Dear sir,
I have Honda dream yuga. Last some month I heard noice from my engine so I visit to honda service station. On 17.08.2016 in Ahmedabad sureliya service station I put my two wheeler. But till date no status I got. During visit manager told instruments not available so your bike will take time.
Its all ready more then 15 days pass.
Now I think I do very big mistake purchase honda bike.

      I have purches a new cb unicorn 160 bike in15 feb 2016 and then 4 month go start a engine problem fireing change aur engian me cut cut ka awaj aata hai and bike chalte chale hi band gir jati hai maine showroom me ye batatya toh wo log muz pe hi blem kar rahe hai ki mera bike chalana rufe hai jab ki ye problem company ka hi hai showroom ne muze ek baar volve chang kar diya lekin aaj fir se ye problem aaya hai showroom ke manegar kahte hai ki petrol accha nahi dalta aap muze bataye ki kya main ghar me petrol banata hu kya? ye jo company showroom ke log hai uhe paha hai ki ye problem company ka hi hai lekin fir bhi muze hi doshi bataya jata hai aur ye sahi baat nahi hai. aap kuch kare varna mai police complaint karunga company ke khilaf aur grahak munch me shikayt darj karunga muze aap new bike de ya mere paise muze return kare warna muze mera adhikar grahak munch dela denga. ye mera aapko ultimatim hai kyuki maine gadi paise dekar kharidi hai aapne muze khairaat me nahi de. is that clear...

        Respected sir,

        Here i undersigned mr. Baburao jamkar is the customer of honda two wheeler. I have purchased honda hornet two wheeler on 9th may 2016. From sai point automobiles pvt ltd, darwa road yavatmal 445001. Maharashtra.
        Chassis number - me4kc231a48006734, engine number - kc23e80008810. From that time i was unable to get proper performance of that honda hornet. I gave complaint to the showroom authority for 2-3 times. Complaint number is - [protected]. But till date not getting proper response and result. For further complaint i went to higher authority the honda two wheeler team, they does r & d on my bike and engine, but they could not found the satisfaction.
        Rather this problem the sai point automobiles pusad showroom team also not keeping value base behaviour. This is horrible.
        It's my request you to find proper solution about my bike as mentioned the knocking sound pedaling and engine problems, it's manufacturing defect. Otherwise the window of consumer court is open for me. Also i will give the same complaint in the newspaper about your honda hornet two wheeler.
        Kindly look the seriousness of the bike and get real feedback of your company products. I had 5 to 6 times speak with honda customer care and sai point it's your dealer. They take just kidy.

            Ngineering defect & Used low quality material
            Basically I'm a Honda motor cycle lover for its stunning performance and reliability. And I got quotation from Pearl Honda -Tuty for prefer loan for Honda Unicorn150. Two months after my loan has sensationed and went to Honda showroom they replied Unicorn150 model production has stopped in all over India and the Unicorn 160 is the upgrade version o[censored]nicorn 150. That time I had no other options hence I had purchased Honda unicorn 160 on Oct 2015 at Pearl Honda Tuty. But nowadays the Honda unicorn 150 is available in all Honda showrooms. I think HMSI cheat their customer for sales growth of its new products. HMSI must stop to cheat their customers in this way.

            Three months back my Honda unicorn 160 digital speedometer protection glass has automatically cracked on small drizzling of rain water and the total speedometer set got damaged . It's highly possible it's should happened due to used of low quality materials on speedometer. And the total set of speedometer has replaced by new one under Warranty at Lotha Honda service center. Days were passed me and my wife had suffering with serious back pain. And my Honda unicorn shock-absorbers doesn't absorbed the even small vibration And some times my bike chassis has hit the speedometer. Hence I went to the service center for check up and they replied my rear Mono shock absorber has not functioning and it got repaired. And they replaced a new rear mono-shock under warranty. Now I have a Big Questionmark about Unicorn160's quality and design engineering issue. After replacement of rear mono shock absorber I'm not satisfied with its suspension and my backpain still continuing.

              I have a new honda neo in 14/9/2015 from riya honda shworoom in satlasana.i can ride 10 month perfectly. But in 10/7/2016 my bike battery can defuced.i go to in riya honda for those problem.but they can not right ans. me.so i coud not use my bike prefectly.my battery in warrnaty.so this problem solve fast and my battery will replce very fast please.

                I hv purchased honda unicorn160 on 14 march 2016 but from very first day i feel very uncomfortable due hardness of suspension i complaint and my shock up got changed but problem as it is again i complaint but technician said it up to mark finally i am compell to sell it because i drive daily 60 km i feel very difficult to drive with this type of suspension if there is any solution please guide me

                  1. Does not getting 60 km/h (After the accleration it produce sound only)

                  2. Milage not fare (40 / liter)

                  6. The service team of this show room is behiving very crussually (Advisor name is manu) he harrase me like me like a fool

                  The real complaints beging the period of second service, i tell the whole complaints to the service team and they does not clarrify the complaints, at the second service period i tell them the acclerastion cvomplaints and the didnt clear it amd the advisor tell me "it will always like thet a nd it will clear while rideng," one day they tell me to hold my vbehicle in the showroom for 2 days to clear the complaints. Finally i done that and after the tow days they tell me finally the whole complaints are clear now take the the vehicle to test drive, after the test drive i didnt feel any change, and i were tell them, that time they repeats the word again and again...

                  I was approached them them in 2 or 4 time after the second service. He repeats the same words again... And again. After that i contact customer care (Honda). Then then shoroom atourities called me to the shoroom and the branch manager tell me to "i am hear, then why didnt you inform me at that time?... Do... Onething... Please hold the vehicle for two days and i will check it"

                  Sir, how many time i will walking behind this vehicle and the honda???

                  Really i fed up this type of issues and the honda...

                  Now i am thinking about to registera case in the consumer court against this vehicle,

                  This is the final step i send this mail, i am waiting for your valuable reply...

                    I was complaint in honda service center in bhandup mumbai. My petrol tanki is damage from inside (Honda shine). They told me that your petrol tanki will come in 10 to 15 days then i will call you.. But after 1month still they are not even call me regarding my problm.. They were told me that they will change it n they will provide me new petrol tanki but still they just promise me always again and again but they are not doing anything.

                      I have given my 2 wheeler (Honda activa) bearing regn no - ap29bf4149 for service on 29/08/2016 at aadi honda, karmanghat hyderabad.
                      I didn't get 10% concession which iam entitled to as i am a subscriber of amc on my spare parts put during the time of service.
                      Moreover the superivsor mr. Harish was very harsh when asked for explanation.

                      Please check the job sheet and please do the necessary action to be taken.

                        Your staff there need a little more professionalism. Shouting at the customer and that too when the customer has a genuine complaint is not at all expected from such a reputed company personnel. The complacent and easy going attitude is unbearable. It's like they are doing me a favor by selling the products. Also company's handling of issues is not satisfactory at all. My earlier complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved and i have another one at hand again. When will this end?

                          I purchased a new cb shine bike in may 2016. But bike not start properly, everytime to give a choke for start a bike. I shown this problem at showroom 10 to 12 times. but same problem still there. Every time mechanic told me that we cleaned the carburetor & changed some settings.                           I Arun Gupta purchased Honda Shine on 17th May 2016 from Sachi Honda Untwadi, Nashik. My receipt no is 2016/RU/158 &159.My engine no.isJC65ET0356446 and chassis no.ME4JC652DGT115976. After 4-5 days of using my new bike I am continously facing start up issues with the bike. The bike stops in between and doesn't start without using the choke. I have referred this problem to Sachi Honda showroom where I purchased this bike from atleast 10 to 12 times. Everytime I visit they do some minute settings and hand over the bike to me. It's been more than 3 months now still I haven't got any concrete solution on this issue. As suggested by the showroom person I got my first service done only after 200 kms. But still the problem persists. I am working with Bosch Nashik and I don't have time to run behind the showroom person again and again. We purchase new bike to avoid such issues. This is very disappointing that a reputed company like Honda is providing such products and on that such poor service after the product delivery. I have already registered a complaint on Honda customer care, complaint no: 1-8732935207. Also I have called the customer care guys many times but still there has been no response from them.                             I am again writing to bring to your notice about delivery of vehicle without front bumper guard and side pedestal(foot rest). i believe that there must be cctv footage within the shop to confirm the truth.

                            the vehicle MH14BG4448 (eterno) was given for clutch repairing under job card 16JC18214 on 01Jul2016. the cctv within floor orr shop can confirm presence of front bumper guard and side pedestal.

                            the vehicle collected under inv 16IW24407 on 25aug2016(around 4.30pm) did not have front bumper guard and side pedestal.

                            the issue was taken with floor official but they have different comments:
                            1. one person looking at invoice said that as we have not done any work on those why will we remove that.
                            2. one person was saying that eterno does not have front bumper at all and signed at back of invoice saying that since the technician who did the work will come tomorrow and asked us to come back.

                            the attitude of people seems to have not changed and this kind of theft is an improper conduct in an organisation. such people will loot the organisation itself of its glory.

                              This is very disatisfying that I bought Honda Shine vehicle from CR Scooters vadodara and only after 10 months the petrol tank got rusted and when contacted the authorised sevice centre they refused to exchange the petrol tank.Therefore I urge to kindly look into matter and resolve the issue by providing fresh petrol tank in Lieu of the old one or else I would be compelled to follow legal action.keep me updated on [protected]

                                I had purchased my honda hornet 16R three months before but i am facing some problems
                                1. **Bikes left side alloy leg rest is broken and i had attached the pic of it
                                2. Chain creats huge sound
                                3. Bike front and rear suspension not working properly
                                4. Riding comfort is not up to the mark
                                5. Gear gets stuck several times while riding
                                Plz do something in this regard, because honda is very reputed company, it should have to take action to resolve their customers complain

                                  Hi this is rakesh ghadiali owner of dio grey registration number GJ 21 AF 5715.
                                  i am talking from bilimora Gujarat.
                                  i had given my my for normal service on 22/08/2016 which is last monday.
                                  my bike was fine and just wanted to give for normal servicing.
                                  i was with the mechanic at the time of delivery and he was still making my bike at the time of shutting down for the day. The mechanic was actually in hurry i noticed.
                                  But than i heard a wierd noise coming from my bike everytime i started. And this even that mechanic and other people in the workshop heard. They said bring it tomorrow and ill fix it as before. I said not an issue i[censored] cn fix your mistake. But now they are telling that the bike has some prob and you need to pay 4500 to fix it. I said before handling it to you my bike was not at all making such noise and they clearly told me to come next dayto fix it.
                                  I DONT KNOW ANYTHING. I JUST WANT MY BIKE AS BEFORE AND I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY MONEY FOR IT. ITS NOT MY FAULT. I WANT MY BIKE TO BE FIXED ASAP.

                                  First you send a notice on available address & ask for relief's you want. Don't forget to mention that if they fails to comply then you will be constrained to file consumer complaint. Send notice by speed post. Keep track of Postal receipt. If Opponent failed to comply then you can move to consumer court where opponent has office. In case you have done transaction online then you can file your complaint in your areas District Forum if yours demand is below 20 Lacs. If above 20 Lacs you need to file the same complaint before State Commission.

                                  I had bought a brand new DIO but having trouble in starting after 1st service. there is no one in the company responding to this complaint, they took the vehicle to repair and nothing is done still. it got into the problem again today. it is brand new DIO 2 months old. i have no idea what to do and so i am complaining here

                                      Hi dear team.

                                      i am yamanoor from bangalore in februvary 2016 i bought unicorn-160 but now bike pickup and service wise rising complient.
                                      2 times service done some different service center. after that i went to bommanahalli anand honda service center but thye asking previous serviced bills. so please take immediate action on them. otherwise i will give complaint to police.
                                      Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Staff at yume honda is very arrogant and unprofessional and ignores the customers on their faces mr. Kamal bakshi (Service attendant) and mr kamal (Manager) specifically. They charged me rs. 310 for engine oil and didnt even change it. I received the same feedback from other customers as well.

                                        2 month ago i my bike started making a weird noise, i asked a mechanic about it and he said it is due to lack of engine oil. So i went to yumi honda and told them about this and they charged me rs. 310 for oil and other service charges. But the voice didn't get fixed and i used my bike for 1.5 months and suddenly my bike stoped working. I went to yumi honda and then they told me that your engine has seized.
                                        Please take strict action against this and make them realize the results of cheating a consumer.

                                        Daily usage of bike : 7-8 kms
                                        Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
