I own a CB Unicorn 150CC bike for the past 3 years. I didn't see any problems with the bike until 5 months back. Currently I'm staying in Hyderabad from the past one year and I've done almost 3 services Here @ Hyd in Vaishnaoi Honda-Kondapur. Bike seems good only for the first 20-30 days after service, then it starts making noise in the engine. Just 10-15 days after my last to last service, it started making noise from the engine and the technicians from vaishnaoi Honda said that, an internal engine part(lifter assytensioner) got jammed and that must be replaced, I did it. After which it was fine and then it started creating the same noise but mildly and that has been resolved again in the very next service. Again it's making the same noise now. If the technicians could only provide a temporary resolution, why should I pay 1000's of rupees for each and every service??

Need Honda's action on this issue.. I wanted to go with genuine Honda accessories even if a small damage happens for my bike. I do love Honda very much and I'm planning to exchange my Unicorn with a new Hornet. But because of these kind of technicians I really feel disappointed with the service centres which in turn spoils the name of entire Honda 2 wheelers India..

    As per my previous complain your dealer has changed my battery without resolving my start related issue hence your intervention is required to resolve issue.

    This is to inform you that i have purchased a activa i on[protected] from your dealer gj270001, but since few day's i have facing issue with battery and kick

    Vehicle is not getting start either kick or batter (Self), the reason could not find out by you technician at dealer show room, hence arrange to replace this vehicle or get it resolve the same on permanent basis. Your support in the same will help to be physical health.

    I'm complating about their poor service.
    They give me so bad service.my bike was not in ready possition.they not wash/ polish my bike properly...

    I think they gave me better service after feedback...
    I have been taken a sp shine 125cc on 29th march 2017.
    Untill now i have not received service book.

      This Is a serious problem with my Honda aviator scooty which I bought on 12th Jan 2017 and since I purchased the scooty I am facing starting and kick issues as every time my scooty remains idol for 6-7 hrs and after that whenever I try to start it never starts in one go and every time I have to start it with 4-5 kicks that even nowadays has stopped and now I am suppose put the choke then I have to start it by kick I have shared this with my service center guys and they are not taking this seriously and they are saying that this is a normal thing with engine . regarding this same problem I have got three job card done .

        Hi Team Honda,

        I'm a very upset customer with HONDA as I've purchased a Honda Activa 4G scooty on the 14th, April, 2017 from YUMA Honda, Railway road Gurgaon. Since the very first day, I've been noticing and facing this issues that whenever the speedo meter is above 30km/hour, it produces a vibration on the back wheel which is very annoying and I just hate it. I've checked many of friend Activa but they don't have this problem in their Scooties. On my first service, I informed the mechanic about it but he just told me that this is a normal issue whereas this is actually not.

        Therefore, I request the concerned team to kindly contact me and fix my scooties problem before I take any further step.

        1.Activa engine problem .

        I am go to take drive on active on 30 above engine noise start.

        2.Last wheel crown colour is change ( silver to dark brown).

        I already asked date of purchase after 3rd day my first visit your show room and I informed the showroom executive the told me not a big issue these is normal issue and after that your executive my activa brake is loose. But this is a not proper resolution.

        3.Self and kick issue.
        At the time of delivery, salesman had to give choke again n again to start the vehicle...and from that day daily morning, around 15 min I have to kick and self, irritating feel..
        I informed the showroom executive, they told me that, its the issue of every activa ..whereas it is not like data asbi confirmed from my using two activa 3g
        Its clearly written in manual dat dnt giv choke if temperature around is more than 35℃, its ok sometimes when temp is below 35℃...bt here its more than 42℃...

        4. Tickling sounds from engine

        I already asked date of purchase after 3rd days visit your show room but issue not resolve my activa

        Please help me and resolve my issue.

          Dear sir,
          I purchased a new honda activa4g silver metallic from vd honda showroom, dabri (Delhi) on dt. 31/3/17.
          Since 1 day i have been facing 2 concerns in my scoorter which are mentioned as below:-
          1. Abnormal handle vibration.
          2. Low average:- only 30kmpl.
          As you always claim for good fuel average of your active4g by comparing of others brands but sorry to inform you that i am facing the issue of very low average which is not acceptable.
          I have already visited 2 times at your authorized service center (Vd honda'dabri) but no suitable action taken from them except only tried to make me fool on the above mentioned concerns.
          Please take seriously necessary action in this regards.

            Extremely sorry to inform unsatisfied
            I have serviced my two wheeler on 09/05/2017 invoice no – serinv-mh[protected]
            At – sudarshan motors, nagpur
            Under annual maintenance contract since long period[protected] mh31dy5552
            Defecates register
            1 – general servicing
            2- kmpl – very less
            3- break’s less effective
            4 – running some noise comes
            After service i have received some of the new defects
            1- kmpl – has reduced
            2- noise has increased
            3- movement some abnormal movement is coming
            4- some are regularly components are replaced

            Requested please make sure for same complaint not to report for service

                I purchase activa 3g last year. After few months my scooty has many problem such as self not working properly, very noisey engine sound. My scooty has only 1400km run. When i am going to your sevice centre your macanie says to me your scooty has problem in engine you left scooty in workshop. I left my scooty. What ia this sir 1400 km me yeh haal hai.                   I am darshan chhajed, i have purchess cb hornet 160r, mh-12-mt-3892, from showroom of kothari wheels at tilak road, pune om feb 2016.
                  I have made lots of complaint about unwanted noise coming from engine. My problem not solved till date. They replace engine parts lots of time and every time problem remains same. Not even they solve my old engine problem but also create new problem. I am facing problem of oil leakage fron engine side, bike handeling problem, chain noise problem.
                  When ever i put bike to showroom forthis problem they kept bike for 15- 20 days and not even touch to bike. When i made complaint to manager then they take my bike for service.
                  I have suffered lots with this engine. I have all bills of engine parts kindly replace my bike engine.
                  Totaly dissatiesfied with services from honda showroom and engine from honda.

                    i have purchase new activa[protected] .and i have complited 1st servicing in doshi honda but he is not service proprly and worker are damage my activa silencer cover so i have not done remaining service to doshi honda work shop but before few a day my scooter battry is not proprly work so i give it to work shop for replace the battry he give me that 8 days time to replace battry but now a day 15 days battry is not replace . and workshop is not proprly answer me about battry replacemnt . what the hell is this

                      One way cluctch and gaskit cover is not available in karimnagar and hyderanad. Dis is worest bike o[censored]r company. And dont launch dis bike when ur cmpany doesnt provide service and spares. One of d worest company is honda... I[censored] dont avail d parts what is d purpose to launch new branches.                         Hi.! I'm dinesh i've bought honda cb hornet last year.. My bike's rear wheel shaft nd nut was damaged due to poor free service where i bought. Nd they also don't have the spare part for those especially lock nut.. I contacted all the dealers in my city but still i dint get that spare part. It's been a month i'm waiting but no answer from my service center... So kindly do my need

                          I went to service my cb shine on saturday(7/5/17), they said they will call me after service, but they didnt call me till tuesday(09/05/17) so i went and asked, they asked to come by the next day, so i went today(10/05/2017) then they delivered the bike but the head light shaking and its not fixed properly, when i asked them they said head light will be shaking in all the honda shine bikes.

                            Hello sir,
                            I shailendra rawat I bought honda cb shine in 2014.it is very gud bike but after 3 or 4 months the front shocker was giving problem and bike was swing little bit. I'll done all service in service station and tell these guys about the problem but they tight the handle all time. I am not happy for that then I show my bike the local mechanic he put oil in front shocker it work good for some time. Now my bike was runs 37500 km but the problem was not solved. I put new rear tyre and it was also bubbling. When I service the bike its voice was not good.

                              While leaving for service even though given complete information what is the issue and the end of day nothing will be fixed it would look like they have done water wash, nothing else. I don't know for what they have charged. In the evening if we ask why the issue are not resolved they will tell tomorrow we will complete and again if go ask what is the status again some reason spare part are out of stock tomorrow it will be coming we will fix it. Totally my three days of work got wasted if see all this things i will let's take service from roadsides shops they will do lot faster than this service station people.

                                we have purchased a honda activa from nashik sachi honda, now we have send the vechical for sevicing n we have already intimated the man not to change the oil, we will do it by ourself only, n even though he was demanding the money for oil as we told that it was already intimate not to change, so he therefore he told and he charged us the money

                                if he has not change the oil than y was he demanding the money this is same on the name of HONDA

                                pls do hte needfull, further we should buy you vechical or not

                                We trust HONDA but this is very painfull for us

                                  On 31st march 2017, i have purchased a honda cb shine m/c engine no jc65e70545347, geny gray m from ic automobile pvt ltd near vijaynagar more, bailey road patna-14bihar.
                                  It's so painful to write u regarding the subject matter noted here in above. Honda shine have some manufacturers defect in handle bar bt neither the ic honda showroom or nor service center has taken my complain properly. Showroom manager mr. Sumit & sales representative mr. Ajay kumar behaviour with customer very poor.
                                  At last i submitted my complain here. Hope as soon as earlier resolve it by you.

I seriously disappointed. If yes i want the parts to be changed & get my bike rectified soon or i want a new bike in exchange.                                       Hello aero wheelz,

                                      I have bought activa 3g dlx on my wife name rani madurwar from aero wheelz, vega centre, shankarseth road, swargate, pune shop dated 07 jan 2017 with accessories from sales person shadab.

                                      For 2nd free servicing dated upto 9th may 2017. I have given my brand new only 4 months old activa for servicing on 7th may 2017 sunday at 9:40 am morning at aero wheelz, sneha ganga building, beside vega center, shankar sheth road, swargate, pune service center.

                                      When i collected my activa after paying 400 rs. After taking trial taken outside and noticed got many bad scratch on right side of my activa above logo of active 3g.

                                      I told person named ganesh who takes care of swargate service center.
                                      He completely refused it. He said it is already present before giving my bike.

                                      Please consider this as my complaint. I want some solution from your side.
                                      Reply me i am waiting for your reply.

                                      Please see attached photos of scratch on my brand new activa and invoice.

                                      Your services are totally not good please try to improve it. I had very bad experience of your swargate showroom and service center.

                                      I have bought Activa 3G DLX on my wife name Rani Madurwar from AERO WHEELZ, Vega Centre, Shankarseth Road, Swargate, Pune shop dated 07 Jan 2017 with Accessories from Sales Person Shadab.

                                      But when i taken delivery of Activa Battery Lock accessories is pending from your side as it is unavailable at that time.

                                      Also last time when i visited godown dated 25th Feb it is not available.

                                      So if you are not able to get accessories please refund my money for that Battery Lock accessories.

                                        I purchased a new Honda Activa125 from Khimji Honda showroom, Bhubaneswar on dt. 3/5/17. Repeatedly I confirmed that extra spares to be fitted of original Honda make. I paid accordingly at cash section. The agent told me that your vehicle was sent to workshop for checking. After vehicle arrived I found the front and rear grills are of duplicate i. e. Not Honda make. I refused to receive the vehicle. However the agent agreed to change the grills on dt. 04/5/17. But agent was absent on 4th.

                                        The agent had given an undertakings that the spares will be changed on the over leaf of the money receipt. Today they told me that order for Genuine Honda spares placed at factory, which will be received after 7days.
