My name is Jitendra kumar saini . My bike SP 125 no. Is RJ02BV8339 got accident on 7th March 2022 and submitted for repair at Sub dealer “Baba Shri Sukhdev Honda ”, Mundawar, Alwar – 301407 . As per their communication they have already raised the parts/material requirement on 9th March 2022 to the concern team or department but till the date no material received. I am also continuously taking follow ups regarding my bike but every time I am getting the same reply that “We don’t have the parts to repair and we have already mail but till the date no parts received . Also we don’t know that when we will receive the material/parts”.
Now please tell me that where should I have to go for the solution even your dealer don’t have the information regarding material. As Honda is a big brand but I this I did the mistake that I purchased the Bike from Honda.
I have also raised the complaint today with complaint id[protected] .
Kindly understand my problem that its 22nd day from 9th that I didn’t get my bike from your service center. I have also attached the parts list for your reference.
Today i again called to service center but same reply received but when i called to customer care they told me that parts has been to the service center.

Really disappointed form your service response.

I own Unicorn 150 and having engine vibration and abnormal sound problem in my bike at 5000 km only I visit to service center they tell me to change the timing tensioner of the engine I agreed and change the same and paid for timing tensioner and and labour of the same. But my problem doesn't solved I again reached to the service center now they said to change other engine parts to resolve the problem. You are giving 2 years warranty and not covering engine manufacturing defect totally unsatisfied. I want solution for Engine Manufacturing defect. Raises complaints many times but there is no response. Wrost service experience ever.

I change my handle racer and servicing two time but not good my handle all time in bike running time so what can I do?

Complain no is[protected] but is solved by ur side without giving me a call and also they have not asked what happen in there service centre.

I have Purchased CB shine Yesterday The actual Price Rs.1, 05000 But with Finance They Charged Me Rs.1, 35000. ROI for 75000 they charged me 35% So please Accept my Two wheeler Order Cancellation. i am Going to Escalate the Case In Consumer Forum also

I am Ankul Pandey. Just recently, I got my bike Honda SP 125 done for the first time.
I had to pay Rs 1152 for free service. Never mind. And added Rs 550 for Extended Warranty.
When I refused to take it, he said if you do not take it, then you will have to pay 600 rupees extra for both Value E FLS AMC or Value Add Oil AMC. While 378 of engine oil is already added.
And one thing 87+87 applied twice CGST and SGST means 36% in the name of GST.

I am waiting for haft an hour to collect my bike and phanda Honda showroom at Named, Maharashtra. I am a railway engineer and waste my time.

Yesterday I have my bike for 3rd service to pilot Honda service center Chembur Mumbai.
Support team found and said battery is from local brand please confirm whether local battery is fixed and bike delivered to me?

One of the worst service centers. The staff are very arrogant & rude. May be Honda India supporting the rude behavior of their staff. Every time we take our vehicle for service - they forced to spent on un-necessary things like polishing, every time oil change & other things. Even one person named Srinivas threatening the customer.

I took the bike for 4 months and if the bike got damaged then also logged the call in the call centre but did not give any response. Ticket no[protected] this is and call centre team is saying that you will get a call from service centre in 3 days and company gives 5 year warranty but all this is named

These is my 3rd or 4th complaint of my bike. Every time I serviced my bike some problem is remaining in the bike so decided to reach you for helping me and give me a solution
I serviced my bike at v j Honda 2 wheelers service centre located in Dombivli. They didn’t inspect my bike correctly.
My bike k/m meter is not working so they didn’t inform me regarding that.
They delivered my bike said all the bike is ok there is no work pending in bike.
After taking test ride of my bike I saw my km meter is not working so i told them means they don’t even checked my bike and now my bike while driving handle start vibrating.
I want full inspection of my bike because i have doubt they made some changes to my bike. Kind support needed.
The staff don’t maintaining the dress code the problem is how to recognize the staff.

I bought Honda SP 125 bike last year, I travelled from chennai to Trichy when slightly rainy so I stop bike while breaking bike skit and I got severe injury.this accident due to slippery tyre and worst breaking system of honda

Just 3 months ago I bought a brand new Activa 6G.and since the very first day I'm suffering from the seat closure even after 10 or more job cards I'm still not able to close my seat properly.but now I'm fed up everytime I go to authorise dealer the put some jugad and make the work go and send me back but now I'm sucked up.afyer loosing 3 helmets important degree marksheet and yesterday 1160/- inr now I don't want to keep this panauti(Activa) with me.kindly do the needful I'll be greateful to you

Left side handle grip not fitted conveiniently. Told by marikkar motors in Trivandrum, kerala from whom I purchased
that the handle bar fitted as it is and not possible to do any adjustment from their side. Please clarify. Vehicle purchased 3 months before.

The bike handle lock stopped working of Honda Unicorn after a few hours of delivery. Today a few hours ago I got the delivery of my Honda Unicorn 160.

I have purchased a activa 6g from honda showromm padamugal kerala in 2021 nov

i have warranty 1 year but when my bike got breakdown in this warranty period they told that i havce to pay for that ..I did the payment of 7000 for that .I thought the issue was solved
after that 2 months later same issue repeated..And it was their problem because they changed the cylender on last service..Same cylender have issue now ..

They said that need two weaks for changing this part
am really tired with ma 6g activa and your service ...Its veryu shamefull for you to telling that thye new vehicle part is out of stock and need two weaks for changing a part.

The Day when I took delivery i.e. 05th September 2021 from Kanchan Honda some sort of different sound came after starting the bike. On asking about it to Kanchan Honda they said it is normal. I took delivery as after that sound was not there on that day.
Again next morning same sound came & same repeated daily morning & evening. (After parking for 8 to 10 Hours).
Meanwhile I went to Pilot Honda for 1st servicing on 05th October 2021 & raised complaint of that sound & they assured me to solve the issue (which they failed).
Again I went to Pilot Honda for 2nd servicing on 14th February 2022. Again I raised same complaint & this time also they failed to solve.
I drop a complaint on Honda website & Pilot Honda contacted me & promised me to solve my issue. I went to Pilot Honda on 1st March 2022 & handed the bike to them. On 2nd March 2022 received call from Pilot Honda that my bike is repaired. I took delivery on 3rd March 2022 Morning. Surprisingly the same sound for which I had raised complaint for came again so I complaint to Pilot Honda again & dropped my bike on 6th March 2022 at Pilot Honda. After keeping bike for more than 1 week took delivery on 15th March 2022 on their call that they have changed some part from which that noise was coming.
This time also it was not repaired & in the evening while going to home from office same sound came. This time after taking delivery from Pilot Honda the pickup & performance was very poor than I gave to Pilot Honda & the bike is heating beyond imagination & some burning smell is also coming which was not there when I gave it to Pilot Honda.

MY QUESTION TO HONDA IS IF I HAVE TO USE REPAIRED VEHICAL I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED 2ND HAND BIKE FOR 30 TO 35 THOUSAND & REPAIRED IT & USED IT. I DIDN'T SPEND 1, 00, 500/- TO USE REPAIRED BIKE & SPENT ON CABS & TAXIS WHEN MY BIKE IS WITH PILOT HONDA. I HAD ASKED HONDA TO REPLACE THIS BIKE BUT THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO MY REQUEST.

I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER & HELP ME REPLACE THAT FAULTY BIKE WITH NEW ONE & MAKE HONDA PAY COMPENSETION THE SUM OF AMOUNT I HAD SPENT TO TRAVEL BETWEEN MY HOME & OFFICE WHILE THE BIKE WAS WITH PILOT HONDA.

I have to inform you that SIWAN AUTO, DADRA purchased HONDA 125 from IMPERIAL AUTO, GUNJAN (VAPI).
But suddenly finance company Name : CHOLA MANDALAM INVESTMENT, SILVASSA came to me on dated 28.01.2022 & force fully taken the Bike & handover to IMPERIAL AUTO, VAPI.
I have no idea about the Internal issue in between SIWAN AUTO, DADRA & IMPERIAL AUTO, GUNJAN-VAPI.

So I requested to you solve this issues on priority because facing problem to work my job.
This is a harassment for me I know it HONDA COMPANY have name in INDIA but till now there is no solution from your esteem organization . So please do the needfull.
