I brought honda active 3g for price 66, 000 including fitting at svm dealer kolathur and sales person informed me that will provide helmet as offer once after registration. After registration today i went to get offer helmet, the manager at svm kolathur started to shout. He treats customer badly by shouting at them. I never ever suggest any one to buy any bike at this showroom..

    I have purchased activa 3g from geeta honda near awadh university faizabad u.p 224001 on[protected] n I have driven only 30 km only 2 my house n there is starting problem front medguard is jam n also the key is also not working properly
    I have given to company and they repaired the petrol pipe in just 5 days old activate n also repaired medguard in new activa
    I hope u understood my problem that in new activa how come it could be there we can put finger on your company reputation
    Sir its a request to change my activa bcoz its new and there u have rapaired...

      Hi,

      I recently bought this vehicle 6 days back.
      From the second day onwards it started giving air lcok issue in fuel tank.
      I have complained it to its dealer, but the resoponse is very slow.
      I wanted to get it escalated it as i fed of your dealers service.

      Please help me out.
      Im about to post this in FB & twitter.
      Really feeling bad about honda's trust.

      Me too faced this same problem, Mechanic said lock happened due to excessive air brought into the petrol fuel pipe. once the air gets free then problem will be solved. so he asked to open the fuel cap once the air gets free, then you can start easily.
      Problem: Engine suddenly stops due to airlock
      Solution: Open the fuel cap, remain 2 seconds and close it.

        I have serious suspension issue with my bike. It is very hard and suspensions are not at all shock absorbers. Have visited service centers many a times but no progess in fixing it since the service engineers/mechanics are not aware how to make it soft and shock absorbing.

        I am very sure that it is adjustable since when i took it for compliant for the first time they have adjusted the suspension smooth. But when i gave for the next service again the problem started(must have adjusted during regular check).

        Post to this i have requested them to make the suspension as smooth as before many times (nearly 10-15 times) but they gave back with even harder suspension.

        Once i visited their service desk and checked with them and they stated that since this is new variant, they have not been instructed how to adjust the suspension based on the requirement.(Unfortunately i have not visited the service desk when they corrected it for the first time which is the normal practice)

        Would be happy if someone helps to get it smoothed / to contact the person who have knowledge about this and able to alter the suspension settings as per my recruitment.

          This is with reference to my concern regarding following:

          1. I visited service centre on monday 5th september 2016 for service of my honda activa and then floor in-charge ask me to come down stairs and told that along with other problem clutch assembly of my activa need to be replaced and it will cost 2800/- (Approx.). After this i came back to waiting area and check my extended warranty document which says clutch assembly is covered under warranty. Then i re-approached floor manager who initially declined that clutch assembly is not covered under warranty but when i shown him the warranty inclusion document he advised me to talk to manager. Then i tried to meet service centre manager whom i could ultimately meet after half an hour. He upfront told me that he is aware about what i intent to say but part to be replaced is clutch plat not clutch assembly. For me its more playing around words as initially floor manager insisted that clutch assembly is not covered under warranty but on my resistant he advised me to meet service centre manager which itself shows that they were trying to cook a story.,

          2. Further to it indicator buzzer was working ok but with initial delay (On left indication) for which my concern was noted in job sheet but post service it stopped working when i raised this concern i was told that buzzer may stop functioning because of some water during wash process but same will work once water dries up but same is still not working and now service centre says they don't provide buzzer thus i may get it repaired/ replaced somewhere outside but my concern is that on first hand why should i be advised to take my activa to some local workshop and second thing if it was working fine before handing over the vehicle to service centre then its responsibility of service centre to return same to me in working condition.

          Now customer care team (Ms neetu) says clutch assembly is covered under insurance not the clutch plate (Though initially i was told that clutch assy. Need to be replaced and on my saying that it is under extended warranty, customer care team is changing stand). Even she asked about kms active has run i told only 9000 km as on date. Further to it about buzzer initially she told that it would be replaced by service centre and now says that it is more then 1 month (Though i lodged complaint on 8th september itself) so establishing my claim would not be possible and only way out to go and talk to service center (And its up to them to accept it or reject it). Otherwise replacement of part damaged at service center foc is not the policy. And on top of it they says as policy matter honda cant respond to mail in writing.

            I bought a new unicorn 160 combi brake august 2015 kl 01 bu 6070 from marikar motors trivandrum kerala. When completed the second service 11000km started engine missing problem.. That hurt me toomuch... I complaint to service centre.. They maintanaced by three times.. Now vehicle is 99% ok, but now started another complaint... Very poor mileage condition... Only 30 km/litre
            ... Now i am mentally dippressed.. Bcz honda says 62 km/litre... I never expect from honda like performance... So pls help me.. As soon as possible...

              Dear Sir,

              Please help me Honda Activa 125 cc has been provided with a poor quality un-durable rubber switch on the meter, after rains my Activa 125 electronic fuel indicator, distance meter and speed meter have stopped working,

              When i asked the Company they are saying switch has been damaged and hence warranty is not applicable, I have not damaged the switch, it is subject to external environment and being highly susceptible and undurable can be easily damaged by little means also. I even asked them to provide me a claim under Insurance as i have taken zero depreciation insurance Honda Activa Dealer is not supporting me.

              I have also taken additional Warranty cover, i feel i am completely cheated and there is no one with whom i should go and file my complaint.

              My Warranty cover my insurance cover with zero dep, additional warranty cover is totally waste.

              I want refund for my additional warranty cover, immediate replacment/ repair of switch and restoration of fuel, speed and distance meter .

              I have also filed a complaint with Company and awaiting their final response on the same.

              Please Help.

              Hello, I'm kalidas danabhai rohit. Honda two wheeler showroom and service centre situated named RAJRATNA MOTOR Tarapur, Anand Gujarat 's service centre is very bad service.. Before one week I paid advance for steering cap but till here is not avail.

                  After a week i found that my bike is fully affected of junked in several areas.
                  1. spl. chain wheel.
                  2. not performing as new bike.

                  4. i received my bike when shine sp is not available anywhere. so i am afraid of that i am given an old bike.

                    This is the first free service for my vehicle Honda Activa. I was so exited before sending my vehicle for free service at Avinashi road. When I went there to get back my vehicle after free service, they gave me a bill for oil and some accessories, that is Ok but they are very keen to collect the money only, when we pointed out the white dots are there ( not wiped) in the vehicle no one care. it seems there is no supervisor or some body to monitor whether the vehicle been serviced or not. I would like to know what is free service, It seems the ad in the TVs are fake or they lie to the customer in service providing. I have attached the video about the white dots. I have pointed out 6 complaints. Because of the above reason now I have doubt that none of the complaint have been attended.

                      I have a honda aviator scooter. I got an annual maintenance contract done at pickuphonda service centre in faridabad. The amc had additional 3 free servicing. However, i found that the service quality in terms of the behavior and the work done is of poor standards.

                      Hence after checking on telephone with mr. Gaurav arora ([protected]) at faridabad honda, i went to hand over the scooter to the new show room in faridabad. However, they refused to accept the amc done at pickuphonda service centre.

                      I am an air force offr and move around various cities. If the company is providing amc, it should be valid at all authorised dealers of honda scooters.

                      I had no choice and gave the scooter at the new dealer, faridabadhonda because i dint wanna go to pickuphonda and again go thru a painful experience.

                      Pl intervene to validate my amc at faridabad honda.

                      I had the same experience. I got my AMC for Honda Activa from EVM Honda (Vyttila), Kochi. However as I shifted to Thrissur, I wanted to give the scooter to John's Honda, Thrissur for servicing and also utilise the AMC there. However they refused. How to resolve this issue?
                      Same prblm happened two days for me as i work in cochin i took AMC from vytilla and now i shifted to Tvm but when i try to use AMC card they are refusing to accept that card what is the solution for this

Already 4th free service has been provided by ur authorised service centre sgbl honda at cuttack. Odisha. But they couldn't able to solve my problem. I think they are not taking it seriously.                           Hi i'm having honda car 250r abs vehicle is not getting start after servicing very bad experience with prathul honda service centre punjagutta its been 10days almost but they are not able to resolve the problem very worst service by prathul automobiles pvt ltd (butta group) first they said that there is issue with the fuel pump u need to replace fuel pump which can be replaced under warranty i said ok for that then they said that part is not available with them they took 5days to get the part then after replacing fuel pump problem was not resolved still they are asking to leave the vehicle in showroom for further inspection very very bad experience with this people.

                                Dear honda customer care
                                I totaly dessapointed because of my bad experiance from your outlet, kindly i request to your involvement to stop this kind of service.

                                I had booked for activa 3g scooter in the mannarkkad honda showroom. I paid advance 1000 inr and promised delivery on next day with tp permit.. But after two days waiting with many expectation they reject delivery with a un justified reason that it will be delay one month even for temporary registration.. I shoked and i can't wait that much because i am staying one month only in india.. Kindly could you check with this outlet what's the exact reason to reject my order. There is no any delay in transport office (Rto) because yamaha fasino still delivery available within 24 hour.

                                  I have given by honda Dio to your dealer at kochi (EVM Honda Vyttila) for service. After service the fuse plug got damaged and I have again given the vehicle to rectify it. They rectify it and given back and at same day it got damaged again.I am extremely disappointed at your service. I have also called your customer care service, The dealaer (EVM Honda) staff came and took my vehicle for rectification around 10.am.Still Now I didn't get my vehicle, for simple they were taking too much time and they are not confident enough to assure me that it wont damage again.I am extremely sorry to say that I am very much disappointed in Honda, you are the leading two wheeler brand in india.

                                    I have issue regarding the service of my bike which was done at your center at kabir honda, ballabgarh.
                                    01 bike still having problem of air in petrol tank each after 02 kilometer.
                                    02 bike not moving smoothly.
                                    03 fuel consumption is excess.

                                    Above issue in bike as as before service.

                                    I have one issue for meter of bike, as your person told me that they will replace the meter ; while after service of bike they refuse to change it.

                                      Unhappy with honda 2 wheeler dealer services

                                      I have have honda cb shine since last two and half years. Registration no.
                                      Mh09dh5094.

                                      I have honda cb shine bike since last 2yrs.
                                      I took annual maintenance contract at

                                      Dreams mobility llp.
                                      My dreams honda 4/26, rasika renaissance, opp shahu market yard, kolhapur-416005 (Maharashtra)
                                      On 18th may, 2016.

                                      Since i have taken the amc they haven't diagnosed the problem of my shine bike.
                                      The problem is that the bike is losing power when accelerating fast.
                                      I have done two services & told my problem to them two times but they can't repair my bike.
                                      I went third time to the service station for the same problem on 31st august at 11am, i have told reason at 6:30 pm that they have no spare ignition coil to check it with and engaged my bike for the full day & returned without repairing with the foolish reason mentioned above. The mechanics who serviced my bike haven't know how to set the drive chain, i have set the chain at local work shop at kolhapur.
                                      Then i left the bike for repair to the service station on 2nd of september,
                                      On that day also they don't repair my bike and i went home by bus.
                                      On next day 3rd of september they have returned my bike.
                                      After that i am facing another problem that the engine of my honda shine is noising so much due to running dry.
                                      There is no engine oil in the engine, the mechanics of service center my dreams honda did not changed the oil. So my bike runs dry and that damaged the piston and crank shaft. Please help me in this matter who will bear the cost of such heavy damage.
                                      The dealer is now telling that they need to do half overhauling.
                                      And all the cost to be paid by me and they will give only 10% discount on labour and spares.

                                      I have raised complaint to honda customer care against this problem via
                                      Ticket no. 1-[protected].
                                      I not satisfied by all means. I want
                                      All the damage to be repaired by the service station/company.
                                      I really lost the hope from honda.
                                      Kindly consider the fault from customer perspective and take a necessary actions and provide me justice. Really i am unhappy with the services provided and i have spent more than a month of follow and till (21/09/2016) my problem is not solved.

                                      Expectations :

                                      Kindly examine the vehicle again and get repaired free of cost as since last month the bike is frequently in touch of workshop regarding other problems. Provide assurance that my vehicle is 100 % ok condition, so that even after these many struggle i will be satisfied and will continue with honda

                                        Sir, i am a customer of honda two wheeler, i purchase a honda bike (Hornet) in month of july, i received my vehicle number in 10th of september but i don't receive my registration number at. According to my knowledge after providing vehicle number the registration number will be distributed by the company within 10 to 15 days. I was consult to the authority of the company last week but no result. I face lots of problems in absence of rc.
