Dear sir, i have purchased a honda cb shine on 31/03/17 from waheguru honda jagdalpur c. G. Dealer has offered a discount of rs 20000 on this motor cycle and i paid a cash of rs 50760/-. On the day of delivery of veh. He said he has shortage of acsessories, battery and even the key also lost which will be provided soon but till date nothing i got from him and now the dealer is asking rs 3100/-saying tax difference which company has given the permission to take from customer.

    I have parched honda cv sine on date 5 december 2014. Only 12000 km but its compressor down. I visit honda showroom for service dumka (Jharkhand) honda showroom manager said to me no warranty after two years.       Hi i am protapaditya from andaman nicobar islands. My complain is my bike (Cbr an 01 g 6408) given to port blair your showroom for serviceing from date 18/02/2017 workshop in-charge asks delivered till 24/04/2017 i said ok, but after 4 months i am visit workshop bike not ready. After that i am visiting 25 days later he was saying job card missing, whose person to given my bike is not in duty, after that i am asking my bike details he is fullisly asking once again bike details. Once again i given bike details. But till now bike not completed. Not responsible work in on-duty. He is asking my phone no: and gives 3mobile nos. I waiing for last 15days her phone, but nobody call me. Afterthat i calling toll-free no: from u r company then submit my complain. Tollfree guy asking 3 or 4days sortout the problem. Portblair workshop guys nobody called. After 4days i repeated to call toll-free no: and he says wait, i can see the problem. After he called portblair showroom given to u r bike 22/7/17. After visit showroom my friend bike not ready that date. He asking monday 24/7/17. Then today 25/7/17 going to collect my bike, he saying bike nathing to ready. Then showroom service manager asking fewdays.

        4, 2016 का activa 3g जो कि 3000 km पे गेर वायब्रेशन बनाने लग गई थी जो कि रतलाम सर्विस सेंटर पर उस बार गाड़ी के गेर चेंज किये गए थे फिर मेरे गाड़ी का वाइब्रेशन खत्म हो गया थ इस के बाद गाड़ी 8000 चलने के बाद वही प्रॉब्लम आप के कंपनी के सर्विस सेंट पर वही बोल रहे ह की गैर चेंज कर दिए तो ये बताओ क्या गाड़ी में हर 3000 या 4000 में गेर खरब होते क्या उसके बाद 2 बार हो चुका हैं यही प्रॉब्लम तो आप की वॉरंटी 2 साल इस के बाद क्या में हर 3000 या 4000 पे गेरे चेज करू 9000 के गेर ये बताओ मुझे आप ओर आप के इंजीनयर को इतना भी नही सिखाया जाता ह की कस्टमर को कैसे अटनेड किया जाता ह मेरी सुनवाई नही हुई तो में उपभोक्ता फोरम में कैसे लगा रहा हु ओर आजतक मीडिया में सब देता हूं कि ऐसी बात है

          I bought my honda cb hornet on 7th of july. After a week a problem was there a problem in starting my vehicle... I visited customer care and they repaired it. After a couple of days same problem was there in the vehicle. I visited the customer care again and i was asked for leaving the vehicle for one day and i agreed... They repaired it again.. After that i've visited the service center 4 times and i've the same problem till now... Please help... It's 17th day of the vehicle.

            I have a honda unicorn dazzler reg no - jh06e 6834, that i purchased in november 2011 for rs. 75, 000 from moonka honda, jamshedpur.

            Last year in october 2016, the exhaust was giving out black smoke and there was sound in the engine. So i went to the authorised service centre, moonka honda in jamshedpur and they informed that engine has to be opened and serviced. The total bill paid by me was rs. 15, 743. I was assured that the problem was remedied.

            Now after barely 8 months and 10000 kms later, the same problem of black smoke has arised and again moonka honda is asking for rs. 11000 to correct the problem.

            I have asked honda two wheelers to look into it but to no avail. Please help.

                Sir my name is salman chisty from ajmer i bought a honda 4g scooter from honda 2wheelers dealer name vivan honda goyal autohouse pvt ltd. Ajmer the dealer took rs. 800 extra from me as a rto brokage and refused to gave back so please help me what to do. The actual amount was about rs 57800 only. And they took rs 58600 from me. There behavior was rude too. Please took action against them thankyou.

                  I had purchased a honda activa 4g. Invoice date was 24/06/2017. I had paid entire amount on the same date. We also had paid extra 1000/- for rto registration. But now after one week dealer from venkat sai honda center, dhayari, pune is demanding more inr 1700/- for gst bill. But my bill is before gst and he is also denying to pay gst bill to me. As my date of purchase is before 1st july i am not liable to pay any gst. Due to this i have still not received vehicle number for my activa.
                  Dealer is really rude and has delayed my documents for rto registration. I am really fed up with his attitude. He completely denies his fault for delaying the documents.

                    I bought my honda unicorn 160 on 1st october 2015.in last few days water entered inside meter now they are saying it does not come under warranty and charging me 6000 rupees. 2yrs not completed yet. What is the meaning of warranty then? Why a meter should not be replaced when all my servicings were in time? It was run only within 7000 kms. Why they are telling 2yrs warranty then? Just to increase sales?

                        It has been seven months i purchased a honda activa3g with registration no up32hk6970 and it has run around 16k kms now there is a leakeg in my tubeless back tyer and when i went for its repairment the puncher maker told me that this tyre would has to be replaced as puncher cant me repaired as there was manufacturing defect and puncher repair would be waste over it the defect could be seen my naked eyes which was not noticed at the time of purchase as we believe on company, i just want to know that is this is the standard that honda follows. I am feeling as i have been cheated kindly cal me and solve the problem as replacing of new tyer would be unnessecry burden having non of my mistake. My no is [protected].

                          I'am so sad to write this complaint. My bike is unicorn 160. And its 2 years old. The problem is the fuel tank is full of rust. And seems the vehicle is disfunctioning. Due to rusting inside the fuel tank the petrol tap is not pumping the fuel properly.
                          Its damn the manufacturing defect of the company. Because of this i will not recommend anyone for honda. Poor company. Poor rating.
                          I have never seen this sort of complaints anywhere.
                          The vehicle is getting damaged.
                          So i kindly requesting you to do something favour to me.
                          Or otherwise i will move it legally..

                              I am a cb unicorn 160 customer. I ran 40000 kms and done all ser ices periodically as honda recommends. Now i am getting an ubnormal and irritating noise from the engine side. My service technician saying that it is a common complaint for this model due to the tensioner which the company had fitted in addition to the previous model. They also informed that this tensioner reduces the vibration. Now i dont feel any reduced vibration from the previous model, also irritating noise is there. The technician informed that this issue cant be rectified. So the customer has to bearthe same. This is purely a stupidity and the faith which i had in honda has gone due to this. It would have been better if the tensioner was not there. Beong such a big manufacturer its is your responsibility to ensure that whatever issue occuring should be rectified. Purely honda especially cb unicorn 160 sucks. The technician also told that they are getting a lot of similar issues. What the hell. Bad luck as a customer. I must get a response for the same or else i will move legally

                                I have rice one complaint before 4 days but no proper reply for customer care at dharti honda rajkot gujrat dealer no any proper solution for my complaint my bike number is gj 03 jf 9827 honda cb shine previous my complaint is my 3rd service coupon is left my service book but service center data fill my 3 rd service all ready done at 21 dec 2016 not match km all service your record and my service book and also in your online data my bike km is above 9000 but right now bike km is only 7200 so why should wrong enter km in all service. I attached photo my service book and also service history

                                  The most waste care i got at adhithya honda dealership mukkam calicut kerala.
                                  Within the first 10000 kms the bike became a junk one..
                                  Under free service periods they cared the vehicle very carelesely..
                                  Due to the careless handling while serving the tail lamp assembly got a crack in the outer glass but within few days the crack grown and the part of glass has brocken drown..
                                  The tail mud guards got heavy vibration and sound due to the breakage of tail lamp assembly..
                                  The service centre hesitated to replace the same..
                                  Then after a few weeks the chocke lever got struck and the service executives couldn't repair that..
                                  Next issue comes in the speedometer sensor. Honda has provided a magnetic sensor for speedometer which is not at all suitable for indian roads and the replacement expense was about 1500..
                                  The most and important issue comes when the last service was done..
                                  They have made mistakes while opening the drain screw of oil sump, as a result the threads got damaged and for rethreading they have asked about 520 labour charge for industrial work.. The important thing is this huge amount was to give a simple internal thread.. The behaviour of the manager mr. Manoj and the service executives was so arrogant..
                                  From the very beginning the cb trigger shows that it's not suitable for indian roads and the adhithya honda dealership at mukkam, calicut, kerala showing that they are the worst service available for honda in kerala...

                                    I srvicing my activa 125 and replace damged part and visit to honda srvice center. Location in gaurav honda uffalda srinagar garhwal uttarakhand. He repalce damged part and srvicing and i pay it. Affter some days my iam [censored]ing probleam agin my activa. I visit service center and he promice me to next sevice i changed the parts. Next service he agin payment but probleam not solved. Because tha partis not genuine and other activa model part. Thired time agin changed part and i pay again.
                                    Again and again charged and very bad servicing and not put geuine part. This not good service center and honda company policy. I complaint many time in costumer care but not good response.
                                    I suggest to please not buy honda activa and not visit his service center because waste of money to visit his service center

                                      I am trying to buy a bike honda unicorn 160 for my dad in cash who has served 21 years of service in army. According to rule army person can buy bike from military quota once in 3 year from bike dealer if bike is available. So we have requested honda showroom in akola (Khandelwal honda murtizapur road, alsi plot area, income tax office, akola, maharashtra 444001). But their manager is refusing to give bike even though it is available in showroom.
                                      So i want to put complaint against that manager please resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
