श्रीमान् से अनुरोध हैं कि मैं प्रार्थी नरेन्‍द्र नारायण पाण्‍डेय, आयकर विभाग, निगड़ी, पुणे, महाराष्‍ट्र, मोबाईल नं.[protected]। स्टर्लिंग होण्डा शाॅरूम (पिंपड़ी) पुणे महाराष्‍ट्रा से एक्‍टिवा होण्डा (MH14EB4275) स्‍कूटर ली जिसका पेड सर्विस के लिए कई बार मोबाईल एवं लेण्‍डलाईन दोनों नंबर पर दो दिन लगातर काल किया लेकिन रिंग होने पर भी कोई रिपलाई नहीं आता है और जब स्‍कूटर लेकर वहा गए तो दो बार वाापस आना पड़ा जिसकेे कारण मेरा समय बर्बाद हुआ और जब स्‍कूटर सर्विसिंग के लिए दिया तो उसकी सर्विसिंग ठीक प्रकार से नहीं की गई जैसे उसका ब्रैैक नहीं ठीक किया गया । स्‍कूटर की सफाई ठीक से नहीं की गई । जिसके कारण होण्‍डा कंपनी की छवि बिगड़ रही हैै और ऐसी ही बिगड़ती हुई छवि से एक दिन अच्‍छी से अच्‍छी कंपनियां भी बंद हो जाती है जैसेे नोकिया मोबाईल कंपनी बंद हो गई
जब सर्विसिंग के लिए गया तो वह के वर्कशाप में काम करने वाले भी बेवजह गुस्‍से एवं बेतुकी बात से बात की जिससे मुझे बहुत दु:ख हुआ ।
श्रीमान स्टर्लिंग होण्डा शाॅरूम (पिंपड़ी) पुणे के मेनेजर/वर्कशाप में काम करने वाले सभी कस्‍टमर से खरीदारी करने तक ही सही बात करते है जब खरीदारी हो जाती है तो उसी कस्‍टमर से सही से बात तक नहीं करते । यह समस्‍या मेरा नहीं आये दिन सभी कस्‍टमर की होती है लेकिन वे चुपचाप चले जात है, कभी कोई कस्‍टमर बोलता है तो लड़ाई का नौबत आ जाता है । मैं यह जानना चाहता हूँ कि क्‍या होण्‍डा कस्‍टमर सिर्फ खरीदारी तक ही होण्‍डा कस्‍टमर है ।
अतः श्रीमान् से अनुरोध हैं कि आप मेरी समस्या को गम्भीरता से लेते हुए शीघ्र समाधान कराने की कृपा करावें एवं अधोहस्‍ताक्षरी को कार्यवयी की सूचना दें जिससे होण्‍डा कंपनी की छवि न खराब हो ।

          Hi there,

          Very abusing and aggressive behavior by RAVI KUMAR incharge at Dhruvdesh Honda Service Center (Gokula). If you have some time, read through the case or contact me for explanation.

          My Name is ASIP IKBAL ([protected]), I bought Activa 3G on 7th June 2016 KA04 JE1488, on 2nd October 2016 was my 2nd free service. I went at service center at 7:00 AM and I was 13th in the queue. It was general service, they told me to collect before 3:30 PM.

          There were no response to calls done on mobile and landline numbers, I went to service center at 1:00 PM. It took me 1 hour to trace my vehicle, no information was available, Receptionist don’t know where is mechanic and where is the scooter.

          Around 2:00 PM vehicle appeared in parking, it was said that washing has been done after oil change, when I show the mud/dust on the vehicle and question how it was washed, the incharge told that still they need to change the oil. Even after 2nd wash there was dust, after 3rd wash I told I don’t want anything more done on my vehicle and want exit. I am not sure, when was the oil change done. But they forced me to pay the entire bill, invoice # SERINV-KA01AB[protected]Rs 331.00 cash)

          I was accompanied with my 3 year son, so I was very polite and was speaking in low tone, but the incharge RAVI KUMAR ([protected]), was very aggressive, unprofessional and abusive. He shouted and he used the word “BOMDI MAT MARO”, even I told him not to speak in that language if he do not know the meaning of that word, and he repeated that word, he told to another customer referring to me ”YE BOMDI MAR RAHE HAIN”, ( If required I can produce that customer as a witness). If any recipient of this email don’t know the meaning of that word, please check with anybody from this part of the world.

          Being 13th in the queue, when I collected the vehicle, 185/186 was taking his vehicle. I got my vehicle around 4:10 PM.

          It’s very disappointing to get this, 35 years life, 6 years in IT industry and working as Service Delivery Manager, I never heard such abusing language.

          I called on all the numbers displayed there for feedback, no one answered. I was not alone, almost everybody had to fight there, People were shouting to escalate, to verify you may call any alternative person who was there at Dhruvdesh Honda Service Center on 2nd October 2016, and 90% people will not be happy with the service.

          I know, my words will go unheared and I am just another customer for Honda, but I lost faith in Honda. Actively looking sell my Activa.

            I submitted my activa in morning and as per my discussion I had to pay 500 for servicing but they didn't inform me before replacing the stuffs of activa and at end they provided me bill with some items changed. And they change the stuffs each month that it is not good. Sanjay Agrawal is the manager of shop who said I will be not be informing about items change unless customer calls them. He has no sense and manners to deal with customers; if you are hiring this people i doubt next time I will take honda service going further.

              I have purchased two wheeler (motorcycle) on 5th Sep, 2016 & it is agreed that the dealer will provide the accessories. But due to unavailability, two item were not allowed to us (Seat Cover & Leg guard) & it was promised to us that it will be provided within 2-3 days but since then nothing has been provided.
              We have called the Showroom many times even visited the showroom around 6 times but no action has been taken by them.
              Moreover, I write the same complaint directly to a company also but I didn't get any reply or action for them also.
              So, as a customer, I want accessories together with compensated for poor service by showroom & wastage of time & money due to frequent visit to showroom.

                I have problem in self start the Activa.Every time it's required kik for start from 2 months of purchase... initionaly I think that it's due to dry batary but it's is not acceptable...plz do something other wise I go to consumer court...
                If I run bike for about 2 km or more than also required to kik start it's is not only in winter or in early morning...every time I complain during service they told that it's due to dry batary but it's not acceptable...

                  I purchased a honda dio vehicle on[protected] from m/s turbo honda, nelamangala, karnataka.
                  From the day-1, i was facing the problem.
                  I had visited to m/s prime honda, nagarbhavi, bangalore
                  They said "it is new bike, need some time, drive it till first service then we will rectify it".
                  After that i serviced my bike after 30 days at m/s prime honda, nagarbhavi, bangalore, but they have not rectified the problem as promised by them.
                  After my repeated visits to them they saying it will cost 4500rs.
                  Due to wrong handling of the vehicle at the time of delivery this problem is occurred.
                  For the mistakes done by the dealers, why should i pay the penalty?

                    I purchased Honda active form Rajindra Honda on 31st may 2016. I booked an appointment for 2nd servicing of my vehicle on 26 Sep 2016 (Ph.[protected]). They gave me a servicing appointment on 28th Sep 2016 at 11am. I visited the Rajindra Honda’s service centre at 11am on 28th Sep 2016. I illustrate all problems that are occurring in scooty like combi break alignment, head lamp setting, tail lamp not blowing, and setting of mirrors. They gave me a waiting time from 11:30 to 2:00pm. I waited till 2:30pm than I asked to the reception about my scooty he told me that it all done it will done in few minute than I again waited. i asked many time in between 2:30 to 4pm, later they gave my scooty at 4pm (approx after four and half hour.)

                    Issues.

                    The scooty was not washed properly. (Image attached)
                    I think they give me my scooty without any servicing.

                    I think and I am sure the engine oil is also not changed at all because the engine oil chamber’s cap is also not clean and It is all known that if you open a dirty cap of engine oil chamber it will automatically cleaned by your hand. I don’t feel the smoothness of the scooty during drive as it was after first servicing. (Image attached)

                    Combi break is still as previous. Rear tire slips when I apply breaks. Not even it tighten by the engineer

                    Head lamp does not set during the servicing; it is as it was before. Head lamp’s Light does not reach down the road. This problem was not corrected in first servicing also.

                    Reason of doubt is that which is observer there; they started servicing my scooty after my enquiry at 2:30pm and in hurry they only clean my scooty with wet cloth only.

                    Left break lever get stack when I apply break, this issue is also not corrected.

                    Grease lubricant is not putted of the actual friction place. It is only putted for showing purpose. (Image attached)

                    Put grease on lock of the seat without cleaning the previously applied messy grease. (Image attached)

                    Only it had polished the dashboard and black parts of the scooty not all over the scooty.

                    Soreness

                    I am a salaried person I took a leave for scooty servicing if this type of management happened at Honda service centre how we take such leave frequently to visit service centre again and again for the same issues?

                    I have washed my scooty at local shop it was 100 times better than Honda service and most important that you can see that what is doing by the engineer during servicing, if something is doing wrong by engineer you can speak to him but in Honda service center nothing is happens in the presence of customer. Customers are not allowed in the place where actually servicing happens.

                    After waiting four and half hour I got this type of result this looks not cool.

                    Not only I am, there were many people talking about this type of issues.

                    As a customer of such a big brand ‘Honda’ I am not happy at all I am very disappointed.

                    My suggestions
                    Just respect the time and money of the customer. If a customer buy a vehicle then they manage their servicing anywhere instead of Honda servicing. We don’t need any free servicing. We trust on you so you should take care of it. Set some guidance for Dealer and service centre. Don’t cheat with customers please. When I took appointment for servicing than my issue must be resolve first but it took four and half hours. Just a basic servicing took this much of time and result is nothing.

                    I want resolution of my issues form your side.
                    I want my scooty get serviced properly.
                    Engine oil should be changed.

                      One Honda Shine, Grey Colour, being Engine No. JC65E70281251, Chasis No. ME4JC651HF7189117, which was registered on 04.12.2015, Regd. No. WB 14N 0655, but all on sudden backside Tyre of the Byke highly abses on top portion, then and there said incident was informed by me to Joyguru Auto, Bagnan, Howrah, but they denied to change the same.

                      I buyed honda cb hornet 160r...now the welding joints and silencer is rusting...worst quality...its 4 months old bike...honda is honda...lol...honda is waste...i want those problems to rectify and fix it as soon as possible...mileage also dropped...

                        I have purchased my honda aviator scooter from brijlax honda laharatara varanasi on 16jan 2016.. since then i am having problem in my scooty i.e there is a noise coming from my engine ( kit-kit kit-kit) when i m accelerating down...for which i have complained many times in honda service centre i.e Mayank honda but i havnt got any satisfaction from there.. they are not giving proper response...

                          With due respect it is submitted that, i am the owner of the unicorn honda
                          (Mh-30 z 3969) purchased from khandelwal vehicles pvt ltd, akola - 444001, maharashtra.
                          I purchased my unicorn honda in the year 2010. I regularly use to service my vehicle in time from same workshop. The average expenditure incurred for each the servicing was in between rs. 1000/- to 1500/-. However this time i have given my bike for servicing, they charged me this time rs. 4702/- towards the replacement of of various spare parts which i feel unnecessary required. At the time of servicing i have said the problem about noise problem in front wheel apart from regular servicing and the changing of the oil. Now my vehicle is ready and i have paid the amount and i found that the noise is still persist in the vehicle after serving and replacement of the parts. Therefore i submit my doubts with regret requesting to look into the matter.

                            Hi,

                            This is Gaurav Shinde here from Pune/Lonavala. I recently purchased Honda Activa 3G model from YUG HONDA, Pune on 15-June-2016.
                            It was recent to my notice that the FRONT SUSPENSIONS have some manufacturing fault, as they are constantly rubbing with the external metal suspension cover. (Which is hardening the suspension day by day).

                            I have spoken with the sales rep who told me that the problem will be resolved during the 1st servicing, but in actual they not even checked the reported problem & just washed the bike during the 1st servicing. The sales representative (Sandip) keeps on giving fake promises to fix that & till date the issue is not resolved.

                            My only complaint here is I simply want this manufacturing fault to be resolved asap as I have paid money for a bike which is known for its quality and service in India today !

                              Hi Team,
                              Its been 4 long years being associated with Honda two wheeler as a customer but i repent for this decision since the day i brought the pathetic product of yours since the day i made the purchase i had 3 problems consecutively
                              1st: Starting Problem when ever i wash my bike or its rain or little cold that junk wont start until i kick it 20 30 times with 20 30 times of self start too & after it starts it will jerk for next minimum 1 km the smooth running of it will only be after that i complained many times to your above mentioned dealer n its mechanics n engineers the unprofessional n iditoci reply i received always was this is a persistent problem with the bike in this model n i every time i felt so helpless n cheated after getting reply i cant even tell you that .
                              My question is that if there is some problem in the engine then why do you people sell those junk in the market to cheat customers ???
                              2nd: Headlight focus since day one when i took the delivery of my bike the headlight was focusing to the sky while immediately making the mark of it to the person out there he called me next day for setting of it but it is yet not resolved even after 4 long years n replacement of mask n whole panel twice due to this ive been under several near miss fatal accidents events.
                              3rd: The hand grab of the handle of left arm the rubber grip since the day i made the purchase it was loose n came out that was also being mentioned to the sales person out there i visited near about 50 times or more since then they changed the grip handle pasted it with various pasting products but it was all in vein nothing worked the problem is still the same this three problems are from the day one n still are.
                              You all will be wondering why did i wrote this soo long because i always went n trusted those people that next time this wont happen but it was always the same n today i just missed the most fatal accident of my life so i thought of writing it to you all n this time i am seriously pissed n either you people get my issue resolved ASAP or i am approaching the legal consumer forum because this has been heights.
                              I'VE USED BAJAJ N TVS bikes too but the pain honda gave me no other ventures did i am highly disappointed with the quality n service provided by honda i went for the global name n reputation but the performance is much more hopeless than that of a local.

                                I serviced bike 4 times free service
                                one time paid service . They are not done service properly. Every time many customers complaints about services but they not responding properly .
                                Paid service customers are reduce because of this problem only
                                I am complaint 3 times about fuel line and gear box.
                                They still not rectify my problem.
                                Please take severe action on service manager and staff
                                Other wise your sales will down kakinada

                                I have purchase new activa i and there was problem in self from srarting day of the purchase also informed to agency again and again but they are not coperating with us please file a complaknt against Dhruv honda Dhule maharshtra and resolve my problem.

                                  Pleas provide honda unicorn dazzler foot rest of right side. (Below gear) last one year i have complain of that parts but honda company have no interest to provide this part to delar my delar name is universal honda khanpur ahmedabad gujarat. They provide excellent services to me last two years but they don't have this part. Please provide me solution for in few days it will be great for me.

                                    I m suffer from last 2 days service of aviator.Give on 21.9.16 at 6.30pm.
                                    delivery time given by service centre is 22.9.16 6.30pm.call from them n say service is done take it.I will go there at6.30pm but service not done.
                                    on 23.9.16 12.15pm call n say take vehicle at 2.00pm.
                                    than i call at 3pm for info.
                                    they tell me vehicle not ready.
                                    come at 4pm.

                                    Bike model Honda Unicorn 160. My bike stopped in mid way while i was riding. i gave it for service. Still the problem has not been rectified. It has been 50 days since I bought my vehicle. It is unacceptable for a new bike to have a starting problem like this. Moreover I gave my bike for first service just 20 days before.

                                      My name is Sufiyan Pathan I have been a customer of honda since 2014 and in the month of June I also purchased honda activa. Last Sunday I had given my honda shine for servicing but the service and the commentments made were pathetic and still after paying 1500 rupees my vehicle is not serviced properly and I had been promised that servicing will be done till 12 noon on Monday but as usually it was a commitment failure due to which I had to arrange a cab which costed me 300rs futher for my job.

                                      Except for Wahid (mamu) nobody showed interest in resolving the issue

                                      After all I belive services rendered were pathetic and believe I need to do the servicing once again but have lost the trust.

                                        I bought Dio 6 months back and in just 1 week began problem of not starting. I complaint so many times to the Anand honda service center, but not finding any solution. Today it was havoc of not to get started and I had to put it aside on the road and came to home by an auto. I am not understanding why the service center is not taking this issue seriously. I conplaint so many times to the service center but no solution to the problem. The problem occurs frequently on daily basis and Now I m get tired of having this dio.
