Sir my motto is really "activa is my dream"i really feel bad and i used to pay 64000 for this activa bike i really feel proud when i purchase this bike but what happens is now after two years it stops while riding myself to cross signal in a fraction of second i escaped from an accident. Because it suddenly stopped while crossing. The same happened twice for me. I am very much depressed of why i bought activa. Now i really afraid of riding this bike to school. I need fast and immediate attention because this makes customer heavy loss and depressed to. I need a good option from ur concern. Please

    The three dealers at cuttack - durga honda, utakal honda and sgbl honda are flatly denying to release vehicles if the customer does not concede to purchase accessories, amc, polish price and etc. They insist to take those while purchasing vehicle. Otherwise they would not give vehicles.
    It is ok that the dealers will collect rto price and insurance money along with the price of vehicle. But it is highly illogical to insist for accessories costing more than thousands from your showroom at the time of purchase of vehicle. Your dealers at cuttack are insisting that the customers should pay amount for amc and polishing of vehicle. Without this they would not give vehicles.
    Hence it is requested to instruct the dealers to give options to customers to purchase accessories, amc or polishing price. Those should not burdened upon the consumers. It is as good as harassment to customers

    I bought a Honda dio from Marikar Motors Nedumangad.Due to the engine trouble the scooter has doesn't start. I contact several times in Marikar Motors Nedumangad. They repair several times but the complaint had still continuing. I request you to take necessary action as early as possible.

    I have CBR 150R just 1 year old.
    there are lots of issues in bike and i always mention them at the time of free Servicing, they just wash the bike and return no issues solved.

    But at my last service(paid) they told me to replace the parts, but my bike is in warranty, but they are not agree to replace them in warranty.

      Dear honda team,

      Your only dealer in haldwani city name balaji motors in district nainital is misusing his monolopy in market by demanding only cash payment.
      He is not even ready to accept card payment and against check payment delivery to be made only after check is encashed.

      This act of your dealer is seriously annoying your brand image and dragging customers like me to opt for some other brand.
      For past month he is avoiding card payment by simply saying that machine is not working.
      My humble request is to kindly brief him to accept check payment.

        Vehicle is given in showroom for servicing while taking return i did not check wheather engine oil nut if tightened or not i used my vehicle how it was given from service center active engine completely stopped running. I brought the same vehicle in auto to the same service center where it was repaired they said the whole engine has to be changed which would cost 25 thousand but after many issues it was repaired under warranty that too they took 45 days charging 5000rs or more than that to get it repaired such trusting trustworthy showroom and when it is given for service by paying 500 what they do is to raise their income they give defect serviced vehicle so that next time when he has to thousands and thousands from their pocket, after repair the vechile should be like the same it was earlier but it got worst and running like second hand old luna, as they said after driving it till 3000 kilometers engine will get normal but it same even after running the more than 10, 000 kilometers it is sincere request that take down this active and give the amount which i can buy newone or how i feel is i want to burn down the vehicle infront of your showroom infornt of press and everybody.

          I have bought a cbr 250 in the Chandra honda dealer which is located in the saibaba colony, after a month while asking for an RC of Bike.They were asking me to pay the 30000 to get the RC of my bike.

          I denied for the same, but holdin the RC of my bike and not providing..
          cheated by the honda company..

          Kindly help me with this, as I am very disappointed with the sales and the service of the honda dealers

            We paid for coating initially for activa-4g while purchasing (2 june). But when we went for servicing to the same arihant honda dealers, service person asked to coat the scooter. On asking, he said that the scooter is not coated. So he charged 400/- and gave separate bill for that (22 june). For changing oil he gave different bill. It creates space for suspicion and malpractices of service centres. It means either they have not coated the scooter when we purchased the scooter or misleading customers to do it again and cheating customers. This is pathetic situation, where trust is basic of relationship. The basement of this relationship is shaken. It also shows the discordant administration of service centres that doesn't have any information data regarding the vehicles and relevant service provisions or instead of all update information they are cheating on customers with such malpractices.
            I am providing the scanned copies of quotation of activa 4g, receipt of the cash paid accordingly. As well as, receipt of the coating the scooter second time with a different handwritten bill n printed bill of service center for changing oil.
            Please, take grave not of it and take proper noteof it. There may be many more such cases like mine.

                I highly disagree with the discontinuation of the honda trigger as well as the dazzler i like both the looks and if available i would have bought anyone of them if available in the market. I am disappointed by the company decision of banning this kind of product i want to know why? Bajaj is producing new models but they keep their previous versions alive. I have chosen honda only because of the technology with the lower price range. But when it comes to looks i dislike the new versions the company is supplying. Honda has more name and fame than other competitive producers so please look into the matter so that every honda lovers doesn't have to write a complaint like me thank you

                  Honda unicorn bike getting engineer issue for 37000 kms even after the bike is getting serviced in honda service center.

                  The bike was having engineer heat and getting off very frequently.

                  Suddenly it stops at the road and not starts, the kicker moves freely and no pressure is there while kicking. More over gear shifting problem persists.

                  The honda engineer said it’s not a problem.

                  Finally now the problem turned in to engine problem and i spend rs.16139/- for service of bike now at tansi honda at marathalli.

                  Previously i serviced bike at haiku honda at indiranagar old madras main road. They charged rs.6, 000 + for the bike service.

                  Before riding not even 1300kms after service the engineer got the problem.

                  I am not sure why we took reputed company bike and why we are getting service at honda service center rather than servicing at local work shop.

                  I can say haiku honda at indiranagar old madras is the very worst service center. Please don't service the bike there.


                  I have raised the complaint many time with honda center but still now response. Please suggest how to take it.

                    This is to inform you, that, i have paid rs1310/- today over the invoice no serinv-ua[protected] for repairing of my dio to your authorised dealer. I. E. B. M. Auto rajpur road dehra dun. I have handed over my dio yesterday, to your above service centre, & that time sufficient petrol was lying in the vehicle. On delivery the petrol tank found empty. I requested the working staff as well as service manager mr. Vimal jugal to please provide me only 50-100 ml petrol, on payment so that i may able to reach to nearby petrol pump, which is about 700 yards distance, but sorry to write you no one has considered my request. I am an sr. Citizen, if such inhuman attitude towards a senior citizen, you may better judge the services/attitude towards the normal customer. Sir, please note that this vehicle was purchased on 7.11.2006 from ess ell motor itself & since the date all services/repairs work is caring only from ess ell motors. Sir, you will acknowledge that such type of customer service definitely adversely effect the name & fame of your reputed organisation. At this time3.20 my dio is still standing with your showroom, & i am going to bring petrol. This is neither fair nor justice & violation of consumer rights.

                        My scooter dl7scc3105 do not start by battery in first time after night. I have to put kicked start. I visited 3 times to your service center (Swarup honda service center) to fix it. First they told it will fix after first service. After first service i confirmed for issue fixed but it reailty scooter do not start by self.in my third visit manager of swarup honda service center mr kannna told me that handa scooter have to start by kick first time everyday and give a printed page for how to start it by self and kick.

                          Dissapointed with the reputed company like honda, purchased my vehicle honda activa 4g on[protected], since then i have had only problems with the vehicle. Lot of quality issues, grinding sound from the engine, as of today the vehicle has run 1500 kms (Approx) but the vehicle feels like its 5 years old. This vehicle being the 5th activa in the family, never expected i would experience such things. To make things worst, the first free service was done at city honda service (Ramamurthy nagar, bangalore) has spoilt my vehicle even more.

                            I purchased my honda activa 4g on 10th april 2017
                            Only after a 2 month time period, this scooty is having starting issues, sometimes i have to wait 10-15 min but the scooty does'nt start
                            Also though the company says of an average of 55kmpl after service, but my scooty is giving an average of only 29 kmpl
                            Please look into the matter and replace my honda activa 4g

                            I purchased Honda dream yuga from Mukesh Honda, Rajapalayam . The tyre is not worthful. daily puncture work is on progress. still now i spent nealy 500 for puncture alone. Air is leaking continuously even for small thorn.i have been distressed and annoyed

                              I have bought honda 4g from muthoot honda, muthoot building, kadammanitta road, kozhenchrerry, pin 689641 on[protected] with chasssis no:me4jf507eht218478 and engine no:jf50et5218688, manufactured on may 2017.
                              The owners manual issued along with the vehicle is in hindi. Since i am from kerala, its difficult for me to follow the details in the manual. Kindly direct the above dealer to provide me with a manual in 'english' and inform me about the direction you have given to the dealer.

                                On 14.06.2017, i want my vehicle to get serviced so i used to go to my nearest service center, ganga automobiles, ring road, surat. As usual they taken my vehicle and given me estimated time of next day e. I, 15.06.17.
                                On next day vehicle was not serviced and when i called there they tolled me that due to rush one more day will be taken to serviced. Like this it was day 17.06.17 and still my vehicle was not serviced... And the incharge person of there named bhavesh bhai was so rude in talking with me.. He was misbehaving.. So i tolled i dont want to get serviced give me my vehicle back... He tolled me to pay 200rs in the name of other labour charge.. And tolled me that if i will not pay this money my vehicle will not be given back...
                                I am attaching the invoice the amount paid by me for which no service get to me...
                                I just want to aware other customers dont ever get your vehicle serviced with ganga automobiles, ring road, surat

                                  I wish to buy new unicorn 150 bike from pratul honda in jubilee hills - hyderabad under finance scheme from icici bank.
                                  Quoted bike price is :
                                  73230/- basic
                                  7090/-life tax
                                  4411/-insurance
                                  820/- rta
                                  665/-e/w
                                  Hense it is supposed to be
                                  Rs. 86216/-total amount,

                                  As per my loan amount calculation rs. 71000/- will be under emi & remaining amount of rs. 15216/- shall be initial amount paid by me to pratul honda showroom. But the show room staff asking me to pay rs. 18216/-, when i contacted sales person there, he told me it's additional difference amount for showroom as margin money. How come again additional margin added? Nobody cooperating or answer in this regard from the showroom. I wish to contact your head office and requesting you to provide the address in hyderabad. Expecting an immediate response from you.

                                    To whomsoever it may concern,
                                    I bought a honda io a few months back and my purchase was welcomed by the the motoden honda, mumbai showroom manager. I bought the moped and waited for the clearance documents to arrive and to acquire it from them. On verifying the documents i found out that the insurance papers and the rc book had a difference in colour of the bike which mettalic grey and was printed as red. I immediately informed them till then it was fine. I got the corrected insurance copy with the correct bike colour on it and was told that the rc will be again verified by the rto andheri and will be delivered to. Your doorstep and you'll be informed about it. Its been 3 months since then and i did not get a single phone call regrading that. I went to the showroom to be told that they had no idea about it and there was no manager at the showroom and no one was bothered to attend me. Mr. Manager named ashish was no where to be contacted and an another attendant was also called ashish told me that even if you complain they will tell you to go to rto and collect it. This the costumer service you'll provide after you get your money from the customer?? This the type of sales executives you'll appoint to deal with problems who keep the customer waiting for an hour and then tell him they cannot help me with anything??
                                    And lastly, i have not received my rc book as yet its been three months since its been informed to them.
                                    This copy of the complaint will be lodged to the consumer court and consumer grievance cell.
                                    There on i will personally handle the case.
                                    Will get my rc book either ways and if required with compensation from your side.
                                    Its terribly careless of such a brand to be disappointing after trusting them over their vehicles and just because of customer relation problems.

                                      I have purchased honda activa from tajshree honda, nagpur but i am very disappointed with dealer behave, i have paid full amount cash & they ensure he will give delivery on time, but unfortunately they are fail & also they was doing misbehaving with me, no one was answering about delivery after getting cash. Pathetic service.
