Honda dealer in Ravet area of Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune is not delivering the bike even after doing full advance payment of 1 lakh on 30-Dec-21 for Honda SP125 model. In every call made to the dealer there is one or other reason of bike not ready for delivery (initial 2 weeks delivery not received from company itself, last 2 weeks RTO passing is pending). Further in every call their is promising note of bike will be ready on specific date, but exactly on earlier day there will be dealer call to inform excuse for further delay.

below are the details of the dealer. Looking forward attention of the Honda 2 wheeler redressal committee to looking into the matter to improve Honda sales experience in the locality

I love honda bikes reason of quality of bike boady&engine bulid,
but the dealers of coustmer service is worest service in showrooms, not inform to customer s any change in services,
water service is very very bad this third time phase the issue of this
i ask to service exicutive what's the bill amount expain which parts we add new, they tell some time new bolts fix, some time only bolt tight what's this dont blame the custome

My near by available mech honda service center

But this service center very worst service center.. Manager also don't know how to behave with customer.. All service man don't have knowledge about bike service.. Very worst service.. And all working person are very young and they don't have about services and behaviour also... Water service person under 15 yr old persion... This man don't have body strength to handling bike.. He is drop my bike 2 time... I don't know how to find good service center my near by...

Please help me to find good service center... Please help sir... Honda management Please be concentrate on service department...

RC not received till now, after 7years of purchase.
And I haven't been given T R set till date.

मैंने 28/05/2015 (सात वर्ष पूर्व) को Deeler name-Gattani Honda, city-Janjgir (champa), state-Chhattisgarh से Honda CB Unicorn 160 (CG10Y1742) Chasis no.-“ME4KC201EF8062946” ख़रीदी।
बाइक को ख़रीदते वक्त भुगतान पूरा करने के बाद भी मुझे R C आज तक प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है, जब मैंने इसे mparivahn की वेबसाइट में चेक किया तो उसमें दिखाया “record not found”. इससे यह पता चलता है की मेरी बाइक की T R नहीं बनाया गया है और नहीं T R.. RTO में जमा हुआ है।और नहीं उसका दस्तावेज डीलर की तरफ़ से पूर्ण किया गया है और नहीं T R सेट आज तक मुझे दिया गया है।
डीलर की इस अनियमितता के कारण मुझे R C अब तक प्राप्ति नहीं हुई है।Deelar (Gattani Honda City-Janjgir (champa), state-Chhattisgarh) से बात करने पर साफ़ कह दिया गया हमारे द्वारा आपको R C नहीं मिल सकती।बार-बार डीलर से अनुरोध करने पर भी मुझे आज तक R C प्राप्त नहीं हुई।

कृपया आपसे अनुरोध करता हूँ मेरी मदद करे और जल्द से जल्द मेरी इस समस्या का निराकरण करने का कष्ट करे।

Complain regarding RC

Honda bike sp125 purchage on dt 07/03/2021 but now sale start bettery is damaged I contact bike purchage showroom and also near bye showroom but but I not get warrenty facility. I belive Honda company is good still I not get warrenty facilities.

The HONDA activa owned by Me Aurishyne Rodrigues by GA05 35** was given serving as per schedule in sep 21, Upon which the Honda service team suggested that Front shock absorber have failed and need Replacment.

The Front shock absorber were replaced at Honda Showroon at Goa Rajee Dealer GA-01 Authorised serviced provider for Honda At ponda showroom, subsequently the Bike started wobling on road and was taken for Servining at the same place at Ponda Goa, Upon inspecting the Honda service team identified that shock absorber have failed need replacment.

The shock absorber have failed within 5 months of replacment may nne due to OEM manufacuturing defect.

The Honda Showroon at Goa Rajee Dealer GA-01 Authorised serviced provider for Honda At ponda declined replacment of shock absorber which as i am consumer feel is unethical pratice by Goa Rajee Delear of Honda Goa .My Phone no [protected]

To protect the intrest of consumer i have escallated the issue to this forum

I submitted my honda cd110 dream 27.1.2022 at service center but they told after 15 to 20 days vehical will be ready

I am purchased two wheeler from Dammaigua X Road, Hyderabad Telangana but engine oil dropped. Vehicle was checked 3 times but problem not resolved.

I spoke to srinivas SB owner of the vehicle and send 2100/- 14700/-, etc total amount 57700/-

I have purchased unicorn 160 bike from Autorider, Solapur.
I shifted to Pune, I’m having issues with the gear box since I purchased. I did 2 servicing from Steriling Honda, Chinchwad and I told them I.e. I had problem with the gear box kindly fix it but they can’t.

Someone please look into it and do the needful asap.

Details : hello there my name is Arif khan i purchased a scotty from the same show room the promised to provide me 3 free services after successful 2 services the have charged 500 every time saying its for oil change ..but when i visited for my final service the falsely claimed that they have changed something in side my bike for which i have to pay 1000rs ...and this was also a free service which caused me 1000 rupees for nothing when i refused to pay they are repeatedly calling and abusing me ..i am really fad of this ..please help

Try to solve morning Cold start Rev Issue, if I start my Highness in morning The RPM goes to 3000 to 4000 at least for 2 or 3 minutes, apart from that I also have BS6 Classic 350 it rev only 10 to 15 Seconds in Morning or Cold start. Same with Unicorn, We also know that higher RPM in morning or Cold start Can damage your Piston or Engine from Inside and Nowadays all Manufacturers are Using Aluminium Piston which already have less life as...

I am Hanuk Surin i bought grazia scooter in 17 november 2020 . But i had not received rc Card of vehicle.once we went RTO office Rourkela Odisha then they told us that we will sent you RC card in your given adress with in one or two week but they did not send our RC card in our given adress so i complaining against RTO office .So please take action for this within 24 hours .niether we will move for further steps.my vehicle number is OD 14W5243
