      श्रीमान् से अनुरोध हैं कि मैं प्रार्थी शान्तिलाल मीणा पिता श्री देवीलाल मीणा मु. जाम्बुखेड़ा, पोस्ट-मोवाई तह. अरनोद, जिला-प्रतापगढ़ ने दिनांक 24.10.2012 को सी.के. होण्डा शाॅरूम चितौड़गढ़ से होण्डा शाईन मोटरसाईकिल ली। चे.न.एमइ4जेसी36जेएफसी7090470 है। इंजिन नं. जेसी36इ7134492 है। 125 सीसी., सीबी शाईन गे्र जेमिनी कलर की मोटरसाइकिल ली जो दिनांक 14.09.2016 को हेडलाईट में का लाॅक टुटने की आवाज आई तो मेरे सामने मेकेनिक द्वारा हैड लाईट खुलवाई गई तो पता चला कि हैड लाईट के अन्दर का लाॅक पहले से टुटा हुआ जोड़कर लगा रखा था। मोटरसाइकिल के हेण्डल में भी समस्या हैं मैने कई बार शाॅरूम के मालिक को व वर्कशाप में काम करने वाले मिस्त्री को भी बताया तो उन्होने कहा कि यह तो कम्पनी से ऐसा ही है। अतः श्रीमान् से अनुरोध हैं कि आप मेरी समस्या को गम्भीरता से लेते हुए शीघ्र समाधान कराने की कृपा करावें। अन्यथा मुझे मजबुर हो कर उपभोगता मंच (कोर्ट) को सहारा लेना पड़ेगा।

        Team Honda,

        Subject: Deliver me NEW Vehicle, City Honda has intentionally delivered me ACCIDENT/Damaged Vehicle.

        On the 17th June 2016 I purchased Honda Activa 3G. However, when I personally spoke with one of the delivery guy, I got to know that my vehicle already had Chassis Bent.

        The reason I am saying this is because City Honda (VST Enterprises) is NOT able to fix my issue, I have JOB card of 3 times to rectify the same issue. My first service was forcefully completed stating that ONLY after first service we can figure out the exact issue. However City Honda (VST Enterprises ) No.202, 7th Main, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043 Phone:[protected] is not the right place to buy any vehicles.

        Issues:
         Chassis Bent
         Fork Bent
         Wheel Tuning.
         Left side dragging.
         Handle Bent.
         Vibration after 50KMPH.

        I got to know all this information after visiting Haiku Honda showroom through a mutual friend.

        It is my humble request for Team HONDA to take strict action against City Honda (VST Enterprises) Bangalore, No.202, 7th Main, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043.

        I want a NEW Vehicle which is PDA approved and please deliver NEW vehicle to me immediately.

          AJS Honda nadiad 387001, EX showroom price of activa 3g is 53300 and on website it shows 51512. How this dealer and company doing business, I can't understand. I also registered this complain, regarding Ex showroom price and delear EX showroom price to Honda toll free complaint number, but no response i get from Honda yet. please solve this problem ASAP.

            Dear Sir,
            Basically I'm a Honda motor cycle lover for its stunning performance and reliability as well as Best after Sales services.
            But today it has been a worst and very bad experience with me from Honda 2 wheeler service station Manager M/s. INNOVATIVE MOTORS PVT. LTD; SABARMATI, AHMEDABAD .
            I have given Honda Shine bike for servicing at Innovative Honda (Service Station), Sabarmati, Ahmedabad by 10-09-16 at 9.30am.
            I was expecting it would be completed service by end of the day but 2 days have gone and I have not received any call from service station and I have not received my bike.
            Today I called him for bike, the service manager is very rudely and loudly and very misbehaver with me by phone.
            I feel so sad this is not the way to talk you customers. If you have extra load then why you take so many vehicle for servicing. As Innovative Honda is Good Organization but it is very painful experience for me.
            Please look into the matter and do the needful action.

              there are issue regardings free services no washhing properly, and not solve my problems of mechnical works likes chain voice, stearing lock, etc

              aslo service manager is talk with loudly with me and not solution

                Dear Sir,
                I have given Honda shine bike for repairing of headlight in mira road Mumbai .
                I was expecting it would be repaired in 1 day but 10 days have gone and I have not received my bike.
                Service center says wiring of light got damaged so it has to be replaced by new wiring but they don't have wiring in any place nither in company nor at any distribution point.
                If this situation is in city like Mumbai then what we can expect in smaller town?

                I am facing so much difficulty without my bike.
                Kindly interven for resolution of my problem.

                  My honda twister bike's battery was changed at Gandhinagar branch of honda service center as proof of bill an warranty card attached with this. I went to that honda service center on 9th september, 2016 with bill and warranty card of battery because of discharged battery. Technician gave answer that you have to charge your bike's battery at any other private garage then if it get discharged then you come here. then i met to senior officer of technician, he told that it can't be replaced as 12 months already passed. then i asked where it's written that warranty is for only 12 months? then I met spare parts manager RIYAZ SHAIKH, he told that we will take out your bike's battery and it will be replaced after 10 days.

                      As I am handicapped person and holding activa scooter with side car attached (specially for handicapped) since long time. I am living at kopri, thane e.
                      I am taking AMC since last about 5 years. The were doing service from their service centre at kopti service centre. but now, they are telling that they will serive of scotter there and washing I have to do myself from other than their service centre or I have go to KHAREGAON for complete service. but due to heavy trafic but due to handicapped person i am unable to go to kharegaon.If the had given all servicing including kopri thane e, whey they are refusing, i can't understand. I will do washing from elsewhere other than service centre and pay extra money, can service centre give me washing charges refund to me? at the time of takes AMC, washing also included in service.

                        Would like to bring all the buyers attention of Honda 2 wheeler, the service after sales in Nerul Bhavna Motors is pathetic. Please take this as Important note that your deal with these sales executive very care fully in advance. Because once you get delivery of your honda 2 wheeler then you as buyer are considered as a piece of [censored] and will not be treated well as you were treated on first day when you as Individual visited the show room. Imagine the picture or memory on first day of your visit as we will be treated like king as customer but soon or later you realises after sales that you are no more their king customer. The reason is there purpose was met to get sales for Honda 2 wheeler company and their Individual target is met to show themself as big achiever in front of their boss and management.

                        I would like to share my experience with Honda 2 wheeler, the service after sales in Nerul Bhavna Motors, my brother bought Activa 3G on 3th Sptember 2016 as told by staff that they will deliver at home, I thought it was fine. I did parked Activa aside for few days untill we were waiting to get Register Number plate from RTO. Soon we got to know that we have finally received the approved number plate from RTO, happily we rushed to show room to get it. There I did showed them some defects of 2 screw missing in Activa from side and also few minor scratch in front guard. As I took it lightly and I did moved on from there. Later I did saw some more defect on front right side of shock-ups that It was showing some scratch line which I did not notice in other Activa. I did showed this Issue as well to sales guys (Amit) with Mechanic also inspected it. Sooner or later they started convincing me that this Issue is OK nothing to worry and started building story that since my brother took the Activa delivery at home and after getting the delivery it is assumed that customer is 100% assured to take the delivery of Activa. Once you get the delivery it is not the responsibility of Honda Bhanva Motors to look after any Issue related to it, since customer has already did the purchase deal and further it is lookout of customer to deal with it personally.

                        This has been a worst experience with me from Honda 2 wheeler Bhavna Motors sales executive. I will recommend all the buyer be aware of this type of service. It was totally unacceptable for me. Guys its upto you to decide how you as Individual wanted to get treated from them. So it your call now. But I will say it was night mare for me to see this type lost minded guys doing badass service for company like Honda.

                          .My name is Shilpa G Das, Room No 20 Type III, Income Tax Colony Surat 395007.My Honda Activa vehicle GJ 05 KR 8752 vehicle had a problem in 2014 and the service centre informed me that the wiring connection for Head lightsand indicators was cut by rat and it must be replaced . Accordingly they informed that they changed the wiring with a new one and we paid for it . Now at the time of service [in 2016] it was noticed that the wiring was not replaced instead it was coiled by insulating tape and the old problem resurfaced. They again ask me to pay Rs1400 for replacing the connection . It is clear that they had not replaced the wiring in 2014 instead insulation tape was used for temporary repairing and cheated me. You are requested to take appropriate action against the Service Manager . You are also requested to advise them to get my vehicle repaired without cost . Please take a note that such service centres are cheating their customers .Hoping for your kind anticipation and necessary consideration .

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            This has reference to a complaint against your authorized dealer and service centre located at bhiwadi rajasthan as m/s jyoti automobiles pvt. Ltd. (Dealer code: rj200002).

                            I have changed chain sprocket kit of my bike on 21.04.2016 (Invoice attached) which found not working properly after few days only as it was making noises. I reported this to them on 14.08.2016 when i went for servive of my bike. They repaired it and asked to continue running bike for some more days. On 16.08.2016 when it has started created much noise then they have removed one link from chain and charged me for chain lock. Now when its totally not working they are charging me again for chain sprocket kit or offering me a used chain to get replaced against it.

                            There is no complaint book. There is no responsible person who looks after customers. Within the time i visit there for service or some repairing i always see persons fighting for the similar issues like mine. They are not using genuine parts and charging high due to which these issues are coming with a number of persons going there.

                            I want to file a complaint against this dealer and service centre. If you need some other documents or other customer complaints against them then do tell me.

                            I need my chain sprocket kit to get replaced. Please help

                              As I purchase Honda Activa 3G From Sterling Honda Pimpri Pune 18.
                              Yesterday I give my Vehicle for 3 Servicing today round about 11.30am I am going to get my vehicle at that time I notice that my vehicle is not clear properly so I told them they say we don't have time to wash it again properly. If you want to complete do it.
                              I feel so sad this is not the way to talk you customers. If you have extra load then why you take so many vehicle for servicing. As Sterling Honda is good organization but it is very painful experience for me. Please look after in this matter

The main problem is only one agency and only his service centre is their. Even though the other company two dealers are in Dehradun. So that their is no problem. Now a days demand is more .but the competition is their . If I go to the press or court what the reputation of the company. thanks kindly look into the matter

                                  I used vehicle only three for weeks, and i feel very hard while driving and i informed this during my 1st service, but they informed vehicle is in normal condition only.
                                  But till today the same problem occurs, only i can able to use this vehicle if i take doubles they also feeling same problem like back pain.

                                    Hi, myself sudeep,
                                    Its my pelasure to become the honda customer, on 29 july i purhcased honda vehicle from a dealer name satallite motors in kengeri satellite bnglr - 60 in paid by check and cash.
                                    1. I paid the amount of rs 314 for 0% add on insurance as in the honda price list, but i got only normal insurance, till now i didn't get add on and if i asked them they are not interested to solve the issue giving irresponsible reasons.
                                    2. Also they have collected extra 100 rs for rc smart card even though i have paid rs 120 fro that at booking time. When i asked them they replied as they paid for courier service. If so whether courier service will charge a 100 rs for one card?
                                    3. For the first service they have collected rs 450 as service charge for engine oil, gear oil and consumables. But i don't know whether that much cost is there for service.
                                    O as a customer i keep on visiting many times to the dealer but no use.
                                    O am requesting to please direct them to resolve these issues with priority. If not this kind of behavior from dealers will leads to bad name for honda brand.

                                      I have one cbunicorn 150.,

                                      Today morning am going to jsp honda service center madhavaram high road chennai.,

                                      1. Am reached service center 9am, only one service advisor attend all customers and received vehicles, am waiting more then 30 minutes,

                                      2. Finally one service advisor attend my vehicle., i said sir., i want to submit my vehicle for general service. He told genral service is 1500 rupees., it's too cost for general service.

                                      3. Am asking with floor incharge., sir what is that general service working progress and why it's fixed amount 1500., he told why are you asking question with me, irresponsible floor incharge.

                                      Totally am disappointing with honda service i want explanation..

                                        I have purchased activa 3g 110 .
                                        But I have faced soker problem.
                                        I visit almost 10 times for same problem.
                                        But they work something on it but after driving 50-60 km same problem is back.
                                        I submit it 25 August on service centre my activa .but they guys says ur chimta is bend.
                                        If chimta is bend then first 10 times what they do on my activa.
                                        After complaining to Honda same process is repeat.
                                        No response from last 5 days.
                                        Plz suggest me
                                        What we do first
                                        Police case or court case
                                        Because who paid my loss between these days.
                                        Is it no solution of my problem in Honda company.
                                        Shame on it.
                                        I don't suggest anybody for purchase any part of Honda.
