Dear sir
This is highly incorporated injustice with me (Customer) by the customer trusted brand honda... Is honda.
After my last on line complaints i requested for the replacement of my newly purchased honda unicorn 150 due to its in built defects. But again the sai point honda service center opened engine third time within nine months and again replaced some major parts of the engine.
Work shop service manager mr. Sumit bhoyar & customer relation manager mr vishal accepted, the by default in built engine manufacturing defect of newly purchased honda unicorn 150 & even mechanical & technical expert team & on delivery, the sales team all are the eye & practical witness from last nine months of this whole episode. Yesterday on 29/05/2017, after a call for vehicle​ delivery from mr vishal, i went at 4.30pm, i asked as per my complaint for replacement of my newly purchased defective honda unicorn 150. He said that they opened engine again & this time replaced block, piston kit. I attached a photo copy of the engine parts bill.

This is my fifth time extra, apart three regular servicing, that this defective vehicle took me at service center.

I have been witness & customer of honda brand from my first vehicle 'splendor'2003, & other honda customer feedback that till nine to tvelve years honda engine remains untouched & so unopened.
Then, why should i tolerate such defective product where engine is opened three times within nine months.

My simple asking to honda company,
Did i pay my hard earned rs. 86000/ for my dream bike honda unicorn 150 mahroon colour, to make me suffer mentaly, with time & money losses & my routine work hampering...? Which is totally depend upon my vehicle???...???

Keeping patience for justice, i give two days, till 31/05/2017 time to honda company, for the replacement of defective honda unicorn 150, with as per company norms, properly mechanically & technically checked 'ok' new honda unicorn 150 mahroon colour bike.

If i don't get honda unicorn 150 mahroon colour replacement, i am sorry to convey honda company, i am going to consumer court, to get justice.

    I have given my activa bike for servicing on 28th May and took my vehicle for delivery today which is 30th May. They did not wash my bike and when asked they got the bike cleaned. Mirrors were not fixed properly and executives are very careless. no one has an answer to the questions asked, I have given my activa at Fortune Honda service centre in Neredmet, Hyderabad. I had a similar experience in Fortune Honda service centre in Anandbagh. Finally, im not expecting anything in return and all I wanted to say is when u r charging so much for servicing please do the work properly. this has left a bad taste to the mouth. Would def not recommend any to these service centres.

      Dear sir
      I bought & registered a new honda dio vehicle frame no me4jf39edh7002220 and engine no je39e72010316 as on today. I am not taking delivery. The pdi is not done properly. The dio is have abnormal noise in valves [engine], the tyres are wearied. As there is a scratch on the front panel. I am not satisfied to bought such a new 2 wheeler in this condition. What is the remedies for this problems. The new vehicle is purchase from : chandra automobile india pvt ltd, 1247-48, mettupalyam road, coimbatore, tamilnadu. Booking at vadavalli branch coimbatore.
      I am not taking delivery of this vehicle.

          I have purchased a honda activa 3g on 30th march, 2017 from divine honda, guwahati but till now i have not receive my registration certificate and the behaviour of the lady who received my call is very bad, if they cant handle a customer well then they should not be in the front office, they are like if you know everything then go to DTO office by yourself, we have paid amount for Registration to them then why should we go to DTO office, its been 2 months i have not receive my number plate and they dont even bother for the same, i have got a tax payment receipt on 30th of March, 2017 but till now no RC and their response is pathetic.

            1. I purchased and gifted a avtiva to my mom. Today we had given it for servicing, they sent an sms saying we can pick the vehicle now. But after reaching there they're denying the delivery and asking my mom to wait till 2:30pm l, it is approx an hour of waiting for the delivery. Why send an sms alert when the vehicle delivery isn't possible.

            2. On that every time we give for service the mechanic isn't putting couple of nuts and bolts, when we enquire about the rattling noise, they deny upfront. But every time couple of screws fall off from here and there.

            VANISHA Honda is having a worst customer care. They follow up rigorously for insurance renewal but not servicing or the complaints we place. Ridiculous, they claimed they're better than Mangesh Honda but their service is far better and my car, old activa was bought there is thoroughly maintained and serviced by their team

              I'm Sanket Logade, Owner of Honda Hornet 160 R motorcycle.
              I gave my Motorcycle for its 2nd servicing on 21st May 2016 at Pilot Honda, Byculla. This service center is a just a FRAUD.
              Behind the name of service they cheat you and ask you to pay unnecessary money.
              I gave my Honda Hornet for 2nd servicing to this center, and I was forced to pay the cost of engine oil unnecessarily.
              Before giving the keys to the mechanic, i conveyed him that my bike already had a good quality engine oil Named Mobil .
              But the mechanic didn't agree and he force fully changed my bike oil without informing.
              Apart they too charged me for the same saying it's Honda's Policy. Apart when I asked my Mobil oil back. They gave me a cheap oil in a bottle. Apart later when I rechecked the engine i found that they removed my oil. And didn't even bother refilled it with the other oil for which I m charged. In-short this guys stole my good quality engine oil and charged me for fresh oil and that too they did not fill in in my engine.
              i request to refund my cost of my oil or my oil which was already there in the engine before servicing. Apart refund my money of that engine oil for which i was charged and i did not found it in my engine.

                Hi,

                This is with utmost dismay i am reporting about what i have been facing from last 9 months regarding my honda activa 3g. It is the manufacturing defect since day 1 related to its soccer. The soccer is damage and it does not work. Hence causing the scooty jump all the time and affecting my back and the shoulder as well. There is a severe pain developed in my body. After repeatedly complaining about this issue with the dealer and service centers they have failed to deliver the service and promises. All the time they are just doing the free servicing and tightening the nut bolts and screws and just delivering the product stating it is been solved. My question is that why are they not replacing the soccer if it is faulty i mean since day 1. The bike is in warranty. They are not caring about a customer's health. This is serious. Please look into this matter.

                      I have purchased scooty (Activa - i) from honda showroom at doshi honda at indore. They taken excess cost and not giving breakup bill.
                      I told many times for giving all the breakup bill but they denying so i have doubt and i called showroom mobile no. For asking active - i price after purchasing. They told me less then 3000 rs. Again i went to showroom and confirm but they are not retuning my access cost and denying breakup bill.

                      Please help us to resolve issue.

                        I have purchased four, 2 wheeler in my life and never seen such pathetic dealer like dugar honda ever. I had a doubt before going to this dealer to purchase activa 125 in november 2016. Being a single dealer in whole new town and vip road area these people shows very rude behavior to customers. Now please find my review and complaints below.

                        Sales:

                        1. Rude behavior of their sales representative.
                        2. You will not find any other issue as they have to sell their product.

                        Paper work (Complaints):

                        1. Most pathetic response you will get once it comes to paper work for your vehicle.

                        2. You will get your temporary / permanent number after 2-3 months from the date of sale. You can imagine to ride your
                        Vehicle without paper/number during this periods. You have to call or followup with these people and they will either not respond your call or if at they will, they will not take any responsibility to deliver result.

                        3. Rc (Smart card): i have purchased my activa on 25th nov 2016, till today i. E after 5.5 months i still not have my smart card. Since jan they are saying that, its motar vehicle problem we can't do anything in govt work. Even i know people who purchase honda bike from other dealers in kolkata gets all papers in a month maximum. Team dugar ar lazy, commitment less, rude, irresponsible, monopoly people.

                        Services:
                        1. Another blunder they are doing in service. I would suggest people who has honda vehicle to go to local vendor or other honda service dealer rather than going to dugar honda. These people just wash your vehicle as part of theur service and give it to you. They don't even bother if your venhicle has some major fault in it. Here they just wanted to sale the accessaries to get profit.

                        2. They have 2 supervisor who will check your bike outside service area. And they both never work together. You will have to wait at least 1.5 to 2 hours just to get your bike check before servicing. If your are it guy and thinking to get your bike serving in saturday / sunday. Better not to go there at all.

                          Complain about honda unicorn 150 from the delivery date 26/05/2016 -
                          Evenafter first servicing started harsh sound of engine, smoke, trouble in gear changing, engine vibration. Pick up problem, front head body sound. Did three company services & extra three, dissatisfaction services at sai point honda. During this opened engine by sai point honda.

                          The worst & incomplete, technical & mechanical service from the dealer sai point honda nagpur, but experienced shere dissatisfaction

                          I trusted in honda as a brand, thats why purchased honda unicorn 150.

                          But facing shere dissatisfaction with honda product this time.

                          Being a trusted brand, i did my duty as a loyal customer. Paid full amount of honda unicorn 150, against it just expecting 100% product satisfaction.
                          But honda's unicorn 150 & dealer sai point honda both 100%dissatisfaction, money, time & mental hurrhasment.

                          Honesty & justice are still alive.

                          I still belive in the honda company's customer satisfaction policy.
                          Accordingly, kindly give me the replacement of the honda unicorn 150.

                          Your early response to my above honest & humble complain will show me the next path.

                          Today, after my online Complaint the several Major Problems Facing about my NEWLY PURCHASED HONDA UNICORN 150, I got a CALL from Mr. VISHAL, from SAI POINT HONDA Show ROOM.
                          Which Produced a Shocking QUESTION before me against HONDA COMPANY.
                          Is it Honda Company's Policy to ask the Customer to Close the complaint Just on phone. I mean without resolving it manually...?...?

                          Dear sir,
                          After online complaint to honda two wheeler company, i got a call on dated 25/05/2017 of mr. Vishal, from dealer sai point honda, nagpur.
                          He asked me the problem, i am facing, droping honda unicorn 150 in the showroom or to send an exicutive to pick up the vehicle from office on the next day. At the same time, when i arose the problem of my official work is totally depend upon my whehicle, which already got hamppered four times for the same thing. Thence he committed me, that he would arrange a vehicle for me for my official work.
                          During this telephonic conversation, at last he told me that, he is closing the complaint at the same time on phon itself-i mean without any manual resolment. Regrding this also i already made an online complaint (Subject:-complaint about closing complaint on phone).
                          Further, accordingly he had to call me yesterday on 26/05/2017, at 12noon. I wait till 12.45pm, then proceeded for my routien day work appointments. During my woking i got a call from sai point honda at 1.17pm.
                          I told them that i am on my day work & i drop the vehicle tomorrow on 27/05/2017 by 11.30am.
                          Today on 27/05/2017, at around 11.30am i droped my honda unicorn 150. Mr. Vishal did several checking & found many major problems which i am facing from the date of delivery & even after three company & four extra servicings due to non resolvment of previos problems & occuring new problems during drive. He mentioned it on his minor job card no. 1666. I attached a photo of the same and gave me in writting to hand over the vehicle on 29/05/2017 by evening or early.

                          I am yearning for justice with me. And i expect it with the honda unicorn 150 replacement only.
                          Coz i can't bear my hard earned money loss which i did, by purchasing honda's vehicle & even can't bear my time loss, mental hurrhassment & daily work hamppering.
                          Your kind & early response to my complaint will show me the next path.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I dropped my HONDA UNICORN 150 At the Dealer Sai Point HONDA Nagpur., on 27/05/2017, at around 11.30am. A Technical Manager Mr. VISHAL committed to keep me uodated through call about the Vehicle condition & What they are going to do with the vehicle complaint.
                          BUT from Yesterday 27/05/2017 till Today on 28/05/2017, they did not give me a single call.
                          Now I am really worried, with the losses I am facing.

                            I have a Honda CBR 150 bike.. I had an accident on 20 April 2017. So i cliam my insurance at singal honda, new nikol, ahmedabad.. Till 1 month had passed, but nothing can do by singal honda... Service is very poor.no one person response me good answer. Insurance claim policy is complicated within 15 to 20 days.but nothing do after more than one month. Please do nessesary action on singal honda.

                              Very very poor service from honda automobiles.
                              Our lock set of honda aviator was damaged and we had asked the service center for it in ajmer
                              There are 3 service centers in ajmer.
                              But there very unprofessional workers working
                              In one of the service center they even don't know that aviator is of honda!!!
                              And one the other service center they told us that the lock is in the stock. We gave them the scooter.
                              After 5 hours when we called they told that the lock isn't available and it will take 5-10 days.
                              Very very poor service by honda!!!
                              Please don't buy any vehicle from honda
                              As there after sale service is good only for one or two years.

                                Dear team,

                                I have done by 3rd free service in the authorized honda service center on 3.5.17

                                Dealer dugar honda (Teghoria, raghunathpore)
                                Service center address: 395, amarpalli, south dum dum, kolkata, pin 700055

                                Next day i found that self-start is not working.

                                I called service center. Mrs. Moumita mondal asked me to again come to service center.
                                There mechanic and manager checked the tw and told battery plug point is broken and i have to change it. New battery cost 1500/-

                                I told that my tw is only 6 month sold and how the battery can be damaged like that after service.

                                They behaved very arrogantly and told me that i have damaged it and they dont do anything now. After that the mechanic give me the tw with unplugged wearing in battery. Horn and light was not working. Self as well.

                                I took out the vehicle to an other service center and they repaired my battery and tw started working. But self-start is permanently damaged and not working till date.

                                I complained to moumita and she stated that manager will be looking for it but till date no response came.

                                  I have given my bike for servicing to Harmony Honda Service Center Lingampally.

                                  Problems mentioned :
                                  1. Chain is making sound
                                  2. Tail light support seems to be loose
                                  3. Ignition switch key missing
                                  4. leg brake needs adjustment.

                                  Immediately the guy mentioned that whole chain kit need to be replaced
                                  and it costs around 1300. I requested him to first check if it can be repaired as the sound started just recently after it fell down at my house.

                                  I went to collect the bike by end of the day, and surprised with the items mentioned in the bill.

                                  1. Chain kit replaced ( dont know whether it is really needed to go for replacement )
                                  2. Air filter + spark plug changed ( No intimation at all, When I demanded for an explanation they showed some spoiled filter and made me adjust for the replacement. Not sure if that is mine )
                                  3. Replaced shoe brake ( I just asked to adjust it as it is just replaced few months back. and further no intimation that they are replacing it )
                                  4. Engine oil changed ( Again no initimation. Engine oil is changed just 1.5 months back and would have travelled only max 150 - 200Kms after that )

                                  They ended up in making me a bill of 2356 rupees without any initimation and I am pretty sure that it will not cross[protected] if they do only the needed ones.

                                  I used to always give the bike in honda service center in kondapur and never had any issue. But this was worst experience.

                                  Hopefully they would not have spoiled any other invisible parts.

                                    I bought honda trigger from innovative honda, ahmedabad in may 2015. It was defective product and found some issue in silencer. It took them two months to detect the issue. Replacment took one month. After that after each service i experienced some issue. I was doing regular maintenance at their service centre. Recently i got regular service and after the service my bike started giving lot of smoke from the next day of service. Now the service centre team is telling that there is problem in your engine. Just in two years even after proper maintenance i am facing major issue. What the hell honda is manufacturing. Instead of buying honda i would have bought bajaj in way cheaper price and hassle free ride.

                                      Am i ever going to get back my honda shine cb mh01 ca 3876 back, which i had given for first service at jhaveri honda sewri... Is this type of pathetic unethical untimely service centers your company prides in running in india.

                                      Seems like you have unqualified staff at your disposal to add to it they can't take the responsibility in there own hands and address the customer issues. Just give excuses to customer and hide behind it.

                                      Just want my vehicle back and from next time onwards would be apt to get it repaired service at garages then your service centers... Where it will be handed back in a day or 2 and not keep customers waiting and begging for there own assets.

                                      Complete waste of time and money to buy honda product it seems
