Hello aero wheelz,

I have bought activa 3g dlx on my wife name rani madurwar from aero wheelz, vega centre, shankarseth road, swargate, pune shop dated 07 jan 2017 with accessories from sales person shadab.

For 2nd free servicing dated upto 9th may 2017. I have given my brand new only 4 months old activa for servicing on 7th may 2017 sunday at 9:40 am morning at aero wheelz, sneha ganga building, beside vega center, shankar sheth road, swargate, pune service center.

When i collected my activa after paying 400 rs. After taking trial taken outside and noticed got many bad scratch on right side of my activa above logo of active 3g.

I told person named ganesh who takes care of swargate service center.
He completely refused it. He said it is already present before giving my bike.

Please consider this as my complaint. I want some solution from your side.
Reply me i am waiting for your reply.

Please see attached photos of scratch on my brand new activa and invoice.

Your services are totally not good please try to improve it. I had very bad experience of your swargate showroom and service center.

I have bought Activa 3G DLX on my wife name Rani Madurwar from AERO WHEELZ, Vega Centre, Shankarseth Road, Swargate, Pune shop dated 07 Jan 2017 with Accessories from Sales Person Shadab.

But when i taken delivery of Activa Battery Lock accessories is pending from your side as it is unavailable at that time.

Also last time when i visited godown dated 25th Feb it is not available.

So if you are not able to get accessories please refund my money for that Battery Lock accessories.

    I purchased a new Honda Activa125 from Khimji Honda showroom, Bhubaneswar on dt. 3/5/17. Repeatedly I confirmed that extra spares to be fitted of original Honda make. I paid accordingly at cash section. The agent told me that your vehicle was sent to workshop for checking. After vehicle arrived I found the front and rear grills are of duplicate i. e. Not Honda make. I refused to receive the vehicle. However the agent agreed to change the grills on dt. 04/5/17. But agent was absent on 4th.

    The agent had given an undertakings that the spares will be changed on the over leaf of the money receipt. Today they told me that order for Genuine Honda spares placed at factory, which will be received after 7days.

      I am tamal ghosh from kolkata and i have purchased a honda cb shine from a honda dealers up to this is ok but the problem is when i ride the bike on 40kmph above speed it's vibrate but on the service centre they told when it will cross 6000 km the vibration will be not their. But on others brand bikes they did not vibrate in 40kmph above speed. So what is the solution of this??? Please do something.

        On 28 th april 2017, i have purchased a honda 4g scooty from sai pointy auto mobiles pvt ltd at tahne. Still now my vichicle is not registered. I want the detail status and reason of the delayed registration process. I am facing problem in the road with my scooty daily. I have asked them by phone calling at least 10 times. But still now problem is not solved.

          Dear Sir,

          This is in reference to the subject matter noted above. This is to inform you that the undersigned had purchased a Honda Active -4G (SCV 110H) white color bearing Engine No-JF50E75045464 on 01.04.2017 from Paras Motors Palwal.

          It is so painful to write to your good office regarding the subject matter noted herein above. It is to bring to your kind notice that the color of our above mentioned vehicle has got faded and has turned yellow which looks extremely bad.

          The vehicle was taken to the above mentioned service centre wherein all the other works pertaining to the first service was explained to the service manager at length wherein the problem of color fading was also brought to the kind notice of manager.

          I am at a loss to narrate that the concerned service manager has totally denied for any sort of assistance. Only assurance that they have given is “ that the company does not provide any sort of warranty of such issues and they can paint the defected part in their in home work shop” which I hope should not be the case as the company like Honda which takes pride in the customer satisfaction cannot do that.

          I would request you kindly provide me any sort of solution of my problem. I am enclosing herewith the copy of Proforma Invoice and Photographs of my vehicle

              On dated 07/04/2017 I have serviced my Honda Activa by major automobiles Chauhan Honda and bill was Rs. 862. after servicing my activa i face the psoblem regarding starting it and I also complained to service centre but they did not resolve my problem even three to four times I gone to resolve this problem. So do needful as soon as possible. Bill also incolsed here.

                Hi, i recently gave my honda activa for servicing at honda service center, erragadda, hyderabad-500018.
                But i found that they haven't done any service to my vehicle and claiming as they have done the servicing. I gave few complaints about the following
                1. Tightening of brakes
                2. Setting mirrors in position
                3. Exhaust (Silencer cover) rear
                4. Front cover
                5. Fixing of buzzer for indicators
                They said that once the servicing is finished they will call me. After 5:30 they called me suddenly and told to pick up my vehicle as the service is done.
                Then i reached the service center in about an half an hour. When i reached there, my vehicle is as it was before when i gave it for service except cleaning. No work is done. When i asked them about it they are saying exhaust cover is out of stock, brakes can't be tightened anymore, mirrors can be fixed in front of you, and they bought the buzzer and forgot to fix it.
                Also they are saying they have done the service.
                My question is you haven't done any work ive given then how should i believe that my bike got serviced.

                As I am purchased Honda activa on 5may2016, the scooter is giving lot of problems though I have serving at their verified service center, they are not repairing my vehicle properly.

                  This is the second time I had completed my free service from the dealer but being submitting the complain that the product is having a leakage in its mobile system the dealer didn't responded towards it. When a customer submitting any complain then why the workers didn't checked the product carefully. It is not expected from the great two wheelers brand. Shame on you guys...

                    Today i have given my Honda Shain (KA06ES6587) for complete service at Turbo Honda Nelamangala, Bangalore-North, Mr-Mahesh.H(Service Adviser) have taken the responsibility of service and i mentioned the issues and suggestion on my service. I got my vehicle back on same day around 1 pm, and then i went for Tyre shop for to change the rear Tyre, while the mechanic open the Tyre assemble, i got shocked because the concern authoity dosnt cleaned the Drum and the Wheel rubbers also have been found broken (same pics are attached) and air filters also not cleaned.
                    Later i have visited the service center, and i have raised my voice regarding the Hopeless wort service with the Service Manger(MuniSwamy, Em-1020) and Concerned mechanics, Their answer's are very cheep and useless, they are not at all to hear my complient and they threaten me to leave the service center.
                    I have faced very third class service.

                      Vehicle is not getting start either kick or batter (Self), the reason could not find out by you technician at dealer show room, hence arrange to replace this vehicle or get it resolve the same on permanent basis. Your support in the same will help to be physical health.

                      In this connection i would like to draw your attention is that technician from sub dealer was attended my vehicle but till date issue not settled on permanent basis. Hence look in to the same and resolve

                          I purchased Honda Activa 3G Scooter So with it is four free services providing by company. I have done three services on your authorized VL motors service center. They do always extra charges during service. I have not satisfaction their services & behavior. I am attaching a latest bill of service which is charged to set mirrors, murgard setting, break setting, bush greasing etc. Please check and tell me what is available in your authorized company services provided by you. I have also comlaint on your customer care my com.reg.no.1-[protected]. please took appropriate action againest vl motors and please gave me a particular information for free services by honda on my e-mails.

                            After 1 month engine noyce will be start when cool bike start after 2-3 km running the noyce will be stopped.
                            I have already contact on your toll free number but nothing any r & d department contact with me.
                            Please send contact no of r & d department or any engineer will be talk to me, for my engine noyce purpose as early as possible. I am not interested any service center.

                              Dear sir / mam,

                              I have purchased activa from raga honda goraya due to rate difference from phillaur agency mehta honda. I have maintained regular services from mehta honda as per company norms. From the last 3 days. When i go to mehta honda for servicing. At the time of routine checkup they engineer found fault in cpv unit. And suggest me to change the same. I have taken the 5 years extendable spare part guarantee at the time of purchase. Which got expired in the year of 2018. When i need to claim the same they are saying they have not any record of services due to they have recently doing their work computerized previously they are doing manually. Where is my fault? Kindly replace the part asap. My active is not in working condition without this. I have also launch the complaint agst complaint no.-1_[protected] on 15/04/2017 but did not get any resolution till date.

                                I have booked honda cd 110 bike at habra showroom on 23.04.2017 and supposed to give delivery today... But today when i called they told me to wait for some days. I want to take by cash and 4000 advance made. No one contacted me about the non availability.
                                Why this is so for a famous company like honda.
                                Pls look into the matter.

                                  I buy activa 4g on 24.04.17 at aneja from your authorized dealer amritsar (Punjab) they are asking extra money for your "honda" the brand sticker which the company should provide to the costumer for publicity of your brand but for same the dealer is asking rs. 350/- from the costumers which is very cheap for your company prestige.
                                  I paid for your product full amount of rs. 59204/- as ask by your dealer.

                                    I lijosh v joy am having a bike which i was purchased from aryabhangy honda, aluva, cochin on november 2013 bike model is cb trigger cbs, now i am facing a problem with my bike is breakdown due to main drive shaft damaged due to corrosion on (04.04.2017). The same i shifted my bike to my nearest local mechanic shop and they told the shaft damaged and need to purchase from honda dealers and the same i have discussed with aryabhangy honda and they told me that the stock in now available in orisa. The same i complained in honda (Reference number 1-[protected]) also. Yesterday i called them they told me the same they need to arrange from honda manufacture material is not available in honda also they need to manufacture the item. It will take too time they told me minimum 30 days need to get the material.

                                    My bike only 4 year old and the parts is not available in any other branches of honda in kerala and the manufacturer, this is purely a cheating and money looting from customers because just 4 year old bikes part they are going to manufacture it means they are not stored their products parts to future requirements. The rule is product launched by manufacturer they are responsible for all the child parts to the product to store and supply. Here they failed to manufacture. It is purely cheating to customers and this failure cause my entire day by day activities and strongly affected my job. Hence i request you to please get a solution from the concerned department and get me a compensation for this as early as possible.

                                        I have made payment of Rs. 65, 717 towards the purchase of Honda Activa 3G on[protected] at M/s SK Motors, Trichy-620013. They delayed registration and arranged the Vehicle on 31-03-17. I requested them to give discount announced (Rs.12K/14k) by M/s HONDA on price by raising clarification on billing.
