Dear sir / mam,

I have purchased activa from raga honda goraya due to rate difference from phillaur agency mehta honda. I have maintained regular services from mehta honda as per company norms. From the last 3 days. When i go to mehta honda for servicing. At the time of routine checkup they engineer found fault in cpv unit. And suggest me to change the same. I have taken the 5 years extendable spare part guarantee at the time of purchase. Which got expired in the year of 2018. When i need to claim the same they are saying they have not any record of services due to they have recently doing their work computerized previously they are doing manually. Where is my fault? Kindly replace the part asap. My active is not in working condition without this. I have also launch the complaint agst complaint no.-1_[protected] on 15/04/2017 but did not get any resolution till date.

    I have booked honda cd 110 bike at habra showroom on 23.04.2017 and supposed to give delivery today... But today when i called they told me to wait for some days. I want to take by cash and 4000 advance made. No one contacted me about the non availability.
    Why this is so for a famous company like honda.
    Pls look into the matter.

      I buy activa 4g on 24.04.17 at aneja from your authorized dealer amritsar (Punjab) they are asking extra money for your "honda" the brand sticker which the company should provide to the costumer for publicity of your brand but for same the dealer is asking rs. 350/- from the costumers which is very cheap for your company prestige.
      I paid for your product full amount of rs. 59204/- as ask by your dealer.

        Sir,

        I lijosh v joy am having a bike which i was purchased from aryabhangy honda, aluva, cochin on november 2013 bike model is cb trigger cbs, now i am facing a problem with my bike is breakdown due to main drive shaft damaged due to corrosion on (04.04.2017). The same i shifted my bike to my nearest local mechanic shop and they told the shaft damaged and need to purchase from honda dealers and the same i have discussed with aryabhangy honda and they told me that the stock in now available in orisa. The same i complained in honda (Reference number 1-[protected]) also. Yesterday i called them they told me the same they need to arrange from honda manufacture material is not available in honda also they need to manufacture the item. It will take too time they told me minimum 30 days need to get the material.

        My bike only 4 year old and the parts is not available in any other branches of honda in kerala and the manufacturer, this is purely a cheating and money looting from customers because just 4 year old bikes part they are going to manufacture it means they are not stored their products parts to future requirements. The rule is product launched by manufacturer they are responsible for all the child parts to the product to store and supply. Here they failed to manufacture. It is purely cheating to customers and this failure cause my entire day by day activities and strongly affected my job. Hence i request you to please get a solution from the concerned department and get me a compensation for this as early as possible.

          I am still waiting for the revert as already 16 days has been spent for my one month old CB hornet. It is still lying in your workshop, i am very much disappointing & harassing with this kind of services. As

          from last 30 days I am traveling throw local conveyance More over your services manager from Rajindra Honda (L.K Thakur) heaving no sense of talking and behaving with the customer while We have

          share our query to him he says that he don’t know any things we have different queries departments kindly contact to him & indicating to go out from the office. Now please suggest as a service manager

          he has no information about the major queries & complaint & having wrong talking attitude

          Kindly do the needful on priority as i can’t wait for long time else I have to go through legal.

            I have made payment of Rs. 65, 717 towards the purchase of Honda Activa 3G on[protected] at M/s SK Motors, Trichy-620013. They delayed registration and arranged the Vehicle on 31-03-17. I requested them to give discount announced (Rs.12K/14k) by M/s HONDA on price by raising clarification on billing. As on till date no response from S.K Motors.               I have purchased ACTIVA 3G from Rajpal Honda on 11th January 2017 and on 24th April 2017 i met with an accident in which the XL of BACK was broken and the insurance company told me that (back side XL part is very heavy part which can't be broken easily)the insurance company also told me that there is a manufacturing defect in my vehicle so sir i want my vehicle exchanged as soon as possiable

                Respected Sir/Madam,
                I Bhagwan Jhamnani, I had buy Activa 3g on 22 january 2016, Now i had a problem With my activa 3g, that it is not working properly that it is unneccesarily vibrating and making noise while staring and while riding it is giving a very high push when we increase a speed after speed braker or after slowing the speed and not getting his pickup. I had this problem for previous 6 months, and for previous 3 months i am getting it to the dealers in ajmer, i had gone to two dealer in ajmer that have biggest dealership in Ajmer, :- 1) Ajmer Auto Agencies and 2) Vivan Honda Ajmer, but they are not solving my problem and saying me to order the parts and it will cost me, but my vehicle has garranty or warenty why should i pay the money for it. I am totally fedd up with this problem that any of the Dealer is not ready to solve my problem i had buy my Activa from Ajmer Auto agencies, Ajmer but they only are saying please come tomorrow - tomorrow but their tomorrow has never come. And If this problem of mine will not be solve i will ask my friends and my relatives to don't by Honda Two wheeler because they are unable to give their service to their costumer and not solving their problems at all.

                  I had booked Honda Hornet CBS Special Edition -Color Green on 24th March, 2017 via the Honda app- Booking Id: HRNT11242 and I chose Silicon Honda, RV road, Bangalore as the dealer. I was told initially that the vehicle would be delivered by 10th April and then they said that vehicle would be delivered by 17th April as it had already reached them. So I proceeded with making full payment online via IMPS transaction in favour of the Silicon Motors, Bangalore on 21st April.Now nobody is giving me an update as to when the delivery will happen, both the branches of Silicon Honda i.e. RV Road and Rajarajeshwari Nagar are clueless. I called up the Honda South Regional office located in Rajajinagar Bangalore and they said the vehicle has arrived and will be delivered in 2 days and I would get a call immediately from the dealer. But both the branches of the dealership have no idea and they are least bothered as they have already received the full payment. I have also complained 2 times, but all in vain, complaint Numbers: Apr 10 : 1-[protected], Apr 25 : 1-[protected]
                  My contact number: [protected], please give me a call and I need a prompt response. I need the vehicle delivered in 2 days at any cost, if not I want the procedure to get the refund and cancel my booking.

                      Dear, whoever is reading this from the honda group of companies

                      I am the owner of honda activa i which was purchased on 5th of may 2015 on surender kumar's name from shri balaji motors halwani. They are the worst dealers of all time. I have taken my vehicle on 24th april 2017 for service, they made me wait for so long and then when i checked my vehicle i found a part under the seat was broken when i complained about it the person who was looking after the management of that center started blaiming me that i have done that earlier and now i am putting the blaim on them.

                      I mean how some one can just said that, i have given them my vehicle to get repaired why would i hide it if i had already broken it. But the management personnel was so rude and was using harsh language while talking to me. Instead of resolving the issue he was constantly blaiming me and was intimidating his employee saying that he will check the cctv footage if you were lying because the employee refused and said that it was not broken earlier at the time when they fill the details about the problems with vehicle.

                      My experience was really bad and worst with the dealers and service center of shri balaji motors haldwani uttarakhand. And i really want honda team to take action against these types of employees and if this will happen again i would never recommend anyone to purchase a honda vehicle.

                            I have purchased cb shine sp before month from nisarg Honda, ta: Palanpur, dist: banaskantha, state: Gujarat. At purchasing time I got problem with choke and self start but they said we will fix it I trust them and get the bike. Its been over a month but they did not fix the problem. When I try to start bike it takes 9 to 10 times sell start. I already done my first service at service centre at 22 April. But still I got the problem they just do race setting and say now its OK.                               My scooter mh14fq3907 (Activa) droped in yog honda wakad for servicing at dated-06/04/2016. At same service advisor was took trail and told me vehicle was fire balck smoke hence engine need to be overhall. But he is given to me approximate estimate 8 to 9 thousand. So i was refused the estimate due to my scooter in under warranty. Then we telephonic communicate with yog honda crm mr. Santosh at dated 22.04.2016 and as per santosh this black smoke case will be not cover under warranty due to one servicing is missing. But as per my knowledge this a very early failure with in 4100 mileage. So i would like to know why we are pay the amount. After communicate with crm mr santosh. At dated 22.04.2016 from to till date & time no any response from yog honda. So i cant understand status of my scooter.

                              My Scooter reported in YOG Honda Wakad at dated 06.04.2017 from to till date and time no any replay and status from Yog honda. with any proof and report they was reject my warranty case verbally .
                              I have purchase honda shine 3yrs ago and my bike is not giving proper average, as per company mentioned average of bike 60/lit but it gives only 43-45/lit

                                I had submitted my Activa I for routine service and engine oil change at Yume Honda at Sector 52, Gurgaon. The service was done and I made the payment for engine oil and gear oil change. While coming back from service station the vehicle stopped with continuous noice from engine. I tried to contact he service center but nobody responded as it was after their working hours. Then I took the vehicle to the near by local mechanic and to my surprise I found that there was no engine oil in the vehicle. Service center charged me for engine oil but did not put any engine oil in the vehicle. This kind of cheating they do in the name of Honda. Honda is such a trusted brand but these service centers are cheating to he customers by doing these kind of mishappenings. I had to refill the engine oil at the mechanic shop to start the vehicle.

                                    I am suffering from gear box from I bought the bike. I have complained a lot of time for that issue. Even after 17 months finished the problem did not rectified. I had spend nearly 10000 to that issue. So this is the last time I am complaining if not I am going to file a case in court on your company.                                       I have brought an unicorn 150 from Rajendra Honda Showroom sangamner just before 4 months ago.
                                      But facing the issue of color detoration of fibre parts near engine assembly.
                                      So for that i visited showroom to check it, previously they told me that they will change that part in waranty but now they are saying its not possible to replace it in warranty because the color of part getting detorated because of Acid of battery.
                                      If its happening because of that then also its problem of yours because i already did two servicing so its there responsibility to check all the issues regarding vehicle while servicing.

                                      I hope you will resolved my complaint positively .
