Dear sir/madam i purchased a bike in the month of feb 2021 from LMS Automotives, junglighat main road, port blair, 744103.
I shifted to Visakhapatnam in the month of jun 2021 due to some domestic requirements.
In the mo th of Oct 2021 my bike battery got discharged automatically and not holding the current. I contact to my nearest honda service centre that is hamsa honda service centre, murali nagar, Visakhapatnam, 530007 they refused to replace the battery and told that it's service provider fault (LMS Automotives, junglighat main road, port blair, 744103).
For further resolution i contact to Exide battery service center but they also refused to change the battery by saying that battery manufacturer date is july 2020 that is delivered in feb 2021 that should be delivered within three months of manufacturer date.
As per honda service book battery is in warranty period i.e.18 months from the date of delivery or 21 months from the date of manufacturer.
So please both service providers (LMS Automotive at port blair and HAMSA honda at Visakhapatnam ) resolve my problem and replace the battery as soon as possible.
