Dear Honda Team
I have experienced absolutely pathetic and rude customer service at Aditya Honda Betul Madhya Pradesh. They don’t know how to talk with customer. I visited Aditya Honda with my family to buy Honda Activa 3G as our 1st vehicle on[protected].
Issue 1: 1st my sister called Aditya Honda to enquire about the availability of vehicle. Person who lifted the phone started joking with her instead of providing information by understanding that she is one his colleague ‘Archana’. How pathetic this is.
Issue 2: When we reached Aditya Honda no customer repetitive came to show vehicle. And remember it was day after Dhanteras no customer was their only we. We requested please help us and after that one representative came. It was feeling like she hated us why we came and disturbed them.
Although we came with mind to buy Active so there was not much to enquire about vehicle as it is one of the best in class.
We selected the colour and model and asked to prepare it for delivery. We deposited all the money in Cash (65, 000 INR).
Till one hour no one was asked about any document neither told about that when the vehicle will be ready.
I asked the customer representative about the status of vehicle and he answered he will check and come back which he didn’t. Same I asked 3-4 employee of Adiyat Honda and everyone answered same. After one and half hour I lost my patience and went to counter where I have deposited all money. He also replied same. When I asked about the document work, he said you should submit bla… bla… documents. Now tell me 1st time I was purchasing a vehicle how I will come to know which document is required. It was there duty to tell me.
Issue 3: And the real drama Started Now
When I have given my Voter ID card as my address proof, they asked to submit the Xerox copy of it. I said you should be having a Xerox machine in your office, they said they don’t have. I said I am new to the city (I am form neighbourhood town) and don’t know the area please send one of your person I will the Xerox amount. They said that it is not possible if you wants to buy you have go we cannot provide such services. Now tell me did I asked him his kidneys that he was talking like this. I approached to a person who seems like manger and requested him same. He also answered same with very rude behaviour. I said that you’re running a big showroom with international brand and you’re not able to provide such a small service to your customer. And the answer given by him shocked my whole family that “I am not able to provide your services you can take your money back and go. He asked his cashier to count the money and give us back.”
What the hell was this dude, I have never seen such behaviour in my life. I have taken my money back and purchased some other vehicle. Are you people not providing any kind of training to your dealers how to talk and handle customer. This was really pathetic, I promise you none of my family member will visit any Honda showroom again. I know, I am very small customer for you and one Honda active doesn’t matter for you. But the kind of behaviour I seen, it really matters for me.
I just want to tell Aditya Honda Betul has shown the Worst and pathetic service. Absolutely unsatisfied!!

    Sir/madam dis is er. chetan. r. goni frm gokak, belgaum dist, karnataka state. i braught a new activa 3g scooty in shakuntala showroom within delivery tym dey r not giving any spare of scooty lyk handle grip, ceat cover, mat, foot rest, ladies hook etc.. bt dey took all money by telling accessories n al of ₹4222 on date of 11/10/2016 i braught my scooty n till nw 03/11/2016 dey r not ready to put al accessories n tellin wait fr 2 days wait fr 2 days n al... so seriously m fed up wit shakuntala showroom sales manager.. so i kindly requst u to plz do some needful for me... we cannot fight wit dem cz we r jentlemen nt lyk tat showroom pplz... i[censored] want any further quries u can cal me er. chetan. r. goni contact no:[protected]

        Sub - loot at the agency.
        Previous month i bought activa 3g from kabir honda ballabhgarh. Looking for my first service that was due in between 20-30 days i was feeling loitering because the agency again and again refusing to do the service as their festival season. At last i get the chance but the service was too poor that there was not a single thing that was fixed like my bottom cover was too loose was not fixed and also asking after paid for my service they told me they they would fix it with a double tape (Indian jugad) and after some time they told me they are out of double tape and left me lone. They were just doing washing +engine oil and i do not know if they have done done that stuff or not. Also they were charging i the name of additive oil and synthetic oil on they seprate agency's cash memo.

            Two wheeler defective piece
            I bought honda activa 3g on 14th august 2016 and it is not working they provide us defective honda activa 2months ago
            My activa 3g's is not working and handle is totally loose and i also visit doshi honda showroom in nanda nagar, indore they told me there is no problem at all so i m not happy with services of doshi honda. i have visited 6 times in last two months to doshi honda showroom but they never give proper solution so please do the needful i hope you will take some action against them. vehicle number is mp09 uc 2926 mob :- [protected].

              This month i.e.1-oct-2016 gave aviator bike for serving (receipt # 9248) till now no response.
              From past few days we roaming about honda service center there is no response.
              Can i know to whom we need to contact. so i can get exact status.
              Your service is waste.
              Next time..., sorry i wont recommend your company to any of my relatives as well as friends.

                This is to express out dissatisfaction with the Honda dealer Sri kausthub Motor pvt ltd. Kolar Phone:[protected]/15. I had bought a two wheeler model Activa 3G Grey on 2/10/2016 by cash payment of Rs. 68, 055, the reciept no is 2363 and customer id is KLR1610010 .The vehicle right from day one is showing the following problems -Body heat, tyre heat, engine heat. after two days I called the dealer and intimated the problems three times we took the vehicle to kolar and I dont stay nearby kolar is my native even after that there was noproper response they kept saying its normal it will be fine eventually and 4th time. they change the tyre, after that tyre was fine but there was sound produced in the front portion of the body and heavy heating in engine, body and silencer. I was really worried and asked the managers no it was not given to me sales manager Mr. Bhaskar dint respond to it. then again on thursday ie 27th October they asked us to leave the vehicle to check the heat condition and also gave us the acknowledge for the same ie the Job card. the RTO registration is also not complete. as of now. Engine heating up so much for a new vehicle is definitely a genuine problem please address this issue as early as possible I am hereby attaching the copies of reciept, job card and the insurance copy for your reference. I am a poor man with great difficult I have arranged money for this vehicle please resolve this issue by giving us a vehicle with good conditon or a new vehicle with good condition, with the hope that my problem will be resolved I leave this message with you and wait for the justice.Thank you

                  I advanced money to book a CB Hornet on 21st of October and have the due slip, but when I went on 29th to purchase, I was said its sold out.
                  I had called on 26th to check, and it was said its available. They said they tried to ring but the time duration shows 0secs and not even a ring.
                  I want a conpensation as invoice shows no bikes have come for last 15 days, yet have booked an advance.

                    I had given my activa-i for service at sharma motors which is attached with ganesh honda in vadodara (Gujarat). The service was not done at all and i received the call that service is done. When i came to collect my scooter, it was not done properly not even washed. The attitude was very bad of the person. Totally a bad experience and i am upset. I never recommend to anybody about that service station.

                      I have give my honda cbr250r for service. After a week later this people asking me to take back the vehicle without doing any thing, they give reason saying spare not available. Poor service and irresponsible staff at keerthi motor.

                        I have purchased new honda cb unicorn150 march2016 bearing reg no-ts08es5385. But iam getting poor mileage as 35-38 kmpl.

                        We have two more bikes with my friends giving 50-60 km pl in city they are happy with mileage.

                        Why my bike not giving mileage???... I have driven more than 10500km but no change in mileage contacted service center more then 10 times but they are unable to solve my problem of low mileage. I have raised complaint id no1-[protected] after that i did not received any call or no body attended complaint but today i received that sms that my complaint has been closed i. E (Id 1-[protected]) how it is possible with out attending my vehicle how complaint was closed this is the way the dealership is behaving with customer just they are cheeting customers. They are just closing complaints fakeley plz look into the matter. These type of actions can affect product name & good will.

                            Dear sir,

                            Yesterday 26th october 2016, i have taken delivery of my unicorn 160 having registration number: tn22 de 2547 from lodha honda showroom, chrompet, chennai - 44, tamil nadu. Contact no: +91 [protected]; +91 [protected]; +91 [protected].

                            While i was on return to my home from showroom, the meter console light went off.
                            Suddenly, i stopped the bike and tried many times by locking and unlocking the key but no use.

                            After sometime, the light in the meter console came back. But, the speedometer is not working showing constantly '0' and odometer started to behave haphazardly.

                            This gave me a big shock from a new-buy bike.

                            Today morning, i have noticed that there was no rubber button on left side of meter console.

                            Also, when i try to kick-start the bike, i couldn't do it so. Electric start only working. Clutch is not to the standard.

                            This is a great disappointment to me and i am totally dissatisfied with the product.

                            Kindly request you to look into this matter and help me to come out of this problem soon. I need a fully satisfied repair in this regard. Please help me out.

                                This has reference above vehicle detail, i sandeep dang purchase new vehicle honda livo at malwa motors pvt. ltd on dated 27/08/2016.
                                Regular our vehicle service your authorized dealer celibration motors pvt. ltd, plot no-27 indus trail area patparganj delhi-110051, tel no[protected]. our vehicle first service done by celebration on dated 11/09/16, km: 750, job card no jc-dl[protected] and second service also done by celebration honda on dated 23/10/2016, km - 3404, job card no. jc-dl[protected]. celebration honda chd manager mr. abhay jha, accounts manager. mr. sunil sehgal and floor in charge mr. deepak sharma.
                                Our complaint is your authorized workshop celebration honda, yesterday i can go to your workshop for service i can complaint advisor some break issue, i see the vehicle then technician do the work my vehicle he normally adjust the break came i talk to floor in charge please open the wheel and inspect the shoes and drum but he said no requirement the open the wheel my question is inspect the break shoe or drum without open wheel, then i assist to open the wheel he said this job is not your free service condition and he said this job is chargeable. i can contact workshop chd but handle the matter accounts mr. sunil segal mr abhay sehgal see the conversation me between sumit sehgal. all workshop members support floor manager words. my vehicle is only two months old and your service book is also mention in warranty jobs work absurdly free of cost only consumables are chargeable our nest question is this type of attitude and alogrance company affordable or not. mr. deepak sharma (floor in charge) shouted and continue augument this meter and dosenot agrre with my concern and he said jaha complaint karni hai waha kar do mai kisi se nahi darta, this type of attitude affordable. my next and last important question is my vehicle only 3404 km run and his breaks problem i continue discuss with deepak but he ignore the meter either then vehicle running time any problem phase who can responsible.
                                The undersigned would like to request to you please take the action against your workshop celebration honda delhi-1100051 either you dose not take the action then i go to consumer court.

                                  I, Mrs. Geeta Shah, Sr. Citizen and Handicapped Lady had approached Lucky Motors at Goregaon East .Mumbai-400 063. for booking of Honda Shine Disc of your Company. I had approached him through his Chartered Accountant, to get better service and genuine price, While booking he said it is compulsory to buy accessories as company is charging to the dealers.I booked the same at Rs. 73500=. Next day I read your advertisement in NEWS Paper and I approached one of your dealer to confirm about compulsion of buying of accessories along with the booking of vehicle. They said there is no such compulsion by the company. Even i found that he has charged higher rate also. I imminently went to him and asked him to reduce rate and cancel accessory charges.Then he told me that if any one is giving at lower rate, get me the quotation, I will reduce the rate for you, I then got the quotation from other dealer and went to him. He then refused to reduce the rate and again told that you will have to buy accessories compulsorily from him.I asked him to refund my deposit amount of Rs. 5000/= paid to him.That also he refused.Also he is telling lie about his tie up for loan.Today also we tried to contact him but he is not coming on line to talk to us.
                                  I, therefore request your good self to take necessary action against him and get me refund of my deposit amount of Rs. 5000/= So that i can book the vehicle at the earliest.attached herewith order Form no 445 issued by him.

                                    I purchased a bike { dream neo} from midnapur show room on 24.09.2016. from the date of purchase, a few drops of oil have been leaching from the tube, adjacent of the foot stand, after a journey. i drew this event to the concerned technicians for several times but they advised me to have patience till the first servicing. but i am very sorry to inform you that the said problem has not been resolved after first servicing on 22.10.2016.

                                      I am very upset as the service centre rajindra honda jhilmil industrial area, delhi is not providing me any worthful service.
                                      After servicing the bike from rajindra honda i am facing so many problems in my bike after service the speedometer stopped working
                                      Brakes are not even tight they are as loose as they were before the service.
                                      No tuning of bike is done.
                                      My bike's horn is also not working properly after service.
                                      I want to know that is this what honda promises to their customers.
                                      I serviced my bike on 24 october 2016.
                                      I will complaint against it.

                                        My name is bala from chembur this is review about my honda activa 3g service center ( pilot honda review ) very bad experience i given them to service my scooter by 10 am they said they will deliver by 5 pm and charged 395rs for oil porpose when they returned my scooter they not properly inspected when i took my scooter from them and went out hardly 15 mins. Scooter got suddenly stopped in middle highway just miss otherwise truck may be hit me with my scooter ( cause accident ) but god grace. I miss up truck driver suddenly applied break . After that 15 mins bike not started i called to pilot honda ( reception list taken call and she said wait sir wait sir and cut my call ) after that relied by chock and started the scooter i went to pilot honda they just saying due to water wash spark plug was removed . I was shocked by hearing that. if truck driver not applied break the i should not compliant this . I was in hell with my neighbour or grandpa.

                                        Note - honda should take some setious action or else famous brand honda will come like cheap bicycle.
