for rethreading they have asked about 520 labour charge for industrial work.. The important thing is this huge amount was to give a simple internal thread.. The behaviour of the manager mr. Manoj and the service executives was so arrogant..
          From the very beginning the cb trigger shows that it's not suitable for indian roads and the adhithya honda dealership at mukkam, calicut, kerala showing that they are the worst service available for honda in kerala...

            I srvicing my activa 125 and replace damged part and visit to honda srvice center. Location in gaurav honda uffalda srinagar garhwal uttarakhand. He repalce damged part and srvicing and i pay it. Affter some days my iam [censored]ing probleam agin my activa. I visit service center and he promice me to next sevice i changed the parts. Next service he agin payment but probleam not solved. Because tha partis not genuine and other activa model part. Thired time agin changed part and i pay again.
            Again and again charged and very bad servicing and not put geuine part. This not good service center and honda company policy. I complaint many time in costumer care but not good response.
            I suggest to please not buy honda activa and not visit his service center because waste of money to visit his service center

              honda unicorn 160 engine problem

              I bought honda unicorn 160 on 30/06/2017 from kun honda omr, registered & delivered next day. 2 hours drive got abnormal noise from engine. Gave bike to showroom 02/07/2017 where i brought. They changed new spare again same noise from engine.               Dear sir/madam

              I am trying to buy a bike honda unicorn 160 for my dad in cash who has served 21 years of service in army. According to rule army person can buy bike from military quota once in 3 year from bike dealer if bike is available. So we have requested honda showroom in akola (Khandelwal honda murtizapur road, alsi plot area, income tax office, akola, maharashtra 444001). But their manager is refusing to give bike even though it is available in showroom.
              So i want to put complaint against that manager please resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

                I bought activa 4g on 14 june 2017 from ess ell honda drhradun since beginning handle was too hard, noise in start like tic tic and after 40 km vehicle is responding like oil is going to finish however oil tank is almost full one engineer told me this is belt problem but in service station your engineer told me noise of engine will be removed automatically keep running handle problem they solved immediately and for other they told me this is man ka vaham if not satisfied go to another service center at rajpur road dehradun i am not satisfied

                  Myself from kolkata west bengal. I have purchased activa125 on 28th july from shaw motors which is under todi motors. I have made full payment, after that i have received my invoice copy and insurance after 15 days that too after after multiple calls and complaints.
                  And i have paid for zero debt insurance but received normal and still it's pending after continuous call. And when i call with any query, noone is there to give proper response.
                  Itz like m fool purchasing your product and made a big mistake. If possible kindly refund and cancel the purchase.
                  Wish here also i will not get any solution.

                    I purchase 4g activa on 4 june and not running properly.. I given for first service after a day got vehicle took jumped on small speed breaker as well self stst is nit working well... I hardly used driven for 400 km... On the same day took to centre they said as there is fault in manufacturing n i ll get standard warranty... Being a consumer i got defective activa which purchased a month ago... Is the motto of company to give problems of manufacturing and misguiding consumers
                    So i request to honda please give me replacement of my 4g activa vehicle...

                      unicorn too much vibration, causing health issue because of it. need refund

                      Its not a bike.. But an vibrating machine.. Bike vibrates 6 times higher than comfort zone as per iso.
                      As per iso vibration should be 0.315m/s^2 but bike is vibrating at 1.8m/s^2.
                      After producing proof also "honda employee saying bike is in very good condition and there is no problem".
                      Honda says there is no testing equipment for measuring vibration... Honda is saying "its just feel of customer".
                      Honda harassing...

                      I have sent my new activa 4g red color baught on 25 th june 2017 to my dealer for first service today after 1145 km approx to 18 th july 2017 around 12 pm. After service they called me at around 2.15 to pick up the vehicle. I went to pickup the two wheeer on 4 30 pm. When i saw my scooter on left side near key hole of dickey they have made a dent and color was removed by workshop service man. Also made scratches to that area. When i complained regarding this to workshop person they were all started shouting at me at loud voice was telling that was already there. For your kind information why should i made such color spiiling to my new two wheeler? They were trying to show me camera images but failed to show me that area in camera vision. Then i went to honda show room and complained regarding it. That person told me if it spreads more i will change you that assembly part in next service. My demand is that they have spoiled the show and look n feel my newly baught activa 4g and now they should call me and change that part for me. Kindly note this in concern and change my spoiled part with no cost charged to me as they did it. They were in no mood to accept any fault. Kindly note they were not even customer friendly persons at workshop point. Thanks

                        Please refrain from using this service center, better to service from local mechanic. Atleast he will be knowledgeable about your beloved bike.
                        I have had an accident with my honda cbr250r abs in alibaug. Hence, i had to give my bike fr repairs to this dashmensh honda service center in alibaug. Initially they were very helpful. But i have seen that it took them a one & a half month to repair my bike. I can understand there is delay for insurance approvals, but it surely does not take 6 weeks for it. Infact there concern staff refuse to speak to you. Still i have managed to live with it considering atleast my dear bike will be in good shape after coming to me. However, exactly within a week bike started giving problem because faulty wiring. My regular & loyal mechanic from om sai honda has helped me with it. However, when i was in my another trip to alibaug. My bike refused to start, i thought it is a battery issue. But no, i had to send it again to this service center. But this guys again took 3 weeks to repair it. It was a problem with my fuel injection & key set. They have done minor repairs & gave it to me after 3 weeks. I got it back to mumbai, while riding i realized front breaking is not normal. I immediately took it to my mumbai service center om sai honda. They told me, my bike has non-abs bike's break lever & bike is not correctly reinstalled.. And to my surprise it really was. When called service center. They have accepted there mistake. Rather series of mistakes. Changing those levers & not installing bike properly, clearly shows poor knowledge about there own bikes. It is one of the pathetic service center service i have experienced from this one. I will again say, please refrain from using this particular service centre. Use local mechanic, with experience. They will take good care of your bike than these guys.

                              I'm shareena begum i bought new honda unicorn 150, prathul honda jubilee hills i'm going to my bike 1st service at autofine honda authorised service center, i don't understand why take your honda 4t oil i'm ask service manager why honda company oil that person told me it's mandatory otherwise company not give you extend warranty. Please tell me what can i do.

                                My bike diffracted surely becose i have purchase a new bike honda hornet double disc disc plate allready damage
                                Engin are not properly work
                                Chain set are totally bogas one week set this service center are charged total amount
                                But honda customer care are not the give a solution
                                He saying you go now rithala service center and they are change of free cost
                                But iam got the rithala service center
                                Meet saini service center had
                                He telling me sir spare parts are chargeble and my laber charge free
                                1 — engin down
                                2 — chain set out
                                3 — back disc plate finished
                                4 — betery change 2 time

                                Note —
                                Please change my bike or totally repaired with honda company genuine parts
                                Other wise iam file the complaint of court

                                And continues complent file online and honda customer care email id with remainder

                                  I have don 10000 km, now the chain socket is fully adjusted the service center is saying that it cant be tightened any further and have to replace the chain socket. After doing some detail enquiry i had found that the chain socket used is not proper for those big wheels provided and the chain is very thin when comparing with other bikes of the same price range, the chain get loosen ever after doing 300 to 400 km and also makes noise also. The engine is also having some valve loosening issues also there is a knocking noise in the engine i had contacted the service center several times and they are saying that they are helpless and these issues are common for all honda hornet 160r. They also say that the chain socket is not under 1 year warranty the is is also vibrating a lot at 60 to 70 kmph
