    I hope you understand my new cb hornet 160r bike problem solve
    My bike running by 4663 km and created my main issue for my bike back side tyre arrows.
    And second issue very heating engine a running bike few time heated.

    I am not satisfied with the single honda's service.

    I have notices three times in honda customer care but i have not received any reply.

    I have purchased shaine in may month and I'm continued observed that my bick average between 25 to 30 kmph. We are checked through Honda services Center but they are not rectified that problem. I'm still facing milage problems in mi shine bick. So give me a proper solution for that.

      I have purchased activa honda 110 cc (Brown color) on 25.06.2017 by exel honda moti nagar delhi and regular basis i am facing problem first problem i had already faced insurance copy and now i am facing rc address. Yesterday i have receive phone call from exel honda moti nagar regarding my rc and i have to go and i check my name and pin code on rc is showing incorrect then i ask from representative he told me that it will be take 3 to 4 months for the corrections. What is this?

      Kindly look into and take the positive action on this dealer.

      I want my rc with correction as soon as possible.

          Model : honda cb unicorn 160

          Current running mileage : 20, 000

          Dealer name : aadhi honda, no.1171, sathy main road ganapathi, coimbatore-06

          I am writing this service feedback after a ton of frustration and mental agony due to above mentioned dealer.

          I am customer of honda cb unicorn 160 for the past two years. The following complaints had been mentioned in dealership from 5000kms.

          1. Gear shifting complaint
          2. Engine noise high
          3. Chain noise
          4. Suspension noise
          5. Poor mileage & pickup

          For these above mentioned complaints, please refer dealer voice below for your information

          · for gear shifting complaint - they are adjusting gear lever every time without any replacement - complaint again occurs after 300- 400 kms.

          · for engine noise high - valve clearance done for every service - complaint again occurs after 300- 400 kms.

          · chain noise – lubricating chain and sprockets and giving a temporary solution, again complaint occurs after 50 to 100kms. Should i have to lubricate & adjust chain for every 100kms.?

          · suspension noise - they are telling as normal.

          · poor mileage & pickup - they are telling as normal.

          Now i had given my bike to service with all the above mentioned complaints and an abnormal noise in my vehicle. My bike’s current running mileage is 20, 000kms.

          After diagnosis of the noise, they intimated silencer core had damaged and customer relations manager agreed to replace under warranty.

          But after a telephonic discussion with floor controller, he denied warranty for the same. They are asking me to replace silencer, fork razor, chain sprocket and choke cable on paid basis.

          Even though my bike is well within warranty, why should i need to pay for all these parts.? And i am complaining these issues from 5000kms till now.

          I hardly believe in honda’s product quality and smoothness, which i don’t felt in this bike since day 1 of purchase.

          Note - self motor replaced at 12, 000kms u\w.

          My queries are

          1. Why i need to pay for these items, as my bike is well within warranty

          2. If it’s a wear & tear items, i am complaining from initial time itself
          Please give a clarification in this regard.

            Hello.. I had booked a honda dua scooty at mahim honda showroom.. But the customer service is low quality... I had booked the scooty on 30 may... I also gave the token money & required documents.. By the salesman there did not checked the documents.. After 1 month they are telling that the documents are wrong.. Actually there was surname change in the documents i. E pan card & andhar card... Till date i have not received the plate number.. I'm truly depressed by the service of the big brand honda... The authority had to check the documents at the very first... I'm disappointed

              Service - parts damaged by labour

              I given my honda shine service on 24/06/2017, surya honda service, porur, chennai.
              I noticed that while delivery of vehicle, left mirror was broken when i enquired they said sorry, we will replace any old vehicle mirro, we will call your in two days, every week i am going to esquire to replace the mirror always they trying to avoid my contact.
              And also noticed that they will not repair any parts instead they will change the...

              Service date: 11/07/2017
              No regard for customer. Also my number plate was broken due to the pressure wash. Even though there was a disclaimer regarding this issue, that pilot honda is not liable for any damages caused... The representative that attended to me did not even pay attention to my query and just disappeared. This was mr. Digambar (Honda representative) who attended my vehicle's service.
              Shame on pilot honda's service for such an awful customer support. Atleast the representative should pay heed to the customer's concern.
              However, my problem was solved by another representative (Mr. Tejas) who did the necessary formalities and installed a new number plate for my vehicle.

                Respected sir,
                The service centres are not providing proper customer care service as well as vehicle service. If we asking kind of information they don't provide proper information and don't even take notice of that. I asked the information regarding the charger plug in activa4g they took the charge for it and when i asked about that they said that it is extra accessory and they didn't gave this information before purchase.
                You should take the visit of your center and check out that whether the customer are satisfied or not.. I took my vehicle from ganga automobile, ring road, surat... Please take the problem in notice and try to solve it fast

                  This is to inform you that i had given my bike on 24 of june for accident claim at honda showroom opp to phoenix mall. As the claim was been approved on 28 in morning by the person name narendra gaware.
                  Store in charge person name abhijeet thopate and dinesh g (Work shop manager) had confirmed me that i would get my bike 3 to 4 working days and still i have not received my bike yet.
                  Trying to call mr abhijeet thopate but he not receiving the call.

                  Pathetic service by honda

                      The staff handed a defected piece of activa 125. At 6 pm i bought it and next day at 2 pm it stopped working. When i came to showroom they replied that its your product and you have bought it we are not responsible. Then i took it to pinjore honda service centre there the service team told that its battery has been changed and battery of some old model is fitted. Its been 2.5 months and till now they have not given the bill and whenever we ask about bill the staff of 5 members starts fighting. One day i sent one of my friend he insisted that he will not go without taking bill so the service person with heavy beard on his face he started abusing him that go from here or i will call people from canter union parwanoo to beat you. Iwill beat you in the city or go from here. I request the company to close the showroom or please change staff

If you give him bike in morning 8am they done service after 5 pm. And mostly they have no service parts in stock, if anyone done complaint he not behave good.                             Dear sir,

                            This is regarding a New Bike purchased on 02 June 2017 and received it on 04 June 2017 from Bhavna Motors Nerul from sales person Mr.Santosh. Since then while driving I am facing continuous problem. I m have been calling Mr. Santosh continuously regarding the start up issue n bike stops in middle of the road several times. I gave my bike for registration passing on 9th June 2017. Before the passing of the bike I was requested them to replace the bike but they were resolving my problem temporarily saying that here after u will not face any problem. I met with an accident thrice after that the bike stops in the middle of the road n does not start again even after kick start or self start. On 14 June 2017 the bike stopped at Sector 12 in middle of the road but started anyhow. Again The bike stopped in the middle of the road at Sector 12 Shilp chowk kharghar at 9 pm at night on 23 June 2017 and after trying for several times it didn't start and I had to pull the bike from there to sector 19 Raj tower at home at 10 pm. I called up Mr.Santosh in the morning and Sector 3 Belpada kharghar service centre took my bike for repair n gave me back after 5 hours saying their was water in petrol And carborater issue and they changed spark plug .And today again on 26th June 2017 it stopped in the middle of the road. after talking to Bhavna moters Kharghar belpada branch person from sector 12 technician took the bike saying we will start the bike n give it to u. After talking to Bhavna moters general manager Mr.Jay he said I was not aware of this issue and we will try to resolve the problem and he was telling me again and again that their is no problem in the bike.

                            After receiving the bike on 28th June 2017 the bike again stopped in the middle of the road. But according to the General manager Bhavna Motor Mr. Jay and Meghna, the bike is absolutely fine there is no problem and fault in the bike, therefore I m attaching the job report given by them and the video dated 2nd July 2017 also which shows that the bike is not working properly after servicing at Nerul and even after given assurance by Mr. Jay even though it has manufacturing defect.

                            Pls replace my bike It's only a month old and bike stopped for 20 to 30 times not starting with kick or self start also.

                            Please look into this matter urgently and help me...I hope I ll get justice as a replacement of a new bike. Pls

                              SirI am MANJUNATH.M.N we are complaint about from balikai honda hirekerur about wiring horness fault but ur main dealer mahanth honda haveri was not resolved a problem i am complaint form 8 months back but they are not responding for me. balikai honda machnic has checked a wiring harness and he solve my problem honda two wheeler imediat. i am complaining about warrenty but mahantha honda haveri has not responding me.                                 I had purchase a new CB Hornet 160R bs4 3 months before, but from the first day after purchasing it, i am having a sound from rear wheel which is increasing day by day. For this issue i had met my nearby honda showroom many times to sort out this issue but the technician not doing well, after this there service manager told me that this issue is coming from manufacturing department. Can you please tell me that is there any problem in rear wheel of CB Hornet 160R.

                                  I had purchased honda livo on october 2016 from raj honda ajmer, after having third service from company, i am facing problem, the bike chain makes noises, and after checking the vendor said that the chain sprocket of the bike is needed to be changed. it was shocking for me as i used to drive very economically, bike was single handed and not even a year has passed and chain sprocket is down. after asking with my friend having livo i found that he is also having the same problem.my bike has covered only 3880 kms and this happens.this shows how poor quality material honda is using, nowdays.
                                  please dont buy this bike ..

My bike all part are not well and always disturbed then i request to you please solve my problems. I hope you understand and respond it. In my bike gear problem, chain problem, engine problem and body part problem and so many problems in my bike. I am very troubling with my bike please solve my problems quickly.
