With due respect it is submitted that, i am the owner of the unicorn honda
(Mh-30 z 3969) purchased from khandelwal vehicles pvt ltd, akola - 444001, maharashtra.
I purchased my unicorn honda in the year 2010. I regularly use to service my vehicle in time from same workshop. The average expenditure incurred for each the servicing was in between rs. 1000/- to 1500/-. However this time i have given my bike for servicing, they charged me this time rs. 4702/- towards the replacement of of various spare parts which i feel unnecessary required. At the time of servicing i have said the problem about noise problem in front wheel apart from regular servicing and the changing of the oil. Now my vehicle is ready and i have paid the amount and i found that the noise is still persist in the vehicle after serving and replacement of the parts. Therefore i submit my doubts with regret requesting to look into the matter.

    Hi,

    This is Gaurav Shinde here from Pune/Lonavala. I recently purchased Honda Activa 3G model from YUG HONDA, Pune on 15-June-2016.
    It was recent to my notice that the FRONT SUSPENSIONS have some manufacturing fault, as they are constantly rubbing with the external metal suspension cover. (Which is hardening the suspension day by day).

    I have spoken with the sales rep who told me that the problem will be resolved during the 1st servicing, but in actual they not even checked the reported problem & just washed the bike during the 1st servicing. The sales representative (Sandip) keeps on giving fake promises to fix that & till date the issue is not resolved.

    My only complaint here is I simply want this manufacturing fault to be resolved asap as I have paid money for a bike which is known for its quality and service in India today !

      Hi Team,
      Its been 4 long years being associated with Honda two wheeler as a customer but i repent for this decision since the day i brought the pathetic product of yours since the day i made the purchase i had 3 problems consecutively
      1st: Starting Problem when ever i wash my bike or its rain or little cold that junk wont start until i kick it 20 30 times with 20 30 times of self start too & after it starts it will jerk for next minimum 1 km the smooth running of it will only be after that i complained many times to your above mentioned dealer n its mechanics n engineers the unprofessional n iditoci reply i received always was this is a persistent problem with the bike in this model n i every time i felt so helpless n cheated after getting reply i cant even tell you that .
      My question is that if there is some problem in the engine then why do you people sell those junk in the market to cheat customers ???
      2nd: Headlight focus since day one when i took the delivery of my bike the headlight was focusing to the sky while immediately making the mark of it to the person out there he called me next day for setting of it but it is yet not resolved even after 4 long years n replacement of mask n whole panel twice due to this ive been under several near miss fatal accidents events.
      3rd: The hand grab of the handle of left arm the rubber grip since the day i made the purchase it was loose n came out that was also being mentioned to the sales person out there i visited near about 50 times or more since then they changed the grip handle pasted it with various pasting products but it was all in vein nothing worked the problem is still the same this three problems are from the day one n still are.
      You all will be wondering why did i wrote this soo long because i always went n trusted those people that next time this wont happen but it was always the same n today i just missed the most fatal accident of my life so i thought of writing it to you all n this time i am seriously pissed n either you people get my issue resolved ASAP or i am approaching the legal consumer forum because this has been heights.
      I'VE USED BAJAJ N TVS bikes too but the pain honda gave me no other ventures did i am highly disappointed with the quality n service provided by honda i went for the global name n reputation but the performance is much more hopeless than that of a local.

        I serviced bike 4 times free service
        one time paid service . They are not done service properly. Every time many customers complaints about services but they not responding properly .
        Paid service customers are reduce because of this problem only
        I am complaint 3 times about fuel line and gear box.
        They still not rectify my problem.
        Please take severe action on service manager and staff
        Other wise your sales will down kakinada

            I m suffer from last 2 days service of aviator.Give on 21.9.16 at 6.30pm.
            delivery time given by service centre is 22.9.16 6.30pm.call from them n say service is done take it.I will go there at6.30pm but service not done.
            on 23.9.16 12.15pm call n say take vehicle at 2.00pm.
            than i call at 3pm for info.
            they tell me vehicle not ready.
            come at 4pm.

            Bike model Honda Unicorn 160. My bike stopped in mid way while i was riding. i gave it for service. Still the problem has not been rectified. It has been 50 days since I bought my vehicle. It is unacceptable for a new bike to have a starting problem like this. Moreover I gave my bike for first service just 20 days before.

              Hi team

              My name is Sufiyan Pathan I have been a customer of honda since 2014 and in the month of June I also purchased honda activa. Last Sunday I had given my honda shine for servicing but the service and the commentments made were pathetic and still after paying 1500 rupees my vehicle is not serviced properly and I had been promised that servicing will be done till 12 noon on Monday but as usually it was a commitment failure due to which I had to arrange a cab which costed me 300rs futher for my job.

              Except for Wahid (mamu) nobody showed interest in resolving the issue

              After all I belive services rendered were pathetic and believe I need to do the servicing once again but have lost the trust.

                I bought Dio 6 months back and in just 1 week began problem of not starting. I complaint so many times to the Anand honda service center, but not finding any solution. Today it was havoc of not to get started and I had to put it aside on the road and came to home by an auto. I am not understanding why the service center is not taking this issue seriously. I conplaint so many times to the service center but no solution to the problem. The problem occurs frequently on daily basis and Now I m get tired of having this dio.

                  I have done the service my two wheeler in Tajashree honda Showroom Place in devnagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra.

                  That time they forget to fill the Oil because of this my bike engine is dammaged.
                  Now they are not accepting that i ask them to show me the video footege when my bike is service. They are continously diverting me to another direction but i have confirm that this problem is caused because of they forget Oil to fill.

                  This is the kind of poor service i have experiance in this Tajashree Honda Showroom, devnagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra.

                    I bought new honda activa 125 on last month. Feeling more vibration when riding. Old honda activa was quite good. Spending more money and getting cheap condition vehicle is not good at all. Many people are compaining this same problem. I dont know why this problem happening to advanced scooter. Also we have complaint with self start. Sometime choke also not working. I had given four times to service centre to clear these issue. But not yet clear these issues. We cannot trust honda anymore. Service also very bad.

                        Have buyed Honda dream cd110dx on 3rd August 2016 from Gyan Honda Kotkapura punjab. Since the first day I have been facing problems with the 2 wheeler.

                              Honda activa bike number is AP 15 AS 8181 has given to repair on 7th september 2016 in Samrat Honda showroom in Karimagar.

                              Showroom people told us that bike will be repaired and delivered in four days but till now they are not even responding about the bike status.

                              Ihave visited to showroom 2 times in between but no one is responding correctly.

                              I want by bike to be delivered with in 24hrs if not i will give compliant to consumers forum.

                                I have purchased activa honda from M/s Ganpati Honda Gurgaon on 14th May 2014. On delivery the dealer supplied battery was very poor and sub standard quality, which was not working after 7-8 months than replaced it by brand new battery EXIDE, which was having 48 months warranty but it is sorry to say after the 18-19 months again battery was not working properly due poor quality of battery. In this regard I have made so many complaints to dealer as well as honda Customer care but nobody is ready to solve the complaint, which is spoil the brand name of Honda motors . It is surprised that the dealer executive is saying that your battery is not under warranty because you have not purchased this battery. In case you will purchased it from open market than your battery is having complete 48 month warranty but you have taken battery from us with new vehicle, so that it is not under warranty. Because it was obligation from honda. But the battery cost was not included in the delivery cost of the vehicle Secondly tools kit supplied with new vehicle is not working properly, which is also poor quality and sub standard quality.Please take necessary action against the dealer and executive concerned and solve the complaint.

                                  It is to inform you that i bought Activa on 5th aug 2016 from ELEGANT HONDA MEERUT Showroom at TEJGARHI. When i start driving regularly three four days i feel that there is bubbling in the rear tyre, hence i wentA after three days to showroom regarding my problem the marketing executive told me that this is new Activa and continue with it, i[censored] face same problem then u will get check in first service and it will resolve in first service .when i went for first service on[protected] i told my problem to service Centre firstly service mechanic said that problem resolved when i asked how it resolved he said go for service engineer then he said there is low tyre preesure and get your pressure check and fill it upto the normal level required, then i said this is not a low pressure problem so he went for test drive and feel that there is a problem in rear tyre and he checked and said that there is some problem in tyre rim and called up his senior service manager for the same and manger said that this problem is not under warranty so it will be resolved in insurance if possible.Then i said why it is not under warranty it is manufacturing fault as i was facing this problem since i bought, then i said i will complain directly in HONDA then he said go for it.and finally he also said that i will send your report to our senior and come next day when i went next day he refused that there is no answer from our senior team whenever they will answer i will let you know but till today i din't get any response from there side .kindly resolve my problem and give me solution as early.
                                  I bought Honda activa just because of good name and service of honda but my first experience was worst from HONDA SERVICE .

Jc65e[protected], key no. 8487, in this m.Cycle fuel gauge meter is not properly working, when it shawn empty then actually not fall in reserve, the service center told me the meter balloon is not working, dealer told me that it is not under warranty, if it is true why the honda company arrange this? pl. Immediate take action, i am complain to customer care no.1-[protected].Dt.30 aug, 16. But still not take any action,

                                      I have purchased a honda unicorn cb160 but after 2nd service i nd my family notice some knocking sound coming from my engine... The noise is really very irritating... I have complained about this problem to stirling honda too many time... But they are fail to resolve my problem...
                                      Each and every time they use to tell me that this problem will never occur again but after 2hr only i use to face the same problem... Please i request you to take a strict action against stirling honda... And please solve my problem ...
                                      And till now they have taken two months ...

                                      Many time they use to tell me that there is no engine noise in your bike or there are some parts got loos in engine or we will change some parts ...
                                      But now also they have failed to solve my problem ...
