Address: Fortune Honda, Neredmet

Today I handed over the vehicle for 3rd free Service at Fortune Honda, the executive says the Disc break need to change as the same found defective. Its not even 10 months how can the part found defective. My earlier 2 wheeler was also Unicorn but the said problem raised after 3 years. Since the part is defective, I urge you to replace the same at free of cost.

    I have purchased honda x blade bs-vi october 2020. my bike wobbling science 7 months. no one solve my problem. when i was ride my bike 60 to 70 speed. when i handsoff my bike handle was wobbling. cone set ok air pressure ok tyre ok all ok still wobbling. I am living near nalgonda.
    around nalgonda area all honda mechanics told all or ok but when i was riding my stiil continue my problem. I couldn't not overtaking vehicles. Even my speed is 60 to 65. no one solve my problem still serching for good mechanic.

      Sir, i have purchased a new motorcycle i.e. CD 110 dream on 11.10.2020 from JB Honda Pvt Ltd, Shop no 40, Rani Jhansi road, Jhandewalan, Delhi 110055, Dealer Code DL010002. It is very shame full to say that I have received defective rim (front side) in my new motorcycle.

      Actually the air of front tyre of my bike always leaking and I have complaint it to the dealer and service center of JB Honda, Naraina but they refused to change my tyre/ rim and said me that your TVS tyre is Faulty. And they provide me letter for change it from tvs company store on 05.09.2021.

      And after that i have changed it via authorised TVS store i.e. Amar Tyre House, shakarpur Delhi 110092 on 16.09.2021 by paying of
      Rs. 350.00/-.
      But the problem is not resolved.

      And i have complaint it various time in company customer care via ticket no[protected]. For replacement of front Rim.

      Sir i have also paid an excess mony for purchase a 3 years extended warranty. But your company staff is very poor and not take any attention/ pain to valuable customer.

      Sir it is heartly requested to resolve my problem at the earliest please or refund back my all money which is expended to purchase a bike and extended warranty.

      My complaint have not solved by your site. as per your view their is no manufacturing defect in my bike but the air of front tyre is always leaking. so I am very much disappointed from your services. because I am facing this problem kindly reopen my case at the urgent and resolve my problem at the earliest please.

        Greetings for the day
        My name is Ravindra Kumar Ambastha.
        My vehicle no.Honda Activa 6G DL6S BG 3516.I have visited to Smooth Honda service centre at Kailash Nagar Delhi. I have purchased my vehicle from Smooth Honda Dariya Ganj, The same establishment.
        On dated 07th Jan 2022.
        The sales centre informed me about the first service which was to be done before 500km, and in the service centre sales people outright denied me servicing and we're not accommodating but manipulative. They behaved arrogantly and extremely unprofessionally and even shouted. Manipulated me to pay 920 rs. Which I thought to be free of charge as was said to me during sales time.
        They're service was so bad and still after the service there were black adhesive marks, I asked them about it and they arrogantly said "ye nahi hoga". I am attaching the adhesive marks photo after the service for your information .
        After service when I started from their service centre, my side view mirror got loose and fell off, I went again to get this fixed but I was made to wait.

        I am extremely disappointed and the unending trust that I had on Honda has been shaken. Their approach for service was so casual and filled with arrogance
        I would request you to take necessary action and stop them destroy the brand Honda. I know the culture of Honda, how come they practice so badly with this brand service name.
        Waiting for your response and strict result Orient action and improve the services of such centre.

          I purchased Honda shine 125 cc wayback in 2012 from pune.From the date I purchased the vehicle, I am fedup with the milage dispite serviced almost in time from authorised service centre.My vehicle number is MH-12 HT6625. All the time I complained regarding low milage. Thay are always in hurry to deliver the bike and charge as per their wish. This time a few day earlier I as per routine gave my vehicle for servicing at Honda Success service station at kondhwa pune. The delivered me the bike within two hours after my consent.Thay charged me near 8000/- for service, and changed few parts.I am 67 years old and was expecting smooth and hassle-free biking. To my bad luck the vehicle gave starting trouble from the very beginning.I once again complaint of starting trouble, and if starts, I have to accelerate it continusllious otherwise the bike goes off.Ofter the complaint they removed the patrol from the tank and from corburator.I advised them to run it for lot of miles till you satisfy. They delivered me the bike in a started position.From the next morning starting trouble continued, I have to choke it all the time or keep racing, what type of service thay did. The milage is not more than 30 to 35 kilometres. What is difference between roadside machnic and your authorised service station machnic. Have the company guts to ask SUCCESS HONDA SERVICE STATION, KONDHWA, PUNE WHY THIS COMPLAINT REGISTERED. CAN YOU PLEASE ATTEND MY COMPLAINT SINCERELY. I HOPE YOU WILL DO THE NEEDFUL, AND KEEP YOUR COMPANY IN GOOD BOOKS.

            I bought honda sp125. After some time I face a big problem that bike stopped suddenly and did not start I took it to honda service center but after some time it stopped again and after that it stops anytime service center could not resolve my problem

                  Sir, i have purchased Honda Activa 125 on August 2021 in om prakash Honda dealer, guduva cherry, chengalpet, Tamilnadu.i have given second free service to omprakash yesterday dt 29/12/2021.After service next day i start the vehicle it is not started.immedaatly i contact service centre people he came &said it is sensor problem issue.& I had a doubt that. My new vehicle battery may be changed . I saw in invoice copy & warrenty service book they are not mentioned the battery no anyware.i asked the show room people they said we could not mention the battery no invoice for new vehicle at any cost.i contact service mechanic he said it is battery issue.we claim warranty and replace it &it will take ten days time and put temporary battery to my vehicle.my vehicle no is TN19AR 2462.OWNER NAME IS.THARUN PRANAV K S.My issue is we trust the service centre but they are doing some illegally &it will spoil the Honda company reputation.This is my humble request please kindly try to sortout this type of issues.

                    I have purchased a Activa 6G from Ganpati Honda sector -14 Gurgaon on 25th July 2021. Till now 1 free service has been done. Activa Battery is down again. The battery was down on the same day when I purchased it was down on same day when i drove it to home. Now again the battery is down. This is manufacturing defect.

                      I have purchased a new activa 6g on 25/11/21 from singal honda showroom, near dmart, nikol, Ahmedabad, since then there is oil leakage problem, after running 300 km only i saw oil leakage, i shown it to the salesman and he said that you get it checked and repaired from the service center, i visited there, after checking it all and opening it the manager mr Mitesh said there is no leakage, i went back home. Again i saw there was leakiage of oil from same area, j again complaint, they said you come again we will repair it, but as the first service was due i took it on 25/12/21, they did servicing and opened the gear box and said the oil seal is leaking and changed it and said that now it will not leak, and they were asking me to close complaint which i refused and i said let me check one or two days and within 1 day i got message from company that your complaint is resolved, they were in so much hurry to close the complaint, i noticed that still oil is leaking from same area, actually they don't know what is happening and trying to pass time so that activa will become older and then they will say that now something you have done so it is leaking.
                      They don't know what is happening and denying to refund and replacement.
                      I have paid 89000 and still using faulty vehicle because nobody is there to listen to the complaint i have filed, they keep on passing the time and i could not get replacement or refund. According to the salesman and manager once you purchased a vehicle it is yours good or bad it is your luck what you get but neither it can be replaced nor exchanged only you keep running to the service center and waist your time and money and take mental stress.
                      I need justice
                      I want replacement, exchange or refund whatever company can do.

                          Hello, Honda activa 6g 2021 model.
                          Its 8 months now, and it has run around 11248 kms till now.
                          my earlier vehicle was even honda activa dlx.
                          Now in this vehicle, inbetwen 1st first free service and 2nd free service, vehicle had started jerking a lot in initial 0 to 20 speed, i raised this issue in my 2nd free service, the company service people said its clutch issue and its has been resolved.
                          After service for few days all fine, then again same issue...jerking, even said the same to after service review in phone people, they said bring tjd vehicle to service station we will check, as this is my and my wife's only vehicle for commuting to work cannot give vehicle again n again for service, somehow was managing.
                          And today(30/12/2021) have given for 3rd free service with same complaint. The problem has worsen so much that vehicle is not even able pull at 10 kmph with single rider on steep up road.
                          Please suggest what can be done..

                            Their customers service is very BAD
                            Beacuse their dealing with me like an steet Walker coming to their showroom for asking prizes

                            She never mind my time spoiling in waiting to their showroom for going to collecting the
                            Free reward of bike's body cover

                            Already she made my delevary deley
                            I don't get in on their talking date

                            An * they do not given a venue of key handovering. I never get a photo of my new bikes key exchange
                            That time

                            An*they never made a call after i received my bike
                            The delevary time they are talking me we
                            Will given the reward of free helmet an vehicles body cover but i only received that helmet.

                            An after i gone to showroom for receiving that body cover they are waiting me to 15 minutes... But i calmly waiting there...
                            After 15 minutes i going to ask the front office the executive the lady playing in mobile with thar cloth cover(body cover)
                            They will not informing me to received that
                            If i don't go to ask that time i waiting few hours in there.
                            This is the coutomer service manner HONDA teaching to your staffs.
                            How can i prefer other's to buy something into their showroom...
                            That's it
                            I hope an action with your side.

                                I Want to inform you that I claimed for hydraulic warranty on 24 . 10. 2021 . I didn’t get any response about this claim. It’s order number is JC-WB[protected]-006064 . I AGAIN CLAIMED FOR SECOND TIME BUT AGAIN I DIDN’T GET ANY RESPONSE. They just made me roam around and made my time waste. I did the second claim on 18.12.2021, job card number is JC-WB[protected]-008381. I WANT THE DEALER, SUBRATA AUTOMOBILE PVT LTD, TO RESPOND TO MY CLAIM.                                   ( MOT[protected]. Then the service center take my bike on her under custody still one month above.
                                  I have hand over this bike to Rama Krishna
                                  And I order this bike sports from faiz the spare order man.
                                  This service center rotating me come after 4 days or 8 days and they won't give my bike.
                                  So sir or madam I request you plz take series action against this service center and this two people.

                                    I have decided to purchase a Honda Bike in good trust in the quality of Honda.

                                    I am very disappointed with this purchase i.e. Honda SP125.

                                    Purchased date: 2021.07.11 (Jul11 2021)
                                    First Service: 2021.08.05 (Aug'05 2021)
                                    Second Service: 2021.12.23 (Dec'23 2021)

                                    When I purchased this I had the below issue with my Honda SP125 & same was reported at the time of First Service on 2021.08.05
                                    Engine Sound
                                    Gear Stuck
                                    Sound while changing gear
                                    Tight Clutch
                                    Noise from Bike(Like loose part)
                                    Loose or low center stand
                                    poor Shockers
                                    low average
                                    At time service person said that all above is due to its new and it will fine after the bike runs for a few hundred Kilometers.
                                    The problems remain the same as mentioned above except Low Average.

                                    I got back problem due to poor shockers(Suspension), report enclosed.

                                    In Second Service on 2021.12.23 (Dec'23 2021)
                                    The below issue was mentioned.
                                    Engine Sound
                                    Shockers Issue
                                    Tight Clutch
                                    Gear Stuck
                                    Sound while changing gear
                                    Sound in bike Special from Handle
                                    Sound while changing gear
                                    Oil leak from Engine Head

                                    Now same Service center (MALWA MOTORS (P) LTD. W-10. Okla Industrial Area, Phase-ll, New Delhi-110020) is saying these parts are faulty & I have to pay for spares.

                                    Why should I pay for manufacturing defects?

                                    Never Expected that Honda will make such a bad bike & its Customer Support is Pathetic.

                                    I have registered a complaint about the same vide Ticket no[protected].
                                    Honda has closed my complaint even not contact the user a single time.

                                    I have been shocked.

                                      Actually I got my new activa 125 at Nov 3 and also my scooty got accident so I use ti try with insurance and I put my scooty in Honda company for service and because of Honda delay for RC so they are telling me for wait for confirmation I don't know what's the problem Actually my point of view RC depends on Honda company only whether they make a delay means they only give a good work but they are fake now I kept my bike fir around 40 days still there is no change in my scooty please do something about it...

                                        Self start problem in newly purchase Active 6G

                                        Address: Chote Sardar park

                                        I have purchased New Active 6G on 26/11/2021. within 15 days self problem start. Many times I can not start my bike using self. Forcely I have to use Kick to start my bike. I think they removed original battery from my bike or put used battery to bike. very bad experiences....
