I have purchased cb shine on 7/10/16, firstly i took quot from the showroom and booked the vehicle by amount rs 500. After four days i submitted dd of boi to showroom, they promised me to give back the booking amount but this was not happen, they told me the price is increased as before only two days, the showroom are not ready to give back the booking amount.     Dear sir,

    Yesterday 26th october 2016, i have taken delivery of my unicorn 160 having registration number: tn22 de 2547 from lodha honda showroom, chrompet, chennai - 44, tamil nadu. Contact no: +91 [protected]; +91 [protected]; +91 [protected].

    While i was on return to my home from showroom, the meter console light went off.
    Suddenly, i stopped the bike and tried many times by locking and unlocking the key but no use.

    After sometime, the light in the meter console came back. But, the speedometer is not working showing constantly '0' and odometer started to behave haphazardly.

    This gave me a big shock from a new-buy bike.

    Today morning, i have noticed that there was no rubber button on left side of meter console.

    Also, when i try to kick-start the bike, i couldn't do it so. Electric start only working. Clutch is not to the standard.

    This is a great disappointment to me and i am totally dissatisfied with the product.

    Kindly request you to look into this matter and help me to come out of this problem soon. I need a fully satisfied repair in this regard. Please help me out.

        This has reference above vehicle detail, i sandeep dang purchase new vehicle honda livo at malwa motors pvt. ltd on dated 27/08/2016.
        Regular our vehicle service your authorized dealer celibration motors pvt. ltd, plot no-27 indus trail area patparganj delhi-110051, tel no[protected]. our vehicle first service done by celebration on dated 11/09/16, km: 750, job card no jc-dl[protected] and second service also done by celebration honda on dated 23/10/2016, km - 3404, job card no. jc-dl[protected]. celebration honda chd manager mr. abhay jha, accounts manager. mr. sunil sehgal and floor in charge mr. deepak sharma.
        Our complaint is your authorized workshop celebration honda, yesterday i can go to your workshop for service i can complaint advisor some break issue, i see the vehicle then technician do the work my vehicle he normally adjust the break came i talk to floor in charge please open the wheel and inspect the shoes and drum but he said no requirement the open the wheel my question is inspect the break shoe or drum without open wheel, then i assist to open the wheel he said this job is not your free service condition and he said this job is chargeable. i can contact workshop chd but handle the matter accounts mr. sunil segal mr abhay sehgal see the conversation me between sumit sehgal. all workshop members support floor manager words. my vehicle is only two months old and your service book is also mention in warranty jobs work absurdly free of cost only consumables are chargeable our nest question is this type of attitude and alogrance company affordable or not. mr. deepak sharma (floor in charge) shouted and continue augument this meter and dosenot agrre with my concern and he said jaha complaint karni hai waha kar do mai kisi se nahi darta, this type of attitude affordable. my next and last important question is my vehicle only 3404 km run and his breaks problem i continue discuss with deepak but he ignore the meter either then vehicle running time any problem phase who can responsible.
        The undersigned would like to request to you please take the action against your workshop celebration honda delhi-1100051 either you dose not take the action then i go to consumer court.

          I, Mrs. Geeta Shah, Sr. Citizen and Handicapped Lady had approached Lucky Motors at Goregaon East .Mumbai-400 063. for booking of Honda Shine Disc of your Company. I had approached him through his Chartered Accountant, to get better service and genuine price, While booking he said it is compulsory to buy accessories as company is charging to the dealers.I booked the same at Rs. 73500=. Next day I read your advertisement in NEWS Paper and I approached one of your dealer to confirm about compulsion of buying of accessories along with the booking of vehicle. They said there is no such compulsion by the company. Even i found that he has charged higher rate also. I imminently went to him and asked him to reduce rate and cancel accessory charges.Then he told me that if any one is giving at lower rate, get me the quotation, I will reduce the rate for you, I then got the quotation from other dealer and went to him. He then refused to reduce the rate and again told that you will have to buy accessories compulsorily from him.I asked him to refund my deposit amount of Rs. 5000/= paid to him.That also he refused.Also he is telling lie about his tie up for loan.Today also we tried to contact him but he is not coming on line to talk to us.
          I, therefore request your good self to take necessary action against him and get me refund of my deposit amount of Rs. 5000/= So that i can book the vehicle at the earliest.attached herewith order Form no 445 issued by him.
          Please do the needful and help me out.

            I purchased a bike { dream neo} from midnapur show room on 24.09.2016. from the date of purchase, a few drops of oil have been leaching from the tube, adjacent of the foot stand, after a journey. i drew this event to the concerned technicians for several times but they advised me to have patience till the first servicing. but i am very sorry to inform you that the said problem has not been resolved after first servicing on 22.10.2016.

              I am a user of honda cb twister dl11sl2534
              I am very upset as the service centre rajindra honda jhilmil industrial area, delhi is not providing me any worthful service.
              After servicing the bike from rajindra honda i am facing so many problems in my bike after service the speedometer stopped working
              Brakes are not even tight they are as loose as they were before the service.
              No tuning of bike is done.
              My bike's horn is also not working properly after service.
              I want to know that is this what honda promises to their customers.
              I serviced my bike on 24 october 2016.
              I will complaint against it.

                My name is bala from chembur this is review about my honda activa 3g service center ( pilot honda review ) very bad experience i given them to service my scooter by 10 am they said they will deliver by 5 pm and charged 395rs for oil porpose when they returned my scooter they not properly inspected when i took my scooter from them and went out hardly 15 mins. Scooter got suddenly stopped in middle highway just miss otherwise truck may be hit me with my scooter ( cause accident ) but god grace. I miss up truck driver suddenly applied break . After that 15 mins bike not started i called to pilot honda ( reception list taken call and she said wait sir wait sir and cut my call ) after that relied by chock and started the scooter i went to pilot honda they just saying due to water wash spark plug was removed . I was shocked by hearing that. if truck driver not applied break the i should not compliant this . I was in hell with my neighbour or grandpa.

                Note - honda should take some setious action or else famous brand honda will come like cheap bicycle.

                  Honda have launch two new special edition and I have the one in orange, took a test ride and the bike was decent with pillion comfort. After completing about 150 km suddenly bike became rough and engine noise increased . Bike now heats up fast and the pickup reduces it feels so stressed as if I am riding it for long while . The maximum distance I ride is close to 30 km and the engine heats up post 10 km and sound changes. No1 so far has been able to resolve the problem its now about 400km in odo and anready done with my first service . I am not satisfied with the bike and would not suggest you to buy it . Also Headlight is pathetic and you cant see the road properly and it goes very low when bike is not accelerated also make it difficult to see road on Highway. I seriously made a wrong decision trusting the brand HONDA.

                    My name is ramesh devagupapu.i am buyed a new blue coloured scooty activa 3g in my honda show room at rajahamundry, east godavari district in andhra pradesh.reg no AP37 CM3162. but my nerest honda service point in Tanuku vijayalakshmi honda show room.so my first free service done at rajahamundry my honda show room.next 2nd free service onwards i am bringing to tanuku vijaalakshmi honda show room.when i done my 3rd free service i request front suspension got little jurk when we driving in ruf roads.but that mechanic name was satish he said front fork got bend need to clear from hydraulic.so he took out side and he bring me back in after two hours.so next day i noticed that scooty condition totally gone.so that day onwards i am bringing my scooty multiple times still that problem persists.please do needful

                      I have selected Model :Dream neo for online complaint because you have removed CB twister model in selection menu on your website: http://www.honda2wheelersindia.com/reach-us/contact-us# .My vehicle is CB TWISTER.
                      I am a customer of Honda. I am using my CB TWISTER regularly for 4-5 years. I also services my vehicle in CHAKRADHAR Honda regularly. Last I have serviced on date 22.10.2016. There is voice from backside in chain like “cut, cut”. Also there is steering stability problem. These two major problem were last 1 year.
                      I am saying you that I have not used my vehicle more than 25000Km. Why such problems created in my vehicle. Technician said me to replace chain sector of Rs 1500/- and steering of Rs. 900/- and also few other problems.I am servicing my vehicle regularly in Chakradhar Honda also I have not serviced(every time with chain cleaning) my vehicle outside chakradhar because I trust on Honda service center. I am common man and also I am using another vehicle Hero Honda passion last 8-9 year. There is no such problem and even small problem has not occurred yet. This passion has run about 70000Km.
                      I am not understanding what I will do further. If you give me offer to exchange my vehicle with new one I will pay whatever difference otherwise provide me better solution for this.

                          Purchased new stunner bike in sep'15. From last 3 months its troubling while starting (No other option then self). Each time they charged the battery but again after 7-10 days same issue comes. Charged battery fitted in bike a week ago (Sunday) and last i drove bike on thursday and again when i tried to start bike after 2 days i. E sunday same issue arises. Each time they are saying that because i use to drive bike less battery gets discharged, then how its possible that charged battery gets discharged in just 2 days. I am a working professional and daily don't use my bike to communicate to office. If bike troubles me in 2 days of standing then i believe i will never be able to ride this bike. Experience with this bike is worst then buying a old bike. Kindly help me as i am paying for buying a new honda bike.

                            My name is Arjun I am form Bangalore I brought a Honda dio bike on 18th September 2016 the bike got little scratches when the delivery the bike 1 month bike condition is good but after I given the 1st service on 11th October 2016 bike got start and jurke problem again I was given to service they did miner service on 13th October 2016 after that again the problem is arrived again I given the service on 18th October 2016 it's they asked 1day time but almost 4days over the service people not given the bike when i asked about bike they won't answer property they said in bike got some part problem but still they didn't replace and today evening I went to service department and asked about bike they didn't answered properly I seen my bike it's got scratches and it's not performing well just I want registered complent and I wanto replace the bike are els I ll register complent on consumer court

                              I have a certain problem with my honda hornet which i have newly bought in june/july. It started giving me problems like : the bike stops automatically whenever idle but engine running. I went to the honda service centre in borivali where a guy named mohit attended me. He told me there must be some problem in the carborator, that there must be garbage inside it and he'll solve it by evening, i had to pay rs100 for cleaning the carborator. He gave it to me in the evening, the bike was ok for a while and then again started showing same problems. I went there again, and they made me wait so long for the second time and mechanics after putting some carborator settings were themselves not sure if the bike was now perfectly adjusted. They told me to try it out and figure it out... When i told them the problems still persists... They said it will get better in a day... It's been a long time... The problem still remains and i am suffering as i use the bike to travel to my office.
                              Twice they couldn't solve my problem... They couldn't put proper carborator settings twice... And i don't have free time to keep going over there and return unsatisfied again and again with my rs 100 gone!

                                Hi I bought new Honda hornet 160 in June 2016 from Anna Nagar Chennai Honda showroom. Bike is not good condition. I done 2 free services but your service not Good.Always have starting problem. Some times my bike not starting . So I went to near Honda showroom in t Nagar that Mechanic said my bike having head and bore problem . Only bike only 5 month old and 6000 km running please do the needful thank you.

                                  Iam taking honda activa 3g 110cc, moped in himayath nagar autofin showroom, hyderabad. They are forced me to take accessories in showroom only. They won't give good response to customers. Suppose we can't take any accessories in showroom otherwise they are telling won't deliver any bike, they are telling u can take in any other showroom. So, like this u can do, in further customers don't like any honda company products. So tomorrow iam taking scooty. U plz solve my problem. Otherwise i will go to another company.

                                      To whomever it may concern..

                                      This is with reference to my vehicle Honda CBR 250 bearing registration no. MH43AM3997 registered under my brothers name Mr Swapnil Suryavanshi reported to Honda Authorized workshop in Vashi M/s Vihaan Honda for concern Maintenance service.

                                      I have been informed that approx cost for service would be Rs 4500/, As per the concerns diagnosis was performed and after 2 days i received the additional estimate report against the workshop observation. They informed about the following concerns found while checking the vehicle and awaiting for approval.

                                      a) Front Shock-up leakage seal need to replace
                                      b) Chain Spoket need to replace.
                                      c) Coolant need to replace.

                                      As per the discussion with service executive, The approx estimate for additional work will cost Rs 4000/-. As per the telephonic discussion with service guy i approved the estimate and informed him to do the job properly.

                                      After 3 day i took my vehicle delivery but at the time of vehicle delivery i was facing some noise concern from wheel. I informed the adviser but he replied, Sir you drive the vehicle it will become release in running. I came ahead and realized that my bike digital cluster meter is flickering and doesn't work some times. I informed the guy He replied it will work properly once you run the vehicle. I driven the vehicle for around 200 km but the concern was not resolved. It is a shame that the quality work is not happening properly after completing 3.5 yrs still I am doing my vehicle service from authorized service center because i am loyal to brand like Honda But it is surprise to know that after spending such huge amounts if we are going to get our product damage from workshop. So how can we trust these guys??

                                      I did the work of front shock-absorbed but still it is leakage and the digital meter is still flickering, when i went to inform him about these concern to service dept 2nd time. They replied cluster need replace due to so many years uses. Sir I want to confirm the parts life of Honda? Is it running hardly 3 to 4 years. Vehicle has not even met with an accident and it is hardly driven 16k kms till now. I use this vehicle only in local with covered parking. I would like to inform you before giving the vehicle the concern wasn't there, Ok why have you not informed me at the time of vehicle deliver. The service guy is trying to push the concern on customers end for replacement but why should i bear it. Where is the quality work?? After spending my valuable time and cost, Why are we not getting value for money??

                                      Its a humble request to you all Respected Manufacturers and Principals that I still like my Honda bike a lot and i don't want to miss it. Till now i feel that authorized service are professionals and i can trust them blindly.

                                      Requesting you to kindly expedite the work on priority and do the needful for the same.

                                        I have purchase the honda activa in c.m.honda agra road aligarh.they charges the 1837 insurance charge and 6237 registration charges but the invoice bill given me 50734 ex showroom price, they are not mentioned the insurance charge and registration charges in invoice.in the invoice there are a colom of insurance and registration and hypothication charges (rs 600 taken by me)but they are blank.if this amount taken by me give receipt or bill of these amount.this is unauthorised. please look in this matter and solve my problem
