I went with my vehicle honda activa 6g at Muthooth honda dealer at kochi at palarivattom for just horn setting, I request them for horn setting but front service facilator try to make me fool saying for horn setting they need to connect Diagnosis software and need to check, i said ok and left from there after that myself I have done horn setting and start to work horn, i am service manager from suzuki, I know technically know, How easily trying to fool to customer

I already Complated 5 days before for my Honda Livo Bike HR 06 AX 2921 but there is no any responce from Honda Two Wheelers Team. I want to Replace my fual tank due to leakage issue from top of tank . i already Complaint for paint issue on bike fual tank but LK Honda Gohna Road Panipat always saying me without any resion but this issue of my fual tank from purchase at that time leakage is covered by paint so customer can't guess

In city honda service center, cashier was scold me and taking angry and unnecessary words. Realy i am hurt that women cashier her name i dont know.

My Honda Bs 6 model meter light is off and leg gard is low quality and bike cluth wire broken model is very bad, All people I requested please do not purchase Honda Bs 6model

Assam ke Barpeta road simlaguri ke Gopal Honda Free surviceing nam pe logo ko loot krte..mai aaj mera behan ki ek scooti survicing korane ko aya tha jiska no hai As15T2497.. Kaam hone ke actually jish ka bill hota only Rs 285(changing cost of mobil & washer) Lekin oon logo ne mujhe Rs565/- bill hai..msi jab pucha itna q tab oon logo ne bola ki cost of Air & labour charge a sb mila ke 565 huwa appka..To dekhiye sir free survicing ke name hum logo ko kitna loot raha hai.

नमस्कार जी, मेरा नाम अखिल है और मैं हिमाचल प्रदेश के जिला कांगड़ा की तहसील जयसिंहपुर का रहने वाला हूँ, मेरे पास हौंडा की एविएटर 2014 मॉडल स्कूटी है। मेरे घर से 6 km दूर लोअर लम्बगांव में हौंडा का दोपहिया वाहनों का शोरुम है, मैंने 2014 में वहीं से स्कूटी खरीदी थी। पिछले वर्ष कोविड के दौरान मेरी स्कूटी में दिक्कत आ गयी, उसकी पिछली ब्रेक ढंग से काम नि कर रही थी और आगे का जो फूटरेस्ट होता है मुझे वह भी बदलवाना था, (1. फ्रंट फूटरेस्ट ओर 2. पिछला एलाय व्हील) मैंने शोरूम के जो मैनेजर हैं यहां के रिगन शर्मा नाम से उनको पिछले वर्ष के नवंबर से ये 2 चीजें मंगवाने को बोला था, लेकिन वह आज कल आज कल करे जा रहे हैं उन्होंने मुझे पिछले सोमवार के लिए बोला था जो कि हो चुका है और अब तो अगला सोमवार भी आने वाला है, अब उन्होंने मेरा फोन उठाना ही बन्द कर दिया है। जो कि बिल्कुल सही नहीं है। इनसे 2 चीजें नि मंगवाई जा रही, मेरी इस परेशानी को दूर किया जाए नहीं तो मैं इसे बाहर से ठीक करवा के बेच दूंगा ओर जीवन में कभी भी न खुद ओर न ही अपने रिश्तेदारों को हौंडा के वाहन खरीदने दूंगा। जय श्री राम 🙏

My vehicle number TS17B0292 Activa 4g. Am done my all services at sriram Honda showroom kamareddy... After so many days I got a engine problem to my bike...then am give my bike at same show room at[protected]Saturday). He tell me that it will take 3 days of time... after 3 days at 09-02-22, am called to workshop management number they are not give proper response... next day 10-02-22. Am called 4 to 5 times to that number... they are didn't lift the call...am went to show room...ask about my vehicle they are not give a proper response and workshops manager is not good... He doesn't know how to talk with customer... his talking is not good...this type of people is effecting your showroom... please take a action...make a good staff...

My name is Wasim Dakwala residing in Ahmedabad, since many years I am using Honda Activa 3G Gj01EX3804, I have gone for a service at Universal Honda located at Khanpur Ahmedabad in Gujarat in the month of August’21, I have clearly told the supervisor or service person that service it completely you don’t bother of budget but I want my scooter service completed and at that time I have been also taken a yearly contract on 2nd I got a call of estimate of[protected] I confirmed the same and told them to proceed. After that I recd a vehicle on next day after 2 -3 days I went to the station regarding the problem of noice coming from a belt they told me come on next day and making excuses, after some month on 09.02.2022 I gone for a service and told them to get change oil and get it done some issue of brake, after 1/2 an hour I got a call that your estimate is 14k this was a very hard and ridiculous estimate given by the service centre and talking rudely. I have made a question to the service guide that what about for that I have done a service before some months they are saying that time there was a different problem now the problem is different.

The company service are clearly cheater I also told them that, on that time I have clearly told them to get it done completely and now you are saying to me spent 14k on service. This is ridiculous I request you to kindly take a serious action on this cheater company like me how many person are cheated on daily basis.

I have purchased new activa 6g on 30/01/22 from DS HONDA, haridwar road, dehradun.
later i have seen that rear rim is bend and paint is defective, i have raised complaint to respective manager but he misbehaved with me and deny to resolve issue.

My honda CB shine bar bike serviced 4 times by Somra Honda Agency & Service Centre Jhunjhunu. I told them about bike's wiser problem but problem not Solved. I am very disappointed by Honda Company Service.

I had repair my vehicle in the month of November 2021 but they did not completely repair my vehicle and told that one of the part is not available and they will contact me asap but still I am waiting for around 5-6 months and not getting the parts

My complaint have not solved by your site. as per your view their is no manufacturing defect in my bike but the air of front tyre is always leaking. so I am very much disappointed from your services. because I am facing this problem kindly reopen my case at the urgent and resolve my problem at the earliest please.

Honda dealer in Ravet area of Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune is not delivering the bike even after doing full advance payment of 1 lakh on 30-Dec-21 for Honda SP125 model. In every call made to the dealer there is one or other reason of bike not ready for delivery (initial 2 weeks delivery not received from company itself, last 2 weeks RTO passing is pending). Further in every call their is promising note of bike will be ready on specific date, but exactly on earlier day there will be dealer call to inform excuse for further delay.

below are the details of the dealer. Looking forward attention of the Honda 2 wheeler redressal committee to looking into the matter to improve Honda sales experience in the locality

I love honda bikes reason of quality of bike boady&engine bulid,
but the dealers of coustmer service is worest service in showrooms, not inform to customer s any change in services,
water service is very very bad this third time phase the issue of this
i ask to service exicutive what's the bill amount expain which parts we add new, they tell some time new bolts fix, some time only bolt tight what's this dont blame the custome

But this service center very worst service center.. Manager also don't know how to behave with customer.. All service man don't have knowledge about bike service.. Very worst service.. And all working person are very young and they don't have about services and behaviour also... Water service person under 15 yr old persion... This man don't have body strength to handling bike.. He is drop my bike 2 time... I don't know how to find good service center my near by...

Please help me to find good service center... Please help sir... Honda management Please be concentrate on service department...

मैंने 28/05/2015 (सात वर्ष पूर्व) को Deeler name-Gattani Honda, city-Janjgir (champa), state-Chhattisgarh से Honda CB Unicorn 160 (CG10Y1742) Chasis no.-“ME4KC201EF8062946” ख़रीदी।
बाइक को ख़रीदते वक्त भुगतान पूरा करने के बाद भी मुझे R C आज तक प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है, जब मैंने इसे mparivahn की वेबसाइट में चेक किया तो उसमें दिखाया “record not found”. इससे यह पता चलता है की मेरी बाइक की T R नहीं बनाया गया है और नहीं T R.. RTO में जमा हुआ है।और नहीं उसका दस्तावेज डीलर की तरफ़ से पूर्ण किया गया है और नहीं T R सेट आज तक मुझे दिया गया है।
डीलर की इस अनियमितता के कारण मुझे R C अब तक प्राप्ति नहीं हुई है।Deelar (Gattani Honda City-Janjgir (champa), state-Chhattisgarh) से बात करने पर साफ़ कह दिया गया हमारे द्वारा आपको R C नहीं मिल सकती।बार-बार डीलर से अनुरोध करने पर भी मुझे आज तक R C प्राप्त नहीं हुई।

कृपया आपसे अनुरोध करता हूँ मेरी मदद करे और जल्द से जल्द मेरी इस समस्या का निराकरण करने का कष्ट करे।

Honda bike sp125 purchage on dt 07/03/2021 but now sale start bettery is damaged I contact bike purchage showroom and also near bye showroom but but I not get warrenty facility. I belive Honda company is good still I not get warrenty facilities.
