Today, after my online Complaint the several Major Problems Facing about my NEWLY PURCHASED HONDA UNICORN 150, I got a CALL from Mr. VISHAL, from SAI POINT HONDA Show ROOM.
Which Produced a Shocking QUESTION before me against HONDA COMPANY.
Is it Honda Company's Policy to ask the Customer to Close the complaint Just on phone. I mean without resolving it manually...?...?

After online complaint to honda two wheeler company, i got a call on dated 25/05/2017 of mr. Vishal, from dealer sai point honda, nagpur.
He asked me the problem, i am facing, droping honda unicorn 150 in the showroom or to send an exicutive to pick up the vehicle from office on the next day. At the same time, when i arose the problem of my official work is totally depend upon my whehicle, which already got hamppered four times for the same thing. Thence he committed me, that he would arrange a vehicle for me for my official work.
During this telephonic conversation, at last he told me that, he is closing the complaint at the same time on phon itself-i mean without any manual resolment. Regrding this also i already made an online complaint (Subject:-complaint about closing complaint on phone).
Further, accordingly he had to call me yesterday on 26/05/2017, at 12noon. I wait till 12.45pm, then proceeded for my routien day work appointments. During my woking i got a call from sai point honda at 1.17pm.
I told them that i am on my day work & i drop the vehicle tomorrow on 27/05/2017 by 11.30am.
Today on 27/05/2017, at around 11.30am i droped my honda unicorn 150. Mr. Vishal did several checking & found many major problems which i am facing from the date of delivery & even after three company & four extra servicings due to non resolvment of previos problems & occuring new problems during drive. He mentioned it on his minor job card no. 1666. I attached a photo of the same and gave me in writting to hand over the vehicle on 29/05/2017 by evening or early.
I am yearning for justice with me. And i expect it with the honda unicorn 150 replacement only.
Coz i can't bear my hard earned money loss which i did, by purchasing honda's vehicle & even can't bear my time loss, mental hurrhassment & daily work hamppering.
Your kind & early response to my complaint will show me the next path.

I dropped my HONDA UNICORN 150 At the Dealer Sai Point HONDA Nagpur., on 27/05/2017, at around 11.30am. A Technical Manager Mr. VISHAL committed to keep me uodated through call about the Vehicle condition & What they are going to do with the vehicle complaint.
BUT from Yesterday 27/05/2017 till Today on 28/05/2017, they did not give me a single call.
Now I am really worried, with the losses I am facing.
