Iam taking honda activa 3g 110cc, moped in himayath nagar autofin showroom, hyderabad. They are forced me to take accessories in showroom only. They won't give good response to customers. Suppose we can't take any accessories in showroom otherwise they are telling won't deliver any bike, they are telling u can take in any other showroom. So, like this u can do, in further customers don't like any honda company products. So tomorrow iam taking scooty. U plz solve my problem. Otherwise i will go to another company.

    Even after calling more than 10 times the consultancy department of honda two wheelers are least botherd to solve the query or problems which i hav complained regularly regarding the service of my newly puchased scooter
    It is saddening to see such a vast company with such poor services
    The best part was talking to all the different executives every time i had called and repeating the problems

      To whomever it may concern..

      This is with reference to my vehicle Honda CBR 250 bearing registration no. MH43AM3997 registered under my brothers name Mr Swapnil Suryavanshi reported to Honda Authorized workshop in Vashi M/s Vihaan Honda for concern Maintenance service.

      I have been informed that approx cost for service would be Rs 4500/, As per the concerns diagnosis was performed and after 2 days i received the additional estimate report against the workshop observation. They informed about the following concerns found while checking the vehicle and awaiting for approval.

      a) Front Shock-up leakage seal need to replace
      b) Chain Spoket need to replace.
      c) Coolant need to replace.

      As per the discussion with service executive, The approx estimate for additional work will cost Rs 4000/-. As per the telephonic discussion with service guy i approved the estimate and informed him to do the job properly.

      After 3 day i took my vehicle delivery but at the time of vehicle delivery i was facing some noise concern from wheel. I informed the adviser but he replied, Sir you drive the vehicle it will become release in running. I came ahead and realized that my bike digital cluster meter is flickering and doesn't work some times. I informed the guy He replied it will work properly once you run the vehicle. I driven the vehicle for around 200 km but the concern was not resolved. It is a shame that the quality work is not happening properly after completing 3.5 yrs still I am doing my vehicle service from authorized service center because i am loyal to brand like Honda But it is surprise to know that after spending such huge amounts if we are going to get our product damage from workshop. So how can we trust these guys??

      I did the work of front shock-absorbed but still it is leakage and the digital meter is still flickering, when i went to inform him about these concern to service dept 2nd time. They replied cluster need replace due to so many years uses. Sir I want to confirm the parts life of Honda? Is it running hardly 3 to 4 years. Vehicle has not even met with an accident and it is hardly driven 16k kms till now. I use this vehicle only in local with covered parking. I would like to inform you before giving the vehicle the concern wasn't there, Ok why have you not informed me at the time of vehicle deliver. The service guy is trying to push the concern on customers end for replacement but why should i bear it. Where is the quality work?? After spending my valuable time and cost, Why are we not getting value for money??

      Its a humble request to you all Respected Manufacturers and Principals that I still like my Honda bike a lot and i don't want to miss it. Till now i feel that authorized service are professionals and i can trust them blindly.

      Requesting you to kindly expedite the work on priority and do the needful for the same.

        I have purchase the honda activa in c.m.honda agra road aligarh.they charges the 1837 insurance charge and 6237 registration charges but the invoice bill given me 50734 ex showroom price, they are not mentioned the insurance charge and registration charges in invoice.in the invoice there are a colom of insurance and registration and hypothication charges (rs 600 taken by me)but they are blank.if this amount taken by me give receipt or bill of these amount.this is unauthorised. please look in this matter and solve my problem

          Not this is the first time when last time i had gave them for a service they just wash my activa and gave me back done nothing i told them to check oil break pad etc etc but no result this time problem with matting they change it and telling me that this is as it is that you give me...
          Now??
          What should i do..

            I have purchased honda activa 3g vehicle dt:15.07.2016 while i’m driving the vehicle engine noise is very high so i check my vehicle silence engine crank soft is damage so i go to ramani honda service center.dealer concern person told to me its not manufacture complaint its your complaint so u pay the amount rs-11000/- we will replace it.
            please note –
            but my question is i’m not met any accident you will check my vehicle and silence frame is steel body then how could its possible to damage .another issue is spare parts rate is too high compare then other dealer (triumph & triveni). how customer will come and service the vehicle in ramani honda. i’m also working in automobiles industry so i know conform its manufacture complaint.
            so solve this issue and do the needful.

              My self anurag tiwari from kanpur. i have activa vehicle no up-78 dj 1857 i have done permanent servicing here but last servicing 12 sep was not ok i am not satisfying with servicing.

              In my vehicle as per service eng. need to change shoe-set brake and i have change this but with in 3 days my break shoe was very loose and i have again go there and he tight nut only and other service engineer says setting issue he did not take serious this issue. so my break shoe totally failed and i have an accident by this..

              Again he change this and take charge from my side...

              I have complain this by area sales manger but he did not give any suggestion and help his contact no is [protected]

              Plz look in to this matter and resolve my problem. i have all supported item like all billing and damage break shoe also

                I bhupendra singh from lucknow complain regarding defective engine of my new honda cb shine
                I have purchased a honda shine bike bearing engine no jc65e[protected] & frame no. Me4jc651ff7116854 on[protected] naraini honda takrohosub dealer of aditya sky honda from chinhat lucknow u. P. Bearing registration no u p 32 gm 4331. On riding starting problem to 1st service & 3rd service vehical running time suddenly shut off & again not start, all service ok by friends honda lucknow (Only service center). I made a complaint at the time of 1st service and again i found the same problem. Thereafter i made c c complain on 23-8-16 and basing on my complain they received the bike on[protected] by envision honda tedi pulia lucknow and handed me on 29-8-16 with promise that the defect has been removed and also made on. Some time
                I found same defect and waited for a while and found the above mentioned defects. I again went to the automobile and they received my bike but refused to receive my by phone complain on 18-10-16.
                Due to above conduct of your service centre, doubt casted in my mind that the said seller have cheated me by selling a bike with defective engine knowingly and also making deficiency in service to me as a customer. Hense i request you to replace the defective engine bike which is with the above named dealer within a 3 days, failling which i will constrain to take selter of proper court of law for redressal on that event you are jointly severally will liable to pay cost of litigation along with cost of harassment and mental agony. Treat it most urgent

                    I had booked a honda dio vehicle at panachamootil honda show room bharanikav (main dealer panachamootil honda kollam). I had already paid full amount ( include ex show room price, road tax, insurance and registration charges), but vehicle not relased yet. They inform me to pay extra rs.4500/- for extra fitting charges. I told them i don't want any extra fitting in this vehicle. But showroom not accept. Please do needful

                      On 12.10.2016 I visit honda showroom Swaroop Honda, Preet Vihar. for installation of number plate. where Mr Balbir asked me for Rs. 100 for installation of number plate, when i refuse and meet Mr. Sushil Sharma Manager, He also involved this and misleading the facts and not take any action against the employees and told me out fm this showroom. He may also involved this. My complaint NO. 1-[protected] dated 12.10.16 is still pending.

                        Sir i have purchased unicorn on 2013 September I suggested many of my friends to buy unicorn many of them purchased
                        Recently I had a problem with my bike its about oil leakage when I given to showroom kanchana honda mangalore they changed gasket of engine coverand charged nearly 1000 rupees and complaints remains the same again I gave tilo same showroom they returned the vehicle with same complaints and third time when i gave they are telling that engine case is broken
                        Engine guard was there so chances of hitting by stone is not there it is clear that the problem with engine case is its manufacturing problem
                        so kindly do the needful to rectify the complaint

                          I have purchased a honda dio On 13th of Oct'16 at Guwahati. First I took the vehicle to home and realize that a sound coming out from handle bar. I immediately visited dealer and they confirmed that the asset has a manufacturing defect and after my several request they have changed the vehicle. I took the next vehicle & came to home and realize that again a sound conming from handle bar. Now they are saying that the shock absorber has a manufacturing defect and they will replace the same.
                          Is this the way of selling a new vehicle. Now I decided to filing a cosumer case against the honda dealer.

                            Hi Team,
                            This is getting a little serious issue now. I had submitted a complaint with regards to my 2016 HONDA HORNET STD White complaining that there is no pickup in my Vehicle as it is not crossing 95 Kmph. I have not bought a 1 Lac worth bike for going in speeds at 40-60 kmph. I earlier too had mentioned that I am an ardent weekend rider who go for short trips over the weekends and my bike is not performing up to the mark. This is really ridiculous and did not expect a bike from Honda Stable to perform this way. I had the technicians at Dhruvdesh Honda Manyata Teach Park service center look into this matter, however rectified it and now I have strange noises coming out of the Engine.I had gone and left my bike there on this Saturday the 15th Oct complaining about this noise and however not heard back from them ever since. Its is not a nice feeling to leave my hardly 6 months old bike worth Lacs overnites at Service Centers for the error or a defect of my engine which is again a pure indication of Honda's mechanical mistake.

                            I would request you to please kindly replace my bike or if not my engine at the earliest or else my Advocates will be speaking to you over this matter now. This is a pure indication that the guys at Dhruvdesh Honda maybe not technically trained to curb my issue and needs to be looked at or diagnosed by Engineers at the Honda factory now as it is never ending saga and not being rectified. Now looking at this I have a strange feeling that there is seriously something wrong with my particular bike as when other Hornets can perform why not mine? I am not buying a bike for the first time and I have namely 4-5 bikes from Honda stable in my immediate family but this is the most bitter experience I ever had and my Hornet hasbecome a nightmare for me now "THANKS TO YOU GUYS". I also own a Honda City too and is a Loyal Customer who believed in HONDA however by this particular bike I feel you guys have proved me wrong. This is not just like any other email and I request you to please look into this ASAP before I take any further action and make this a potential escalation to the higher ups. "I HAVE LOST MY PATIENCE NOW".

                            ' Give me back my money or replace my BIKE OR ENGINE' Choice is yours :-(

                              Previously I gave a complaint about extra charges quoted by Santosh Honda show room and Amaravati Honda show room for CB Unicorn 150CC Bike in Guntur Town

                              I got a message regarding issue has been resolved at 5.39 pm today with ticket no. 1-[protected], Santosh Honda Guntur people contacted me and asked about bike purchase, I told them that I purchased bike from Amaravati Honda. They taken details of my purchase. no one discussed about my complaint of extra price than invoice price, they given receipt of 85200 and 2600 as insurance charges. But I paid rs.[protected] bike value + 2600 insurance charges). but your on road price is rs.81270 told by your customer care people. How can your show room people taken extra charges from me and from all customers. we enquired all major cities and major town Honda show rooms, every where is same situation, every where price was rs 95000 to rs 100000.

                              I need the bike, I want the bike of my interest. with the extra cost I purchased bike and given complaint to you. I am requesting you to refund extra charges taken by your show room people.

                              show room people are saying that they are loosing rs15000 from Honda Unicorn 160CC bikes and they want to recover from Unicorn 150CC

                              my issue was not resolved, no one are discussed about my complaint. How can you messaged me that issue has been resolved.

                              I am not satisfied with your response and I need revert and action on this.

                                Its not a gud experience when i give my bike for 4th free service in your service centre (axis honda fazal-ganj kanpur) on 17.10.2016. i did buy a dream yuga in 18.10.2015. by mcs honda chunni ganj kanpur.

                                Axis honda service centre told me that your coupan no is expired. you should come before 2 days..
                                Ok. fine. but i ask you one thing. at the time of third service why they did not give me due date or write on my cupan diary. also they did not call me or remind me.. any single time...

                                Please do the needful... your are requested to please look into the matter
                                And provide me fourth free service...

                                  I Own an Honda activa KL.07, BS8152. I have given for service at EVM Vytila on 20/8/16. I had given for normal servicing and also to change front plastic portion, front handle bar with genuine Honda parts. After getting back the vehicle, the next fourth day the call received for service feedback. I told them that some missing are still there and my father will bring the vehicle for checking. Then after onam holidays, I went to the office 12 km away from my home with my activa. In that evening when I self start the scooter to return to home there was no response as if full battery charge was drained out (please note the battery is the new one). With the help of my colleagues the activa got started and on the way back to home the sound of the horn and then indicator buzzer and lastly the front lamp all went off completely. The next day I again went to evmHonda, and this time they told battery to be changed. I strongly believe that the wiring they did during the service was not in the proper way, which damaged the battery. As I told the battery is the new one and within the warranty period, so I got replacement of the damaged battery. Again after replacement the self start problem shown. Then again I visited evmhonda for checking. This time they told crank everything is damaged and about 8000 rupees work is there. I asked how it happened they told without oil the vehicle is used and due to absence of oil the crank everything is get damaged. What is this. I got serviced my vehicle with oil change for almost rs 3500 and there is no rough usage of this vehicle I am strongly doubting that your misservice made my vehicle got repair for this much of huge amount. The vehicle was running properly before the service. But after the service one by one it is getting damaged.

                                  It is requested to look into the matter personally and do the needful to get my vehicle repaired properly and make my vehicle problem free without further payment.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I m a owner of Honda CB SHINE motorcycle residing in Indirapuram Gahziabad which was purchased from M/S SANGAM HONDA - a authorised distributor of HONDA Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. and having dealership showroom in PLOT No. A-23/6, Site IV, Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad for dissatisfaction from customer services.
                                      Today morning dated 16/10/16 i have gone at his showroom with the above mentioned address for done 2nd free service of my HONDA C B Shine and they have given delivery time of bike is 12.00 P M. today.
                                      At 12 P M sharp i was reached at his workshop i m shocked that workshop is totally closed due to death of the relative of the Owner of the workshop.
                                      My bike and other so many customer's bike get struck inside the showroom and no single employee was there to handle the customer and found only 4 nos. security guards at main entrance gate and even gate also get locked.
                                      They told me that no showroom staff is here and tomorrow morning you will come to get delivery of your bike.
                                      No prior information provided by showroom manager /incharge to us that some problem occurs and came to get delivery of bikes before showroom locked.
                                      I tried over phone but everybody's phone get switch off.
                                      if they are not handle the customer dealing then why open the showroom.
                                      My complaint is to close/shutt down the showroom and taken back the dealership from SANGAM HONDA SAHIBABAD, GHAZIABAD as they leid down the name and fame of the reputed company HONDA MOTORCYCLE & SCOOTERS INDIA PVT. LTD.
                                      if they want to locked the complete showroom then before, its responsibility of Showroom Manager /Service Manager to inform the customer whose bikes./scooter inside his premises.
                                      How can we go to office tomorrow or how can do attend todays's schedule work assigned without bike.
                                      Its complete negligency and poor execution of the SANGAM HONDA dealer showroom employees and most mistake of Service manager/admin manager that before locking of complete showroom at least inform to bikes owner to take delivery of his bikes.
                                      Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Sir i have purchase a new bike on 11/08/2016 honda cb hornet .
                                      till now i have not received my registration no.
                                      i am facing many problems daily without registration no.
                                      so please help me out...

                                        I have given by bike Honda livo for 1st service on 23 September 2016 when the bike travelled a 973km. The service people claimed that that they changed the engine oil and charged for that. Surprisingly the engine oil is dried at 1850km I.e I travelled less than 900km after servicing is done. The engine oil should be changed at[protected]KM but it dried at 1850 KM.
